Abstract

Desa Mekarsari terletak di Kecamatan Tambun Selatan, Jumlah keseluruhan depot air minum isi ulang yang ada di Desa Mekarsari sebanyak 30 depot air minum isi ulang. Berdasarkan hasil studi yang dilakukan Puskesmas Mekarsari terhadap 15 Penjamah depot air minum isi ulang di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mekarsari ada 14 Penjamah DAMIU yang tidak menerapkan personal higiene dengan sesuai standar. Berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap 15 karyawan Penjamah depot, terdapat 12 karyawan tidak mencuci tangan sebelum melayani konsumen dan tidak merawat kuku serta kebersihan tangan dan kaki. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Cross-Sectional Study atau Studi Potong-Lintang. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini yakni seluruh Penjamah Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang dan Penjamah DAMIU yang ada di wilayah Puskesmas Mekarsari yaitu sebanyak 30 Penjamah DAMIU dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Berdasarkan analisis statistik Uji Chi-square hubungan pengetahuan dengan personal higiene diperoleh p-value = 0,821 dengan ???? = 0,05, hubungan pendidikan dengan personal higiene diperoleh p-value = 0,004 dengan ???? = 0,05, hubungan masa kerja dengan personal higiene diperoleh p-value = 0,026 dengan ???? = 0,05, dan tidak ada hubungan sikap dengan personal higiene diperoleh p-value = 0,058 dengan ???? = 0,05. Kesimpulan : tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan personal higiene, ada hubungan pendidikan dengan personal higiene, ada hubungan masa kerja dengan personal higiene, dan tidak ada hubungan sikap dengan personal higiene. Saran : Bagi Penjamah DAMIU agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuannya terkait personal hygiene serta sanitasi DAMIU. Cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan mengikuti webinar atau pelatihan yang tersedia di platform digital, atau bisa mengikuti pelatihan terkait personal higiene yang diadakan oleh Dinas Kesehatan setempat. Bagi pemilik atau pengelola DAMIU agar menyediakan sarana untuk menerima kritik dan saran dari pelanggkan atau konsumen.

Abstract

The present study about service quality on customer satisfaction PT. AJ Central Asia Raya (CAR Life Insurance) during pandemic covid-19. The experienced a decrease in the number of customers due to decreased income so that customers could not pay the premiums and difficulties in finding new customers due to limited employees in marketing insurance products due to the implementation of physical distancing. However, the company strives to keep customers able to use the company's services by continuing to focus on developing digitization of its services. This study aims to determine the quality of service and customer satisfaction at PT. AJ Central Asia Raya Jakarta Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires using google form. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents with a population formula of non-probability sampling and the technique of determining the sample was using accidental sampling. Data processing techniques were carried out using normality test and univariate and bivariate data analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT AJ Central Asia Raya Jakarta Indonesia during pandemic covid-19.

Abstract

Water pollution from domestic wastewater is one of the main causes of eutrophication in public waters, including the Rawa Besar Lake in Depok. Eutrophication is characterized by an explosion of algae growth that leads to a decrease in dissolved oxygen and the death of aquatic life. This research aims to design a simple (homemade) biofilter technology using local media such as red brick, zeolite, and ceramic rings that is accessible and easily accessible to the public to purify household wastewater before it is discharged into the environment. The research method uses an experimental Research and Development (R&D) approach, involving the design, fabrication, and performance testing of a small-scale biofilter prototype. Wastewater quality was evaluated before and after treatment by measuring turbidity, odor, and pH as key indicators of treatment effectiveness. The results showed that the biofilter reduced water turbidity, eliminated unpleasant odors, and stabilized wastewater pH toward neutral conditions, indicating effective removal of suspended solids and organic contaminants. The results of this study indicate that the biofilter technology developed effectively treats contaminated water by changing the turbidity, odor and pH of the wastewater. This biofilter is designed for easy domestic use, at a low cost, and with an ecological approach.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Industrial emissions release various types of pollutants into both the atmosphere and the occupational environment. Air pollutants in the workplace may originate from production machinery or the fuels used. Chronic exposure to air contaminants in occupational settings can pose significant health risks to workers. Through environmental Health Risk Assessment (EHRA), it is possible to identify potential hazards and quantitatively estimate the associated health risks to workers. This study aims to analyze the level of exposure risk to PM2.5, PM10, and hydrocarbons in the workplace, and to evaluate the prevalence of respiratory symptoms among exposed workers. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. The analysis was conducted using the risk assessment methodology. The study population consisted of production workers, selected using a simple random sampling technique. The risk characterization revealed that the concentrations of PM10 and PM2,5 were within acceptable safety thresholds (Risk Quotient [RQ] 1), indicating a low risk of non-carcinogenic effects. However, hydrocarbon exposure exceeded the safe threshold (RQ 1), classifying it as a health risk for exposed workers. Hydrocarbon exposure in the workplace is categorized as unsafe and poses a non-carcinogenic risk to workers with an average body weight of 66.48 kg, an exposure duration of 7.583 hours per day, and an exposure frequency of 236.99 days per year over a span of 12.85 years. It is recommended that workers consistently comply with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), particularly face masks, to mitigate the adverse health effects associated with hydrocarbon exposure. Keywords: Environmental Health Risk Assessment, PM₁₀ and PM₂,5, hydrocarbons  ABSTRAK Emisi yang dihasilkan oleh industri melepaskan berbagai jenis polutan ke atmosfer maupun ke lingkungan kerja. Polutan udara di lingkungan kerja dapat berasal dari mesin produksi maupun bahan bakar yang digunakan. Adanya paparan udara pencemar dalam jangka panjang di lingkungan kerja dapat menimbulkan bahaya terhadap pekerja. Dengan studi ARKL, kita dapat mengidentifikasi risiko dan menghitung secara kuantitatif tingkat risiko kesehatan yang dapat timbul terhadap kesehatan pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besar risiko pajanan PM2,5, PM10 dan hidrokarbon di lingkungan kerja serta gangguan pernafasan yang dialami oleh pekerja.  Studi ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional dengan teknik analisis menggunakan metode risk assessment. Poluasi penelitian adalah pekerja di bagian produksi dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil perhitungan besar risiko menunjukkan konsentrasi polutan PM10, dan PM2,5 menunjukkan tingkat risiko masih dalam batas aman (RQ1), sedangkan pajanan Hidrokarbon masuk dalam kategori tidak aman (RQ1). Pajanan Hidrokarbon masuk dalam kategori tidak aman dan memiliki risiko nan karsinogenik bagi pekerja yang memiliki berat badan 66,48 kg dengan durasi pajanan 7,583 jam per hari dan frekuensi pajanan 236,99 hari dalam setahun selama 12,85 tahun. Di sarankan kepada pekerja untuk selalu patuh dalam menggunakan APD yaitu masker selama berada di lingkungan kerja.  Kata Kunci: Analisis Risiko Kesehatan Lingkungan, PM2,5, PM10, Hidrokarbon
