Abstract

This article aims to discuss police services which ideally must work in a systematic, orderly, and controlled manner based on predetermined rules, which in reality have not been fully implemented. However, there are still complaints about the state of service to the community managed by the state apparatus, namely (POLRI), so it is necessary to increase service discipline and productivity by introducing a culture with work cultural values that are in harmony with national morals, values, and culture. The focus of the main discussion that will be put forward and explored in this work concerns the work culture of the police in the Central Bengkulu Police community service system. The purpose of this is to analyze the work culture of the police within the police staffing system in Central Bengkulu. The research in this work uses descriptive and qualitative methods; The material for this research comes from primary data and secondary data. Documentation, observation, and interviews are used as techniques in data collection. Data analysis with qualitative methods is presented descriptively. The results of this study indicate that: The work culture of the Police in the Bengkulu Police community service system has been carried out appropriately and responsibly following the work culture, regulations, and values. Officers also meet the requirements and are responsible for implementing a police work culture in the Central Bengkulu Police social service system. The expected implication of this study is that with a work culture that is in harmony with regional culture and the basis of the state, the apparatus can carry out work activities to the maximum and wholeheartedly in the Central Bengkulu region.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Mukomuko Fisheries Service. The purpose of this research is to know the impact of reliability, responsiveness, safety, empathy, and concreteness on the satisfaction of the person being treated. This research was conducted using quantitative research where the main source of information was the people selected as respondents. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Up to 75 people were interviewed using a non-probability-based sampling technique. Researchers used the main survey instrument (questionnaire) to collect data. Each question in the questionnaire contains 5 answer choices, each answer choice is evaluated according to a Likert scale. The data used in this study are quantitative analysis data supported by descriptive analysis (explanation). Quantitative analysis tool with multiple linear regression. While the hypothesis was tested using the t-test (t-test) and F-test (F-test) with a confidence level of 95 n alpha = 0.05. The results of the data analysis carried out show that the quality of service in terms of reliability, responsibility, security, empathy, and concrete influences the satisfaction of the people who work at the Kupaten Mukomuko Fisheries Service. The results of linear regression analysis often show that increasing reliability, responsiveness, security, empathy, and concreteness can increase service user satisfaction. The results of testing the hypothesis with the t-test give the calculated t values of the three variables studied > significance of t table < 0 > F table. Reliability, responsiveness, safety, empathy, and concreteness partially and at the same time have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the people who work in the Mukomuko fisheries service. Abstract

Public services under the process of making an E-KTP in Indonesia are not yet uniform with different levels of quality and up in each region. The conditions there were because the achievements of the recording results were asked that the upward target had not been determined, the achievement of the targets had not been achieved because there was still weak coordination between our departments, elements up and down related to the recording process were asked. The same thing is known that people's motivation in the recording process is still low, especially people who live in rural areas. The satisfaction of the people in Seluma Regency who receive services for making electronic KTPs is largely determined by the quality of service for officers at the Dukcapil Office. The level of service satisfaction for making electronic ID cards is explained by the dimensions on the quality of public services (Zeithaml, 2013), on the dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The research problems found were (1) how is the community's response to the quality of public services in the process of making an E-KTP (2) Does the quality of public services affect people's satisfaction in making KTP-E at the Dukcapil Office of Seluma Regency. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, the number of samples is 95 respondents. The results of the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability as well as the classical assumption test to find out whether the resulting upward equation met the validity of the data. The Sturges interval scale in the study was to determine the perceptions of respondents, a partial test (t-test) was used simultaneously (F-test) to answer the proposed hypothesis. The results of research into (5) the dimensions of the quality of public services; reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles received a "Good" category response from the community in the process of making the KTP-E. Partial test results (t-test) on the dimensions of reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Tangibles (X5) obtained positive and significant results according to the Assurance (X3) and Emphaty (X4) dimension diagrams that have positive and significant results on community satisfaction. Simultaneous test results (F-test) also note that the quality of public services has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effectiveness of the payroll service system in paying performance allowances for police members within the Bengkulu Regional Police. The type of research used in this thesis is qualitative research. This research uses descriptive case study techniques, which are carried out intensively, in detail and in depth on the research object. The data in this research was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique is using Data Reduction, Data Display (Data Presentation), and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The effectiveness of the payroll service system in paying performance allowances for police members within the Bengkulu Regional Police has been implemented well and responsibly, seen from program effectiveness indicators which include: a) Indicators of Accuracy of Program Targets, b) Indicators of Program Socialization, c) Indicators of Achievement of Program Goals, and d) Program Monitoring Indicators. 2). The members of the National Police and ASN who are involved have also tried their best to continue to improve the effectiveness of the payroll service system in paying performance allowances for police members within the Bengkulu Regional Police.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of mobility and job changes on the performance of National Service Providers (NSP) of the Bengkulu Province Youth and Sports Service. This research is a quantitative type which involves data collection through questionnaires and data analysis through a multiple linear regression analysis model. Random sampling is a sample selection method. Multiple linear regression analysis was used on a sample consisting of eighty respondents. The results of the regression analysis show that 31.70% of the performance characteristics of employees of the National Private Organization (ASN) of the Bengkulu Province Youth and Sports Service are explained by circulation and movement, the remaining 68.30% is explained by other influencing factors. This was not researched in Bengkulu Province. This research. Currently, the F test results. count = (19.347) > Ftable = (2.49) which shows that the independent variables that change and change at the same time have many positive and negative influences on workers' work. The results of the t test show that the conversion rate analysis tcount (3.769) is ttable (1.664) and it is known that this variable has a significant influence on employee performance, and this change is the result of table (2.558). 1.664), many variables have a significant influence on employee performance. It could be said to be the most important change affecting the performance (ASN) of the Youth Sports Service in Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing the policy of providing incentives given to Koran teachers in educating and teaching students/youth and the role of local governments in providing attention to Koran teachers. The research used in this paper is qualitative descriptive research through case studies. This research data is primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentary methods. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and decision making/validation. The findings of this research are as follows: The Al-Quran Teacher development policy in Kaur Regency has been managed well and accountably, which is reflected in monitoring indicators which include: 1) Procedures and objectives and targets of policy/practice. , 2) resources, 3) characteristics of implementing agencies, 4) communication and implementation activities between related agencies, 5) attitudes or attitudes of trainers, 6) social, economic and political environment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami efektifitas reses Anggota DPRD  sebagai media penjaringan aspirasi masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui dan memahami kinerja anggota DPRD Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara dalam penjaringan aspirasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpilan data kualitatif, hasil dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisi data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Aspek Kinerja Anggita DPRD Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara periode 2019-2024 belum maksimal karena dari (a) dimensi responsivitas untuk peran dan fungsi anggota DPRD belum optimal dilaksanakan dan hanya formalitas, tidak adanya transparansi atau keterbukaan informasi kepada masyarakat,; (b) dimensi responsibilitas dalam menjalankan fungsi legislasi kurang optimal dilihat pada kegiatan proses penyusunan, pembahasan dan penetapan Raperda menjadi Perda yang dilakukan oleh lembaga sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip administrasi pemerintahan yang benar belum sejalan dengan tugas wewenang dan programnya DPRD. (c) Dari dimensi akuntabilitas DPRD Bengkulu Utara periode 2019-2024 belum berjalan dengan baik dilihat dalam menjalankan fungsi legilasi, kepentingan publik tidak pernah menjadi orientasi utamanya.

Abstract

This investigation was carried out to clarify the following problems: 1) Analyze the implementation of the DPRD's supervisory function in the Kaur Regency APBD; 2) Analyze what factors influence the DPRD's supervisory function in the Kaur Regency APBD. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. This research data was taken from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and recording. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and inference/validation. The results of this research show: 1). The DPRD's supervisory function in implementing the Kaur Regency APBD is good and responsible, as evidenced by supervision indicators including: 1) setting standards, 2) measuring work, 3) evaluating performance prices. 2). Likewise with the factors that influence the role of the Kaur Regency APBD in the supervision of the DPRD. The factors that determine the DPRD's performance in implementing the Kaur Regency APBD are internal and external factors that contribute or predict the success of the DPRD in implementing the Kaur Regency APBD very effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Direct Cash Assistance Program of the Village Fund in Padang Binjai Village, Constanta Sub-District, Kaur District. To address this issue, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive research method. The research results indicate that the effectiveness of the Direct Cash Assistance Program of the Village Fund in Padang Binjai Village, Constanta Sub-District, Kaur District is effective based on 1) the success of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program in terms of implementation. The process of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program is 2) Achieving the targets set by the government, where the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance in Padang Binjai Village meets the criteria set by the government. 3) Satisfaction with the program, where the Latimojng village community is very satisfied with this program because it is very helpful to the community, 4) Output and input levels, where government expectations match the results achieved by the community, 5) Achieving the general objective, implementing the BLT-DD program objectives accurately.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and evaluate the level of accountability and transparency in the management of village funds in Sukajaya Village, Kedurang Ilir Subdistrict, South Bengkulu Regency. The goal is to enhance the effectiveness and integrity of the village fund management and to provide recommendations for improvements to the relevant parties and the village community. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method to investigate accountability and transparency in the management of village funds in Sukajaya Village, Kedurang Ilir Subdistrict, South Bengkulu Regency. Data collection techniques include documentation and in-depth interviews with various informants such as the Village Head, village apparatus, members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), community leaders, and other villagers. It also utilizes descriptive analysis to systematically organize and interpret the data. The conclusion of this study indicates that although the accountability and transparency of the Village Fund management in Sukajaya Village are quite good, there are several areas that need improvement. These include planning, implementation and supervision, accountability, accessibility of information to the community, community participation in decision-making, as well as reporting and complaints related to the use of the Village Fund.
