Abstract

Kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an kini menjadi hal yang sudah menjadi kebiasaaan atau bisa dibilang rutinan. Terutama di kalangan masyarakat luas terkhususnya yaitu para santri di tempat pondok pesantrennya. Khotmil Quran menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan agar terciptanya lingkungan yang positif dan dapat bermanfaat bagi lingkungan sekitar juga. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Khotmil Qur’an dilakukan secara rutin dan konsisten. Biasanya, dilaksanakan setiap bulan satu kali atau setiap 2 minggu sekali. Tergantung kesepakatan setiap orang yang ingin mengikuti rutinan Khotmil -Qur’an tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an pun bisa berbeda dari satu dengan yang lainnya. Bisa dilakukan sendiri ataupun secara bersama-sama. Biasanya, kebanyakan orang melaksanakan kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an ini dengan cara online maupun offline. Jika online biasanya melalui via Whattsap dengan mencantumkan juz dan yang ingin mengikutinya bisa langsung list namanya di samping juz yang tertera. Berbeda saat dilakukan secara offline yaitu bertemu secara langsung semua jamaah yang mengikuti rutinan tersebut. Seperti halnya kegiatan Khotmil yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhsan di kec.Sine,kab.Ngawi, kegiatan Khotmil tersebut dilakukan secara langsung dengan para santri dan pastinya didampingi oleh para ustad maupun ustadzah yang ada di sana. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengembangkan hafalan mereka dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini bisa menjadi jembatan mereka untuk terus mengingat dan mengamalkan setiap ayat Qur’an yang para santri hafalkan. Kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an ini diikuti oleh seluruh para santri yang masih dalam jenjang SD/MI. Dalam kegiatannya, para santri disima langsung oleh para ustad atau ustadzah yang mengajar di pondok pesantren tersebut. Kesulitan banyak dialui pada saat khotmil Qur’an tersebut. Terutama, pada hal kemampuan para santri. Karena, setiap ustad ataupun ustadzah disana tidak penah mentargetkan setiap santrinya untuk harus hafal 30 juz. Santri dibiarkan untuk memilih sesuai kemampuannya dalam menghafal Qur’an. Yang terpenting bagi ustad atau ustadzah disana yaitu konsisten dan istiqomah dalam mengahafal dan melaksanakan kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an ini. Rutinan yang bernama “Lapanan” ini biasanya dilakukan setiap 35 hari sekali. Kata “Lapanan” diambil dari kata selapan yang artinya 35 hari.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sepeda motor menjadi salah satu transportasi yang berpengaruh pada industri otomotif. Sepeda motor selalu mengalami perkembangan setiap tahunnya. Banyak inovasi-inovasi baru yang muncul di setiap tahunnya. Meningkatnya persaingan sepeda motor di Indonesia yang begitu ketat membuat produsen-produsen sepeda motor berusaha membuat produk-produk yang inovatif dan membuat strategi yang jitu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja merek terhadap pembelian berulang , pengaruh kinerja merek terhadap keterlibatan pelanggan , pengaruh keterlibatan pelanggan terhadap pembelian berulang dan peran mediasi keterlibatan pelanggan pada pengaruh kinerja merek terhadap pembelian berulang . Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna sepeda motor Honda BeAT. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sengan skala Likert. Untuk. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 3.0 dengan metode analisis SEM ( Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja merek berpengaruh positif terhadap pembelian berulang , kinerja merek berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan pelanggan, keterlibatan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap pembelian berulang dan memediasi keterlibatan pelanggan secara parsial pengaruh kinerja terhadap pembelian berulang . Kata Kunci : Keterlibatan Pelanggan, Kinerja Band, dan Pembelian Berulang

Abstract

Kodular is a web-based platform that provides a variety of features for creating Android applications. Its function is very similar to MIT App Inventor, with the main purpose of making Android application development easier. The purpose of this research is to develop an online learning application that can be accessed through Android-based smartphone. This application is designed using the Kodular platform and developed through the SDLC method of the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of need, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The results of the discussion of this research are the components that make up the screen display of the magic words application: learning to read which includes: 1) start page display, 2) introduction menu page display, 3) main menu page display, 4) introduction menu display, 5) quiz menu display, 6) menu display about the application. The conclusion of this research is that there are 5 stages in making the magic words application: learning to read using a codular website

Abstract

A good company or agency will manage human resources well. The company places human resources as the company's main asset and is very dependent on the human resources it has. It can be viewed from From an organizational standpoint, productivity represents a distinct concept that goes beyond mere attempts to improve the efficiency and outcomes both in quality and quantity of a series of activities. Rather, it should be understood within a broader economic context involving systemic processes and strategic goals.  This study was conducted to examine the influence of job training on employee productivity and to evaluate the role of work discipline in enhancing productivity outcomes. The research population included all staff members of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Bumi Sentosa, located in Kebumen Regency. A census sampling technique (saturated sampling) was utilized, resulting in 102 valid respondents. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire featuring Likert-scale items, all of which had undergone validity and reliability testing. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression analysis was applied as the core statistical method. The findings indicated that job training contributes positively to enhancing employee productivity, while work discipline.

Abstract

Human capital represents a critical component within any organization or enterprise, as the achievement of organizational goals is significantly shaped by the competence and capabilities of its workforce. Given this central role, the administration of RSUD R.A.A Tjokronegoro Purworejo must give serious consideration to the performance of its personnel to ensure that institutional objectives are effectively realized. Employee performance can be shaped by multiple elements, notably including training initiatives and career progression opportunities. This research investigates the impact of professional training and career advancement on the job performance of non-medical staff at RSUD R.A.A Tjokronegoro Purworejo. Employing a quantitative methodology, data were gathered through questionnaires distributed to 84 civil servant employees. The results of regression analysis indicated that both training and career development exert a significant and positive influence on staff performance. These findings underscore the critical need to enhance training schemes and structured career development to optimize employee outcomes.

Abstract

This research investigates a notable trend among village officials who frequently delay their tasks, extend their working hours, and undertake responsibilities beyond their official roles due to overwhelming workloads. Furthermore, a lack of motivation is apparent, as evidenced by delayed salary disbursements and insufficient recognition from superiors. These factors are believed to adversely affect employee performance. The research seeks to: (1) examine how workload affects employee performance., (2) Evaluate the impact of workload on work motivation. (3) Analyze the relationship between work motivation and employee performance. (4) Explore the intermediary function of work motivation in the association between workload and employee performance. among village officials in the Grabag District of Purworejo Regency. A quantitative research approach employing a survey technique. was employed, with data gathered from questionnaires distributed to 376 village officials. Proportional random sampling was the technique used, the sample size was determined using Slovin’s formula, yielding a total of 194 participants. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the SmartPLS 4.0 software. This analysis encompassed evaluation of the measurement model (covering validity and reliability tests), structural model (including R-square and f-square values), and hypothesis testing via the bootstrapping method. The analysis revealed several key findings: (1) workload has a significant adverse influence on employee performance; (2) workload also negatively affects work motivation in a meaningful way; (3) work motivation exerts a strong positive influence on employee performance; and (4) work motivation serves as a crucial intermediary variable, bridging the link between workload and performance outcomes. These insights imply that increased workload tends to diminish work motivation, subsequently leading to a decline in performance. Therefore, it is crucial for village leaders to ensure equitable workload distribution and provide sufficient motivational support to enhance the performance of village officials.
