Abstract

Abstract:The target and outcome of this community service activity are to provide skills training using cloth painting techniques that can be practiced easily, with the finished product being t-shirts that can be used daily, and have selling power as a business product.The training approach uses simulation and practicum methods, as well as discussions on fashion themes that will be applied to clothing.After the training activities, Student XI of the Vocational High School of SMK Bhakti Nusantara, showed their interest and talent in the fashion field, combined by a good knowledge of painting techniques on cloth media.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri pasar modal di Indonesia semakin pesat dan menjadi salah satu alternatif investasi yang menarik, khususnya bagi generasi muda. Namun, masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum memiliki pemahaman memadai mengenai mekanisme, instrumen, dan potensi risiko dalam pasar modal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan pemahaman pasar modal pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Ngudi Waluyo. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari dua tahap utama, yaitu edukasi dan pelatihan. Tahap edukasi dilakukan melalui seminar interaktif yang membahas dasar-dasar pasar modal, fungsi Bursa Efek Indonesia, jenis-jenis instrumen investasi, hingga risiko dan strategi investasi. Sementara tahap pelatihan dilakukan secara praktik melalui simulasi transaksi saham menggunakan aplikasi online trading berbasis data real-time. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa semester 2 hingga 6 yang telah mengambil mata kuliah Manajemen Keuangan dan Investasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta mengenai pasar modal, terlihat dari perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, peserta menyatakan antusiasme tinggi terhadap praktik simulasi dan menunjukkan minat untuk berinvestasi secara nyata ke depannya. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam menumbuhkan budaya investasi yang cerdas dan bertanggung jawab di kalangan mahasiswa, serta menjadi model pengabdian yang dapat direplikasi di fakultas dan perguruan tinggi lainnya, juga sebagai bagian dari pengembangan aktivitas Galeri Investasi BEI UNW dan perusahaan sekuritas.

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 menuntut kesiapan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang tidak hanya terampil secara teknis, tetapi juga memiliki kompetensi digital yang memadai. Pendidikan vokasi seperti Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki peran strategis dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang siap bersaing di dunia kerja berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan digital siswa SMK KANAAN Ungaran melalui pelatihan literasi digital yang aplikatif dan kontekstual. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui lima tahap, yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan modul, pelatihan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Materi pelatihan mencakup penggunaan aplikasi berbasis cloud, keamanan digital, pembuatan portofolio digital, dan personal branding. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test peserta, dengan rata-rata kenaikan 25,5 poin. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan perubahan sikap terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi secara profesional dan produktif. Kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dalam penguatan kesiapan digital sebagai bagian dari pembangunan SDM unggul dan adaptif di era Revolusi Industri 4.0.

Abstract

Tim Pengabdian Fakultas Komputer dan Pendidikan prodi Pendidikan Vokasional Desain Fashion melaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Kelurahan Beji Kecamatan Ungaran Timur, Kabupaten Semarang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk Ibu –ibu PKK sebagai wanita aktif dalam berorganisasi untuk memotivasi agar bisa berwirausaha dengan menawarkan pelatihan ketrampilan ecoprint teknik pounding, wawasan tekstil dalam botani dan memberikan wawasan berwirausaha di bidang fashion agar peserta dapat memperoleh ketrampilan agar mendapatkan tambahan penghasilan. Adanya kegiatan pengabdian didukung oleh peserta ibu-ibu PKK RW 03 Citra Asri 3 Kelurahan Beji agar mendapatkan pengalaman baru dalam ketrampilan membuat ecoprint dengan teknik pounding serta wawasan baru mengenai botani dalam pemilihan media tanaman yang sesuai mengunkan teknik pounding yang ada di sekitar linkungan tempat tinggal. Proses pengabdian dilakukan dalam 3 tahap (1) persiapan, (2) pelatihan, dan (3) evaluasi. Kegiatan tersebut telah diikuti oleh ibu-ibu PKK RW 03 sebanyak 13 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peserta mampu melakukan teknik ecopaunding berbahan dasar tumbuhan terutama daun yang ada di sekitar lingkukan rumah RW 03 Citra Asri 3. Produk eco-print yang dihasilkan berpontensi menjadi produk fashion seperti tas kain, mukena, hiasan lenan rumah tangga, serta pelatihan wirausaha.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the Israeli and Palestinian wars influence Millennial Muslim purchasing behavior towards pro-Israel products. The large amount of information calling for a boycott of pro-Israel products which is currently popular in Indonesia is the basis for this research. The Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) construct is used as an analytical framework involving awareness variables, information about product boycotts, purchase intentions, and purchase behavior. This research is classified as quantitative descriptive research with a sampling technique using random sampling of 114 millennial respondents in the city of Salatiga, Indonesia. The analytical tool in this research uses SEM AMOS ver. 21 with instrument tests, normality tests, singularity multicollinearity tests, model feasibility tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results show that awareness as a Muslim and information about product boycotts have a significant effect on purchasing behavior through the intention to purchase pro-Israel products among millennial Muslims. Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in early childhood learning has been a topic of interest in recent years. AI in early childhood education can be used to provide interactive, personalised and adaptive learning experiences. The use of AI tools in early childhood learning has great potential to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. However, it is important to remember that the interaction and support of teachers and parents remains crucial in children's development, and AI should not replace the role of humans in the education process. Artificial intelligence (AI) tools, have been increasingly used in the field of early childhood education (ECE) to enhance learning and development among young children. Previous proof-of-concept studies have shown that AI can effectively improve learning and development in ECD; however, there is a dearth of knowledge on how these studies were conducted and how AI was used throughout these studies. The main problem faced by the partners is the lack of competence of these human resources in managing and applying AI tools in learning, especially in creating 3D caricatures that are useful to attract the attention of students, as well as to promote the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), digital marketing strategy, and innovation on the brand equity of Craftonesia, an MSME in Semarang that produces woven crafts from waste paper. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, which involves in-depth interviews and observation. The results showed that E-WOM plays a significant role in increasing brand awareness and consumer purchase intention. In addition, a digital marketing strategy that includes Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) helps Craftonesia reach a wider audience. The research also identified challenges facing Craftonesia, including limited human resources and digital marketing. The conclusion of this study is that a combination of E-WOM, consistent branding, and effective digital marketing strategies are key to Craftonesia's success in increasing brand equity. The implications of this study recommend Craftonesia to partner with micro-influencers and increase customer engagement through UserGenerated Content (UGC) and collaboration with local communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dinamika rumit yang membentuk kesuksesan perusahaan rintisan di lanskap bisnis Indonesia yang sedang berkembang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada interaksi antara budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan yang inovatif, adopsi teknologi digital, dan kesuksesan bisnis utama perusahaan rintisan. Pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dari 155 perusahaan rintisan di Indonesia. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan yang inovatif, dan adopsi teknologi digital dengan kesuksesan startup. Studi ini juga mengeksplorasi profil demografis startup, memberikan wawasan berharga tentang tren industri, usia startup, dan ukuran startup. Temuan ini menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi para praktisi startup, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti yang ingin meningkatkan semangat dan keberlanjutan ekosistem.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to emphasize the significance of financial literacy for MSMEs. This research utilizes a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The primary and secondary data sources, along with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation, are employed in this study. The instruments used in the research methodology include the researchers themselves, interview guidelines, and field notes. Financial literacy significantly impacts the sustainability and prosperity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). A thorough comprehension of financial principles enables MSME entrepreneurs to efficiently manage their resources, make informed decisions, and strategize for long-term growth. Financial literacy encompasses not only budget management and cash flow but also the capacity to plan investments, mitigate risks, and astutely seize economic opportunities. Proficiency in these skills empowers MSMEs to adapt to market dynamics, overcome challenges, and thereby support the sustainable expansion of their businesses in the long run.
