Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of TERRA service quality, and its impact on loyalty, and its implementation based on the theory of planned behavior. The reason why researchers chose service quality measured using the TERRA Formulation is because the TERRA Formulation is very easy to implement at a practical level, and can more accurately measure the needs of companies in the field, compared to other service quality formulations. This type of research is quantitative, with the main data source in the form of a questionnaire, which will be analyzed using SEM PLS. the formation of the service process, which will increase the loyalty index measured by the TERRA service quality dimensions. The results showed that Tangibel, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance have a positive effect on Loyalty. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there are positive results between the dimensions of TERRA service quality on loyalty, and the dimensions of TERRA service quality are able to confirm the theory of planned behavior that has an impact on loyalty.

Abstract

Kegiatan riset termasuk ke dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia SDM, terutama Guru dan Dosen, yang salah satu tugasnya diharapkan dapat menghasilkan ouput berupa karya tulis ilmiah dan buku.. Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan menulis karya tulis ilmiah dan publikasi buku, yang nantinya akan dapat bermanfaat pada peningkatan penilaian kerja guru, yang berada di bawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Salatiga. Bentuk kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan. Materi kegiatan ini meliputi, antara lain: 1). Pembekalan materi pembuatan artikel, dan karya tulis ilmiah, 2) Pelatihan sitasi menggunakan Mendeley, 3) publikasi hasil tulisan menjadi buku. Kesimpulannya, proses pelatihan maupun bimbingan terhadap Guru-guru SMP dan SMA di lingkup Dinas Pendidikan Kota Salatiga dinilai telah berhasil, dengan terwujudnya peningkatan skill SDM dalam membuat karya ilmiah dan naskah cerita pendek, yang siap terbit di jurnal SINTA, dan atau diterbitkan menjadi Buku Bunga Rampai Pendidikan, serta skill-skill lainnya dalam menunjang kemampuan membuat artikel ilmiah, serta peningkatan nilai tambah para Guru.

Abstract

Sasaran dan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan keterampilan teknik melukis kain yang dapat dipraktekkan dengan mudah, dengan produk jadi berupa kaos yang dapat digunakan sehari-hari, dan memiliki daya jual sebagai produk bisnis. Pendekatan pelatihan menggunakan metode simulasi dan praktikum, serta diskusi tema fashion yang akan diterapkan pada busana. Usai kegiatan pelatihan, Siswa XI SMK Bhakti Nusantara menunjukkan minat dan bakatnya di bidang fashion yang dipadukan dengan pengetahuan teknik melukis pada media kain yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dinamika rumit yang membentuk kesuksesan perusahaan rintisan di lanskap bisnis Indonesia yang sedang berkembang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada interaksi antara budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan yang inovatif, adopsi teknologi digital, dan kesuksesan bisnis utama perusahaan rintisan. Pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dari 155 perusahaan rintisan di Indonesia. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan yang inovatif, dan adopsi teknologi digital dengan kesuksesan startup. Studi ini juga mengeksplorasi profil demografis startup, memberikan wawasan berharga tentang tren industri, usia startup, dan ukuran startup. Temuan ini menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi para praktisi startup, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti yang ingin meningkatkan semangat dan keberlanjutan ekosistem.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the Israeli and Palestinian wars influence Millennial Muslim purchasing behavior towards pro-Israel products. The large amount of information calling for a boycott of pro-Israel products which is currently popular in Indonesia is the basis for this research. The Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) construct is used as an analytical framework involving awareness variables, information about product boycotts, purchase intentions, and purchase behavior. This research is classified as quantitative descriptive research with a sampling technique using random sampling of 114 millennial respondents in the city of Salatiga, Indonesia. The analytical tool in this research uses SEM AMOS ver. 21 with instrument tests, normality tests, singularity multicollinearity tests, model feasibility tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results show that awareness as a Muslim and information about product boycotts have a significant effect on purchasing behavior through the intention to purchase pro-Israel products among millennial Muslims. The findings of this research are that collective culture as a Muslim plays a big role in the intention and behavior of boycotting the purchase of pro-Israel products.The recommendation of this research is the need for local substitute products to emerge Keywords: Theory of reasoned action, Muslim awareness, information about product boycott, purchase intention, behavior

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine work-life balance in improving employee performance at Ngudi Waluyo University. The aim of this research is to understand the implementation of work-life balance for millennial employees, as well as adjusting the balance between personal and work life for millennial employees at Ngudi Waluyo University. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The number of research informants was 8 employee informants, consisting of lecturers, education staff, security guards, and office boys (OB). The research location is at Ngudi Waluyo University, Ungaran, Semarang Regency. The results of research from in-depth interviews found that the better the work-life balance that employees have, the more their performance will increase until they are able to achieve good quality. The advice aimed at millennial employees is to better understand time management in order to achieve work-life balance.

Abstract

Current information technology developments enable UMKM and creative endeavours to improve their business performance through the LCNC (Low-Code, No-code) Platform, as well as offer great potential for improving productivity and business development processes. The study aims to identify and analyze the impact of Privacy, Rapidity, Cost Reduction, Complexity Reduction, Easy Maintenance, Involment of Business Profile, and Minimalisation of Unstable on the performance of the Low-code No-code B-Pro Business Student application at Ngudi Waluyo University. The influence we want to know is whether it's direct or indirect. This type of research is quantitative, using 113 populations with purposive sampling techniques. The test tools used are statistical analysis methods of multivariate development of regression and path analysis. The results of this study showed that significant influence on the variables Rapidity and Involment of business profile significantly affected the performance of low-code no-code applications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Good Corporate Governance based on Social Welfare Theory. The reason researchers choose Good Corporate Governance which is measured using Fairness, Disclosure/Transparency, Accountability and Responsibility Formulations is because this Formulation is very easy to apply at a practical level, and can more accurately measure the level of welfare received by Crew in the field, compared to other GCG formulations. This type of research is quantitative, with the main data source in the form of questionnaires, which will be analyzed using SEM PLS. Practically the application of GCG principles can help improve the welfare of the crew. The results showed that, Fairness, Transparency, Acoountability and Responsibility have a positive effect on the welfare of the crew. The recommendation in this study is, preferably between the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Transportation, must carry out their functions and duties in accordance with the articles of association and laws and regulations, not dominate each other and throw responsibility on each other. This needs to be done, so that the goals and desires of the Crew in realizing their welfare get support and are well realized through the preparation of appropriate regulations.

Abstract

Business competition is getting tougher in the era of globalization today make it every company is required to be able to compete and set the right marketing strategy. Marketing aims to build and retain customers who can benefit the company. The existence of trust from the public (public trust) will provide a positive image of the company's existence and have an impact on the loyalty of consumers who use the company's services and products. This study aims to determine the effect of public relations and reputation mediated by image which has an impact on loyalty. The method used is inferential analysis (quantitative) with multiple regression analysis techniques and for the sample obtained a sample of 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. the results of simultaneous analysis of public relations and reputation mediated by image have a significant effect on loyalty. To maintain customer loyalty in the future, company should be more aggressively in building public relations and company reputation, so company's image among consumers can be better.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat berimbas pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, tak terkecuali dalam dunia bisnis dan pemasaran. Pun bagi para pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM), dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi membuat peluang dalam memasarkan produk makin terbuka. Bisnis UMKM yang semakin inovatif, dinamis, dan kompetitif dalam era digitalisasi, menjadikan persaingan makin terbuka bukan hanya sesama usaha mikro kecil menengah saja, namun tak jarang dengan usaha menengah ke atas. Untuk menjadikan UMKM mampu bersaing, diperlukan pemberdayaan para pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya melalui bimbingan dan pelatihan sehingga kompetensi kewirausahaannya akan makin meningkat dengan pengelolaan usaha yang dijalankan menjadi lebih baik, efektif dan efisien. Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Program Studi Bisnis Manajemen Retail Universitas Ngudi Waluyo melakukan kegiatan pengabdian pada mitra UMKM pengrajin pandai besi Bareng Kudus. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat mengenai marketing mix sebagai strategi pemasaran ini diharapkan dapat digunakan dan diimplementasikan secara nyata pada usaha mikro kecil menengah dalam menghadapi era digitalisasi saat ini.
