Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Jaya Makmur Desa Trayeman, Kecamatan Slawi, Kabupaten Tegal, didirikan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa melalui pengelolaan usaha berbasis kebutuhan lokal, seperti pembesaran ternak kambing dengan sistem fermentasi dan penyewaan gedung serbaguna. Meskipun BUMDes ini telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2019 dan berbadan hukum pada tahun 2021, pengelolaannya masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pemasaran digital dan manajemen keuangan yang efektif. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola BUMDes melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan pendampingan. Fokus utama program ini adalah penerapan manajemen usaha berbasis teknologi informasi yang mencakup pelatihan digital marketing, penggunaan media sosial, serta pengelolaan keuangan secara digital. Pengembangan ekosistem digital juga dilakukan dengan membangun dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis website serta aplikasi "SIBAU" Desa Marketplace untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk BUMDes. Diharapkan, dengan optimalisasi teknologi ini, BUMDes Jaya Makmur dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, stabilitas penjualan, dan pendapatan, yang pada akhirnya akan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Trayeman.

Abstract

AbstrakKonveksi Bumiayu Beauty Of Java adalah salah satu usaha manufaktur yang ada di brebes. konveksi sudah berdiri sejak 2016 sampai sekarang. kata Bumiayu Beauty Of Java menjadi Brand dengan tujuan mempromosikan kota Bumiayu dan Wisata-wisata yang ada di Brebs khususnya wilayah selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Proses produksi dan pendapatan pada tahun 2020 – 2021. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, dimana Jumlah Populasi sebanyak 9 Orang dan Sampel 2 Orang . Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara langsng bersama CEO Bumiayu Beauty Of Java dan Bagian Produksi sebagai Narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Produktivitas Produksi dan pendapatan pada konveksi Bumiayu Beauty Of Java Mengalami penurunan produksi pada tahun 2020 hanya memproduksi 5110 dan terjual 4804 dari yang sebelumnya produksi 10.692 pada tahun 2019 dan terjual 10.185. tetapi pada tahun 2021 mengalami kenaikan produksi yaitu 6391dan terjual 6199 produk. Pendapatan pada konveksi Bumiayu Beauty Of java mengalami naik turun penjualan. bisa dilihat dari produksi yang terjual pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 7705 produk terjual. tahun 2019 sebanyak 10.185 produk terjual. tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan yaitu 4804 produk terjual. pada tahun 2021 penjualan mengalami kenaikan sebanyak 6199. Sehingga Pendapatan mengalami kenaikan sebanyak 204.960.000 pada tahun 2021. sedangkan tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan penjualan yaitu total pendapatan bersih sebanyak 128.880.000. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Produktivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan terlihat dari beberapa bahan baku baru. pengeluaran tambahan selama pandemi covid mengakibatkan harga jual bertambah yang sebelumnya 120.000/pcs menjadi 130.000/pcs.Kata Kunci: Produktivitas, Proses Produksi dan Pendapatan AbstractBumiayu Beauty Of Java Convection is one of the manufacturing businesses in Brebes. convection has been established since 2016 until now. said Bumiayu Beauty Of Java to become a brand with the aim of promoting the city of Bumiayu and tourism in Brebs, especially the southern region. This study aims to determine the production process and income in 2020 - 2021. The study uses primary and secondary data, where the total population is 9 people and the sample is 2 people. Data collection by direct interviews with the CEO of Bumiayu Beauty Of Java and the Production Department as resource persons. The results showed that production productivity and income at Bumiayu Beauty Of Java convection experienced a decline in production in 2020, only producing 5110 and selling 4804 from the previous production of 10,692 in 2019 and selling 10,185. but in 2021 there was an increase in production, namely 6391 and sold 6199 products. Revenue at Bumiayu Beauty Of Java convection experienced ups and downs in sales. it can be seen from the production sold in 2018 as many as 7705 products were sold. In 2019, 10,185 products were sold. in 2020 decreased, namely 4804 products sold. in 2021 sales increased by 6199. So that Revenue increased by 204,960,000 in 2021. While in 2020 there was a decrease in sales, namely total net income of 128,880,000. So it can be concluded that productivity has a positive effect on income as seen from several new raw materials. additional expenses during the covid pandemic resulted in the selling price increasing from 120,000/pcs to 130,000/pcsKeywords: Productivity, Production Process and Revenue

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah kualitas produk, harga promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sofy Elektronik dan Meubel, Losari menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada pelanggan melalui angket dan google form. Dengan sampel 80 responden. Kemudian data dikumpulakan dan diproses menggunakan SPSS versi 22 dengan teknik analisis menggunakan uji instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji analisis berganda, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji hipotesis yaitu uji parsial (t), uji simultan (f) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) untuk melihat pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil secara parsial menunjukan variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kemudian kualitas produk, harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji f hitung > f tabel. Dan kekuatan hubungan antara variabel kualitas produk (X1), harga (X2) dan promosi (X3) terhadap keputuan pembelian (Y) sebesar 99,6% selebihnya sebesar 0,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian. Abstract The purpose of this study is to test and analyze whether product quality, promotional prices have an effect on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at Sofy Electronics and Furniture, Losari using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to customers through questionnaires and google forms. With a sample of 80 respondents. Then the data were collected and processed using SPSS version 22 with analytical techniques using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests, multiple analysis tests, classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests and hypothesis tests, namely partial tests (t), simultaneous tests (f) and test the coefficient of determination (R2) to see the effect of each variable. This study has partial results showing product quality variables have no effect on purchasing decisions, price and promotions affect purchasing decisions. Then product quality, price and promotion simultaneously affect the purchase decision this can be proven from the results of the test f count > f table. And the strength of the relationship between product quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3) variables on purchasing decisions (Y) is 99.6%, the rest 0.4% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Methods of collecting data by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires to respondents of employees of Yogya Mall Brebes through offline using a questionnaire. The population of Yogya Mall's fashion division employees is 40 employees. The data analysis method is using multiple regression analysis using spss 22. The results of the multiple regression test show that the partial t test of the motivation variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 2.680 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.02 the level is smaller of 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.943 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.00 the level is smaller than 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.690 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.003 the level is smaller than 0.05, has a positive effect on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Then simultaneously (F) Fcount of 2.941 > Ftable 2.87 with a probability of 0.01 <0.05, then the hypothesis that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect can be accepted.

Abstract

Indomie continues to adapt to consumer trends and preferences by launching product variants that suit local tastes or follow specific food trends helping Indomie stay relevant in the market. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, quality, and quantity on purchasing decisions in terms of Indomie instant noodle products. Price, promotion, and product quality were identified as independent variables in this study with purchasing decision as the dependent variable. The study was conducted with quantitative methodology. The population in this study was randomly taken from 430 Warmindo Jayaberkah consumers. The number of samples in this study was 25% of the total population obtained by 107 respondents. The results showed that price and product promotion did not affect purchasing decisions, while product quality influenced purchasing decisions. Product price, promotion, and product quality together influence purchasing decisions. Product pricing, promotion, and product quality influence purchasing decisions by 63.2%. The study's findings would suggest that product quality variables have a substantial impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The quality of public services and work discipline are one of the factors that affect people's satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the quality of public services and work discipline on the satisfaction of the people of Cimohong Village. The population in this study is the people of Cimohong Village who have interests in the Cimohong Village Office which amounts to 1464 people. For the sampling of the study, the researchers used the Slovin technique, then the sample used was 95 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using Product Moment correlation and reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The classical assumption test consists of a normality test, a multicollinearity test and a heteroskedasticity test. The hypothesis test consists of a partial test (t test), a simultaneous test (an F test) and a multiple linear regression test. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of public services on community satisfaction by calculating 3,208 > 1,661 at a significance level of 5%; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on community satisfaction with a calculation of 3,666 > of 1,661 at a significance level of 5%; (3) there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of public services and work discipline simultaneously on community satisfaction with a calculated value of 17,519> an Ftabel value of 3.94 at a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

Loyalitas pasien merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam keberhasilan sebuah klinik, karena pasien yang loyal cenderung kembali untuk menerima perawatan dan merekomendasikan layanan kepada orang lain. Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Adibah, meskipun kualitas pelayanan dianggap baik, belum mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pasien secara signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan, kepuasan pasien, dan kinerja karyawan terhadap loyalitas pasien di Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Adibah. Latar belakang permasalahan ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya peningkatan loyalitas pasien tidak hanya bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan saja, melainkan juga memerlukan pendekatan lain seperti program loyalitas pelanggan dan peningkatan komunikasi dengan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pasien yang telah menggunakan layanan klinik, serta dari evaluasi kinerja karyawan yang dilakukan secara internal. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 11,303 Pasien, dengan sampel acak sebanyak 99 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS 26, dengan analisis regresi untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen (pelayanan, kepuasan pasien, dan kinerja karyawan) terhadap variabel dependen (loyalitas pasien). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kepuasan pasien dan kinerja karyawan terhadap loyalitas pasien, sementara pengaruh pelayanan tidak signifikan secara individu. Namun, secara simultan, pelayanan, kepuasan pasien, dan kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the decrease in demand for rooms at Hotel Dedy Jaya Brebes. The results of this study are a reference for the importance of maintaining customer loyalty, because the purpose of this study is to determine how the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is a case study, which takes one particular object to be analyzed in depth by focusing on one problem. Purposive sampling technique on 86 people aged 17 years and over and have stayed or used the services of Hotel Dedy Jaya Brebes. Instrument tests are carried out with validity tests and reliability tests. This research was conducted with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that service quality affects customer satisfaction; price affects customer satisfaction; service quality affects customer loyalty; price affects customer loyalty; and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. The variable contribution of service quality and price to customer satisfaction is 75.4%, while service quality and price to customer loyalty is 82.6%. By conducting this research, it is hoped that there will be an improvement in the quality of service and prices offered by Hotel Dedy Jaya Brebes to its customers.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi era industri 4.0 sangatlah pesat. Dalam hal ini menjadi peluang bagi pembisnis untuk melebarkan usahanya ke ranah digital, termasuk Shopee. Kunci keberhasilan perusahaan, tercapainya kepuasan konsumen, seperti promosi, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan sesuai harapan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya masing-masing dan simultan pengaruh promosi, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayana terhadap kepuasan konsumen karyawan PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang sebagai pengguna Shopee. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang pengambilan datanya dengan menyebarkan angket ke karyawan PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang dengan teknik non-probability sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampelnya yang jumlahnya sebesar 103 responden, dimana kriteria sampelnya hanya pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Analisis datanya menggunakan pengujian multiple linear regression. Hasil penelitiannya menjelaskan bahwa: 1) Secara parsial promosi arahnya positif dan signifikan, dimana besar pengaruhnya yaitu 25%. 2) Kualitas produk secara parsial sangat signifikan dan arahnya positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan besar pengaruhnya yaitu 31,8%. 3) Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial sangat signifikan dan arahnya positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan besar pengaruhnya yaitu 48,2%. 4) Secara simultan bahwa promosi, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan karyawan PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang sebagai pengguna Shopee, dan besar pengaruhnya yaitu 52,4%.Kata Kunci: Promosi, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen
