Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of the MSME mini festival activities on the development of an entrepreneurial spirit in Datar Village, Warungpring District, Pemalang Regency. This mini festival is designed to promote local Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) products and provide a platform for MSME players to interact with visitors and participants. By involving various activities, such as product exhibitions, entrepreneurial workshops, and art performances, this festival is expected to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit, improve business skills, and expand the market for MSME products. The research methodology includes qualitative and quantitative approaches with data collection through surveys, interviews and observations. The survey was conducted to measure changes in motivation and entrepreneurial skills of MSME actors before and after the festival. Interviews were conducted with MSME actors, visitors and festival committee members to gain insight into the impact of the festival. Observations were carried out during the festival to assess the interactions and activities that took place. The research results show that the mini festival has a significant positive impact on the development of an entrepreneurial spirit among MSME players. This festival succeeded in increasing the motivation of MSME players to innovate and develop their products, with an average increase in motivation. Apart from that, the business skills of MSME players also experienced improvements, especially in terms of marketing and financial management. The mini festival also succeeded in expanding the market for MSME products and increasing the visibility of local products.

Abstract

Indomie continues to adapt to consumer trends and preferences by launching product variants that suit local tastes or follow specific food trends helping Indomie stay relevant in the market. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, quality, and quantity on purchasing decisions in terms of Indomie instant noodle products. Price, promotion, and product quality were identified as independent variables in this study with purchasing decision as the dependent variable. The study was conducted with quantitative methodology. The population in this study was randomly taken from 430 Warmindo Jayaberkah consumers. The number of samples in this study was 25% of the total population obtained by 107 respondents. The results showed that price and product promotion did not affect purchasing decisions, while product quality influenced purchasing decisions. Product price, promotion, and product quality together influence purchasing decisions. Product pricing, promotion, and product quality influence purchasing decisions by 63.2%. The study's findings would suggest that product quality variables have a substantial impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether there is a positive influence of leadership style on employee performance, the influence of interpersonal relationships on employee performance simultaneously on employee performance in the Jatibarang sub-district office. The method used is quantitative with the aim of this research being to determine whether there are two or more variables, as well as how far there is a correlation between the variables studied. The population used in this research was all 30 employees in the Jatibarang sub-district office. The sampling technique uses a total sampling technique or the entire population of objects is used as a sample. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 16 program. What is tested is the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test which consists of the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, Kolmogorov normality test. descriptive analysis test. Verification analysis tests include multiple linear regression analysis tests and coefficient of determination tests. Hypothesis testing is using the t test and f test. The results of this research are 1) leadership style has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. It is known that the significance value for the influence of x1 on y is 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.902 > t table 2.048. 2) Interpersonal relationships have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. It is known that the significance value for the influence of x2 on y is 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 3,544 > t table 2,048. 3) simultaneously, the variable leadership style and interpersonal relationships simultaneously on employee performance is 0.000 < 00.05 and the calculated F value is 21,341 > f table 3.354.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Methods of collecting data by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires to respondents of employees of Yogya Mall Brebes through offline using a questionnaire. The population of Yogya Mall's fashion division employees is 40 employees. The data analysis method is using multiple regression analysis using spss 22. The results of the multiple regression test show that the partial t test of the motivation variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 2.680 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.02 the level is smaller of 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.943 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.00 the level is smaller than 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.690 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.003 the level is smaller than 0.05, has a positive effect on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Then simultaneously (F) Fcount of 2.941 > Ftable 2.87 with a probability of 0.01 <0.05, then the hypothesis that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect can be accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Live Streaming Feature, Price Discounts and Product Reviews on Poss Wholesale Retail (PGE) Purchasing Decisions on the Shopee application. This research uses a quantitative approach to measure the influence of live streaming features, price discounts and product reviews on Poss consumer purchasing decisions Wholesale Retail (PGE) official store via the Shopee application with 100 respondents adopting Partial Least Sequare (PLS).The research results show T-Statistics 2.955> 1.96 and P-Values ​​0.003 < 0.05 so that H1 is accepted and it can be concluded that the live streaming feature has an influence on purchasing decisions. On the price discount indicator, the results of the research show that the significance value seen from the T-Statistics is 6.430> 1.96 and P-Values ​​0.003 < 0.05 so that H2 is accepted and it can be concluded that price discounts have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Then for the product review indicator, the research results show that the significance value formed is smaller than α = 0.05, namely 0.000. From these results, it can be seen that T-Statistics is 5.806> 1.96 and P-Values ​​0.000 < 0.05 so that H3 is accepted and it can be concluded that product reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Official Wholesale Retailers (PGE) via the Shopee application.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation variables, work discipline and work ability on improving service quality at the Brebes Regency Fisheries Service. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research sample consisted of 43 employees of the Brebes Regency Fisheries Service who were selected using saturated sampling. The results of the analysis show that the motivation variable has a positive and significant influence on service quality (t = 2.719 > t table = 2.023, sig = 0.010 < 0.05). The work discipline variable also has a positive and significant effect on service quality (t count = 4,180 > t table = 2,023, sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the work ability variable shows a positive and significant influence on service quality (t count = 2.648 > t table = 2.023, sig = 0.012 < 0.05). Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on service quality, with a calculated F value of 24,378 which is greater than F table 2.84 (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). This research suggests that the Brebes Regency Fisheries Service improve motivation, discipline and work skills training programs to improve service quality. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for other government agencies in efforts to improve the quality of public services.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, compensation and employee engagement on the performance of employees at Surya Toserba Ciledug, Cirebon Regency. The sampling technique in this research used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling with a saturated sample method for 54 employees. The data analysis techniques used were validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) tests, t tests, and F tests assisted by using SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results of this research from partial tests show that the work environment influences employee performance from the results obtained, namely 3,569 > 2,008, and the sig value on employee performance is 0.001 < 0.05. compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at Surya Toserba Ciledug Cirebon, with a value of 2,407 > 2,008, and a sig value on employee performance of 0.020 < 0.05. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results obtained, namely 3,128 > 2,008, and the sig value on employee performance is 0.003 < 0.05, it can be concluded that employee engagement influences employee performance at Surya Toserba Ciledug Cirebon. The higher the level of employee engagement, the better the performance.

Abstract

This research has the main objective, namely to determine the service at the Tirta Baribis Drinking Water Company, Brebes Regency, which is measured based on the community satisfaction index which refers to the guidelines of the Ministerial Regulation on State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017. The sampling technique used is non-probability. sampling with the type of accidental sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, documentation and distributing questionnaires to 177 respondents. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach's Alpha formula. The results of calculating the Community Satisfaction Index in this study were evaluated based on 9 elements, showing that services at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Baribis received a score of 2.98 with a conversion rate of 74.55, this value shows that 74.5% of the community felt satisfaction with the services provided, so that public services at the Tirta Baribis Drinking Water Company are at service quality level "B", which means the level of service performance is good. The element with the highest satisfaction index value is Product Specification Type of Service with a score of 3.12 and a conversion value of 78 which is included in the "B" or "Agree/Good" category. Meanwhile, the element with the lowest score is System Mechanisms and Procedures with a score of 2.90 and a conversion value of 72.5 which is included in the "B" or "Agree/Good" category.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Communication, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Daehan Global. The population of this research focuses on all employees in the Cutting Department of PT. Daehan Global, namely 86 employees with the sample type, namely saturated samples. Data was collected using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing t test and F test. The results of this research show that: Communication partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Daehan Global. Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Daehan Global. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Daehan Global. Communication (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3) simultaneously / together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Daehan Global. The contribution of the independent variables communication (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3) to the dependent variable employee performance (Y) is 0,532 or 53,2%, the contribution of variable X provides sufficient explanation for variable Y. Meanwhile the remaining 46,8% is another factor not discussed in this study.

Abstract

In this modern era, employees who have good performance are really needed. The existence of libraries cannot be separated from community life. Libraries are important to meet the knowledge needs of someone who is looking for various reading sources. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, work culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Brebes Regency Archives and Library Service The population in this study were employees of the Regional Archives and Library Service of Brebes Regency with a total of 36 respondents. The analysis used was descriptive analysis, SPSS 22. The results of this study were that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely sig 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount 3.673 > 2.036. Work culture does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely sig 0.174 > 0.05 and tcount 1.390 < 2.036. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely sig 0.020 < 0.05 and tcount 2.454 > 2.036. Based on the results of the F test carried out, the sign value is known. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount value 24.199 > 2.90 so it can be concluded that the variables of work environment, work culture, motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.
