Abstract

The procedure for dismissing the President, which is often referred to as impeachment, is an action that is natural in the presidential system. The demand for the dismissal of the President and Vice President halfway because of government policies that were considered impartial to the people at that time became a controversial act. This is because, after the amendment of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 (UUD NRI 1945) regarding the impeachment procedure and mechanism is still quite complicated and does not have a comprehensive regulation regulating the impeachment mechanism of the President and or Vice President. Article 7B of the 1945 NRI Constitution only specifies in general terms the impeachment mechanism for the President. This difficult stage must be motivated because the President has violated the constitution. Therefore, in this study, the author will elaborate in more detail regarding the impeachment mechanism against the President Justisil Verdicts and Political Decisions.

Abstract

Mashlahah murlah is something that is good according to reason with the aim of realizing benefit or avoiding harm for human survival. This research aims to: Find out the rice import policy in Indonesia, the impact of rice imports on farmers, find out the form of farmer protection regarding the rice import policy from a mashlahah murlah perspective. This type of research is normative juridical with a conceptual approach and statute approach. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis. The data is processed and analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of the research provide an answer, namely: The policy of importing rice on a large scale from the beginning of 2021 to 2023 and even now is not appropriate because it causes greater harm, especially for farmers. on rice imports, as well as causing a decrease in farmers' income and disrupting the ideals of food sovereignty in Indonesia, the rice import policy from the Mashlahah Murlah perspective on farmer protection actually creates legal protection which must prioritize the welfare of farmers and society, helping farmers increase their income and quality of life in order to create food sovereignty in Indonesia.

Abstract

The need for sustainable alternative energy sources has driven increasing interest in waste heat utilization, particularly from domestic and commercial activities such as cooking stoves. This study analyzes the potential for electrical energy generation from waste heat produced by commercial restaurant stoves using a multi-module thermoelectric generator (TEG) system based on Peltier modules (TEC1-12706 and TEG 1848) equipped with a cooling mechanism. The experimental procedure involved characterizing the electrical performance of the modules under a controlled heat source, followed by direct application to an LPG stove with variations in the distance between the heat source and the module to meet specific temperature conditions. The results demonstrate a strong nonlinear relationship between the temperature difference (delta T) and the output voltage, with optimal performance observed within a delta T range of 40 to 65 degrees Celsius. During stove testing, the system generated a maximum output power of 804 milliwatts at a delta T of approximately 53 degrees Celsius. These findings indicate that the utilization of stove waste heat through serially connected TEG modules combined with active thermal management represents a feasible approach for direct current electricity generation in waste heat recovery applications. However, the overall efficiency remains constrained by internal module resistance and thermal contact instability under real operating conditions.

Abstract

This paper conceptualizes Digital Storytelling (DST) in Scince, Technology, Engeneering, Mathematic (STEM) Mathematics as a pedagogical model for strengthening students’ mathematical problem-solving while enabling the communication of Islamic values honesty (ṣidq), responsibility (amānah), cooperation (taʿāwun), and perseverance (ṣabr) within problem-based learning (PBL). The concept paper argues that digital storytelling can function as a “narrative bridge” connecting STEM contexts, mathematical reasoning, and ethical reflection without turning mathematics lessons into moral instruction. The proposed framework positions storytelling as an integrative learning product developed across three cycles: (1) problem framing in authentic STEM situations, (2) modeling and solution development through collaborative mathematical inquiry, and (3) narrative synthesis, where learners produce short digital stories that explain assumptions, justify strategies, and reflect on value-informed decisions and societal impacts. To guide implementation and assessment, the paper outlines design principles for tasks, group roles, and teacher facilitation that promote accountable talk, respectful dialogue, and evidence-based reasoning. It also proposes an assessment approach combining mathematics performance indicators (representation, reasoning, accuracy, and validation) with value-oriented communication indicators (truthfulness in reporting results, responsibility in teamwork, cooperative discourse, and persistence through iterative revision). The paper concludes by highlighting practical implications for curriculum design, classroom assessment rubrics, and teacher professional development in value-integrated STEM education. Future empirical work is recommended to test the model across diverse contexts, compare it with conventional PBL, and examine how narrative features mediate students’ engagement, reasoning quality, and value communication over time.

Abstract

This article examines the transformation of the social identity of former gangsters (preman) in the city of Solo who seek to rebuild their religious identity through the process of hijrah and active participation in religious communities such as Juba Rescue and Ekspreso. The study employs the Social Identity Theory (Tajfel & Turner) and the Stigma and Identity Management Theory (Erving Goffman) to understand the dynamics of self-transformation and the strategies used to manage a spoiled identity. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and field documentation conducted between 2023 and 2024. The findings reveal that the transformation of former gangsters’ social identity unfolds across five main dimensions: (1) Social Identity Repositioning — from Gangster to Respected Muslim; (2) Symbolic Representation and Self-Presentation; (3) Spiritual Process and Moral Transition; (4) Ideological and Social Loyalty Shifts; and (5) Economic Reorientation and the Emergence of a New Work Ethic. This process illustrates a continuous negotiation between a deviant past and the construction of a renewed religious self, highlighting the success of stigma management in shaping a new social identity within the urban public sphere.

Abstract

corporate behavior and ensuring business sustainability in relation to their investment decisions. This study aims to examine the board attributes that influence ESG disclosure. The board attributes analyzed include board size, gender diversity, and board independence. The research focuses on food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021–2023. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a multiple linear regression model. Results indicate that board attributes, board size have a positive and significant relationship with ESG disclosure. However, no significant association is found between gender diversity, board independence and ESG disclosure. In line with stakeholder theory, the disclosure of ESG information to all stakeholders is an important factor in creating the company’s competitive advantage
