Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi mendorong perubahan  seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, baik sosial, budaya, ekonomi, dan berbagai aspek lain, termasuk transportasi. Masyarakat mengalami transformasi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, belanja secara online, berinteraksi dengan media sosial, bahkan berpergian meggunakan aplikasi online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ojek online gojek di Tangerang. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif statistik menggunakan smartPls 4. Metode pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik sampling  non probability sampling dengan  sampling kuota. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  t statistic > t table dan nilai sig. > P value. Maka  kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan  Kualitas sdm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melalui  kualitas pelayanan. Uji structural inner model nilai R square 0,666 artinya  kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 66,6%., termasuk kategori pengaruh moderat.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) describe the characteristics of the Physics module based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL); (2) knowing the feasibility of a Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) based physics module; (3) knowing the use of Physics modules based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) can empower students' knowledge and character values. This research method is R&D by referring to the 4-D model (four D model) proposed by Thiagarajan (1974). The 4-D model consists of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Modules are assessed based on the feasibility of the material, media, and language, as well as trials (limited and extensive) to students, and the stages of dissemination at the MGMP forum. Research data collection was using questionnaires and needs analysis interview guidelines, validation sheets, response questionnaires, character value questionnaires, character value observation sheets, and disseminate questionnaires. The results of the study were as follows: (1) produce a module based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). (2) the module is categorized as feasible based on (material expert, media expert, linguist, teacher, colleague) which shows an average value of 86.0> minimum value of eligibility 84.3. This result also supported by good responses from students and the results of dissemination conducted on the MGMP forum which categorizes the modules well. (3) the use of modules can empower students' character values ​​and knowledge. This is indicated by the results of the character values ​​and knowledge of students> 75% can reach more than KKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu, beban kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian produksi menggunakan kepuasan kerja sebagai variable mediasi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur PT ABCD Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanasi (explanatory research). Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan nilai R-squared (R2) sebesar 0,549 atau sama dengan 54,9%. Nilai tersebut memiliki arti bahwa peran karakteristik individu, beban kerja, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 54,9% pada kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,1% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh variabel independent lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variable karakteristik individu dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan variable beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dan kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi pengaruh karakteristik individu, beban kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Harga dan lokasi usaha dengan keputusan pembelian diwarung Madura daerah Cengkareng Jakarta Barat, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh moderasi harga terhadap lokasi usaha dengan keputusan pembelian diwarung Madura daerah Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari 100 responden dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan Google Form kepada responden yang telah pernah membeli diwarung Madura daerah Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM-PLS4 (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan harga dan Lokasi usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian diwarung Madura daerah Cengkareng Jakarta Barat . Harga tidak memoderasi hubungan antara lokasi usaha dengan keputusan pembelian diwarung Madura daerah Cengkareng Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

Companies must continue to pay attention to the role of their human resources. The attention that can be paid by the company can be in the form of discipline and compensation provided so that the performance of its employees is also maintained. This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Artdeco Inti Kreasi. The analysis method of this study uses quantitative data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample in this study is 40 respondents who are all employees at PT Artdeco Inti Kreasi. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 data processing. The results of this study state that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and discipline simultaneously affect employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of promotions and facilities offered by Tepi Bambu Café & Resto in Depok on customer purchasing choices. This study uses a quantitative method and conducted a survey of 100 participants who have made purchases at the cafe. The collected data were processed using SPSS version 25 by conducting multiple linear regression analysis. Several studies were conducted, including data quality checks, traditional hypothesis tests, specific hypothesis tests, and assessment of the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the sales promotions offered had a significant impact on purchasing decisions, the facilities offered had a significant impact on purchasing decisions, sales promotions and facilities offered had a significant impact on purchasing decisions simultaneously. With an R² of 0.696, it was found that sales promotion facilities influenced 69.6% of purchasing decisions, while the remaining 30.4% was determined by other factors not considered in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence innovative work behavior in IT employees with millennial generation characteristics. The millennial generation is known as a group that is adaptive to technology and has great potential to generate innovative ideas in the work environment. In the era of growing digitalization, the innovative ability of IT employees is crucial for companies to compete effectively. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving IT employees aged 23-38 years as respondents. The data collected was analyzed using factor analysis techniques to identify the main variables that contribute to innovative work behavior. The results showed that factors such as intrinsic motivation, supportive work environment, transformational leadership, and innovative organizational culture have a significant influence on the innovative work behavior of millennial generation IT employees. The findings are expected to contribute to companies in developing appropriate strategies to increase innovative work behavior among IT employees, especially the millennial generation, to support the sustainability of innovation in the organization.

Abstract

Promotion and price are important factors in realizing a company's sales goals. Promotion is very influential on the company's efforts to achieve maximum sales volume, as well as price perceptions will determine consumer behavior in deciding purchases. This research was conducted on customers of PT. Aneka Rasa Citra Sejati, Jakarta aims to analyze promotional factors and price perceptions that influence customer purchasing decisions for bear brand milk during the covid-19 pandemic. The sample in this study amounted to 105 respondents with a simple probability sampling method. The method used in data analysis is descriptive quantitative with correlation coefficient test, regression equation, F test, T test and Determination test, statistical data processing using SPSS 25 software. The results show that R square is 0.536 or 53.6%. This means that 53.6% of purchasing decisions are influenced by promotion and price factors. The correlation value between promotion and price on purchasing decisions is 0.732, which means there is a strong influence between variables X1, X2, and Y. Multiple linear regression coefficient test shows that Y= 1.723+0.395X1+0.354X2. The analysis above shows that sales promotion and price perception have a strong and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and the conclusion Ha is accepted that there is an influence of promotion and price on purchasing decisions of bear brand milk

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the sale of Bear Brand Milk during the covid-19 pandemic at PT. Various Taste of True Image, Jakarta. Companies engaged in the distribution of products PT. Nestle Indonesia in the form of coffee, cereals, and several kinds of milk, one of which is bear milk. The target market is Traditional Markets, Bakery, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Business Industries, School Canteens, Mini Markets, and Cooperatives. The implementation of sales is an important stage that has been determined by the company in the context of the company's operational activities. In conducting sales input using the ND6 program. This type of research is policy research (policy research) with a qualitative descriptive method. Methods of data collection using, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis phase with preparation, exploration, and reporting. This study shows that the implementation of sales starts from consumer orders to sales, is forwarded to the administration to make sales invoices and letters of delivery of goods. The invoice is checked by the head of the warehouse, and loading is carried out. When it is finished loading, the invoice and travel document are handed over to the driver and then sent to the customer's address, the consumer receives the goods and signs the delivery letter. Document data required in the form of direct order (Additional Order) or CMO (Cofirm Monthly Order) order a month earlier for products that are out of stock, PO (Purchase Order) Sales Invoice, and Travel Letter.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada massyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan produk berbasis bahan alam lokal, yang dikembangkan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Farmasi dan Sains Biomedis Universitas Bima Internasional MFH kepada masyarakat Kota Mataram. Produk yang disosialisasikan meliputi Mbojo Herbs, Teh Pataha Ati, Chocoginger, SariMorrie, dan King Annona Tea yang terbuat dari bahan alami seperti jahe, kunyit, sereh, dan kayu manis. Kegiatan diseminasi ini dilaksanakan di Taman Sangkareang, Kota Mataram, dengan pembagian sampel gratis, sosialisasi produk melalui brosur dan banner, serta pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Sebanyak 100 responden berpartisipasi dalam survei ini. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa 52% responden mengonsumsi produk berbasis herbal sebanyak 1-2 kali sebulan. 63% responden menilai kualitas produk yang disosialisasikan sebagai "baik". Aroma produk herbal dianggap cukup ringan dan menyegarkan oleh 45% peserta. Selain itu, 41% responden merasakan langsung manfaat kesehatan seperti perasaan hangat. Namun, 38% responden merasa bahwa informasi yang diberikan perlu penjelasan lebih lanjut. Selain itu, 63% responden menunjukkan ketertarikan pada kemasan praktis seperti kemasan sachet. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa produk berbasis herbal ini diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat, namun perlu adanya perbaikan pada rasa dan kemasan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan keberlanjutan produk di pasar. Dissemination of a Natural Ingredient Based Product Prototype at Sangkareang Park, Mataram City, in 2025 Abstract This community service aims to introduce products based on local natural ingredients, developed by lecturers and students of the Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences Study Program at University of Bima International MFH to the people of Mataram City. The products socialized include Mbojo Herbs, Teh Pataha Ati, Chocoginger, SariMorrie, and King Annona Tea made from natural ingredients such as ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, and cinnamon. This dissemination activity was carried out at Sangkareang Park, Mataram City, with free sample distribution, product socialization through brochures and banners, and data collection through questionnaires. A total of 100 respondents participated in this survey. The survey results show that 52% of respondents consume herbal-based products 1–2 times a month. 63% of respondents rated the quality of the socialized products as "good." The aroma of the herbal products was considered fairly light and refreshing by 45% of participants. In addition, 41% of respondents felt direct health benefits such as a feeling of warmth. However, 38% of respondents felt that the information provided needed further explanation. In addition, 63% of respondents showed interest in practical packaging such as sachet packaging. These findings indicate that these herbal-based products are well received by the community, but improvements in taste and packaging are needed to increase the products' attractiveness and sustainability in the market
