Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kesadaran hukum masyarakat terhadap kepemilikan sertifikat hak milik atas tanah di Desa Kadingeh Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang Faktor-faktor yang menghambat masyarakat tidak mensertifikatkan tanahnya di Desa Kadingeh Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang. PKM ini merupakan Pengabdian dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan, jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam PKM ini yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder PKM menyimpulkan tingkat kesadaran hukum masyarakat Desa Kadingeh Kabupaten Enrekang rendah. Kesadaran hukum masyarakat Desa Kadingeh diukur berdasarkan empat indikator, yakni pengetahuan hukum, pemahaman hukum, sikap hukum, perilaku hukum. Pertama pengetahuan hukum, masyarakat Desa Kadingeh mengetahui ada produk hukum yang mengatur sertifkat tanah. Kedua pemahaman hukum, masyarakat Desa Kadingeh telah memahami manfaat pensertifikatan tanah, namun tidak mengetahui prosedur dan syarat pengurusan sertifikat tanah. Ketiga sikap hukum, masyarakat Desa Kadingeh setuju perlunya adanya sertifikat tanah. Empat perilaku hukum, masyarakat Desa Kadingeh memiliki perilaku hukum yang kurang taat yaitu tidak mengurus sertifikat tanah. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat masyarakat tidak mensertifikatkan tanahnya di Desa Kadingeh Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang yaitu Faktor kesibukan masyarakat, Faktor pemahaman hukum yang rendah Faktor biaya.kata kunci: Kesadaran hukum, sertifikat tanah, desa Kadingeh Abstract This PKM aims to find out how the community's legal awareness of ownership of land ownership certificates in Kadingeh Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. Factors that hinder the community from not certifying their land in Kadingeh Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. This PKM is a service with counseling and training methods, the types and sources of data used in this PKM are primary and secondary data sources. PKM concludes that the level of legal awareness of the people of Kadingeh Village, Enrekang Regency is low. The legal awareness of the Kadingeh Village community is measured based on four indicators, namely legal knowledge, legal understanding, legal attitude, and legal behavior. First, legal knowledge, the people of Kadingeh Village know that there is a legal product that regulates land certificates. The second is legal understanding, the people of Kadingeh Village have understood the benefits of land certificates, but do not know the procedures and requirements for obtaining land certificates. Thirdly, the legal attitude, the people of Kadingeh Village agree that there is a need for land certificates. Four legal behaviors, the people of Kadingeh Village have less obedient legal behavior, namely not taking care of land certificates. The factors that hinder the community from not certifying their land in Kadingeh Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency, namely the community's busyness factor, the low legal understanding factor, the cost factor.keywords: Legal awareness, land title, Kadingeh village

Abstract

Di Indonesia, olahraga profesional masih akan bergerak ke arah olahraga industri dan bisnis, karena selain prestasi olahraga, Indonesia juga menunjukkan banyak perselisihan/konflik internal, mulai dari konflik dalam kepengurusan organisasi olahraga hingga konflik/perselisihan internal antar pemain olahraga profesional, khususnya sepakbola yang menjadi salah satu pertikaiannya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penyelesaian sengketa kontrak dalam sepak bola profesional. Metode kajian menggunakan penelusuran kepustakaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan sepak bola sebagai salah satu cabang olahraga profesional terpopuler di Indonesia. para pemain olahraga yang terlibat dalam olahraga tersebut mengikatkan diri dalam suatu kontrak kerja dimana kontrak tersebut merupakan bagian atau unsur penting dalam pengembangan olahraga profesional. Dalam kontrak pelaku olahraga diatur hal-hal yang menyangkut hak dan kewajiban pelaku olahraga, besaran pembayaran dan cara penyelesaian sengketa apabila terjadi sengketa kontrak.

Abstract

Abstract. This research will be carried out at Makassar State University, focusing on Management Collaboration in the UNM Matching Fun program with the Industrial and Business World. This study will analyze the Effectiveness of Managing Collaboration in the kedaireka Collaboration program. All data or materials used to support the research to be carried out cover every aspect related to the research problem. This study aims to analyze the Managing Collaboration in the Kedaireka Collaboration program at Makassar State University. This research understands the phenomena originating from the implementation of the Collaboration program. Therefore, the researcher chose to use a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, with the consideration that a qualitative approach is a research procedure that seeks to describe the views, perceptions of the researcher as a whole related to the data obtained in the field. Researchers are more dominant in conducting qualitative research in the nature of case studies with the aim of obtaining a more authentic understanding of the collaboration program, namely the Kedaireka program. In addition, qualitative case study research understands phenomena from the participant's point of view, the social and institutional context, which are considered to be very suitable for the problem to be studied. The results of his research indicated that the Kedaireka mutching fun program was running effectively and was able to provide a space for collaboration for Makassar State University lecturers. Kata Kunci: Managing Collaboration, Kedaireka, Matching Fund

Abstract

Abstract. This study analyzes the validity of the electronic agreement. The purpose of this study specifically will dissect and analyze aspects of the agreement in the Civil Code and explore the legality of electronic agreements in the practice of electronic media transactions. The research method used is normative juridical research, because in parsing and discussing the use of applicable regulatory instruments along with library materials as primary sources in research, the research approach is by taking a statutory approach, by looking at the phenomenon of technological developments, it is also necessary to look at the regulatory instruments by analyzing regulations related to contract law according to positive law as the foundation in conducting electronic agreement practices. This research is a descriptive research, which aims to explain how legal certainty is to the practice of electronic agreements used by technology users in conducting virtual contractual transactions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the electronic agreement already has adequate legal instruments. 19 of 2016 concerning information and electronic transactions. Therefore, the legal structure used to make electronic agreements can be applied in Indonesia, although in the author's opinion, there are still some regulatory improvements in the midst of the development of virtual transactions in order to provide legal certainty to the public. Keywords: Electronic Agreement, Legal Agreement, Electronic Media Transactions.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and finding 1). Implementation of waste bank policies in Rappocini District, 2). Knowing and discovering the contribution of waste banks to the environment, social and economy of the community in Rappocini District. The type of research used is phenomenological research. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data collection process carried out by researchers included: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show 1). The implementation of a waste bank based on research in the Rappocini District has been running well, this can be seen from the existence of a waste bank in the Rappocini District. However, in terms of resources, they are still considered inadequate due to the existence of waste disposal banks which have stopped operating because there has been no reorganization and the management has left. This is due to a lack of public awareness and interest in participating in waste collection. 2). The waste bank has contributed a lot to the environment, social and economy of the people in Rappocini District. In terms of the environment, for example, there has been a decrease in the transportation of waste that will be disposed of at the Final Disposal Site (TPA) because people whose social activities are starting to change are the ones who initially throw it away, since the existence of a waste bank, people prefer to store it and then exchange it for money in the form of savings or recycling. The waste becomes goods with sale or economic value so that it has an impact on the community's economy in meeting their daily needs.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to find out the impacts of the use of Google Translate (GT) application to the students’ thesis writing. The samples of the research were chosen purposively, taken the fourth semester students of English Education Department, Graduate Program, at Universitas Negeri Makassar. The study was a descriptive qualitative. It utilized an interview guideline as the primary tool for data collection. The data were analyzed by qualitative analysis employing data condensation, data display, and conclusion and drawing verification. The results of the study showed that the impacts of using GT app to the students’ thesis writing are rewarding in terms of confidence, convenience, time efficiency, and motivation. GT app can increase students’ self-confidence in terms of self-writing skills in composing their thesis. It can also increase the ability to create students’ thesis content. Its use is convenient. Its operation is simple to use at any time, from any location, and in any mobile device. GT app also has an impact on the students’ motivation to complete their thesis quickly, resulting in time efficiency that saves them time in understanding the related literature from GT’s translation as well as the translation of the students’ ideas.Keywords: Google Translate, Thesis Writing, Impacts.

Abstract

 Studi PKM ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan pelatihan berdialog bahasa Inggris dengan materi kontekstual. Peserta kegiatan PKM ini adalah peserta didik di SMAN 11 Makassar, yang dipilih secara acak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah penyuluhan dengan menerapkan tiga metode yaitu ceramah, pelatihan, dan penugasan. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan secara berpasangan oleh peserta didik dan dimonitor oleh tim PKM. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM menunjukkan metode ceramah dilakukan dengan memperkenalkan prosedur kegiatan berdialog dan memberikan contoh-contoh percakapan kontekstual dan penggunaan ungkapan-ungkapan bahasa Inggris, metode pelatihan dengan praktik mengilhami karakter dan penguasaan memproduksi ungkapan-ungkapan bahasa Inggris secara akurat, fasih, dan mudah dipahami, dan metode penugasan dengan menugaskan peserta didik untuk mendemonstrasikan dialog bahasa Inggris mereka secara berpasangan, dan mengoreksi penampilan setiap pasangan. Terdapat aspek-aspek yang menunjang pelaksanaan penyuluhan PKM ini yaitu interaksi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, monitor yang intensif, materi pembelajaran yang menarik, dan prinsip praktik dan latihan pembelajaran yang kognitif.Kata-kata kunci: Berdialog bahasa Inggris, materi kontekstual                                                    AbstractThe study of this Community Service (PKM) aimed to describe the implementation of English dialogue training with contextual material. Participants in this PKM were students at SMAN 11 Makassar, who were chosen randomly. The approach used in this PKM was counseling by applying three methods, namely lectures, training and assignments. All activities were carried out by students in pairs and were monitored intensively by the PKM team. The results of the PKM showed that the lecture method was carried out by introducing dialogue procedures and providing examples of contextual conversations and the use of English expressions, the training method used practice to inspire character and mastery of producing English expressions accurately, fluently and comprehensibly, and the assignment method was executed by assigning students to demonstrate their English dialogue in pairs, and correcting each pair's performance. There were aspects that support the implementation of this PKM, namely fun learning interactions, intensive monitoring, interesting learning materials, and principles of cognitive learning practices and exercises.Keywords: English dialogue, contextual material

Abstract

Studi PKM ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi dan membekali peserta PKM dengan materi-materi menulis teks bacaan bahasa Inggris, yaitu teks deskfriptif, teks naratif, dan teks pengumuman, dan menghasilkan tulisan teks bahasa Inggris yang dapat dijadikan sebagai materi pembelajaran bagi peserta didik. Ada lima metode yang dilakukan adalah analisis topik tulisan, penyajian contoh-contoh teks dan strukturnya, penentuan topik tulisan dan isiannya, penulisan, dan penyajian hasil tulisan teks. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan PKM, ditemukan bahwa peserta dapat dengan mudah menuliskan ide-ide mereka dalam tulisan karena hasil pertimbangan pilihan topik sendiri, pengetahuan mengenai situasi dan kondisi terutama mengenai kemampuan peserta didik mereka, dan penggunaan bahasa dalam tulisan teks sesuai maksud yang sebenarnya dari penulis sebagai peserta PKM. Namun, terdapat kendala khususnya dalam pemahaman penggunaan tata bahasa Inggris di dalam menuliskan teks bacaan berbahasa Inggris. Sehingga, dirasa perlu untuk melakukan kegiatan monitor dan pendampingan untuk memeriksa penggunaan tata bahasa Inggris dengan baik dan benar.  Abstract. This PKM study aims to facilitate and equip PKM participants with materials for writing English reading texts, namely descriptive texts, narrative texts, and announcement texts, and produce written English texts that can be used as learning materials for students. There are five methods used, namely analyzing written topics, presenting examples of text and their structure, determining writing topics and content, writing, and presenting the results of written text. Based on the results of PKM training, it was found that participants could easily write down their ideas in writing due to consideration of their own topic choices, knowledge of situations and conditions, especially regarding the abilities of their students, and the use of language in written texts according to the true intentions of the writer as PKM participants. However, there is an obstacle, especially in understanding the use of English grammar in writing English reading texts. So, it is deemed necessary to carry out monitoring and mentoring activities to check the use of English grammar properly and correctly

Abstract

Abstrak – Pemanfaatan penggunaan canva terhadap proses pembelajaran di SMK 1 wonomulyo polewali mandar diharapkan dapat memberikan  konstribusi  pemahaman bagi siswa yang efektif. Luaran dari sekolah SMK 1 Muhammadiyah juga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dengan kwalitas. Metode yang digunakan secara berjenjang dengan mengidentifikasi masalah yang ada pada siswa dan selanjutnya dilakukan pembimbingan secara berkala dengan siswa atau pendampingan,untuk menjaga konsisten siswa dalam menghasilkan siswa yang melek akan teknologi dalam menggunakan pemanfaatan aplikasi Canva dengan baik. Metode secara teknis dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan praktek secara langsung dengan mendampingi siswa secara khusus yakni siswa  jurusan Tata Busana.Kata kunci: Canva, Siswa, Tata Busana

Abstract

The tradition of "uang panai'", a traditional dowry in Bugis-Makassar wedding ceremonies, plays a crucial role in preserving cultural heritage while adapting to contemporary societal changes. This study adopts a qualitative ethnographic approach to explore the evolving criteria for determining the price of uang panai' and its implications on social dynamics within the Bugis-Makassar community. Data were collected through observations and interviews with informants from various districts, supplemented by literature studies. The findings reveal that while lineage remains a predominant criterion, factors such as wealth, education, and occupation have gained significant importance. Wealthy and noble families often demand higher uang panai' to maintain their social status and ensure compatible marital matches. Education and occupation also significantly influence the dowry's value, reflecting the community's increasing emphasis on social mobility and economic stability. This study's novelty lies in its detailed examination of the interplay between traditional practices and modern socioeconomic factors, providing a comprehensive understanding of uang panai's' evolving role. The research highlights the dual function of uang panai' as a symbol of respect and a potential source of economic pressure, offering insights for balancing cultural preservation with economic realities. These findings contribute to the broader discourse on cultural adaptation and suggest avenues for future research on mitigating financial burdens associated with traditional practices. By elucidating the contemporary dynamics of uang panai', this study enhances our understanding of cultural practices and their adaptation in a rapidly changing society.
