Abstract

As a ruler who contributed to the revival of Javanese culture, especially in literature, Mangkunegara IV is mentioned as a ruler and a poet. One of the largest and most famous of his many literary works is "Serat Wedhatama". "Serat Wedhatama" is a manifestation of Mangkunegara IV's concern and sensitivity to the situation of the people at that time who experienced a moral crisis due to the influx of foreign cultures, he wrote many teachings on virtuousness that were by the personality of the Javanese people. This study seeks to identify the concept of Javanese Islamic Ethics in "Serat Wedhatama" and its construction according to Karl Mannheim's sociological theory of knowledge. This research is a type of qualitative research by applying the literature study method. The results of this study indicate that the concepts carried out in the teachings of Javanese Islamic Ethics in "Serat Wedhatama" are in the form of life guidelines that are tailored to the personality of "Javanese" as well as containing teachings of Islamic values. The teachings of ethics in "Serat Wedhatama" contain the teachings of human ethics towards others and human ethics towards God. The construction of Islamic Ethical values in "Serat Wedhatama" when viewed with the sociological theory of knowledge of Karl Mannheim refers to the historical social background of Mangkunegara IV when compiling "Serat Wedhatama". From a historical point of view, a very influential factor is heredity. Mangkunegara IV had close kinship with the previous three rulers who were religious circles. Born from a religious family supporting Mangkunegara IV grew up with a religious spirit. Embedding of a religious soul since childhood influences the output of his thoughts. It is natural when Mangkunegara IV through "Serat Wedhatama" expects Javanese to behave according to their personality, as well as act according to the actions taught in Islam.

Abstract

This article proposes an alternative model for maintaining interfaith peace by studying the harmonious relationship between Muslim and Catholic communities in Padukuhan Pringwulung, Yogyakarta. This research aims to promote religious moderation in the context of a multicultural society. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the Pringwulung community has demonstrated a real example of social integration and interfaith harmony. Although the majority of the population is Muslim, there are harmonious religious practices through culture-based activities, such as traditional arts, traditional ceremonies, and syawalan, which involve all residents. Dukuh, RT, and RW act as the driving force in creating a shared vision that strengthens the relationship between the Muslim and Catholic communities. In addition, human values, mutual respect for differences, and mutual trust are the main foundations of maintaining harmonious relationships. Pringwulung reflects the importance of valuing diversity as social capital that strengthens community integration. This community has become not only a local model but also a global inspiration in efforts to build a safe, peaceful, and harmonious environment. Therefore, efforts to change and preserve the harmony of diversity must start from the smallest scale to create good habits that have a wide impact.

Abstract

Progressive Islamic KH. Ali Yafie thought’s, who is moderate and contextual, has significance and relevance in facing the challenges of the times in Indonesia. This article aims to understand the direction of Ali Yafie's thinking regarding progressive Islam, in interpreting texts over context, and the production of social fiqh. The method used is a qualitative method based on literature review, with data collection through literature review, especially the main work of KH. Ali Yafie and relevant articles as secondary sources. The analysis technique applied is content analysis. The results of the study show three main things: first, the genealogical of KH's progressive thinking. Ali Yafie in Indonesia was influenced by Indonesia's socio-political developments and the needs of Muslims. Second, the interpretation method of KH. Ali Yafie emphasizes the synergy between texts and social contexts, by presenting interpretations that emphasize the balance of understanding religious texts and social reality. Third, social fiqh in the thought of KH. Ali Yafie aims to achieve social justice through a progressive approach by using fiqh as an instrument to achieve social justice, especially through wealth redistribution, empowerment of marginalized groups, and political participation of Muslims. Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in the development of human civilization, particularly during the Fatimid Dynasty, which ruled from 909 to 1171 AD. This dynasty is renowned for its efforts in establishing educational institutions such as Al-Azhar University, which is considered one of the oldest higher education institutions in the Islamic world and significantly impacted the development of knowledge in Egypt. This study aims to explore the contributions of education during the Fatimid era and its effects on the advancement of knowledge and Islamic culture. The research employs a library study method, allowing the researcher to compile and analyze various documented sources related to education in this period. The findings indicate that the strong support from the Fatimid Dynasty for the advancement of knowledge resulted in the establishment of educational institutions and progress in fields such as philosophy, hadith, fiqh, and linguistics. This research emphasizes the vital role of education in building Islamic civilization and how the educational policies of the Fatimid Dynasty contributed to the widely recognized development of knowledge within the Islamic community.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of Islamization of knowledge promoted by Ismail Raji Faruqi. This concept aims to defeat secularism that blinds Muslims and brings misfortune. The spread of secularism has encouraged Muslims to make concessions to what the West offers them. Therefore, reading the Islamization of knowledge in the context of scientific integration-interconnection becomes essential to raise awareness among Muslims who are considered to glorify secular science so that people are too far from the concept of tawhid (monotheism). This research used a literature review method through several textual sources related to the topic discussed, primarily Faruqi's work entitled "Islamization of Knowledge," and secondary in the form of similar articles on the theme of Islamization of knowledge. Then, it is to consider the aims and objectives of the Islamization of knowledge, linking it with the concept of integration-interconnection, and considering the contextualization of the Islamization of knowledge in the Indonesian science. The results of this paper are as follows: Islamization of knowledge becomes an inclusive concept if we consider the existence of two disciplines. As a Muslim scientist, the realm of Islamization of knowledge must be imprinted in him to achieve the ideals of Islam. Islamization of knowledge is closely related to integration-interconnection, namely integrating sciences without legitimizing that one science with another cannot be merged. Islamization of knowledge is also a step in creating an Islamic civilization in the world of science. In the context of Indonesia, the Islamization of knowledge can be seen in the concept of science integration in several Islamic universities in Indonesia which has different concepts, but the same essence. The purpose of Faruqi's thought is to demand Muslims to be creative.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pemasaran Minoa Coffee & Eatery melalui pendampingan pembuatan buyer persona. Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, pemahaman terhadap karakteristik konsumen menjadi kunci dalam menyusun strategi yang relevan dan berdampak. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, penyuluhan konsep buyer persona, serta pendampingan intensif dalam penyusunannya. Hasil pengabdian berupa enam buyer persona utama yang merepresentasikan segmen pelanggan Minoa, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan pemasaran, pembuatan konten digital, dan peningkatan layanan pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing Capability and Behavioral Customer Relationship Management (BCRM) on the sales performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Surakarta, Indonesia. The research is motivated by the increasing need for MSMEs to adapt to digital transformation and to understand customer behavior in order to remain competitive. A quantitative approach was employed using survey data from 150 MSME owners, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both Digital Marketing Capability and Behavioral CRM have a positive and significant effect on sales improvement. Behavioral CRM has a stronger influence compared to Digital Marketing Capability, indicating that marketing strategies based on customer behavioral insights yield better performance outcomes. These findings are consistent with the Resource-Based View and Relationship Marketing Theory, and support previous studies emphasizing the importance of technology integration and customer relationship strategies. The managerial implication is that MSMEs should enhance their digital marketing capabilities and develop CRM systems that effectively utilize customer behavioral data. The study is limited to a specific geographic area and uses cross-sectional data; thus, future research is encouraged to adopt longitudinal designs and expand the study scope.

Abstract

There are many statements that men and women are different in all respects in the name of religion, especially Islam. Such reductions need to be re-examined so that there are no misperceptions that cause chaos and misinterpretation. With that, through the thought of Riffat Hassan as a foothold, Islam is very merciful to differences. Like the nature of men and women, both of which have the same potential in showing existence. It is necessary to consider and negotiate Riffat Hassan's thoughts on equality between men and women. Three main key points; the first is that equality is more important than others, the second is the concept of polygamy which is not necessarily interpreted as letter leg, and the third is the concept of veil or purdah which has many interpretations. Thus, through the study of Riffat Hassan's thoughts, it can be summarized that; everything departs from God's justice that does not discriminate against his servants because the main thing in God's eyes is the devotion of his servants.

Abstract

This study investigates the significance and function of Banyu Penguripan within the cultural tradition of the Kudus community, focusing on its intersections with spirituality, environmental ethics and local natural resource management surrounding the sacred well of Sunan Kudus. Employing a qualitative methodology, the research incorporates fieldwork that includes in-depth interviews with religious leaders, community members and well custodians, as well as participatory observation of rituals and practices associated with Banyu Penguripan. Complementary documentation was also gathered to support the analysis with relevant secondary data. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify key patterns reflecting the integration of spiritual beliefs and environmental ethics, particularly in shaping culture-based conservation models applicable to local resource governance. Findings indicate that Banyu Penguripan functions not merely as a ritual act but as a profound symbol of the interconnected relationship between humans, nature, and the divine. The tradition embodies a form of environmental ethics that fosters communal responsibility for safeguarding natural resources, especially water, as a sacred and shared heritage. This study contributes to the discourse on sustainable environmental stewardship by proposing a culturally rooted conservation framework that emphasizes spiritual values as integral to ecological balance and intergenerational sustainability.

Abstract

Exploring the concept of prophetic leadership as proposed by Kuntowijoyo and its significance in today's Indonesian Muslim holds immense value, given its enduring relevance and the deep interest it generates within the Indonesian Muslim community. The notions of liberation, humanization, and transcendence play a crucial role in establishing societal stability. This research seeks to elucidate Kuntowijoyo's idea of prophetic leadership and its contextualization within Muslim communities in Indonesia. The research methodology employed is qualitative-descriptive, involving a comprehensive review of literature pertaining to Kuntowijoyo's ideas. The findings demonstrated that the principles of liberation, transcendence, and humanization, which emerged as significant elements in Kuntowojoyo's prophetic leadership, were very applicable within the social and cultural milieu of Indonesia. The importance of understanding and implementing morality in leadership is emphasized by these ideals, with the goal of promoting stability and prosperity within the Indonesian Muslim community. Gagasan kepemimpinan profetik oleh Kuntowijoyo telah lama menjadi perhatian masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia, sehingga upaya untuk menggali konsep kepemimpinan profetik Kuntowijoyo dan relevansinya dalam masyarakat muslim saat ini menjadi sangat penting. Khususnya pada bagaimana liberasi, humanisasi, dan transendensi menjadi konsep kunci dalam menciptakan stabilitas masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep kepemimpinan profetik Kuntowijoyo dan bagaimana kontektualisasinya dalam masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-destriptif dengan melakukan studi literatur terkait pemikiran Kuntowijoyo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai liberasi, transendensi, dan humanisasi yang menjadi konsep penting dalam kepemimpinan profetik Kuntowojoyo sangat relevan dalam konteks sosial dan budaya Indonesia. Nilai-nilai ini menjadi penegasan akan pentingnya pemahaman mendalam terhadap moralitas dan implementasinya dalam kepemimpinan, guna menciptakan stabilitas dan kesejahteraan dalam masyarakat Muslim Indonesia.
