Abstract

Latar Belakang: Obesitas pada Remaja merupakan konsekuensi dari asupan kalori (energi) yang melebihi jumlah kalori yang dilepaskan atau dibakar melalui proses metabolisme di dalam tubuh. Tujuan: adalah untuk mengertahui pengaruh peran orang tau terhadap gizi lebih pada Remaja dimasa Pandemi Covid 19. Metode: Penelitain ini menggunakan survey analitik dengan designcross sectional. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini seluruh Remaja yang ada di Pekanbaru dan sampel sebanyak 335 Remaja.Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Random Sampling dimana sampel diambil secara acak sebagai responden. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah berbentuk kuesioner. Hasil penelitian:Menunjukkan bahwa Mayoritas Peran Orang tua terhadap gizi Remaja adalahbaiksebanyak 208 dengan (62,01%) dan Orang tua yang tidak berperan Terhadap Gizi Remaja sebanyak 127 orang dengan (37,9%.), P value 0,000. Simpulan: Terdapat Pengaruh Peran Orang Tua Terhadap Gizi Lebih Pada Remaja diEra Pandemi Covid 19 di Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Menstruation is a natural process experienced by normal women which is characterized by bleeding and comes repeatedly every month from puberty to menopause, except during pregnancy. In the menstrual phase, often a woman will feel a problem. The most common problem experienced is dysmenorrhea. Objective: To determine the effect of hereditary history of dysmenorrhea on dysmenorrhea. Method: analytic quantitative research with cross sectional design where all variables were observed at one time. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study were young women as many as 60 people. The sampling technique is using Random Sampling where the sample is taken randomly as a respondent. Data processing procedures with Editing, Coding, Processing, Cleaning. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. The results: univariate results showed that the majority of respondents did not have a family with dysmenorrhea as many as 37 people (61.66%), the majority of respondents did not experience dysmenorrhea as many as 32 people (53.3 %), bivariate results, the majority of respondents had a history of dysmenorrhea and experienced dysmenorrhea as many as 17 people (73.6%) while respondents who did not have a history of dysmenorrhea, the majority did not experience dysmenorrhea as many as 26 (70.3%). Based on the chi-square test, the P Value of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is an influence between the history of dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea in adolescents in Pekanbaru City. The result of OR 6.6 means that respondents who have a history of heredity are at risk of experiencing dysmenorrhea 6 times compared to respondents who do not have dysmenorrhea. Conclusion: There is an effect of hereditary history of dysmenorrhea on dysmenorrhea in adolescents in Pekanbaru with a P value of 0.001.

Abstract

The teacher has a strategic position at the forefront of efforts to build the nation, in this case the field of education, as their performance in all educational activities is determined by how well they perform at the institutional, instructional, and experimental levels. This study aims to investigate the extent to which the personality competence of PAI teachers at Karang Arum Middle School in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency, play a role in the development of the religious character of their students' profiles. The results of this research show a substantial positive association between the dependent variable in this study, the formation of the students' religious character, and the teacher's personality competence as an independent variable. With it, Personality Competence significantly aids in the development of its students' religious character. In conclusion, for those in charge of making decisions, it is unquestionably necessary to develop the personality skills of the teachers if you want to raise the caliber of students' religious character.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan suatu keadaan ketika jumlah sel darah merah atau konsentrasi pengangkut oksigen dalam darah (HB) tidak mencukupi untuk kebutuhan fisiologis tubuh. Pada umumnya Anemia banyak terjadi pada kalangan remaja yang ditandai dengan gejala misalnya mudah, wajah pucat, nafsu makan berkurang, mudah mengantuk. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan aktivitas remaja dan prestasi belajar menurun. Tujuan dari pengabdian yang dilakukan ini adalah Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman remaja mengenai anemia pada remaja dengan Pemeriksaan Hemoglobin di Sekolah alam CEFA Islamic School. Beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan diantaranya, Tahap I penyuluhan dan ceramah Tanya, Tahap II Praktik Pemeriksaan Hemoglobin dan Tahap III Evaluasi terhadap tentang Anemia pada Remaja. Di Sekolah alam CEFA Islamic School. Dari hasil pemeriksaan terhadap 12 peserta didik sekolah alam CEFA Islamic School terdapat 3 orang dengan anemia ringan, sedangkan 9 orang masih dalam kategori normal. Hasil evaluasi tahap 1 dengan memberikan questioner pretes dan post tes yaitu pemahanan peserta didik terkait anemia pada saat pretes yaitu 5 orang dengan nilai > 70 dan 7 orang < 70, sedangkan pada saat post tes 11 orang dengan nilai >70 dan 1 orang dengan nilai < 70. Ini menunjukkan para peserta didik mendapatkan pemahaman terkait anemia setelah paparan penyuluhan disampaikan. Kata kunci: Deteksi Dini Anemia, Remaja, Hemoglobin, Sekolah Alam.

Abstract

Tujuan: adalah untuk mengertahui pengaruh Uang Saku terhadap gizi lebih pada Remaja dimasa Pandemi Covid 19. Metode: Penelitain ini menggunakan   survey analitik dengan designcross sectional. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini seluruh Remaja yang ada di Pekanbaru dan sampel sebanyak 335 Remaja.Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Random Sampling dimana sampel diambil secara acak sebagai responden. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah berbentuk kuesioner. Hasil penelitian:Menunjukkan bahwa Mayoritas Uang Saku terhadap gizi Remaja adalah baik sebanyak 83  dengan (54,24%) dan Orang tua yang tidak berperan Terhadap Gizi Remaja sebanyak 70 orang dengan (45,75%.), P value 0,000. Simpulan: Terdapat Pengaruh Uang Saku Terhadap Gizi Lebih Pada Remaja diEra Pandemi Covid 19 di Pekanbaru.Kata kunci : Uang Saku, Gizi Lebih, RemajaBackground: Nutrition is becoming a very important issue related to health in the future. This problem becomes an evaluation for themselves and also for policy makers in tackling the incidence of overnutrition in Indonesia. Objective: to determine the effect of pocket money on overnutrition in adolescents during the Covid 19 pandemic. Methods: This study uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all teenagers in Pekanbaru and a sample of 335 teenagers. The sampling technique used was random sampling where the sample was taken randomly as a respondent. The research instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire. The results: Shows that the majority of pocket money on adolescent nutrition is good as many as 83 with (54.24%) and parents who do not play a role in adolescent nutrition as many as 70 people with (45.75%.), P value 0.000. Conclusion: There is an Influence of Pocket Money on Over Nutrition in Teenagers in the Era of the Covid 19 Pandemic in Pekanbaru.Keywords: Pocket Money, Over Nutrition, Teenagers

Abstract

Sebanyak 55% perempuan di Indonesia pada rentang usia produktif mengalami nyeri selama menstruasi. Penanganan nyeri haid dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan menggunakan obat-obatan dan tidak menggunakan obat. Salah satu metode tidak menggunakan obat yang dapat diterapkan adalah SEFT. Pengobatan SEFT digunakan untuk mengatasi aspek emosional dan fisik dengan melakukan tapping ringan pada titik-titik meridian. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menilai dampak SEFT terhadap tingkat nyeri haid pada remaja putri. Metode yang digunakan eksperimen semu dengan desain one group pretest posttest, dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui total sampling dengan melibatkan 24 orang subjek. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Perpajakan Pekanbaru. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan mencakup lembar observasi dan NRS, dengan proses pengumpulan data melibatkan editing, coding, scoring, dan tabulasi, diikuti oleh analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi terapi SEFT, mayoritas dari 24 responden (75%) mengalami nyeri tingkat sedang. Setelah intervensi terapi SEFT, mayoritas responden (54,2%), atau sebanyak 13 orang, mengalami nyeri yang dikategorikan sebagai tingkat ringan. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menggunakan SPSS  menunjukkan nilai ρ-value 0,000 < 0,05, yang artinya hipotesis alternatif diterima. Di simpulkan, SEFT berpengaruh menurunkan nyeri haid pada remaja. SEFT dapat menjadi metode bantu bagi remaja putri dalam mengurangi nyeri haid.

Abstract

This study aims to design an outcomes-based learning experience in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) that focuses on spiritual development and the application of religious values ??in real life. This approach is expected to go beyond mere academic achievement by emphasizing behavioral transformation and internalization of students' religious values. The research method used is a qualitative study with a library research approach. Data were collected through document analysis in the form of books, journals, and scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that outcomes-based learning designed with a contextual approach and based on real experiences can improve students' religious understanding, spiritual appreciation, and skills in applying religious teachings in everyday life. Thus, PAI learning not only functions as a transfer of knowledge, but also as a means of character and spirituality formation that is relevant to the challenges of modern life.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the integrated Islamic education concept at SDIT Adzkia 4 Palabuhanratu. Integrated Islamic education combines religious and general knowledge using a holistic approach to develop students with noble character, broad insight, and readiness to face global challenges. Employing a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the study gathers data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that SDIT Adzkia 4 effectively integrates Islamic values with general subjects, fostering students' spiritual and intellectual growth. Teachers play a pivotal role in balancing these aspects, while parental involvement through intensive communication with the school significantly supports educational success. Challenges identified include limited resources, teacher readiness gaps, and difficulties in maintaining consistent integration of Islamic values across learning processes.The study underscores the need for improved teacher training to enhance their competence in delivering materials holistically and innovatively. Despite challenges, SDIT Adzkia 4 has succeeded in shaping a generation that excels intellectually while upholding strong religious values. Strengthening collaboration between the school and parents is crucial to optimizing the implementation of integrated Islamic education, ensuring that students are well-prepared for global challenges while rooted in their Islamic identity.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the concept of integrated Islamic education based on the Qur'an at SDIT AT-Tawazzun, which focuses on building student character through an educational approach based on the values ​​of the Qur'an. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation studies regarding the implementation of the Qur'ani-based curriculum. The research results showed that the learning methods applied, including tahfidz Al-Qur'an, tadabbur Al-Qur'an, and instilling Qur'anic moral values, succeeded in increasing students' intellectual intelligence and morals. Apart from that, parental involvement and various evaluation methods also play an important role in achieving educational goals at the school.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a critical indicator that measures the quality of development in a region through health, education, and economic dimensions. This study aims to analyze the key factors influencing HDI and its impact on social development in Indonesia. Using a descriptive analysis approach, secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) were utilized to evaluate HDI trends and disparities in recent years. Findings indicate that HDI improvement directly impacts community welfare, strengthens social stability, and reduces economic inequality. However, challenges such as regional disparities and unequal access to basic services must be addressed to achieve sustainable development. The implications of this study are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in designing more inclusive development strategies.
