Abstract

Employee performance in government agencies often gets a red report card from the public. These problems usually arise as a result of employee performance that is considered unsatisfactory to service users such as not being able to explain service procedures, unprofessional time management and lack of providing solutions to problems encountered. The assessment of employee performance as described by Andrew states; Quantity, Quality, Job knowledge and employee skills in carrying out work are one of the assessments of good performance on employees. The level of public satisfaction is influenced by the performance of employees and in this era of bureaucratic reform is very well considered by the government. The government through the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform issued Permenpan No.14 of 2017 which explains the guidelines for community satisfaction surveys in public service delivery units. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of village employee performance on community satisfaction in Nginden Jangkungan Village, Surabaya. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. The population used is the people of Nginden Jangkungan Village using a sample based on the slovin formula which obtained the results of 105 respondents. The technique used in analyzing this research is simple linear regression. In processing the respondent's data, the author uses the SPSS version 26 system and produces an answer which states that the performance variable partially and significantly affects community satisfaction in Nginden Jangkungan Village, Surabaya. Then based on the simultaneous test, the performance variable of Nginden Jangkungan Village employees also has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant and positive effect of urban village employee performance on community satisfaction. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the officer's ability to manage time management and responsibility because it is slightly lagging behind other statement items.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi pembagian harta waris dalam sistem hukum Islam dan hukum adat, serta prinsip pembagian harta waris dalam menggunakan hukum Islam dan hukum adat di Indonesia, dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif. Sedangkan hasil penelitian yaitu: bahwa pembagian harta waris dalam hukum Islam ialah proses pemindahan harta peninggalan seseorang yang telah meninggal, baik yang berupa benda yang berwujud maupun yang berupa hak kebendaan, kepada keluarganya yang dinyatakan berhak menurut hukum, pembagian harta warisan dalam Islam diatur kepada ahli warisnya dengan bagian masing-masing yang tidak sama. Pembagian harta warisan tergantung kepada status kedekatan atau hubungan antara pewaris dengan ahli warisnya. Sedangkan waris dalam hukum adat Indonesia yaitu regulasi yang mengatur proses meneruskan serta mengoperkan barang-barang/materi yang berwujud harta benda atau yang tidak berujud benda dari suatu angkatan manusia kepada generasinya. Dalam pembagian harta waris tersebut dalam hukum Islam, prinsip yang digunakan adalah ketetapan hukum, terbatas di lingkungan keluarga, membagi harta condong pada sebanyak mungkin ahli waris, serta tidak akan membedakan hak anak atas harta warisan dengan maksud, bahwa anak tersebut apakah baru saja lahir,/masih kecil, bahkan sudah besar sekali pun tetap ada hak waris. Namun walaupun di negara Indonesia penduduknya muslim terbesar, belum sepenuhnya menggunakan sistem Hukum Islam dalam pembagian harta waris. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pragmatik tindak tutur ilokusi dalam video Tempo.co edisi 22 Maret 2025 tentang Revisi UU TNI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menganalisis transkrip percakapan dari video untuk diidentifikasi jenis-jenis tindak tutur ilokusi yang dominan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya lima jenis tindak tutur ilokusi, yaitu asertif (menyatakan, melaporkan, mengklaim), direktif (memerintah, meminta, menasihati), komisif (berjanji, mengancam, menawarkan), ekspresif (mengucapkan terima kasih, meminta maaf, mengeluh), dan deklaratif (membaptis, menyatakan perang, memberhentikan). Analisis mendalam pada setiap jenis tindak tutur ilokusi dalam konteks perbincangan para tokoh terkait Revisi UU TNI memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana bahasa digunakan secara strategis untuk menyampaikan informasi, kritik, sindiran, serta mempengaruhi opini publik terkait isu politik dan hukum yang sensitif ini. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana pragmatik tindak tutur ilokusi berperan dalam diskursus publik mengenai isu-isu penting kenegaraan.

Abstract

Sebagai sebuah yayasan yang menyediakan pengajaran musik Angklung, Yayasan Bambu Khatulistiwa (YBK) mendapat kepercayaan dari anjungan provinsi Jawa Barat di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). Kepercayaan ini diwujudkan dengan pemberian hibah seperangkat alat musik angklung dari anjungan provinsi Jawa Barat di TMII kepada YBK. Tujuan penelitian adalah bagaimana YBK, sebagai yayasan mendapat hibah angklung tahun 2022 dari anjungan provinsi Jawa Barat TMII. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka sebagai bahan acuan yang berkaitan dalam penelitian ini. Observasi awal yang kami lakukan dengan mengunjungi lokasi YBK. Kebaruan pada penelitian ini adalah belum adanya penelitian pada YBK, sebuah yayasan yang fokusnya pada musik angklung dan mendapatkan hibah dari anjungan Jawa Barat TMII 2022.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs play a strategic role in ensuring that companies contribute not only to economic growth but also to social development, particularly in the education sector. One of the challenges faced by vocational schools is the gap between graduates’ competencies and industry needs, which often results from limited facilities, weak industry linkages, and curricula that are not fully aligned with professional demands. To address this issue, the Djarum Foundation implements an education-oriented CSR program in collaboration with SMK PGRI 2 Kudus and industry partners through the Teaching Factory model. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Teaching Factory program at SMK PGRI 2 Kudus and to examine the collaboration patterns among the school, the Djarum Foundation, and industry partners in enhancing the quality of vocational education. This study employs a descriptive, qualitative approach, utilizing observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Interview guidelines focus on collaboration mechanisms among stakeholders, the implementation model of the Teaching Factory program in the culinary department, the curriculum framework applied, and the availability of learning facilities and infrastructure. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the CSR collaboration between the Djarum Foundation and SMK PGRI 2 Kudus has a significant positive impact on producing competent and competitive graduates. CSR contributions include the construction of Teaching Factory facilities, teacher capacity building, provision of practical equipment and infrastructure, and reinforcement of an industry-based curriculum. The synergy among the school, industry, and the Djarum Foundation has been well established, enabling students to gain hands-on experience and better prepare them for the professional work environment. The study implies that education-focused CSR programs can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening vocational education and human resource development. It also suggests that other corporations should emulate the Djarum Foundation’s model to support sustainable partnerships between the education and industry sectors

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed patterns of communication in society, particularly among adolescents. One significant change is in language use, which is now heavily influenced by social media. This study aims to describe the influence of social media usage on students’ language skills, especially writing and reading skills, at SMPN 14 Serang City. The theoretical framework of this study is based on Stephen Krashen’s Second Language Acquisition theory, which emphasizes the importance of comprehensible input and a supportive learning environment in language acquisition. This research is also strengthened by digital linguistic theories that explain how social media shapes communication patterns and language styles among younger generations. This study employs a quantitative approach using a descriptive correlational method. The research population consists of ninth-grade students at SMPN 14 Serang City, with a sample of 78 students selected through stratified random sampling. The instruments used include a questionnaire measuring the intensity of social media use as well as reading and writing tests. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and simple linear regression. The results indicate that most students at SMPN 14 Serang City have good writing and reading abilities. Writing activities on social media, such as creating status updates, captions, private messages, and comments, indirectly train students to construct sentences and express ideas. Students’ reading abilities are also supported by exposure to various texts on social media, although deeper comprehension still needs improvement. The correlation test shows a positive and significant relationship between the intensity of social media use and writing skills (r = 0.45; p < 0.05) as well as reading skills (r = 0.38; p < 0.05). These findings indicate that social media use contributes to the development of students’ literacy skills, particularly in writing fluency and literal reading comprehension, although guidance is still needed to ensure appropriate and standard language use.
