Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat peserta didik kelas VI sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna, (2) kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat peserta didik kelas VI setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna, dan (3) perbedaan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat pada peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri 151 Timbula Kec. Bontotiro Kab. Bulukumba sebelum dan setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian experimen dengan pre-experimental design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri 151 Timbula Kec. Bonto Tiro Kab. Bulukumba yang berjumlah 23 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) rata-rata nilai kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat peserta didik sebelum diajar menggunakan media pembelajaran manik- manik warna sebesar 29.57, (2) nilai rata-rata setelah diajar menggunakan media manik-manik warna sebesar 77,83, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat pada peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diajar menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna dapat meningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat.AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe: (1) the ability to operate integer counting of class VI students before using color beads learning media, (2) the ability to operate integer counting of class VI students after using the color beads learning media, and (3) the difference in the operating ability of integer counting in class VI of SD 151 Timbula Kec. Bontotiro Kab. Bulukumba before and after using color beads media. The method used was experimental research with a pre-experimental design. The sample was selected using the saturated technique. The sample of this study was all students of class VI of SD 151Timbula Kec. Bonto Tiro Kab. Bulukumba with a total number of 23 students. The instruments used were tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the average value of the integer count operation ability of students before being taught using the color beads learning media was 29.57, (2) the average value after being taught using color beads media was 77.83, and (3) there were differences in the ability to operate integer count operations of students before and after being taught using color. From this study, it could be concluded that the use of color beads learning media could improve the ability of integer arithmetic operations.

Abstract

Religiusitas merupakan aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Aspek ini telah dimuat dalam kurikulum 2013 begitupun dengan peningkatan hasil belajar. Proses belajar mengajar harus direncanakan dengan membuat bahan ajar yang dapat meningkatkan religiusitas dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa RPP dan modul matematika terintegrasi islam untuk meningkatkan religiusitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Sungguminasa yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangan valid, praktis dan efektif. Guru dan siswa memberikan respon positif ketika menggunakan bahan ajar. Tes hasil belajar dan religiusitas siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Ketuntasan belajar siswa lebih dari 60% atau berada pada kategori baik. Bahan ajar terintegrasi islam ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan sikap religious dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This experimental research with a factorial design aims to describe the ability to solve mathematical problems of students if they applied the inquiry learning model and direct learning model, as well as to determine the interaction of learning styles with inquiry learning models on the ability to solve math problems of class X students of SMAN 4 Luwu Utara. Sampling used technique purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 68 students from a population of 238 students of class X SMAN 4 Luwu Utara. The research instrument is in the form of a learning style questionnaire and test questions on the ability to solve math problems. The data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in the form of a 2-way Anova test. The result of the calculations reveal that there are difference in the ability to solve math problems by learning to follow the inquiry learning model and not, there is no significant difference in the ability to solve math problems between students with the inquiry model learning and the direct model in terms of their learning styles but there is an interaction between the inquiry learning model and the ability to solve math problems when viewed from the student’s learning style.

Abstract

Maksud diselenggarakannya penelitian ini ialah untuk memproduksi bahan ajar yang berbantuan Maple dengan penilaian yang sudah valid, praktis, dan efektif. Rangkaian penelitian mengacu pada sintaks ADDIE. Penelitian dilakukan di UIN Alauddin Makassar dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa dari Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika spesifiknya angkatan 2018. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 38 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang diaplikasikan berupa lembar validasi, angket respon untuk mahasiswa, lembar keterlaksanaan produk, lembar observasi, dan lembar tes belajar. Hasil yang didapatkan ialah untuk penilaian valid mendapat kategori sangat valid karena skor rerata masuk dalam rentang 4,3≤M≤5. Penilaian kepraktisan mendapat kategori terlaksana seluruhnya sebab skor yang didapat masuk dalam rentang 1,5≤M≤2. Sementara penilaian keefektifan mendapat kategori tuntas dengan skor 84,21% untuk hasil belajar subjek penelitian, lalu pada pengamatan aktivitas mendapat kategori sangat baik sebab skornya masuk dalam rentang 80≤P≤100. Maka dari itu bahan ajar yang disusun dikatakan berhasil dan layak untuk diaplikasikan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the factors causing delays in UIN Alauddin Makassar students in completing their thesis. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subject of this study consisted of 25 students, 5 lecturers, 5 chairpersons and department secretaries. The subject taking technique used was Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation, and observation. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that intelligence indicators have the highest percentage of 60%, motivation of 44%, activity of 40%, peers of 60%, supervisors of 60%, families of 52% and facilities of 64%. Based on the qualitative factors obtained 1) the factors causing student delay increase the delay in completing the study consists of two factors, namely internal factors that complement intelligence, motivation, activity, while external factors include peers, supervisors, family, and facilities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan penalaran dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis mahasiswa ditinjau dari asal sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa angkatan 2018 semester II dari Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika UIN Alauddin Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan baik kemampuan penalaran matematis maupun kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang, sementara faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kedua kemampuan tersebut diantaranya adalah rasa malas, pendekatan belajar, dan ketidaktertarikan pada matematika. Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of producing gamification teaching material products for limiting functions and class IX derivatives that met the feasibility criteria, namely valid, practical, and effective. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model. The stages of the ADDIE development model consist of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Product feasibility assessment using validation sheet instruments, student response questionnaires and teacher response questionnaires, as well as learning outcome tests. The collected data were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results obtained are: (1) Valid, the average validation results for teaching materials, rpp, student and teacher response questionnaires and learning outcomes tests are 4.66 which are categorized as valid because they are in the range of 4≤V_a<5. (2) Practical, based on the teacher response questionnaire with an average result obtained of 91.66% and the student response questionnaire of 91.25% is in the range of 85% ≤R_G≤100% so that the teacher and student response questionnaire is categorized as very Positive. (3) Effective, the results of the student learning outcomes test analysis were obtained by 80% classically complete and were in the high category. Thus, it was concluded that the gamification teaching materials on the function limit materials and class XI derivatives met the criteria of valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the basic teaching skills of PPL students majoring in mathematics education in implementing the field experience program (PPL). This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at MTs Madani Alauddin with subjects consisting of 6 students from class of 2014 Mathematics Education Study Program. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data is then grouped into primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from observations and interviews, while secondary data is obtained from documentation studies. The results showed that mathematics education students had fairly good skills in terms of opening lessons, explaining, asking questions, giving reinforcement, making variations, managing classes, guiding discussions, and closing lessons. However, in a number of indicators, students' mathematics education is not optimal, such as attracting attention, giving references/instructions, carrying out variations on teaching methods and variations on tools, attracting the use of methods and mastery of competencies, dividing attention, and evaluating indicators. There are several indicators that are not optimal because student knowledge about the 8 indicators of basic teaching skills is still lacking and preparation is not mature enough.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of developing mathematics learning media for two-variable linear equation systems in MTs Darul Falah Bikeru that meet valid, practical, and effective criteria. This research is in the form of Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE development model. The procedure includes 5 stages, namely: (1) analysis stage, (2) design stage, (3) development stage, (4) implementation stage, (5) evaluate stage. The subject of this study was class VIII students at MTs Darul Falah Bikeru. The product that was successfully developed in this development is the XyMath application created using Inventor 2. The results of this study show that the development of Inventor 2-based XyMath learning media on the material of the Two-Variable Linear Equation System is feasible to use in MTs Darul Falah Bikeru. From the results of product trials, students are more interested and understand the material taught using XyMath learning media compared to using digital books

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of contextual teaching and learning in improving students' mathematical connection ability through various previous research results. The method used is a meta-analysis with a quantitative approach. The research samples are the research articles in the form of theses, dissertations, and national journals and international journals that met predetermined criteria. The process of collecting data is conducted by following the prism flow. The data analysis technique is determining the effect size of each study using the standardized mean difference formula. Further statistics of the effect size used is the random effect model. The results of the analysis of the random-effect model show that from the various research results that have been analyzed, it is able to increase students' mathematical connection ability by 85% with very big categories. This indicates that the contextual teaching and learning model provides a huge contribution to the improvement of students' mathematical connection ability.
