Abstract

The mining industry raises many environmental problems in the ecosystem, one of which is the emergence of acid mine drainage. Because of this issue, this study was conducted to see the performance of dolomite adsorbents in purifying acid mine drainage at iron ore mining in Aceh Besar, Indonesia. The adsorption of Cu2+ metal ions using dolomite adsorbents has the best equilibrium result at a contact time of 15 minutes, the efficiency at equilibrium reaches 92.97%, and the absorption capacity reaches 9.07 mg/g at an initial measured concentration of 19.5 mg/L with an adsorbent weight of 0.2 gr. On the other hand, Mn2+ has the best equilibrium in 30 minutes with an efficiency of 95.17% and an adsorption capacity of 0.92 mg/g at a measured concentration of 5.8 mg/L and an adsorbent weight of 0.6 gr. The obtained kinetic model is a pseudo second order.

Abstract

In Aceh Besar, Suka Makmur and Lam Phueot villages, lotus root souvenir manufacturing faces several obstacles such as inadequate marketing strategies and lack of skill in the process. Therefore, this initiative seeks to provide partners with production-related solutions by integrating technology with Rencong souvenir molds. The implementation team also performs socialization and consulting related to internet marketing of products to increase market access and outreach. Program objectives were achieved using the Participatory Rural Assessment Act (PRA). From this initiative, his Mitra Pak Majid of Rencong Souvenir Crafts was able to provide capital support in the form of a bulk casting business.

Abstract

Charity activities in Limpok Village, Aceh Besar District, Darussalam District, Aceh State. This activity was carried out because there is a small river in the village and the water is not yet available as a source of water for the rice fields. The purpose of this activity is to obtain and distribute rice water to increase farmers' yields. As for the stage of activities, we hold round-table discussions with local residents about the water demand of paddy fields, investigate the locations of PVC pipes, and work with local residents to lay PVC pipes. This activity demonstrates the great enthusiasm of residents to participate in a series of community service activities. As a result of this activity, we succeeded in pumping up water from a small river to the rice fields, which had previously depended on rainwater. This charity should therefore serve as an example for other villages with similar problems and demonstrate the importance of cooperation between communities and government agencies in building and improving the quality of life in the region.

Abstract

The partner in this program is a collaboration with the Mechanical Students Association (HMM) of all universities studying in the Mechanical Engineering study program which is currently completing its final project in Aceh. The partner's problem is the lack of ability to write scientific articles, and, not knowing how to submit scientific articles via OJS (Oper Journal System), and the solution offered is to provide an introduction to strategies for writing scientific articles and the OJS stages in the journal publishing process, provide training in creating author accounts at OJS, providing training on submitting scientific articles through OJS, outreach on how to write scientific articles, as well as training on writing scientific articles. The results of service activities are that partners can recognize OJS and the OJS stages in the journal publishing process, partners have author accounts and can submit scientific articles to OJS, partners can write scientific articles well and correctly. Monitoring and evaluation are also carried out for the sustainability of further activities to resolve partner problems.

Abstract

Early childhood education (PAUD) is very important to prepare an educated generation for the nation and state, and the role of early childhood educators (PAUD) is very important in the development of students. Educators need to go beyond traditional learning by providing learning innovations that utilize information technology, including the ability to master the latest information technology. The focus of the Community Service Program (PKM) is to improve   the quality of human resources (HR) of PAUD organizers in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh Province in the field of information technology, so that they are able to support the management of learning and educational activities. In improving the quality of kindergarten teaching staff in the field of information technology is related to supervision management and making daily learning implementation plans (RPPH). With a system that allows teachers to quickly resolve administrative problems, it is hoped that they can use their time to further develop their knowledge and skills regarding PAUD administrative problems.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are traditional educational institutions that prioritize a religion-based curriculum. The Darul Hikmah Orphans Islamic Boarding School, located in Cot Yang Village, Kuta Barou District, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province, faces the challenge of low levels of entrepreneurial skills in the field of welding and atomizing painting due to the absence of this material in their curriculum. To overcome this, atomizing welding and painting training was carried out at Islamic boarding schools, which aimed to improve students' hard skills in this field. This training is also planned to develop business units, including the establishment of atomizing welding and painting workshops. This atomizing welding and painting entrepreneurship training program is measured by several parameters, with the output being the basic welding technical skills obtained by the students. It is hoped that this program will produce entrepreneurs in atomizing welding and painting workshops that will benefit the environment of the Darul Hikmah Cot Yang Orphan Islamic Boarding School. The training implementation stages include welding and painting theory, occupational health and safety (K3), as well as practice and assistance in basic welding and painting, with the final product being a table. The training material was adopted from teaching welding and painting practices at Syiah Kuala Darussalam University-Aceh. The result of this training is an increase in participants' knowledge in welding and painting, as well as their ability to apply these processes by prioritizing K3 (Occupational Safety and Health).

Abstract

Abstract In everyday life there are several forms of land pawning / rice fields that are often carried out by our society. As was done by the people of Candi Village, Dungkek. Regency of Sumenep when wanted to pawn their land / rice fields because of economic problems. However, for whatever the reason, very application of muamalah activities held should not contrary with Islamic law. The purpose of this study is to find out how the pawn system is usually done by people of Candi, Dungkek, Regency of Sumenep is viewed by the perspective of Islamic law. This research uses descriptive qualitative method of analysis. The results of this study are the practice of the pawn that occured in Candi Village can be described as that A as a person who wants to provide land came to the B with the intention to borrow money. In the transaction, A gives land (paddy / garden) as collateral for the debt. However, the agreement did not determined who would manage the land. Although in reality the person who managed the land is B, besides B is entitled to take all the benefits resulted from the collateral land, there is also no provision between the two parties about the time period of the pawn, so the pawn recipient will return the pawn land until the owner paying the debt off. Viewed from the perspective of Islamic law, the land pawn contract carried out by the people of Candi Village, Dungkek Sub district, regency of Sumenep, in the terms of the availability of pillars and pawning conditions, is valid in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law, although it still needs improvement, especially clarity in the management and safe keeping of collateral items (marhun). because there is indication of over-exploitation by Murtahin and there is not the clarity of the time of the Pawn, and this resulted in losses to the Rahin.

Abstract

Perkongsian atau pesekutuan merupakan hal utama dalam menjalani hidup di bumi ini sebagai makhluk sosial yang saling membutuhkan antar sesama dengan tujuan memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi. Persekutuan dimaksud dewasa ini disebut dengan mitra usaha yang hasilnya dibagi proporsional. Dalam islam hal tersebut sudah diatur sedemikian rupa dengan istilah konsep syirkah atau musyarakah. Konsep ini dapat berjalan apabila terdapat akad kerjasama antara kedua belah pihak atau lebih yang mana masing-masing pihak memberikan kontribusi dana maupun keterampilan usaha sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang memfokuskan dan membatasi kegiatannya pada perpustakaan untuk mengumpulkan data tanpa melakukan penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada empat macam syirkah yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan social sesuai dengan aturan syariat Islam, yaitu syirkah harta, syirkah kerja, Syirkah prestise dan syirkah modal kerja. Masing-masing persekutuan atau perseroan tersebut memiliki ciri khas tertentu dalam aplikasinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran kepala desa dalam membangun kesadaran dan meningkatkan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap kewajiban pembayaran Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) di Desa Nanga Wera. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, serta studi dokumentasi. Fokus analisis diarahkan pada strategi komunikasi fiskal dan model penyuluhan yang dijalankan oleh kepala desa, serta bagaimana respons warga terbentuk sebagai implikasi dari interaksi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan yang dilakukan kepala desa, baik melalui forum formal maupun informal, berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesadaran fiskal. Dalam pelaksanaanya, efektivitas sosialisasi terhambat oleh minimnya dukungan dari aparat pajak formal, ketiadaan media visual, dan keterbatasan kapasitas administratif. Kepala desa berperan ganda sebagai komunikator kebijakan sekaligus pendidik fiskal, meskipun tanpa dukungan teknis yang memadai. Diskusi dengan tokoh masyarakat turut membantu membentuk norma sosial pajak, tetapi masih bersifat elitis dan tidak merata. Ketidakterjangkauan informasi visual memperkuat ketimpangan literasi fiskal antarwarga. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara desa dan otoritas pajak dalam menciptakan sistem sosialisasi yang lebih adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memperkaya kajian administrasi publik dengan menekankan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis kepemimpinan lokal dalam membangun budaya kepatuhan fiskal di perdesaan.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menempatkan platform e-commerce sebagai pusat pemrosesan data pribadi dalam volume masif, disertai peningkatan risiko insiden keamanan data yang telah terbukti melalui kasus kebocoran data pengguna. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis yuridis normatif terhadap kerangka hukum perlindungan data pribadi di Indonesia, berfokus pada UU Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) dan korelasinya dengan PP Nomor 80 Tahun 2019 tentang Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik. Menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa UU PDP telah menciptakan landasan hukum yang kuat, mengukuhkan hak subjek data dan menetapkan rezim sanksi yang komprehensif, sekaligus membebani platform e-commerce dengan tanggung jawab ganda sebagai Pengendali Data dan "pengemban amanat". Namun, efektivitas penegakan UU PDP terhambat oleh regulatory flux akibat belum operasionalnya Badan Pelaksana Perlindungan Data Pribadi. Kondisi ini memaksa konsumen sementara waktu bergantung pada mekanisme gugatan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum (PMH) yang terbukti mampu menuntut akuntabilitas ganda. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya percepatan operasionalisasi Badan PDP oleh Pemerintah dan peningkatan kepatuhan proaktif, termasuk transparansi komunikasi krisis, oleh platform e-commerce untuk memulihkan kepercayaan publik.
