Abstract

The development of digitalisation and globalisation requires MSMEs to adopt effective and integrated digital marketing strategies to improve competitiveness in international markets. This study aims to examine the effect of an integrated digital marketing strategy, which combines multi-channel and digital alliance approaches, on MSME performance. A quantitative research method with a survey approach was used, involving a sample of MSMEs that have been actively using digital marketing for at least six months. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that multi-channel integration and digital alliances significantly improved the marketing performance of MSMEs in facing the challenges of globalisation. The findings strengthen the Resource-Based Theory (RBT) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the context of MSME digital marketing. The practical implications of this research emphasise the importance of digital capability development and strategic collaboration as keys to the success of MSMEs in the global market. The research also provides recommendations for MSME players and policy makers to support training programmes and facilitation of sustainable digital alliances.

Abstract

In this the objective of research this research is to determine the Influence of Product, Promotion and Price on Customer Satisfaction on PT. Fast Food Indonesia TBK Products. (KFC) Central Balikpapan. Type study Which used is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 310 customers who ate various kinds of fast food products at KFC Central Balikpapan for 1 month. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling. Analysis data Which used is a regression linear multiple. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah paradigma pemasaran dari metode konvensional menjadi digital. Transformasi ini membuka peluang sangat besar bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kewirausahaan para mahasiswa. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan kegiatan pada bagian pemasaran berbasis digital sebagai sarana untuk mendorong pengembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Kegiatan dilakukan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom meliputi pemaparan materi, diskusi, dan simulasi pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital seperti pembuatan website, analisis tren pasar, serta pembentukan jaringan pemasaran. Dengan pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan teori dan praktik, program kegiatan ini mampu mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi tantangan dan peluang pada dunia bisnis yang dinamis dalam penerapannya. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan menjadi salah satu model pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi yang efektif untuk mendukung kesiapan mahasiswa dalam era digital yang terus berkembang. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan bisnis di era digital mendatang. Manfaat nyata kegiatan berupa peningkatan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk mempromosikan produk atau layanan mereka secara efektif, mahasiswa dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, meningkatkan daya saing usaha mahasiswa, dan mengoptimalkan pendapatan melalui penggunaan teknologi digital yang efisien dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) in learning media presents challenges related to the uneven readiness of human resources and infrastructure, thus affecting the effectiveness of its implementation. This study aims to examine the effect of AI implementation in learning media development on learning outcomes of students of Faculty of Economics, University of Balikpapan. The method used is quantitative with survey design and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using AMOS. The sample consists of 113 students selected by simple random sampling from the population of 376 active students. The results of the analysis showed that the readiness of lecturers and the quality of AI-based learning media had a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes. However, the success of AI implementation is also strongly influenced by infrastructure support and educator training. The findings provide important implications for learning media developers and policy makers to strengthen lecturers' capacity and improve technology infrastructure to support inclusive and sustainable digital transformation of education. In addition, ethical aspects and data privacy should be the main concerns in the development of AI-based learning media.

Abstract

Kawasan penghasil tanaman herbal ditemukan di daerah Borobudur, Jawa Tengah. Tanaman herbal dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan fitofarmaka yang dapat diolah menjadi bahan dasar obat herbal. Berdasarkan data hingga minggu keempat bulan Juli 2023 dari Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia menyatakan bahwa terdapat 8.245 kasus Covid-19 yang aktif sampai saat ini. Banyak fenomena yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat selama pandemi Covid-19 salah satunya masyarakat Indonesia menggunakan tanaman herbal yang diolah menjadi jamu guna menambah imunitas tubuh pada pandemi Covid-19. Tanaman yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah tanaman Binahong (Anredera cordifolia). Penelitian tersebut penting dilakukan karena dapat memberikan alternatif sebagai bahan baku obat imunomodulator dari bahan alam yaitu ekstrak etil asetat daun Binahong dari Borobudur. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui efek imunomodulator ekstrak etil asetat daun Binahong yang terdapat di daerah Borobudur, Jawa Tengah yang menggunakan metode maserasi dengan mengukur aktivitas fagositosis dan indeks fagositosis. Peneliti menggunakan 30 mencit yang terbagi menjadi 6 kelompok, masing-masing kelompok memiliki 5 mencit dengan perlakuan positif, perlakuan pelarut dan kelompok dosis 25mg/kgBB, 50mg/kgBB, 75mg/kgBB dan 100mg/kgBB. Uji ANOVA One Way digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, aktivitas fagositosis sel makrofag pada parameter indeks fagositosi menunjukkan dosis efektif yang dapat memberikan efek imunomodulator adalah 100 mg/kgBB. Peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa ekstrak etil asetat daun binahong (Anredera cordifolia) dengan dosis 100mg/kgBB menunjukan aktivitas imunomodulator secara signifikan dan mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder flavonoid.

Abstract

Breast cancer, the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in women with 685,000 deaths in 2020. Exploring natural compounds with minimal side effects has emerged as a potential treatment. However, utilizing natural substances faces challenges, such as poor bioavailability, requiring technologies like nanotechnology to enhance absorption. This study focuses on evaluating Ethanol Extract of Selaginella doederleinii (EESD) as an anticancer against MCF-7, both in silico, in vitro methode and develop a formulation of EESD nanoparticle effervescent granules. This study commenced with extraction, Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) identification, in silico studies, namely bioinformatics and molecular docking, 3-(4,-5-dimethylthiazo-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) Assay tests on MCF-7, and the formulation of nanoparticle preparations. EESD was extracted using the maceration method, resulting in an extract weighing 103.5 grams with a 6.9% yield. GC-MS identified three major compounds—cyclopentadecanoic, 2-hydroxy; hexadecanoic acid; and 9-octadecanoid, methyl ester. Bioinformatics revealed interactions with specific protein targets, and molecular docking indicated hexadecanoic acid's superior binding to TP53, surpassing paclitaxel at -8.7 kcal/mol. This suggests its potential to modulate TP53, impacting P53's role in impeding cancer cell growth. EESD exhibited an IC50 of 215μg/mL, signifying moderate cytotoxicity. In formulating nanoparticle effervescent granules, five formulas were transformed into nanoparticles and underwent organoleptic, pH, granule dissolution, and water content evaluations. Formula I is the formula that best meets the criteria with a pH of 6.55, granule dissolution <5 minutes, and water content <4%. The research results indicate that EESD shows anticancer activity against MCF-7 and this study has successfully developed a formula of nanoparticle from EESD in effervescent granule form.Keywords: Selaginella doederleinii, breast cancer, co-Cemotheraphy, MCF-7 Cell, in silico.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is an important part of the economy of a country or region, especially in Indonesia. The development of micro, small and medium enterprises has an important meaning in encouraging national economic growth and reducing is poverty. The development of MSME sector is often described as one of the factor for successful development, especially for those with low per capita income. One of the key factors in the success of MSME is their ability to determine the right product selling price. The right selling price can help MSME achieve several goals, such as: Increasing sales, achieving profit targets, competing in the market, attracting consumers and increasin profitability. Determining the selling price of MSME products is a complex process and requires careful consideration and marketing strategies to maximize prices and promotion for the product sales.

Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) play a vital role in improving the local economy and expanding economic opportunities for the community. One effective strategy in supporting the growth of MSME is through creating business carts that can function as a mobile platform for selling products or services. This research aims to examine the process of making MSME carts with a focus on design innovation, materials used, and efficient and environmentally friendly production methods. Research methods involve literature analysis, field surveys, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The research results show that the use of appropriate technology and materials can increase the durability, safety and aesthetics of MSME carts, while the use of efficient production methods can reduce production costs and speed up processing time. The practical implications of this research are to provide practical guidance for MSME in choosing designs, materials and production methods that suit their needs and to encourage the government and related institutions to provide adequate support and facilities for the development of MSMEs through the manufacture of business carts. Thus, this research has the potential to make a significant contribution to increasing the competitiveness of MSME and strengthening the local economy in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Ilmu tentang kewirausahaan menjadi sebuah kewajiban yang harus dipahami oleh generasi Z saat ini dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan dan ekonomi. Literasi tentang ilmu kewirausahaan tentang memamahi konsep dasar bisnis, pengembangan ketrampilan, sikap dan pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk berhasil dalam dunia bisnis dan kompetitif. Melalui pelaksanaan metode perngabdian kepada masyarakat yang menggabungkan teori, diskusi dan evaluasi memungkinkan para peserta dapat menambah literasi, mengasah kreativitas, inovasi yang diperlukan untuk merintis usaha secara efektif dimasa depan. Penguatan literasi kewirausahaan dalam berbagai tahap pendidikan diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan para peserta. Dengan kegiatan sosialisasi penguatan literasi ilmu kewirusahaan ini, tim penulis mengharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi peserta secara personal dan dapat membawa dampak positif bagi pertumbuhan pendidikan dari segi literasi, ekonomi, dan pembangunan masyarakat secara utuh di masa depan.

Abstract

Website d2mart.id adalah sebuah website yang digunakan sebagai wadah penjualan online di Desa Bangun Mulya Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna pada aplikasi website D2mart.id di Desa Bangun Mulya Kecamatan Waru. adapun metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang yang berasal dari peserta sosialisasi website D2mart.id dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian yaitu usability testing, wawancara dan kuesioner, yang mana kuesioner tersebut merupakan kuesioner pilihan untuk mengukur usability yakni menggunakan kuesioner PSSUQ (Post- Study System Quesionnaire). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh antaralain bahwa fitur iklan tidak dapat langsung terhubung ke facebook atau instagram dan verifikasi data terasa rumit serta hasil evaluasi dari usability testing dengan 5 partisipan yang telah mengerjakan 4 tugas skenario didapatkan hasil komponen efficiency sebesar 0,023 goalsatausec, komponen error 7,7% per tugas, komponen satification menggunakan kuesioner PSSUQ dengan nilai rata-rata 5. Serta hasil wawancara terdapat 5 partisipan yang mengalami 6 masalah yang berbeda mereka alami. Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan dari unsur satisfaction dan wawancara bahwa website d2mart.id dengan hasil agak setuju namun perlu perbaikan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut.
