The measuring instrument used a questionnaire that has been tested for validity dan reliability. Data analysis used Friedman Test. The results of the analysis showed that there was an effect of Whatsapp and Zoom media on knowledge (p=0,0001) and attitude (p=0,0001) of pregnant women about the dangerous sign of pregnancy. Difference average score increase in the intervention group for knowledge dan attitude variables. Giving health promotion media through Whatsapp and Zoom media has been proven to increase the knowledge and attitude of pregnant women about the dangerous sign of pregnancy and it can be applied in health services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstrak: Tanda bahaya kehamilan dapat terjadi tidak terduga, terutama pada trimester ketiga. Abstract

Immunization is a process of forming immunity in individuals against infectious diseases. The government has required infants to be fully immunized, but in practice, it turned out that there were still many people refusing immunization. This study aimed to analyze the coverage and the punctuality of immunization and the factors that influenced it. The research was descriptive observational with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The population of the study was mothers who had less than 2 years old infants living in Temanggung Regency. 498 and 199 respondents were obtained in 2018 and 2019 by using a random sampling technique. The research instrument used was Rapid Card Check and MCH Handbook. The results showed that infants were not immunized (2-6,5%), and the punctuality of immunization was 32-89%. There was a relationship between knowledge (p=0,039) and the mother's perception (p=0,005) towards infants' essential immunization completeness.

Abstract

The effectiveness of tuberculosis (TB) management and control programs is influenced by several factors, including sociocultural problems that affect delays in diagnosis and treatment and increased transmission risk in the community. How people viewed diseases and seeking behavior was socially constructed. The scoping review aims to understand the extent and type of evidence about the sociocultural implications of TB management and control programs. To address the research questions, a scoping review was conducted following PRISMA ScR as a guideline. Articles were searched in PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct, and Google Scholar databases. Searches were conducted in October 2022. The CASP checklist was used to measure the article's quality before being reviewed. A total of 15 articles were included, nine (9) studies conducted in Africa, two (2) studies in Papua New Guinea, one (1) study in India, one (1) study in Brazil, one (1) study in Yemen, and one (1) study in Nepal. Most studies were based on individual interviews (7), and three (3) studies included traditional/faith healer perspectives. Three main themes have been identified; sociocultural factors affected TB prevention, sociocultural factors affected TB-seeking behavior, and sociocultural factors affected treatment adherence. The review discovered that community practices, norms, and attitudes regarding perceived sickness impact TB care and control. To be effective and meaningful for the target population, the intervention must be attentive to cultural differences.

This review was conducted to determine a comparative picture of the quality of delivery services at Independent Midwife Practices and Public Health Center. Methods: The study was conducted using a literature review approach of national journal articles retrieved from the Google Scholar database. The keywords used were quality of delivery services, quality of delivery services, patient satisfaction, Independent Midwife Practices, and Public Health Center. With a publishing range of no more than the last 5 years or from 2018-2023.Results: Five journals were eligible to be analyzed in relation to the quality of delivery services. The study showed that the quality of health services at the Independent Midwife Practices and Public Health Center is influenced by the factors of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Both the Independent Midwife Practice and the Public Health Center have good quality of service in childbirth. Conclusion: It is important to maintain the quality of childbirth services both at Independent Midwife Practices and at Public Health Center.

Abstract

Background: Unintended pregnancy presents major challenges to maternal and child health. Despite extensive family planning initiatives in Indonesia, particularly in Central Java Province, the reduction in unintended pregnancies remains limited, from 13.5% in 2017 to 11.3% in 2022. A thorough comprehension of the issue based on target characteristics is essential for crafting effective targeted programs. Aims: This study aims to analyze the determinants of unintended pregnancy among women of childbearing age in Central Java Province. Methods: This study is non-reaction research utilizing secondary data analysis from the 2022 Family Data Update in Central Java Province. The research focuses on women of childbearing age (15-49 years) who are currently pregnant. Result: The prevalence of unintended pregnancies among women of childbearing age in Central Java Province is 11.3%. There is a significant association between age at first marriage (p=0.000), desired number of children (p=0.000), employment status (p=0.000), health insurance enrollment (p=0.000), contraceptive use in the last 12 months (p=0.000), maternal age (p=0.000), and education level (p=0.000) with unintended pregnancies. Women of childbearing age who marry before the age of 21, desire more than 2 children, are unemployed, enrolled in health insurance, have used contraception in the last 12 months, and aged over 35 are more likely to experience unintended pregnancies. Conclusion: The determinants of unintended pregnancies among women of childbearing age in Central Java Province include the age at first marriage, the desired number of children, employment status, health insurance enrollment, contraceptive use in the last 12 months, and maternal age.
