Abstract

A regression tree is a data analysis technique that aims to determine the effect of all explanatory variables on the response variables. However, it turns out the regression tree method has a weakness that is the hierarchical structure allows for high variance predictors. The weakness of this regression tree method can be above using the Boosted Regression Trees (BRT) approach. The BRT approach uses a boosting technique to combine multiple regression trees in an additive manner so that the resulting variance is smaller than the previous variance. This study uses the BRT method for a case study of factors affecting the level of crime in East Java in 2018. Through 89 obtained optimal trees, the most important crime rate factors are the number of youth (model importance of 31.86%), followed by the percentage of poor population (11.14%), junior high school gross enrollment rate (9.67%), elementary school gross enrollment rate (8.98%), road stability (8.81 %), senior high school gross enrollment rate (8.67%), distance to the capital city of Surabaya (7.25%), open unemployment rate (7.02%), Gross Domestic Regional Product (GRDP) (5.32%), and population density (1.25%)..Keywords: Boosted Regression Trees, Boosting, Crime Rate, Regression Trees.AbstrakPohon regresi merupakan teknik analisis data yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh semua peubah penjelas terhadap peubah responnya. Namun, ternyata metode pohon regresi memiliki kelemahan yaitu struktur hierarkisnya memungkinkan terjadinya varians yang tinggi. Kelemahan metode pohon regresi ini dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan Boosted Regression Trees (BRT). Pendekatan BRT menggunakan teknik boosting untuk menggabungkan beberapa pohon regresi secara aditif sedemikian sehingga nilai varians yang dihasilkan lebih kecil dari nilai varians sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode BRT untuk studi kasus menentukan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat kriminalitas di Jawa Timur tahun 2018. Melalui 89 buah pohon optimal yang terbentuk, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat kriminalitas tertinggi adalah jumlah pemuda (31,86%), diikuti oleh persentase penduduk miskin (11,14%), Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK) SMP (9,67%), APK SD (8,98%), kemantapan jalan (8.81%), APK SMA (8,67%), jarak ke ibukota Surabaya (7,25%), tingkat pengangguran terbuka (7,02%), Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (5,32%), dan kepadatan penduduk (1,25%).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether an area in the Bandung city is categorized as an area prone to air pollution or not, which is illustrated in the form of a thematic map. In this study, Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) is used with the Mamdani method. The parameters determining the vulnerability used among others are PM10 concentration, SO2 concentration, and rainfall. In this study, 89 data were used. The results showed that the city of Bandung is categorized as an area not prone to air pollution with an average vulnerability value of 17,235. However, in March there were areas categorized as air pollution-prone namely Regol, Lengkong, Kidul, Buahbatu, Rancasari, and Gedebage Districts with a vulnerability value of 47.5. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that people will be aware of the air conditions in the environment where they live and realize the importance of maintaining air quality.Keywords: Air Pollution, Fuzzy Logic,  Geographic Information System, Mamdani Method, Thematic Map. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan agar masyarakat menyadari kondisi udara di lingkungan tempat mereka hidup dan menyadari pentingnya menjaga kualitas udara. Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) merupakan sistem yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan dari sejumlah data yang memiliki ketidakpastian fuzzy antara lain dalam Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Dalam penelitian ini FIS digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan suatu daerah rawan polusi udara di Kota Bandung yang digambarkan dalam bentuk peta tematik. Parameter-parameter penentu kerawanan yang digunakan antara lain konsentrasi PM10, konsentrasi SO2, dan curah hujan. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah metode Mamdani. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 89 data. Secara umum pada peta, dapat dilihat bahwa Kota Bandung dikategorikan sebagai daerah tidak rawan polusi udara dengan nilai kerawanan rata-rata sebesar 17,235. Namun pada Bulan Maret terdapat daerah yang dikategorikan rawan polusi udara yaitu Kecamatan Regol, Lengkong, Bandung Kidul, Buahbatu, Rancasari, dan Gedebage dengan nilai kerawanan sebesar 47,5. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan masyarakat menyadari kondisi udara di lingkungan tempat mereka tinggal dan menyadari pentingnya menjaga kualitas udara.

Abstract

Banyaknya kasus putus sekolah pada anak usia Sekolah Dasar di Kampung Papak Serang menjadi motivasi dibentuknya rumah belajar “Saung Himelnah”. Kegiatan berlangsung setiap hari Minggu berupa bermain sambil belajar beragam ilmu seperti matematika, sejarah, bahasa Indonesia, Inggris dan Jepang. Penanaman disiplin, empati, tanggung-jawab, dan karaktar positif lain diaplikasi melalui pembiasaan. Penutupan tempat pembuangan sampah di Kampung Papakserang, menyebabkan warga membuang sampah ke sungai atau membakarnya yang dapat menyebabkan polusi lingkungan. Melalui rumah belajar “Saung Himelnah” ini anak-anak diedukasi untuk memahami dampak tercemarnya lingkungan dan mencari solusi untuk masalah sampah melalui gaya hidup tanpa sampah (zerowaste lifestyle), yaitu dengan pemanfaatan sampah plastik untuk ecobrick dan sampah organik untuk pupuk kompos. Melalui edukasi dan pembiasaan pada anak-anak diharapkan akan berdampak positif pada keluarga dan lingkungan.

Abstract

The Generalized Space Time Autoregressive (GSTAR) model is a stationary space time model. One of the data that has a space time phenomenon is the number of tourist visits. The number of tourist visits is sometimes difficult to predict because it has patterns and characteristics that are difficult to identify. The model that considers non- linear elements is a neural network. The parameter estimation of the GSTAR model used is the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) model. This method is able to overcome the correlation between residuals every location. Data on the number of tourist visits in Magelang Regency is one of the time series data that has links between locations, has correlated residuals, and also nonlinear data patterns so that it can be modeled with the GSTAR-SUR-NN model. In this research, steps were taken to find out the best model and the results of forecasting the number of tourist visits at four locations in Magelang Regency, namely Telaga Bleder, Borobudur Temple, Bukit Rhema, and Mendut Temple with the GSTAR-SUR-NN model. The model chosen to predict the number of tourist visits at four tourist sites in Magelang Regency for the next 12 months is GSTAR(1,1)-SUR-NN(4,7,4) because this model produces better forecast results than the GSTAR( 1,1)-SUR.Keywords: GSTAR-SUR, Neural Network, Tourist Visit.AbstrakModel Generalized Space Time Autoregressive (GSTAR) adalah suatu model space time yang stasioner. Salah satu data yang memiliki fenomena space time adalah jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan terkadang sulit untuk diprediksi karena memiliki pola dan karakteristik yang sulit untuk diidentifikasi. Model yang mempertimbangkan unsur non linier adalah Neural Network (NN). Pendugaan parameter model GSTAR yang digunakan adalah model Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR). Metode ini mampu mengatasi adanya korelasi antar residual setiap lokasi. Data jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di Kabupaten Magelang merupakan salah satu data runtun waktu yang memiliki keterkaitan antar lokasi, memiliki residual yang berkorelasi, dan juga pola data yang nonlinier sehingga dapat dimodelkan dengan model GSTAR-SUR-NN. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan untuk mengetahui model terbaik dan hasil peramalan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan pada empat lokasi di Kabupaten Magelang, yaitu Telaga Bleder, Candi Borobudur, Bukit Rhema, dan Candi Mendut dengan model GSTAR-SUR-NN. Model yang dipilih untuk meramalkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di empat tempat lokasi wisata di Kabupaten Magelang untuk 12 bulan mendatang adalah GSTAR(1,1)-SUR-NN(4,7,4) karena model ini menghasilkan hasil ramalan lebih baik daripada model GSTAR(1,1)-SUR.

Abstract

ASI merupakan sumber nutrisi yang baik untuk bayi, mengandung berbagai zat besi yang diperlukan untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Baturaja Timur Kabupaten OKU. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 32 ibu menyusui. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan alat bantu berupa kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), kuesioner Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), dan Kuesioner Kelancaran ASI. Dari hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa ibu yang mengalami kualitas tidur baik dengan produksi ASI lancar sebanyak 19 responden (67,9%) sedangkan produksi asi yang cukup lancar sebanyak 8 responden (28,6%). Berdasarkan analisis dua arah, hasil uji chi-square menyatakan nilai p sebesar 0,004 (<0,05) sedangkan menurut hasil uji statistik, 14 responden (73,7%) adalah ibu dengan tekanan mental, 8 responden (28,6%) menghasilkan ASI yang sangat lancar. Berdasarkan analisis bivariat, hasil uji chi-square memberikan nilai p sebesar 0,001 (<0,05). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur, tingkat stres, dan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di Puskesmas Kecamatan Baturaja Timur Kabupaten OKU.

Abstract

Regression methods that take into account spatial aspects are often influenced by the geographical conditions of each observation location. In this study, a regression model was constructed to predict the relationship between the value of the illiteracy rate and several independent variables using Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR) in South Sumatra province. These independent variables are the population (X1), the pure elementary school participation rate (X2), the pure junior high school participation rate (X3), the number of elementary school teaching staff (X4), the number of junior high school teaching staff (X5), and the percentage of poor people (X6).  MGWR was chosen because of the use of bandwidth in each variable, so it is expected to provide a model accuracy that is thought to be more accurate to the data. One of the ABH models found in Palembang City is Y= -0.0187+0.55X1-0.1748X2 - 0.0062X3 - 1.6129X4 + 0.5394X6.Keywords: Bandwidth, GWR, Illiteracy Rate, MGWR, Spatial Heterogenity. AbstrakMetode regresi dengan memperhatikan aspek spasial sering kali dipengaruhi oleh kondisi geografis dari masing-masing lokasi pengamatan. Pada penelitian ini dikontruksi model regresi untuk memprediksi hubungan nilai Angka Buta Huruf (ABH) dengan beberapa variabel bebas menggunakan Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR) di provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Variabel-variabel bebas yang dimaksud adalah jumlah penduduk (X1), angka partisipasi murni SD (X2), angka partisipasi murni SMP (X3), banyak tenaga pendidik SD (X4), banyak tenaga pendidik SMP (X5) , dan persentase penduduk miskin (X6).  MGWR dipilih karena memungkinkan penggunaan bandwidth pada setiap variabel, sehingga diharapkan mampu memberikan suatu ketepatan model yang diduga lebih akurat terhadap suatu data. Salah satu model ABH yang terdapat di Kota Palembang adalah Y= -0.0187+0.55X1-0.1748X2 - 0.0062X3 - 1.6129X4 + 0.5394X6.

Abstract

Flood disasters are a long-standing problem in North Aceh Regency and its surroundings, causing serious losses both material and non-material. To overcome this problem, the government has built the Krueng Keureuto Dam and Reservoir as part of its flood management strategy. However, the actual impact of this project on flood mitigation needs to be evaluated through a comprehensive literature review. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the construction of the Krueng Keureuto Dam and Reservoir on flood mitigation efforts in North Aceh Regency and its surroundings. From this literature review, it was identified that factors causing the ineffectiveness of the Krueng Keureuto Dam and Reservoir in flood prevention efforts in North Aceh Regency include non-routine sedimentation management, less stringent environmental protection, low participation and awareness of community behavior to prevent flooding and low inter-institutional coordination. This project has not fully met expectations in flood mitigation, but still has the potential to provide significant benefits if further elaborated. The author's recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of dams and reservoirs for flood mitigation include strengthening river sedimentation management, increasing environmental monitoring, community participation campaigns in reservoir maintenance and management, as well as expanding cooperation between the government and the private sector. Follow-up plans will involve regulatory updates, infrastructure improvements, as well as educational programs to increase public awareness about flood management.

Abstract

In this research, we built a regression model to analyze the factors influencing the percentage of poor people in Cianjur Regency. The method used to model the problem of the percentage of poor people is Durbin spatial regression analysis by considering location aspects of both the dependent variable and the independent variable. Of the six independent variables taken, only four independent variables can be modeled using Durbin spatial regression. This is caused by the results of the Moran Index Test which states that there is spatial autocorrelation in these four variables. Based on Durbin's spatial regression analysis, the results showed that the variables that significantly influenced the percentage of poor people in Cianjur Regency in 2021 were the average length of schooling and life expectancy at birth. A high average number of years of schooling and life expectancy at birth can reduce the percentage of poor people in Cianjur Regency.Keywords: Moran's Index Test, Percentage of Poor People, Spatial Durbin Regression. AbstrakPada penelitian ini dibangun model regresi untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor mempengaruhi persentase penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Cianjur. Metode yang digunakan untuk memodelkan masalah persentase penduduk miskin tersebut adalah analisis regresi spasial Durbin dengan mempertimbangkan aspek lokasi baik dari variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Dari enam variabel independen yang diambil hanya empat variabel independen yang dapat dimodelkan menggunakan regresi spasial Durbin. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh hasil Uji Indeks Moran yang menyatakan terdapat autokorelasi spasial pada empat variabel tersebut. Berdasarkan analisis regresi spasial Durbin didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap persentase penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Cianjur Tahun 2021 adalah rata-rata lama sekolah dan usia harapan hidup saat lahir. Nilai rata-rata lama sekolah dan usia harapan hidup saat lahir yang tinggi dapat menurunkan persentase penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Cianjur.

Abstract

Post-hemodialysis, patients frequently experience symptoms that disrupt their comfort during daily activities, ranging from simple to strenuous tasks. Many hemodialysis patients do not feel well after dialysis sessions and require time to recover before resuming their usual activities at home or work. This study aims to determine the influence of fluid compliance, dietary compliance, and hemodialysis dose compliance on post-dialysis recovery time. A cross-sectional design with consecutive sampling was employed, involving 76 respondents. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to patients undergoing hemodialysis during each session. Data analysis was conducted using the Mann-Whitney test with a 95% confidence interval. Post-dialysis recovery time ranged from a minimum of 15 minutes to a maximum of 1,800 minutes, with the majority of patients recovering within 240 minutes. There was a significant difference between post-dialysis recovery time and fluid restriction adherence (p-value = 0.000, p-value < 0.05), with respondents who adhered to fluid restrictions having a predominantly 45-minute recovery time. Similarly, a significant difference was observed between post-dialysis recovery time and dietary compliance (p-value = 0.000, p-value < 0.05), with respondents who adhered to their diet also having a 45-minute recovery time. Additionally, a significant difference was found between post-dialysis recovery time and hemodialysis dose compliance (p-value = 0.007, p-value < 0.05), with the majority of respondents adhering to the hemodialysis dose exhibiting a 120-minute recovery time. Post-dialysis recovery time is influenced by compliance to fluid restrictions, dietary management, and hemodialysis dosing in hemodialysis patients. Maintaining compliance to fluid restrictions, diet, and hemodialysis dosing can shorten post-dialysis recovery time.

Abstract

Hygiene and health issues in school-age children are still a concern for health workers, due to low awareness of washing hands with soap and brushing teeth. One of the efforts that can be done is education, simulation and demonstration of the practice of washing hands with soap and brushing teeth properly. Community service activities aim to increase students' knowledge and the formation of clean and healthy living behaviors, especially the behavior of washing hands with soap and brushing the teeth of students at SDN 5 Pirak Timu, North Aceh Regency. The place for the service is Public Elementary School 5 Pirak Timu, North Aceh Regency from August 24 to 27, 2022. The target is students in grades IV to VI with a total of 48 people. Implementation of activities in the form of education about hand washing with soap and brushing teeth followed by simulations and demonstrations of washing hands with soap and brushing teeth properly. Assessment of students' knowledge and skills is carried out before and after being given and demonstrations. The materials used in the implementation of the activities are modules, leaflets and posters. The result achieved was an increasing the knowledge of the target audience about washing hands with soap and brushing teeth. The skills of washing hands with soap and brushing teeth also improved after the simulation and demonstration were carried out. In conclusion. The result achieved is increasing the knowledge of the target audience about washing hands with soap and brushing teeth
