Abstract

The number of hospitals that stand is a necessity of a form of competition in the field of the health industry. this also affects patients in determining the choice of a place for health services. the interest in patient re-visits can be determined by the factors of implementing patient safety and marketing mix. research objectives: this study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of patient safety and marketing mix on the interest in re-visiting patients in outpatient hospital 'x' with variables intervening patient confidence. research method: quantitative explanatory because it is to know the relationship between variables that are based on the research hypothesis. the samples in this study used the hair formula, namely (5-10) x n. the number of samples is (5) x 36, so 180sampel will be taken. the analysis technique uses structural equation modelling (sem). results of the study: the implementation of patient safety and marketing mix had a significant effect on patient confidence and interest in re-visiting. trust also significantly affects the patient's re-visiting interest. in addition, this study found that patient confidence mediated the effect of applying patient safety and marketing mix on patient re-visiting interest at "x" hospital bekasi.

Abstract

Background: The team often organizes nursing services to improve healthcare services. Objective: The study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the team leader's knowledge and skills on implementing the team method with the mentoring system as a moderating variable. Method: This study applied to the cross-sectional study. The population was the team leader who served in the inpatient installation of as many as 107 personnel. Result: The results found that knowledge, skills, and mentoring system among team leaders significantly affect the implementation of the team method. While partially only the mentoring system does not affect the effectiveness of the team method implementation, the mentoring system cannot moderate the relationship between team method knowledge and skills on the efficacy of team method implementation. Conclusion: Supposedly, to increase the effectiveness of implementing the team method, the head of the room as a manager would be better off if he only carried out the supervisory and control functions. Recommendation: The team leader needs to improve their knowledge and skills to implement the team method effectively. Further studies need to explore how mentoring system could improve the team approach using the mixed method study

Abstract

There are still employees who do not understand Covid-19 prevention and control protocol in hospitals and are not disciplined in carrying out Covid-19 health protocol. IPC training implementation that has not been appropriately structured is considered the cause of some employees being exposed to Covid-19. This study aims to analyze the effect of compliance Covid-19 health protocol implementation and the implementation of Infection Prevention and Control training on the occupational risks of health workers and Occupational Health and Safety standards implementation as intervening variables in the Covid-19 pandemic era at Tengku Rafi'an Regional Public Hospital simultaneously and partially. This research method is causative descriptive research with a quantitative study approach. The sample of this study was 200 health workers who work in hospitals. The data analysis technique used is index analysis using the three-box method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for path analysis. Conclusion of this study showed the implementation of the Covid-19 Health Protocol, IPC Training, and Occupational Safety and Health Standards implementation together significantly affected the Occupational Risks of Health Workers simultaneously and partially at Tengku Rafi'an Regional Public.

Abstract

The increasingly high cost claims for caesarean section cases in the National Health Insurance or Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) era mean that hospitals are required to provide service efficiency, the BPJS Health payment system to hospitals is through the INACBG's (Indonesia Case Based Groups) rates. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of clinical pathway compliance and prescription writing according to the national formulary on cost control with caesarean section indication as an intervening variable at St Theresia Hospital. This type of research is confirmatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 80 samples from caesarean section cases in August-October 2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Based on the results of testing the Path coefficients hypothesis, it was found that F count (63.047) > F Table (3.432) with a significance level of 0.05, the results of the t value> 1.96 and p < 0.05. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that there was an influence of clinical pathway compliance, writing prescriptions according to the national formulary and indications for caesarean section on cost control.

Abstract

Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals Article 32 it is stated that every Hospitals are required to record and report on all Hospital management activities in the form of a Hospital Management Information System. The effect of knowledge, motivation and workload in the implementation of SIRS with medical personnel compliance as an intervening variable at the Kemayoran Athlete's Wisma RSDC. This study uses quantitative analysis using a cross sectional. This research was conducted in December-January 2021 with 161 samples, the sampling technique was random sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate with test chi-square with p < 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and SIRS compliance (P Value = 0.000), Motivation (P Value = 0.000), Workload (P Value = 0.000). The author recommends evaluating several aspects such as networking, system requirements development, human resource development to be reviewed and the addition of a personnel information subsystem to the SIRS service.

Abstract

Patient safety is something that needs to be prioritized in health services. The goal of this study was to examine nurses' workload and competence on patient safety incidents using the six patient safety goals as intervening variables. a cross-sectional study at a private hospital in Tangerang in February 2022. The research subjects were all functional nurses in the hospital. There is an influence between workload, nurse competence, and implementation of the 6 patient safety goals on patient safety incidents (p<0.001). Low workload and high nurse competence can improve the implementation of the six patient safety goals, which will reduce patient safety incidents.

Abstract

Introduction: The nurse's performance was successful in carrying out the task and achieving the stated goals. The performance can be declared excellent and successful if the desired goals can be appropriately performed. Method: The design of this study was a correlational quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional study design. The analysis technique used structural equation modeling. The sampling technique used probability sampling, namely disproportionate stratified. Measurements in this study used a questionnaire distributed to 210 respondents and a questionnaire that returned several 210 sets of questionnaires. Results: The results showed that quality of work-life, role conflict and work stress were influence to nurse performance; quality of work-life was an influence to work stress; role conflict was an influence to job stress; job stress was an influence to nurse performance; quality of work-life was an influence to nurse performance, and role conflict was an influence to nurse performance. Recommendation: The research implication for management has to improve the nurses’ performance by increasing the quality of work-life and controlling role conflict and work stress so that performance results become better and support achievement.
