Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, maka dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang handal dan berkualitas. Tenaga kesehatan, termasuk pegawai ASN di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kaimana, harus mampu menghadapi tantangan dan beban kerja yang semakin berat untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai ASN di RSUD Kaimana baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN yang bekerja di RSUD Kaimana. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 responden. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Stress Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai ASN di RSUD Kaimana. Semakin tinggi tingkat stress kerja yang dialami pegawai, maka kinerja pegawai akan semakin menurun. Hal ini juga sejalan dengan Kompensasi serta motivasi yang juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai ASN di RSUD Kaimana. Secara simultan ketiga stres kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja juga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN di RSUD Kaimana. Dengan demikian hipotesis kedua dan ketiga penelitian terbukti. Semakin tinggi tingkat kompensasi dan motivasi pegawai, maka kinerja pegawai akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Maturitas Penyelenggaraan SPIP adalah tingkat kematangan SPIP dalam mencapai tujuan pengendalian yang meliputi kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien, keandalan pelaporan keuangan, pengamanan aset negara, dan ketaatan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan. Maturitas Penyelenggaraan SPIP secara terintegrasi mencakup unsur; SPIP, MRI, IEPK; dan Kapabilitas APIP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Implementasi Unsur-Unsur Maturitas Penyelenggaraan Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah (SPIP) dalam meningkatkan Level Maturitas SPIP. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan sesuai Peraturan BPKP RI, Nomor 5 Tahun 2021,Tentang Penilaian Maturitas Penyelenggaraan SPIP Terintegrasi pada Kementerian/Lembaga/Pemerintah Daerah,yaitu 40 % dari Jumlah Anggaran yang dikelola dan 30 % dari jumlah keseluruhan Instansi Pemerintah dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kaimana, sehingga jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 11 Instansi Pemerintah, meliputi 3 Instansi Pemerintah “Penanggungjawab” dan 8 Instansi Pemerintah “Wajib”, serta jumlah responden sebesar 30 % dari jumlah Populasi,yaitu 169 Orang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penilaian Mandiri dan Penjaminan Kualitias SPIP Terintegrasi Hasil Penilaian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Unsur-Unsur Maturitas Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah Terintegrasi pada Level 3 Maturitas SPIP Terintegrasi.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Financial Literacy on Consumptive Behavior among students, with PayLater Usage as an intervening variable and Self-Control as a moderating variable. The rapid adoption of digital credit services, such as PayLater, has reshaped consumption patterns, particularly among young users, by promoting convenience and flexible payment options. This research aims to understand how financial literacy and self-control interact to influence students’ consumption behavior through PayLater usage. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a sample of 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa, the study finds that Financial Literacy has a positive influence on both PayLater Usage and Consumptive Behavior. Interestingly, while financial literacy is generally expected to mitigate consumptive tendencies, it indirectly contributes to impulsive spending by encouraging the use of PayLater. PayLater Usage is identified as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between Financial Literacy and Consumptive Behavior, highlighting the role of convenience and perceived purchasing power in promoting consumption. Moreover, Self-Control negatively moderates the relationship between PayLater Usage and Consumptive Behavior, indicating that students with high self-control are less likely to exhibit impulsive spending despite using PayLater.

Abstract

This paper aims to perform a systematic review of articles that have used the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) from 2019 to 2023. The results in this research are based on the literature analysis of 10 existing articles on the UTAUT model. This has been performed by collecting data including demographic details, methodological details, limitations, and significance of relationships between constructs from the available articles based on the UTAUT. The findings indicated that general-purpose systems and specialized business systems were examined in the majority of the articles using the UTAUT. The analysis also indicated that the cross-sectional approach, survey methods, and structural equation modeling analysis techniques were the most explored research methodologies whereas Smart PLS was found to be the largely used analysis tool. This is the continued research that examined the literature on the UTAUT for the past five years and provided the researchers with accumulative knowledge about the model.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of utilizing Listening with Received Pronunciation (LWRP) in improving the English vocabulary of elementary school pupils. A total of sixty-one fourth-grade students actively participated in the study, undergoing both pre-and post-tests to evaluate the impact of the intervention on their vocabulary skills. The results of the study revealed a notable enhancement in the vocabulary proficiency of students who received instruction through LWRP, as evidenced by their post-test scores surpassing those of their peers who did not receive the same intervention. On average, the LWRP group demonstrated higher levels of vocabulary understanding compared to their counterparts. In conclusion, the findings suggest that incorporating Listening with Received Pronunciation into the instruction of elementary school pupils can be an effective and productive approach to fostering proficiency in English vocabulary acquisition at a young age. This research underscores the importance of innovative teaching methods, such as LWRP, in enhancing language learning outcomes for elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan fasilitas kerja terhadap motivasi anggota Polsek Kaiman. Motivasi aparat kepolisian merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam menjalankan tugasnya, oleh karena itu penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Polsek Kaimana yang berjumlah 318 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik metode random sampling. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial faktor fasilitas kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja anggota Polsek Kaimana, sedangkan faktor kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. Hasil uji F rasio menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan faktor kompensasi, fasilitas kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja anggota Polsek Kaimana.

Abstract

This research highlights the importance of patient safety in surgical procedures and the influencing factors. Patient safety becomes the primary focus, particularly within the scope of the operating room. Several crucial factors that contribute to maintaining patient safety include the operating room environment, staff participation, safety protocols, and communication among surgical team members. Nineteen journals have been analyzed by the researcher to identify determinants of patient safety within the surgical operating room. The analysis results from this literature review reveal that factors such as safety culture, effective communication among surgical teams, and the physical conditions of the operating room significantly impact patient safety. The significance of medical team skills, implementation of safety protocols, and the use of checklists have proven to reduce the risk of errors in surgical procedures. Conversely, occurrences of surgical wound infections, medical equipment failures, and lack of communication among medical teams can jeopardize patient safety.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee training and technology investment on employee performance productivity, with income inequality as a moderating variable, in the Indonesian manufacturing sector. The research method used is a quantitative approach with secondary data analysis from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023. The research sample includes medium and large-scale manufacturing companies, selected through stratified random sampling techniques based on provinces for proportional representation. Data were analyzed using moderated regression. The results of the study indicate that employee training has no significant effect on employee performance productivity. Meanwhile, technology investment has a negative effect if not accompanied by proper management. Income inequality is shown to moderate the relationship between independent and dependent variables in a complex manner, but income inequality weakens the positive effect of employee training but strengthens the relationship between technology investment and productivity. The implication of this study is the importance of synergy between employee training, adoption of technology investment, and management of income inequality distribution to optimally increase employee performance productivity.

Abstract

Health problems are a big problem in developing countries, including Indonesia. The Maternal and Child Health Program has always been the main focus in health services, especially for Community Health Centers. The aim of the maternal and child health service program is to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. In its implementation, problems are still found, namely the still high maternal and infant mortality rates in Indonesia. In East Java, the number of maternal deaths in 2022 is 499 cases, in Lamongan, the number of maternal deaths is 8 cases and infant deaths are 73 cases. The aim of this research is to determine the function of community health center management in the maternal and baby health program in the working area of the Tikung Public Health Center. The type of research used is qualitative research, descriptive research type. The research location is the Tikung Community Health Center, Tikung District, Lamongan Regency. The informants in this research are the head of the community health center, the coordinating midwife, the head of administration and the village midwife in the Tikung Community Health Center area. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and document search, data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of research for planning at the Tikung Community Health Center have been carried out well

Abstract

AbstrakUsaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya di sektor manufaktur produk logam arsitektur. Namun, UKM sering dihadapkan pada berbagai hambatan yang menghambat pertumbuhan bisnis, terutama dalam aspek pemasaran, keuangan, dan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan utama serta mengembangkan Model Hybrid Artificial Intelligence (HAI) yang mengintegrasikan Generative AI dan Analytic AI sebagai solusi komprehensif. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode studi kasus pada PT. XYZ, perusahaan manufaktur produk logam arsitektur berbasis proyek di Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen.Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 15 hambatan utama yang mencakup rendahnya inovasi digital marketing, pengelolaan arus kas yang tidak optimal, hingga keterbatasan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). Model HAI yang diusulkan terdiri dari Generative AI untuk mendukung inovasi desain produk dan strategi pemasaran digital serta Analytic AI untuk optimasi keuangan dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional melalui analisis data berbasis real-time. Implementasi model ini berpotensi signifikan dalam meningkatkan inovasi, produktivitas, dan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan strategis, sehingga memperkuat daya saing UKM di pasar premium.Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi UKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi AI untuk transformasi bisnis yang berkelanjutan, serta rekomendasi kebijakan bagi pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan terkait untuk mendukung digitalisasi UKM.
