Abstract

This research aims to overcome operational risks that may occur using the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach. The approach used to implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in this study is SNI ISO 31000: 2018. The process of designing risk management goes through the stages of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment; the method used in thisstudy is qualitative descriptive with quantitative additions. That means descriptive qualitative methods are used for each stage of completion except the risk level assessment stage. This analysis was carried out at PT Petrokimia Gresik, precisely in the Production Department III A part ZA II. The problem in this study is that several risks can hinder the ZA fertilizer production process. The results of the analysis that have been carried out are 10 operational risks, namely Communication mistakes by the employees, Work accidents,Performance / low-productivities by the employees, Mistakes in operating production tools, Unsuitable product quality with the requested specification quality, ZA fertilizer that is not on target, Flawed storage of ZA fertilizer, Low availability of raw materials, Production reports failure and Production tools disturbance. Of the 10 risks identified, there are 8 risks at a low level (low), 2 risks at amedium level (medium) and 1 risk at a high level (high). Efforts to treat risks in the low (low) and medium (medium) level categories are to accept or restrain the risk from increasing and provide additional treatment. Meanwhile, for high-level risks, preventive and mitigation strategies are carried out to reduce the possibility and impact of these risks by doing some area maintenance to renovate the savings storage. Also, clumping fertilizer will be consulted in the quality control section.

Abstract

This research aims to identify internal factors (strengths, weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities, threats), analyze alternative strategies, and determine strategic priorities that will be applied to the laying chicken farming business at UD. Selanjar Poultryshop Pakel Village, Ngantru District, Tulungagung Regency. The method chosen for sampling used a purposive sampling method with 5 respondents and descriptive analysis was used to help interpret the results of profit calculations and business development strategies. The research results show that in the internal environment, the main strength factor that has the most influence is Good Product Quality, while the main weakness factor that must be addressed immediately is Fluctuating Production Costs. External Environment, the main opportunity factor that must be utilized properly is the High Demand for Eggs, while the main threat factor that must be overcome is Market Prices which tend to be unstable. The results of the I-E matrix analysis state that the company's position is in cell V, namely the strategy used in this cell is market penetration and product development. The results of the SWOT analysis show that there are seven alternative strategies that can be applied to the organization. The results of the QSPM matrix analysis produce two priority strategies, namely optimizing production management in dealing with price fluctuations and market demand and expanding and improving business partner ties. These two strategies are recommendations from researchers to be applied to companies.

Abstract

A sharp decline of 7.45% in the number of farmers occurred over the decade from 2013 to 2023, accompanied by slowing regeneration among young farmers. In response to this challenge, the Ministry of Agriculture collaborated with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) to initiate the Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Support Services (YESS) Program, aimed at fostering agricultural regeneration by enhancing youth entrepreneurship capacity in the agricultural sector. This study analyzes the influence of skills training and financial service access on the entrepreneurial capacity of young farmers in the YESS Program. The research sample was determined using cluster random sampling, involving 79 young farmers in Pucanglaban District, with data collected through questionnaires during January-February 2025. Employing a descriptive quantitative method, the study applied Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using WarpPLS 8.0. The results indicate that skills training and financial service access have a positive and significant impact on young farmers' entrepreneurial capacity. This study reinforces the importance of providing skills training and financial access to young farmers as a strategy to promote youth agripreneurship .

Abstract

The transformation to digital marketing has significantly changed the competitive landscape of Indonesia's instant noodle industry. New brands have gained traction through effective content marketing (CM), challenging Mie Sedaap to adapt in order to retain its customers. This study aims to examine how CM influences customer retention (CR), with customer engagement (CE) as a mediating variable. Utilizing WarpPLS 8.0 and the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method, primary data was gathered using purposive sampling. A total of 130 respondents completed the questionnaire. Four hypotheses were tested to explore both direct and mediating effects. All hypotheses were supported, confirming significant relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that CM positively impacts CR, both directly and indirectly through CE. Customers who engage by liking, commenting, or sharing branded content are more emotionally connected to the brand, enhancing loyalty, repeat purchases, and word-of-mouth promotion. These results underscore the strategic importance of engaging and emotionally resonant content in fostering long-term customer relationships. For companies in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, particularly instant noodles, crafting interactive, relevant, and emotionally appealing content is critical. Investing in such strategies can strengthen customer loyalty and provide a competitive edge in the increasingly digital marketplace.

Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan Indonesia yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi, khususnya kopi lanang robusta yang memiliki keunikan rasa dan potensi pasar yang luas. Namun, pengembangan pemasaran kopi lanang robusta di CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada, sebuah UMKM di Kecamatan Tutur, Kabupaten Pasuruan, menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti produksi terbatas, rendahnya kesadaran konsumen, persaingan yang ketat, dan distribusi yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) merumuskan strategi pengembangan pemasaran kopi lanang robusta yang efektif dengan menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan, (2) memberikan rekomendasi strategis guna meningkatkan daya saing produk, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada berada dalam posisi mendukung strategi agresif, di mana kekuatan perusahaan seperti memiliki cita rasa unik dan kualitas produk harus dimaksimalkan untuk memanfaatkan peluang pasar kopi spesialty yang semakin berkembang. Strategi prioritas yang direkomendasikan meliputi penguatan branding, diversifikasi saluran distribusi, pengembangan kemasan yang menarik, serta peningkatan edukasi konsumen mengenai keunggulan kopi lanang robusta. Rekomendasi strategis menekankan kombinasi market penetration dan product development secara berkelanjutan, dengan perluasan jangkauan melalui kolaborasi bersama influencer dan pengembangan varian produk untuk menarik segmen baru.Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan perencanaan dan implementasi strategi pemasaran yang tepat, CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas pangsa pasar, tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan usaha kopi lanang di tingkat lokal, mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM, dan memperkuat posisi kopi lanang robusta di pasar nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

Mangrove ecotourism has been increasingly developed as both a tourist destination and a conservation medium; however, understanding of visitor perceptions toward available facilities remains limited. This study aims to identify tourist evaluations of mangrove forest ecotourism in Surabaya by examining four dimensions: accessibility, attractions, supporting infrastructure, and additional services. A survey was conducted with 100 respondents at Wonorejo, Medokan, and Gunung Anyar mangrove sites, and the data were analyzed using WarpPLS 8.0 to test the validity and reliability of the instruments. The results indicated that all indicators were consistent, and overall tourist assessments tended to be positive. The main strengths were the well-preserved environment, integration of local culture, and staff hospitality, while entertainment attractions were perceived as less developed. These findings highlight the importance for managers to maintain the existing strengths while improving weaker aspects in order to provide a more comprehensive visitor experience. An integrated enhancement of facilities is considered essential to strengthen visitor satisfaction and improve destination competitiveness. From an academic perspective, this study contributes as a reference for future research on mangrove ecotourism and tourism development studies.

Abstract

Marketing mix plays an important role in today's business world, because consumer satisfaction and loyalty are created from a good marketing mix strategy. This study aims to analyze the effect of the 7P marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence on consumer satisfaction and loyalty of Ledug Coffee Indonesia ground coffee. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased and consumed ground coffee products from Ledug Coffee Indonesia with a sampling technique using purposive sampling and data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 74 respondents. The method used in this study is the evaluation of the SEM model using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the 7P marketing mix has a positive relationship with consumer satisfaction. The product, price and process variables have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, while the place, promotion, people and physical evidence variables do not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Ledug Coffee Indonesia. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction of Ledug Coffee Indonesia is influenced by several indicators, the most important of which is coffee quality

Abstract

Penggunaan benih bersertifikat merupakan salah satu upaya penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas kopi nasional. Namun, tingkat partisipasi petani dalam sertifikasi benih kopi masih rendah, sehingga perlu dievaluasi faktor - faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh faktor ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, dan peraturan terhadap minat petani dalam menyertifikasikan benih kopi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Malang dengan melibatkan 194 petani kopi sebagai responden. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial, lingkungan, dan peraturan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat petani, sedangkan faktor ekonomi tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Faktor sosial menjadi variabel paling dominan, menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan kelompok tani, pengetahuan bersama, dan jaminan mutu dalam mendorong minat terhadap sertifikasi. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.804 menunjukkan bahwa keempat konstruk mampu menjelaskan 80,4% variabel minat petani. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa upaya peningkatan partisipasi petani dalam program sertifikasi benih perlu difokuskan pada pendekatan sosial dan kelembagaan, serta penyederhanaan akses terhadap regulasi dan edukasi lingkungan. Sertifikasi benih kopi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai jaminan mutu, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen strategis dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan agribisnis kopi rakyat

Abstract

The growth of urban agriculture has driven an increase in demand for healthy vegetables such as hydroponics in the city of Surabaya. Despite the increasing trend of consumption, consumer loyalty is still a challenge affecting the sustainability of the market. This study aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction and buying interest on the loyalty of hydroponic vegetable consumers. The study was conducted on 103 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach to measure the relationship between latent variables. The results show that both consumer satisfaction and buying interest have a positive and significant influence on loyalty, with buying interest being the most dominant factor. An R² value of 0.745 indicates that the model has a high clarity of power over the loyalty variable, while a Q² value of 0.676 indicates the predictive power of the model. This research has a strategic impact for hydroponic agribusiness players to focus their marketing strategies on increasing purchase intention and satisfaction through education, product quality, and emotional approach to consumers. Theoretically, these findings strengthen the study of consumer behavior in the context of sustainable agribusiness in urban areas.

Abstract

Perkebunan merupakan sektor strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi pedesaan di Provinsi Jawa Timur, namun capaian pembangunannya belum merata antarwilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat pembangunan perkebunan secara komprehensif melalui pembentukan Indeks Pembangunan Perkebunan (IPP). Penelitian menggunakan delapan indikator yang mewakili dua dimensi utama: usaha perkebunan dan penyuluhan. Data diperoleh dari Sensus Pertanian 2023 Tahap II serta Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dengan pendekatan Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dan rotasi varimax untuk mereduksi indikator dan membentuk struktur faktor. Dua faktor utama terbentuk dan menjelaskan 82,979% variasi data, masing-masing diberi bobot berdasarkan proporsi varians: faktor usaha (0,571) dan faktor penyuluhan (0,429). Hasil IPP menunjukkan ketimpangan pembangunan antar kabupaten, dengan Malang dan Sumenep pada kategori sangat tinggi, sementara Bangkalan dan Sidoarjo pada kategori sangat rendah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa selain aspek produksi, keberhasilan pembangunan perkebunan juga sangat ditentukan oleh dukungan kelembagaan dan penyuluhan. IPP yang dikembangkan dapat dijadikan alat bantu dalam perumusan kebijakan pembangunan perkebunan berbasis data dan kontekstual wilayah.
