Abstract

Perkembangan investasi di Pasar Modal sangatlah cepat, berbagai penyesuaian dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Digitalisasi investasi di Pasar Modal membuat semuanya semakin mudah dan menjadikan transaksi di Pasar Modal bersifat scripless.  Kemudahan tersebut berdampak pada pesatnya peningkatan investor Pasar Modal Indonesia sejak tahun 2020. Namun demikian, kurangnya literasi mengharuskan pendidikan masyarakat tentang alokasi sumber daya yang tepat di Pasar Modal, khususnya di kalangan sektor manajerial Desa Sandang Made Wisata di Kabupaten Jombang. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah bentuk dari pemerataan edukasi tentang cara berinvestasi di Pasar Modal sekaligus memberikan pelatihan cara melakukan transaksi melalui Online Trading System (OTS). Dan jika Desa Wisata terealisasi serta mampu berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, maka berbekal edukasi tersebut masyarakat dapat akan memiliki wawasan untuk mengatur keuangannya salah satunya dengan melakukan investasi. Berinvestasi di Pasar Modal, khususnya, menghadirkan peluang di mana proses investasi sangat difasilitasi, hemat biaya, dan menawarkan pengembalian yang menguntungkan dalam jangka panjang, terutama ketika dimulai pada tahap awal.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life. Adapting to changes and increasing one's knowledge is important to maintain the competitiveness and success of the company. The use of information technology also plays an important role in improving performance and productivity in the workplace. Knowledge sharing can help individuals to continuously update and improve their skills and improve work quality and efficiency. Crucial skills in the context of a constantly changing work environment, involve the ability of individuals to adjust their behavior and actions in response to changing situations and demands that arise in the work environment. This research uses positivism-based quantitative methods to test hypotheses by understanding the population and analyzing data quantitatively. The population is determined as individuals who are the subject of research, allowing researchers to make more accurate conclusions and meaningful recommendations. The sample used 116 students who took MBKM off campus. Investments in information technology and the development of a knowledge-sharing culture improve overall organizational performance. Information technology facilitates knowledge sharing between individuals, increasing adaptability to rapid changes in the work environment.

Abstract

Marketing is very important for entrepreneurs to attract consumers so as to increase sales results. Knowledge about branding and marketing is not easy, it is not enough just once or twice, but it needs to be done continuously. Apart from that, marketing is not just about offering to potential consumers, but requires management to maximize marketing results. Therefore, training and assistance to the public regarding marketing management, especially for novice entrepreneurs, is very important. This community service regarding "marketing" is carried out to provide knowledge and assistance regarding "marketing management" to micro economics at Unhasy Jombang Indonesia and UiTM Malaysia and the surrounding communities. The PKM participants consist of micro businesses in Unhasy and its surroundings and UiTM and its surroundings. Using Seminar and Mentoring methods. The result of this PKM is that partners receive continues assistance in carrying out marketing management to improve marketing quality and increase sales results.
