Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) Whether there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of Integrated IPS in students whose learning uses the Articulation learning model, (2) Whether there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of Integrated IPS in students whose learning uses the Pair Exchange learning model, and (3) Whether there is an influence on the learning outcomes of Integrated IPS in students whose learning uses the Articulation learning model and the Pair Exchange learning model. This type of research is a quasi -experiment. The total population in this study was 235 people. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling, so that 40 students of class VII C were selected as the Control class and 39 students of class VII F as the Experimental class. The technique of data collection in this study is to disseminate questions to research respondents and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is t test using SPSS for Windows Version 16. The results showed that (1) The learning outcomes of students in IPS subjects taught using Articulation type cooperative learning model obtained a mean of 63.59 (2) The learning outcomes of students in Integrated IPS subjects taught using Cooperative learning model of the Exchange type pair obtained a mean score (mean) is 54.12 and (3) The learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Integrated IPS taught using the cooperative learning model of the Articulation type are higher than the student learning outcomes in the subjects Integrated IPS taught using the Cooperative Learning model of Pair Exchange with a value of 0.000> 0.05. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that there is an influence on the use of cooperative learning model type Articulation on student learning outcomes in Integrated IPS subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 6 Kota Jambi. Keywords: Articulation Type Cooperative Learning Model, Pair Exchange Type Cooperative Learning Model, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students who are taught using a cooperative learning model type Guess the word and group around in social studies subjects in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City and a comparison of the cooperative learning model type Guess the Word and Go Around Groups on student learning outcomes in the subject. Social Studies lessons in Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. The type of research conducted is a quasi-experiment. The guessing type cooperative learning model for class VII C (control) and the group traveling type cooperative learning model for class VIII B (experimental). Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique, so that 38 students of class VIII C were selected as the control class and 32 students of class VIII B as the experimental class. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questions to research respondents and documentation. The data analysis technique used the t-test. The results showed that the average value of posttest learning outcomes for class VIII B (experimental class) was 10,063 and the average value for learning outcomes for social studies subjects in the posttest stage in class VIII C was 8.079. Based on these results, the average value of learning outcomes for social studies subjects at the posttest stage in class VIII B is higher than class VIII C. The results of the t-test show a t-count value of 8.480 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected. and Hadi Accept. Based on these results, the cooperative learning model type Guess the Word and Go Around in Groups has an effect on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Type Guess the Word and Mobile Group, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to (1) find out the description of the application of online learning in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City (2) to find out student learning outcomes in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship in SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This research design uses survey research methods, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 89 students with a research sample of 73 students. The data management techniques in this research are Research Instrument Validity Test, Research Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) online learning obtained a TCR result of 66.81% with a fairly good category. (2) The calculation results obtained that student learning outcomes in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship scored less than 65 as many as 29 students and 39 students scored above the average of 73 samples (3) The results of the SPSS VERSION 16 calculation in simple regression obtained the regression equation Y=38,716 and regression X is equal to 0.413. The conclusion in this study is based on the data obtained that it is proven true, from the variables contained in this study can be used as a pedictor in knowing the effect of online learning (on the network) on student learning outcomes in creative products and entrepreneurship subjects.Keywords: Online Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) there is no significant effect between the level of education on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Kota Jambi. (2) There is a significant influence between the level of education on the performance of employees at PT. Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Kota Jambi. This type of research is using a quantitative descriptive research approach. The number in this study is 100 employees and as a research sample 48 employees. The technique of collecting data in this study is by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. 1. Education level There is no significant effect between education level on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Kota Jambi. 2. Employee performance There is a significant influence between the level of education on employee performance at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how independent learning influences the learning outcomes of class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 7 Batanghari. This research includes explanative research. The population of this study were 143 students of class X IPS. The sample of this research is 36 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the learning independence of class X IPS in Economics learning on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 7 Batang Hari. SPSS version 22 calculation results. From the calculation results above the tcount value of -062 is greater than the ttable which has a value of 000, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Abstract

Improving the quality of education is largely determined by the ability of the principal in empowering teaching staff and members of the community as a whole. The role of the principal, among others, is to develop so that schools become good educational institutions and are able to achieve educational goals. In this study, the principal's managerial skills are needed to increase the existing resources in the school, both physical resources and non-physical resources. The process of improving the quality of education in schools must pay attention to all components in schools such as educators and education staff, including the facilities and infrastructure in it. Keywords: Managerial Skills, Discipline Improvement
