Abstract

The limited availability of clean water, unable to meet the ever-increasing demand, raises concerns for the community. Therefore, an analysis of the clean water balance is necessary to ensure an adequate water supply. This study aims to calculate the availability of clean water, assess water needs, and analyze the clean water balance in Joben Hamlet, Pesanggrahan Village, Montong Gading Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, in 2024. The research method used was a descriptive quantitative approach, with data comprising primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques include observation, direct field measurements, interviews with local residents, and documentation related to water resources in the area. Data analysis techniques involve calculating water availability, water needs, and the status of the water balance in the hamlet. The study results show that the primary water sources in Joben Hamlet come from springs, rivers, water reservoirs, and groundwater. These sources were sufficient to meet domestic and non-domestic water needs. The water requirement per household is calculated to be 165 liters/day, assuming an average household size of five people, each needing 33 liters per day. The total domestic need for 226 households amounts to 37,290 liters per day. The total water availability recorded over one day is 3,457,368.248 liters, while the water requirement is only 1,767.227 liters. Thus, there is a surplus of 3,455,601.02 liters per day. This balance indicates that the area still has abundant water resources, capable of meeting future community needs and supporting other economic sectors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Terang bulan merupakan jajanan khas Indonesia yang hadir dalam berbagai variasi rasa, ukuran, dan cara penyajian. Salah satu varian terang bulan yang kini tengah populer adalah terang bulan mini dengan toping ketan dan kacang ijo yang menyehatkan. Penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji keberadaan terang bulan mini sehat ini sebagai alternatif baru dalam jajanan terang bulan yang sudah lebih dulu dikenal masyarakat, mengingat banyaknya kadar gula yang terkandung pada jajanan terang bulan yang menyebabkan penurunan kesehatan masyarakat. Pengkajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai seberapa peduli masyarakat dengan kesehatan mereka untuk mengkonsumsi jajanan dan nantinya juga diharapkan agar masyarakat lebih memperhatikan kesehatan mereka. Kegiatan Ini dilaksanakan dengan metode Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) dimana penulis secara langsung berpartisipasi berdiskusi dan melakukan praktik untuk memperoleh data yang kemudian dibuat sebagai bahan analisis. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa generasi milenial cukup tertarik untuk membeli terang bulan mini dengan toping yang menyehatkan. Aneka toping yang menyehatkan dan porsi yang mini ini membuat sebagian besar responden tertarik untuk membeli dan menikmati terang bulan mini sehat. Artinya mereka sudah banyak yang menyadari akan pentingnya memperhatikan kesehatan untuk mengkonsumsi jajanan. Kata Kunci: Persepsi masyarakat, terang bulan mini sehat, produk alternatif. ABSTRACT Terang bulan is a traditional Indonesian snack that comes in various flavors, sizes, and presentations. One of the currently popular variations of terang bulan is the mini terang bulan with healthy toppings of sticky rice and green beans. The author is interested in examining the presence of this healthy mini terang bulan as a new alternative in the already well-known terang bulan snacks, considering the high sugar content in traditional terang bulan snacks that leads to a decline in public health. This study aims to assess how much the community cares about their health when consuming snacks and is also expected to encourage the community to pay more attention to their health in the future. This activity was conducted using the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method, where the author directly participated in discussions and practices to obtain data that was later used for analysis. This activity concluded that the millennial generation is quite interested in buying mini terang bulan with healthy toppings. A variety of healthy toppings and mini portions make most respondents interested in buying and enjoying healthy mini terang bulan. This means that many of them are already aware of the importance of paying attention to health when consuming snacks. Keywords: Public perception, healthy mini terang bulan, alternative products.

Citra Pendidikan belum secara signifikan menunjukan bahwa ia telah mampu mengawal perkembangan global dan menjadi agend of chank. Seiring munculnya berbagai kasus yang menimpa dan melibatkan Pelajar. Relafansi lulusan perguruan tinggi dengan dunia kerja juga menjadi isu krusial yang mendapat perhatian besar dari berbagai pihak lulusan perguruan tinggi diharapkan memiliki kompetensi dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja agar dapat terserap dengan baik.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing stock prices of coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023, focusing on three key financial ratios: Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Assets (ROA). The research employs quantitative methods to analyze the relationship between these financial ratios and stock prices. The results indicate that while CR and DER do not have a significant impact on stock prices, ROA shows a positive and significant relationship with stock prices. This suggests that better asset management and profitability, as reflected in ROA, enhance investor confidence, thereby driving stock prices higher. The findings contribute to the understanding of how financial ratios influence the stock performance of coal companies in Indonesia, offering valuable insights for investors making informed investment decisions. The implications of this research highlight the importance of focusing on profitability and asset management when evaluating the financial health of companies in the coal sector, particularly for investors looking to make strategic investment choices based on financial metrics.

Abstract

The development of digital communication has significantly influenced language evolution, especially through social media platforms like Instagram. This study aims to identify the types of English slang words and analyze their functions in Billie Eilish’s Instagram posts. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the researcher collected and analyzed data from Billie Eilish’s Instagram captions posted between February 1st, 2024, and February 1st, 2025. The findings revealed that the types of slang used included clipping words, acronyms and initialisms, blended words, and metaphorical slang. These slang expressions served several communicative functions, such as emotional expression, identity expression, humor and playfulness, and efficiency in communication. Emotional expression was the most dominant function, showing Billie Eilish’s strategy to connect with her audience in a personal and relatable way. This study highlights that social media platforms not only facilitate linguistic creativity but also contribute significantly to the dissemination of slang among digital communities.

Abstract

Virgin coconut oil is a modified result of coconut oil production. One method of making a VCO is by the acidification method using vinegar. In the process of making VCO, natural vinegar can produce good quality and environmentally friendly VCO because it comes from the fermentation process of organic materials, while commercial vinegar only contains acetic acid and gives a sharp taste and smell. This study aims to determine the effect of using commercial vinegar, kepok banana peel vinegar, honey pineapple peel vinegar, and rice vinegar made by the acidification method on the physical and chemical characteristics of VCO, as per SNI standards. Data were analyzed using ANOVA test. The results of physical and chemical quality tests of 5 samples obtained organoleptic test results, clear color, distinctive coconut odor, and distinctive taste of coconut oil. Specific gravity test 0.9178g/mL, 0.9166g/mL, 0.9175g/mL, 0.9175g/mL, and 0.9164g/mL. Water content test 0.1295%, 0.0486%, 0.0553%, 0.0511% and 0.1524%. Free fatty acid test 0.1390%, 0.1056%, 0.1144%, 0.1178, and 0.1822%. Peroxide number test 0.5457mgek/kg, 0.4933mgek/kg, 0.5670mgek/kg, 0.5113mgek/kg and 0.5889mgek/kg. So it can be concluded that the five samples produce physical and chemical characteristics in accordance with SNI. Based on the results of the ANOVA test, it is known that there is no significant effect on the value of specific gravity, water content, free fatty acid number and peroxide number with the use of commercial vinegar and natural vinegar compared to commercial VCO.

Abstract

This hermeneutic phenomenological study explores the lived experiences of ten Grade XI students in a private secondary school in West Lombok, Indonesia, regarding technology use in mathematics learning. Through open-ended and closed questionnaires analyzed using Braun and Clarke's six-phase thematic analysis, four primary themes emerged: understanding mathematics, motivation and learning interest, impact on learning outcomes, and learning accessibility. Findings reveal that technology plays a paradoxical role in mathematics education, simultaneously enhancing conceptual understanding through interactive visualizations while being unable to fully replace adaptive teacher explanations. Students reported increased engagement and improved academic performance, yet also experienced challenges including digital distractions and decreased intrinsic motivation. Accessibility benefits were offset by persistent digital equity issues affecting students with limited technological resources. These findings support a complementary integration approach where technology enhances rather than replaces traditional pedagogical methods. The study contributes nuanced insights into how Indonesian secondary students interpret and experience technology-mediated mathematics learning, providing empirical evidence for educators and policymakers to design more effective, equitable, and meaningful technology integration strategies in mathematics education.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tata rias wajah cantik (Fancy Make Up) merupakan tata rias wajah yang memperlihatkan daya tarik fantasi yang dapat menunjang suatu penampilan pada acara tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pengelolaan pelatihan rias wajah cantik, aktivitas peserta pelatihan, hasil tes keterampilan peserta pelatihan, dan respon peserta pelatihan keterampilan rias wajah fantasi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pre experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian One Shoot Case Study. Subyek penelitian yaitu 24 anggota IGTKI Kecamatan Jombang Kabupaten Jember. Metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi keterlaksanaan pelatihan dan aktivitas peserta pelatihan, tes hasil keterampilan, dan angket respon peserta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Statistik Deskriptif Kualitatif menggunakan rumus rata-rata untuk keterlaksanaan, persentase untuk aktivitas dan respon peserta, KBK untuk hasil tes keterampilan rias wajah cantik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Keterlaksanaan pengelolaan pelatihan rias wajah fantasi didapatkan nilai rata-rata 3,7 dengan kriteria sangat baik, 2) Aktifitas peserta pelatihan sebesar 96% dengan kriteria sangat baik, 3) Hasil merias wajah fantasi mendapatkan nilai secara klasikal mencapai 96% kriteria sangat tinggi, dan 4) Respon anggota IGTKI terhadap pelatihan, menyatakan hand out mudah dipahami, pelatihan rias wajah fantasi merupakan hal baru, rias wajah cantik merupakan suatu keterampilan yang tidak sulit dikerjakan, metode demonstrasi dapat membantu dalam melakukan praktik, pelatih menyampaikan materi dengan baik dan mudah dipahami, dengan rata-rata 98% dalam kategori sangat baik. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Rias wajah cantik, Ikatan Guru TK Indonesia. Abstract: Fancy make up is show allure fantasy that can support an appearance in the event of certain. The aim of this fancy make up training study conducted were to the realization training make up fantasy, the activity of the participants, the participant’s skill score, and the response of the participants training make up fantasy. Type of this study were pre experimental design with one shoot case study design. The subject of this study were 24 IGTKI at Jombang Jember district. Data collected by observing, test, and questionaire method. Data analysis technique used were statistic deskriptif kualitatif using formulas the average for training management, the percentage for the activity and response participants , KBK to the test results skill of fancy make up. The result of this study showed that 1) The average score aimed from training management were 3,7 stated as very good, 2) The percentage score aimed from activity of the participants were 96% 3) The average score of participant skill 96%, and 4) Response IGTKI of training , said hand out understandable , training fancy make up was something new, fancy make up is a skill that is not hard work, the demonstration can help to practice, coach given the lectures well and comprehensible , were 98% in a category very good. Abstract

Waste management in Indonesia remains a critical challenge for suistainable development, exacerbated by population growth and changing consumption patterns. Data from Ministry of Environtment and Forestry (KLHK) in 2024 shows that only 59.94% of 33.7 million tons of annual waste in properly managed, with the rest polluting rivers or being burned. Jember Regency, for instance, faces low public awareness, inadequate infrastructure, and limited economic value from domestic waste. This Study aims to address these issues by developing TRASHURE, an ESG-Based digital platform managed by Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), to transform waste into suistainable investments. Using the prototype method, the research iteratively designed a web application through rapid feedback cycles with BUMDes and rural communities. Key features include waste collection tracking, an educational module, a marketplace for recycled products,and suistainability accounting. The prototype process involved three iterations, refining usability and functionality based on user input. Result demonstrate that TRASHURE enchances community participation, reduces environmental pollution, and supports Suistainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goals 12 (Responsible Consumption) and 13 (Climate Action).

Abstract

Pengenalan gizi seimbang pada anak usia dini merupakan langkah penting untuk menunjang tumbuh kembang yang optimal, khususnya dalam masa "golden age" yang sangat krusial bagi perkembangan fisik dan kognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi gizi kepada orang tua balita melalui penyusunan menu bento di KB Tunas Mulia, Desa Bulujaran Kidul, Kecamatan Tegalsiwalan, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental berupa pretest dan posttest tanpa kelompok kontrol. Sampel berjumlah 25 orang tua siswa, dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk serta uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan orang tua setelah diberikan intervensi edukasi gizi. Nilai median pengetahuan meningkat dari 5 menjadi 8. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p < 0,001, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara edukasi gizi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyusunan menu bento sebagai media edukasi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua mengenai gizi seimbang bagi anak usia dini.
