Abstract

Waste management in Indonesia remains a critical challenge for suistainable development, exacerbated by population growth and changing consumption patterns. Data from Ministry of Environtment and Forestry (KLHK) in 2024 shows that only 59.94% of 33.7 million tons of annual waste in properly managed, with the rest polluting rivers or being burned. Jember Regency, for instance, faces low public awareness, inadequate infrastructure, and limited economic value from domestic waste. This Study aims to address these issues by developing TRASHURE, an ESG-Based digital platform managed by Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), to transform waste into suistainable investments. Using the prototype method, the research iteratively designed a web application through rapid feedback cycles with BUMDes and rural communities. Key features include waste collection tracking, an educational module, a marketplace for recycled products,and suistainability accounting. The prototype process involved three iterations, refining usability and functionality based on user input. Result demonstrate that TRASHURE enchances community participation, reduces environmental pollution, and supports Suistainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goals 12 (Responsible Consumption) and 13 (Climate Action).

Abstract

Pengenalan gizi seimbang pada anak usia dini merupakan langkah penting untuk menunjang tumbuh kembang yang optimal, khususnya dalam masa "golden age" yang sangat krusial bagi perkembangan fisik dan kognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi gizi kepada orang tua balita melalui penyusunan menu bento di KB Tunas Mulia, Desa Bulujaran Kidul, Kecamatan Tegalsiwalan, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental berupa pretest dan posttest tanpa kelompok kontrol. Sampel berjumlah 25 orang tua siswa, dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk serta uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan orang tua setelah diberikan intervensi edukasi gizi. Nilai median pengetahuan meningkat dari 5 menjadi 8. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p < 0,001, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara edukasi gizi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyusunan menu bento sebagai media edukasi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua mengenai gizi seimbang bagi anak usia dini.

Abstract

Setiap siswa memiliki karakter dan kepribadian yang berbeda, yang dapat memengaruhi proses pembelajaran serta interaksi sosial di sekolah. Layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menangani keberagaman karakter tersebut dan mendukung perkembangan akademik, sosial, serta emosional siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri 16 Medan, khususnya dalam hal komunikasi dan keterlibatan orangtua. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan Guru BK sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antara sekolah dan orangtua berjalan cukup efektif, terutama melalui media WhatsApp dan surat resmi. Orangtua terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Tantangan seperti miskomunikasi masih ditemukan, namun secara umum dapat diatasi melalui pendekatan komunikatif dan kolaboratif. Kesimpulannya, pengelolaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri 16 Medan sudah berjalan dengan baik dan dapat dijadikan contoh bagi sekolah lain dalam membangun sinergi antara guru, siswa, dan orangtua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan citra produk, rasa, promosi, dan kepuasan konsumen antara dua merek mi instan populer di Indonesia, yaitu Indomie dan Mie Sedap. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian melibatkan 23 responden berusia 17–25 tahun yang telah mengonsumsi kedua merek dan mengisi kuesioner daring mengenai persepsi serta pengalaman mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden lebih memilih Indomie dibandingkan Mie Sedap. Indomie dinilai memiliki citra merek yang lebih baik (75,37%), ras a yang lebih lezat (73,9%), promosi yang lebih menarik (82,6%), dan harga yang lebih terjangkau (78,3%). Faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis turut memengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam menentukan pilihan. Secara keseluruhan, Indomie dianggap mampu mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitifnya melalui konsistensi kualitas, inovasi rasa, serta citra merek yang kuat di benak konsumen muda Indonesia. Kata Kunci : indomie, mie sedap, perilaku konsumen, kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Tahlilan is a tradition that has been embedded in the culture of the Indonesian Muslim community and is often considered an obligation in commemorating death. For some people, tahlilan is not only a religious activity, but also reflects the social dynamics of community interaction. In addition to its religious value, tahlilan tradition can also bring socio-economic impacts, especially for families who have financial limitations. The literature review research method was chosen in this study with the aim of analyzing the tahlilan tradition as an Islamic socio-cultural phenomenon that affects the lives of Indonesian people in religious, social and economic essence. By utilizing literature review, this research is able to explore the meaning of tahlilan in the religious traditions that develop in Indonesian society and examine the transformation of socio-economic pressures that affect tahlilan events. The results show that tahlilan can reflect the social dynamics of Indonesian society, but the socio-economic pressures that arise in holding tahlilan traditions often make sincerity in worship a little marginalized by a sense of obligation that is more cultural. However, with the advancement of economic lifestyles, in big cities tahlilan events have diminished. Although for some people, tahlilan has become an economic pressure due to the expense, it does not prevent them from carrying out this tradition.

Abstract

Perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat Indonesia menuju makanan praktis dan olahan instan menyebabkan menurunnya asupan gizi seimbang serta meningkatnya risiko penyakit degeneratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah formulasi dan evaluasi produk pangan fungsional berbasis bahan lokal seperti pisang kepok, garut, bekatul, dan kedelai dalam upaya pemenuhan gizi anak serta mendukung ketahanan pangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur (literature review) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, melalui penelusuran artikel ilmiah dari Google Scholar dan Taylor & Francis Online yang relevan dengan topik functional food, banana-based snack formulation, local food ingredients, dan nutritional evaluation. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi tepung pisang kepok dan bekatul pada rasio sekitar 30%:20% berpotensi meningkatkan kadar protein (7,8–12,6%), serat pangan (2,9–6,4%), dan kalsium (36–53 mg/100 g produk) tanpa menurunkan mutu sensori. Beberapa studi juga melaporkan bahwa pelatihan dan edukasi berbasis praktik langsung mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi hingga 36% dan keterampilan teknis peserta sebesar 42%. Secara umum, hasil telaah ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan nilai gizi, stabilitas produk, serta penerimaan konsumen. Selain itu, pengembangan pangan fungsional berbasis bahan lokal juga dapat memperkuat ketahanan pangan, meningkatkan literasi gizi, dan mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

SDGs is an international sustainable development program that was later adapted into the Village. SDGs in Indonesia with a context that has been adapted to villages in Indonesia. SDGs are ideals that villages, including Suci Village, aspire to realize. This is because the national development goal is to achieve the four pillars of the SDGs: social development, economic development, and legal development and governance. These four pillars are the oldest of the 17 aspects of the SDGs. This study aims to determine and map the village fund management model implemented by the Suci Village Government in realizing sustainable village development according to the four pillars of the SDGs. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection was conducted through interviews, documentation, and observation. The research informants were the village head, the head of financial affairs, and the village operator. Secondary data in this study were obtained from the RPJMDes, APBDes LRA, Village Profile. Data validity was tested by triangulating sources and methods. The results of the study indicate that village fund management in Suci Village is quite good. The programs planned in Suci Village are in line with the SDGs objectives. Likewise, the implementation of these activities has been very good. This is evidenced by the increase in the APBDes portion to support the SDGs which increased in 2024 from Rp381,642,500.00 to Rp735,934,000.00 in 2025. The implications of this study are expected to improve integration of Waste Bank-BUMDes, and pre-feasibility of PLTMH. The limitations of this study have not yet tested the outcomes of the programs planned and implemented by the Suci Village government

Abstract

Buah campolay (Pouteria campechiana) merupakan komoditas lokal Indonesia yang kaya karotenoid, serat pangan, dan senyawa bioaktif, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sorbet campolay sebagai produk pangan fungsional dengan menilai penerimaan konsumen melalui uji hedonik dan uji sensori. Dua formulasi digunakan: (1) sorbet campolay tanpa jeruk nipis dan (2) sorbet dengan tambahan perasan jeruk nipis. Uji organoleptik dilakukan oleh 32 panelis menggunakan skala hedonik 1–5 dan sensori deskriptif. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji-t, dan ANOVA. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa atribut aroma (mean 4,84) dan warna (4,75) menjadi faktor paling disukai panelis, sedangkan aftertaste mendapat nilai terendah (3,06) akibat rasa pahit alami campolay. Instrumen sensori dinyatakan valid (r-hitung 0,47–0,61) dan reliabel (α = 0,81). Regresi menunjukkan mutu sensori berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kesukaan (R² = 0,52; t-hitung 6,01 > t-tabel 2,04). Uji F mengonfirmasi adanya perbedaan signifikan antar atribut (F-hitung 42,8). Secara keseluruhan, sorbet campolay diterima baik oleh panelis dan berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai produk pangan fungsional lokal. Pengembangan lanjutan dapat difokuskan pada perbaikan aftertaste dan stabilitas tekstur.

Abstract

The stingless bee Tetragonula laeviceps (Hymenoptera; Apidae) is an important pollinator that supports agricultural productivity, yet its population may be affected by pesticide use, including botanical pesticides. This study aimed to evaluate the toxicity of the botanical pesticide Phymar CSL to T. laeviceps, assess the effects of its residues on bee survival, and determine whether Phymar CSL acts as an attractant or repellent. The study was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, from November-December 2025. Toxicity tests were carried out using five concentrations of Phymar CSL (5, 10, 20, 40, and 80 mL/L) mixed with a 10% honey solution and analyzed using probit analysis, while residue and preference tests were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the LC₅₀ value of Phymar CSL for T. laeviceps was 16.194 mL/L, which was lower than the recommended field application dose (20 mL/L). Residue exposure resulted in relatively low bee mortality, even at LC₅₀ and LC₉₅ concentrations. Preference tests using a Y-tube olfactometer indicated that Phymar CSL was not attractive but exhibited repellent properties toward T. laeviceps. These findings suggest that although direct exposure to Phymar CSL may pose toxic risks to T. laeviceps, its residues are relatively safe and do not attract bees; therefore, application should be avoided during flowering stages and peak foraging periods to support pollinator conservation and sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

Learning is a process of developing the potential and character building of each student as a result of the synergy between education that takes place in schools, family and community. This process provides opportunities for students to develop their potential into abilities that are increasingly increasing in attitudes (spiritual and social), knowledge, and skills needed for their own life and social life in general, as a nation, and contribute to the welfare of life. mankind with entrepreneurial determination. In order to realize an effective and efficient learning process, each education unit applies learning methods and prepares learning programs. Project Based Learning learning methods are known to be effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of students in schools. Meanwhile, learning programs can take place in schools, in the family environment, and in the community. Learning programs specifically programmed to be held in the community include, among others, Industrial Work Practices. The Internship Program is jointly arranged between schools and the community in order to meet the needs of students, as well as a vehicle for contributing to the world of work towards efforts to develop education in SMK.
