Means of rail transport in developing countries became major commodities integrated transportation solutions, rail transport is efficient for the number of mass transit. It opens the market potential procurement of railway facilities by PT INKA, both in the domestic market or abroad. As a make to order-based manufacturing started in 2008 with a lot of project exports todeveloping countries, such as Bangladesh, Malaysia and Singapore. PT INKA export market opportunities potentially enough ahead to 2020, but delays in delivery schedule of the train is the main problem is always the case in recent years. Methods of lean manufacturing focuses on identifying and eliminating activities that do not have added value, the first step was the elaboration of a method VSM (value stream mapping) as tools to determine mapping the entire process of production, then weighted 7 waste via a questionnaire and the results of the ranking of waste are translated through the method of RCA (root cause analysis) and then do an analysis matrix mapping tools with value stream analysis tools (VALSAT) and there is a value added value ratio of 60.17% of the 84 activities of production and the total cycle time 29,905 minutes. As a tool to mitigate the improvement of waste carried out the translation of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and of design improvements value stream mapping - future state map can raise the value added ratio to 67.16% consists of 74 processes and production activities 26 795 minutes total cycle time. So this research can increase the productivity and know the activities that do not add value (Non Value Added) in line car body processes and eliminating waste (Waste) as one of the causes of train delays in delivery.

Brush (2014) states that to make the student having the spirit of entrepreneurship they have to develop start-ups in term of realizing a university venture and also to give benefit for the society, therefore, an ecosystem that is called Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem is needed. UNUSA is one of the universities in Indonesia that has a strong vision to prepare a generation having spirit of Rahmatan Lil Alamin entrepreneurship based on Islamic values. The objective of this paper is to describe the readiness of UNUSA to be a university with Islamic values under the Nahdlatul Ulama organization to be the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem from the aspect of Brush’s theory (2014). From the result of this discussion it is find out that in spite of only six years old in age UNUSA has some breakthroughs to develop the entrepreneurship education ecosystem. However, it is urgent for Unusa to develop Business Incubator seeing that the number of UNUSA students are more and more from years to years. Such fact can not be separated from the mission of UNUSA to be the centre of entrepreneurs development and building in Indonesia. It can be concluded that UNUSA is ready to become the centre of Rahmatan Lil Alamin entrepreneur development and building and will support the government program of One Pesantren One Product (OPOP)

This study was conducted to examine the effect of financial health level of insurance companies on their increasing profitability. It uses profitability as the dependent variable measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and the independent variable is financial health level measured by Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Operational Efficiency Ratio (BOPO). It is quantitative research in which the sample was taken using a purposive sampling method. It uses secondary data collected from the annual financial reports of insurance companies during the 2014-2018 period. There were 10 companies selected and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 23. The results show that three variables— such as Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Net Interest Margin (NIM)— have a positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA). On the contrary, the two variables such as Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Operational Efficiency Ratio (BOPO) have no effect on Return on Assets (ROA).

In the last decade, the movement of the business and social world, especially the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), has experienced rapid environmental changes. Rapid environmental changes require an institution to try to run its work program to continue to grow and develop so that its income does not decrease and can still achieve the predetermined target. If the institution can deal with environmental developments and competition quickly, then the institution will be successful. This study analyzes the effect of brand image, service quality, and donor religious commitment on brand trust and donor loyalty. The research method uses quantitative methods with a purposive sampling technique. The questionnaires were distributed through email and WhatsApp using a google form, which was distributed to 182 respondents within two weeks. The analysis in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that there is a positive influence between brand image, service quality, and donor religious commitment to brand trust. Furthermore, brand image, service quality, and donor religious commitment positively influence donor loyalty

The travel and hotel industry is one of the industries experiencing rapid growth. As the population grows, the need for travel and accommodation services gets higher. This is one of the factors contributing a rapid increase in such service industry. Competition in the economy and business world is getting tougher from year to year both within a country and abroad. Considering that Indonesia is a country comprised of many islands with a variety of natural beauty, it has the very potential for tourist resort attraction. This kind of thing leads to the growth of the Hotel and Travel industry to support tourism development. With such rapid service industry development, supported by promising business opportunities, investors for such sector are encouraged. The right way to reduce risk for investors interested is to develop a system for estimating the stock prices. Therefore, in this study, the stock price estimation method applied for travel companies adopted Advanced Kalman Filter, a comparison of H-Infinify and Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) as a chart for investors to take into consideration in their investment decision making. The simulation results showed that the UKF method had higher accuracy than the H-Infinify method with an error by the UKF of 3.2% and that by the H-Infinify of 9.6%.

Bursa Efek Indonesia adalah salah satu inisiatif pemerintah untuk mendorong pertumbuhan jumlah investor pasar modal Indonesia karena pada dasarnya investor dalam negeri memiliki peranan penting untuk memperkuat dan menjaga stabilitas pasar modal Indonesia. Pertumbuhan jumlah investor dalam dan luar negeri yang diiringi dengan peningkatan jumlah transaksi diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi secara langsung kepada masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam pemilihan investasi yang aman pada saham sebuah perusahaan, investor memerlukan cara untuk menilai harga saham yang yang akan dibeli ataupun kemampuan saham tersebut memberikan deviden dimasa datang, sehingga bisa memaksimalkan keuntungan dengan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Cara yang benar dalam analisa akan mengurangi risiko bagi investor dalam berinvestasi. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini kami mensinergikan ilmu manajemen dengan ilmu komputasi sehingga dapat digunakan dengan lebih mudah, akurat, efektif dan efisien didalam pengelolaan perusahaan. Most of the state revenue is from the tax sector. This is because until now state revenues from the tax sector are still a top priority for the success and launch of sustainable national development. To build a good economy, companies as tax cutters have a very big role for the government. Considering that currently there are not a few companies that carry out tax cuts that are not in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law. Therefore, for smooth tax cuts, good cooperation between the government and companies is needed. Employers are also obliged and responsible for calculating, withholding, paying, and reporting the amount of tax that must be withheld and paid on individual income in connection with a job, service, or activity carried out in accordance with the withholding tax system. There are still many companies that have not explained properly the PPh 21 tax to employees, so there are still many people who do not know and understand the calculation of personal tax deductions and usually only receive money that has been deducted from taxes. With this community service activity, training and assistance activities will be held regarding calculating the withholding of PPh 21 tax in the community. The targets who will be given training in this activity are residents of RW 02, Dukuh Setro Village, Tambak Sari District, Surabaya.

Indonesia has not been spared from the Covid-19 virus outbreak. The presence of this pandemic has impacted all economic activity, including tourism. Currently, Indonesia is adapting to the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing the New Normal. To gain the trust of tourists to vacation during the New Normal, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) issued a health protocol named CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, & Environment Sustainability). This protocol is aimed at the tourism sector as well as Indonesia's creative economy which will be operating during the pandemic. However, even though the CHSE protocol has been implemented, many people are still hesitant to return to using hotel facilities. Therefore, this study focuses on examining the implementation of CHSE to regain customer trust during the pandemic. This study used a qualitative method with PrimeBiz Hotel Surabaya as the object of research.

Pesawat tanpa awak (Unmanned Air Vehicles) yang biasa disingkat UAV merupakan jenis pesawat terbang dengan karakteristik mesin terbang yang berfungsi dengan kendali jarak jauh oleh pilot atau mampu mengendalikan dirinya sendiri dan mampu membawa muatan senjata ataupun muatan lainnya. Pesawat tanpa awak (UAV) memiliki bentuk, ukuran, kon_gurasi dan karakteristik yang bervariasi, sebagai contoh Drone, pesawat yang digunakan sebagai sasaran tembak. Penggunaan pesawat tanpa awak ini telah seringdigunakan dibidang militer dan nonmiliter. Pada bidang militer seperti pengintaian atau penyerangan, sedangkan dibidang non-militer seperti keilmiahan, Kondisi pesawat tanpa awak tidak dapat dikontrol secara langsung karena memang tidak memiliki pilot dan kru pesawat sehingga membutuhkan navigasi penerbangan. Navigasi penerbangan adalah proses mengarahkan posisi pesawat dari satu titik ke titik yang lain dengan selamat dan lancar untuk menghindari rintangan. Berdasarkan posisi atau lokasi tersebut, panduan menghasilkan trayektori yangharus di ikuti. Oleh karena itu, pengontrolan perencanaan jalur/lintasan merupakan masalah yang penting untuk pesawat tanpa awak ini. Dengan mengontrol lintasan akan membantu pesawat tanpa awak tersebut menghindari kesalahan dan melintas sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan. Sehingga, dibutuhkan suatu metode kontrol yang dapat digunakan untuk mendesain lintasan pesawat ini. Berdasarkan analisis situasi, Penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat tentang sistem navigasi dan panduan ini menjadi signifikan untuk menunjang kemandirian teknologi dan industry pesawat di NKRI sangat diperlukan, sehingga pada paper ini membahas terkait sosialisasi penggunaan software sistem navigasi dan panduan pesawat tanpa awak di SMK PGRI Sukodadi Lamongan. Dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut memberikan memahami pengetahuan dan penggunaan system navigasi dan panduan pesawat tanpa awak untuk sharing knowledge kepada bapak ibu guru serta siswa siswi SMK PGRI Sukodadi Lamongan untuk memperkaya bahan ajar pada siswa jurusan teknik mesin dan elektro. Software yang digunakan untuk sosialisasi penggunaan system navigasi dan panduan pesawat tanpa awak dengan software matlab di SMK PGRI Sukodadi Lamongan.
