Abstract

Secara teori dianjurkan untuk melakukan pengukuran tekanan darah pada kedua lengan kanan dan kiri khususnya pada kasus-kasus baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis perbedaan hasil pengukuran tekanan darah yang dilakukan di lengan kanan, dan yang dilakukan di lengan kiri pada penderita hipertensi di RSUD DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Propinsi Lampung. Desain penelitian yang dipakai adalah studi analitik dengan pendekatan observasional. Instrumen pengukuran menggunakan oscillometry. Sampel terdiri dari 31 responden yang diambil dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Dari hasil analisa statistik menggunakan t-test (uji mean), diketahui bahwa rata-rata selisih hasil pengukuran tekanan darah pada kedua lengan >10 mmHg, dengan test value = 10, didapatkan nilai p = 0,012 (< 0,025/½). Oleh karena itu, diambil kesimpulan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pengukuran tekanan darah yang dilakukan di lengan kanan dan lengan kiri pada penderita hipertensi.

Abstract

Semarang Jatingaleh region is one of the areas through which the access point to the southern region of Semarang, it’s at Teuku Umar’s steet and Setiabudi’s street. The road that connects the city to Banyumanik Semarang and Central Java Tembalang and southern regions. Jatingaleh region including areas very dense traffic flow coupled with the growth of vehicles each year. At rush hour in the Jatingaleh always a jam at some point intersection. To overcome this, the government has made a solution, namely the planned construction of the underpass. Based on the description above, there should be an evaluation of the technical feasibility of the results of the design traffic underpass Jatingaleh Semarang. The data collection method used was a survey of traffic volume and the side barriers. Secondary data such as drawing DED (Detail Engineering Design) underpass Jatingaleh Semarang such as traffic flow layout, road cross section, and looked over the underpass. The method of analysis consisted of road performance, the performance of intersection, part single braid, and geometric u -turn. The results showed the degree of saturation (DS) is the largest road performance 1.18 at Teuku Umar’s street segment 2 way to the city. Greatest value of the degree of saturation (DS) method was signalized intersections is 0.52 with a biggest value of intersection delay (D) is 8.84 second /smp whereas intersection method the degree of saturation (DS) is 0.55 with the largest intersection delay value (D) the largest is 9.27 sec/sm, intersection Kaliwiru that can not operate optimally it can be seen from the value of the degree of saturation (DS) at the intersection of Teuku Umar street is 0.91 and at  Sultan Agung street is 0.87 with delay(D) is 16,58 second/smp then the largest queue length reaches 251.4 meters on Teuku Umar street.. Greatest value of the degree of saturation (DS) is a single braid section 0.88 on Setiabudi street to Teuku Umar street. Geometric u-turn is in compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

Abstract

Hoaxes contain false news or non-sourced news. Today, hoaxes are very widely spread through internet media. The development of information technology that has so quickly triggered the spread of hoax information through the internet has become uncontrolled. So we need an intelligent system that can classify hoax news content that is spread through internet media. The hoax classification process can be done through the preprocessing stage then weighting the word and classification using naive bayes. Measurements were made using the 10-ford cross validation method. The results obtained from these measurements, it is known that the value of fold 6 has the highest accuracy, which is equal to 85.28% which is classified as relevant documents as much as 307 and irrelevant as much as 53 or an error rate of 14.72%. While the average value based on hoax news and true news value precision 0.896 and recall 0.853

Abstract

Utilizing technology, especially the internet to support the teaching and learning process, is what happened in the 21st century. E-learning is one of the learning innovations in the network that allows users to access material or collect assignments online. The benefits of e-learning are so numerous and can help lectures, users can access anywhere without being limited by space and time. The method used is descriptive research, which in its implementation consists of data collection, analysis and interpretation of the meaning of the data obtained. . This study aims to determine the level of usability or usability that exists on the e-leraning website of UIN WALISONGO Saintek Faculty, whether the system has been made that meets the usability criteria or not, in terms of Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, and Satisfaction. After conducting research, the authors obtain data that e-learning meets usability criteria seen from the data in the field that is the result of the survey. So, Walisongo e-learning can be used as a support for learning effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Kitab kuning merupakan kitab tradisional yang mengandung diraasah islamiyah yang diajarakan pada pondok pesantren, mulai dari struktur bahasa arab (ilmu nahwu dan shorof), ‘ulumul qur’an, hadits, aqidah, tasawuf/akhlaq, tafsir, fiqh sampai ilmu sosial dan kemasyarakatan (mu’amalah).  Disebut juga dengan kitab gundul karena tidak memiliki harakat (fathah, kasroh, dhammah, sukun) untuk bisa membaca dan memahami secara menyeluruh dibutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model klasifikasi dari data pembelajaran kitab kuning di pondok pesantren. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah forward selection sebagai praproses dalam mengurangi dimensi data, menghilangkan data yang tidak relevan dan naive bayes yang berguna untuk mengklasifikasi data. Hasil dari klasifikasi data pembelajaran kitab kuning menggunakan atribut yang telah diklasifikasi berdasarkan fitur-fiturnya dan dilakukan iterasi pada cross validation sehingga menghasilkan akurasi yang tepat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan dua metode, pengujian dengan algoritma Naive bayes saja menghasilkan akurasi 96,02%, untuk algoritma Naive bayes berbasis forward selection menghasilkan akurasi 97,38% . Terdapat peningkatan akurasi dengan penambahan fitur seleksi.

Abstract

A quasy-experimental research with one group without control group design was applied to 40 samples who planned to be operated by a spinal anesthesia using the HRS-A (Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety). Data of the research was analyzed by using Wilcoxon rank signed. Research results showed that 40% samples experienced severe anxiety level before receiving aromatherapy, and 42.5% samples experienced moderate anxiety level after intervention. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant effect of aromatherapy on the client’s anxiety level prior to spinal anesthesia operative procedure (p = 0.00). It is recommended to give lavender to clients before getting an operative procedure as a part of a standard operating procedure.

Abstract

Background: Dementia (senility) is a condition where somebody examine the decrease in memory and thinking ability, and this ability causing daily life disorder. The number of elderly who has dementia from year by year showed an increase. Dementia that is not treated properly will get worse to Alzheimer's. However, until now there has been no research that shows in what age range brain exercise has an effect or impact to reduce the level of dementia in the elderly.Purpose: To analyze the effect of brain gymnastics on decreasing the level of dementia in different elderly groups.Methods: The research design was quasi experimental with non-randomized control group. The number of respondents was 45 respondents. The respondents were intervented with brain gymnastic. The instrument used was a Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) questionnaire. Data were analised using kruskal wallis and Mann Whitney test.Results: The results of the three groups research before and after given brain gymnastics showed that there were significant changes. Old elderly make a significant difference with a p value of 0,000 (p 0.05). Mann Whitney test result obtained pre and old elderly with p value 0.001.Conclusion: Brain gymnastics affects the decrease level of dementia in different age groups of elderly.

Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis (TB) in children needs special attention. Enforcement of the diagnosis of childhood TB which is an important component in controlling pulmonary TB itself. Nurses as health workers have a role as providers of nursing care, educators, communicators and extension agents needed in an effort to overcome diseases including pulmonary TB in children. The nurse is also one of the human resources or health workers trained and responsible for implementing pulmonary TB prevention programs. For this reason nurses are required to have competent knowledge.Purpose: To determine the relationship of characteristics with the level of knowledge of nurses about pulmonary TB in children in the Health Center’s area of Semarang City.Methods:.This study used a descriptive survey design with a cross sectional study design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 44 respondents. The instruments used were questionnaires about demographic data and the level of knowledge about pulmonary TB in children. The data was analised using chi square.Results:.The results of this study using the Chi-square test obtained p value (Age 0.677), (Gender 0.531), (Education Level 0.230), and (Working Period 0.424) which shows p-value 0.05.Conclusion: There is no correlation between the characteristics and level of knowledge of nurses about pulmonary TB in children in Health Center’s area of Semarang.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is an increase blood pressure through arterial contractions which complicate stroke and heart. Hypertension explains by high salt consumption habits, smoking, obesity, stress, and alcohol which are at risk of death. In addition, the habit of consuming anti-hypertensive drugs results in kidney and liver damage to control hypertension by choosing a healthy diet DASH diet.Purpose: This study purpossed to find the effect of diet DASH counseling on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension.Methods: The study design used queasy experimental with a pre-post test non equivalent control group. The sample of this study was 46 hypertensive primary clients, 46 people explain into intervention and control groups with purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were booklets and sphygmomanometers. Interventions were given 3 times for 1 week then continued mentoring every day for the next 3 weeks. Data analysis used the Wilcox test and the Mann Whitney test. Results: The results showed that there was a reduction from dietary approach to stop   hypertension (dash) counseling on blood pressure in hypertensive patients significantly with a difference in the mean difference of 0.0215 for systole and 0.0232 for diastole.Conclusion: Dash diet counseling can reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to survey about the graduate's working appearance based on his / her leader and colleague including the integrity capacity, communication, competency, information and technology, partnership, and self development. A quantitative research by applying survey was conducted to 42 samples (21 leaders and 21 colleagues) gained from 21 users. Research results showed that by enlarge the capacity of integrity, communication, competency, information and technology, partnership, and self development of the graduates were in good category resulted of mean score ranging from 2.57 – 3.14. However, the capability to communicating in English actively, browsing internet, being a team motivator, and involving in profession / community organization were in poor category.
