Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the listening ability of seventh-grade students at MTs Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah before using the Take and Give cooperative learning model. This study also aims to determine students' listening skills during the implementation of the Take and Give model, as well as to determine the effectiveness of this model in improving students' listening skills. This study used a quantitative research method with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The study population included all students of MTs Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah, with a research sample of 29 seventh-grade students selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods included pretest, posttest, and observation. Data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, T-tests, and N-gain analysis. The results showed that the average pretest score of students' listening ability was 61.4, which increased to 83.5 in the posttest, indicating a significant increase. The implementation of the Take and Give model effectively improved students' listening ability, evidenced by the N-gain score of 0.5915 which was categorized as quite effective. Statistical analysis shows tcount = 2.193 > ttable = 2.05183, which confirms significant effectiveness. Therefore, the Take and Give model has a positive impact on Arabic language learning in the context of listening skills.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterampilan menyimak peserta didik kelas VII di MTs Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Take and Give. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan menyimak peserta didik selama implementasi model Take and Give, serta untuk mengetahui efektivitas model ini dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mendengarkan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimental satu kelompok pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh peserta didik MTs Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 29 peserta didik kelas VII yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi pretest, posttest, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji T, dan analisis N-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor pretest kemampuan mendengarkan peserta didik adalah 61,4, yang meningkat menjadi 83,5 pada posttest, menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Penerapan model Take and Give secara efektif meningkatkan kemampuan mendengarkan peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan skor N-gain sebesar 0,5915 yang dikategorikan cukup efektif. Analisis statistik menunjukkan t count = 2,193 > t table = 2,05183, yang menegaskan efektivitas yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, model Take and Give memiliki dampak positif pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab dalam konteks keterampilan menyimak.

Abstract

Akreditasi merupakan salah satu instrumen penjaminan mutu eksternal yang berperan strategis dalam memastikan akuntabilitas, transparansi, serta keberlanjutan peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan dan organisasi pelayanan publik di Indonesia. Proses visitasi akreditasi menuntut kesiapan lembaga dalam menunjukkan bukti nyata penerapan standar mutu melalui dokumentasi yang sistematis, implementasi prosedur yang konsisten, dan pembentukan budaya mutu yang berkelanjutan. Di sisi lain, Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2015 hadir sebagai kerangka kerja internasional yang memberikan panduan bagi organisasi untuk mengelola proses, sumber daya, dan risiko secara efektif guna mencapai kepuasan pemangku kepentingan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2015 dalam meningkatkan kesiapan lembaga menghadapi visitasi akreditasi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui metode studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai sumber ilmiah, seperti artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional, dokumen kebijakan, serta laporan implementasi ISO di lembaga pendidikan dan organisasi publik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ISO secara konsisten mampu memperkuat kesiapan akreditasi melalui peningkatan kualitas dokumentasi, efisiensi proses internal, penguatan budaya mutu, serta mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement). Namun demikian, efektivitas ISO sangat bergantung pada komitmen kepemimpinan, keterlibatan seluruh anggota organisasi, serta keselarasan antara standar ISO dengan instrumen akreditasi nasional. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini merekomendasikan integrasi strategis antara SMM ISO dan sistem akreditasi agar lembaga mampu menciptakan tata kelola mutu yang adaptif, partisipatif, dan berorientasi pada keunggulan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut karyawan perkantoran memiliki keterampilan tambahan, termasuk kemampuan mengolah desain grafis sederhana untuk mendukung kegiatan administrasi visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi kerja karyawan setelah mengikuti pelatihan aplikasi CorelDRAW. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan tes keterampilan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan karyawan dalam mengoperasikan fitur dasar dan lanjutan CorelDRAW, percepatan waktu kerja dalam membuat materi visual, serta peningkatan kualitas desain internal perusahaan. Pelatihan terbukti mampu meningkatkan kompetensi kerja dan efektivitas kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Violations of school rules are often carried out by students, including lack of respect for teachers, students who are not on time, often late for class, skipping classes, jumping fences, smoking and not paying attention to the rules and other regulations in school. This study aims to build a decision support system for sanctions for violations of student discipline that has the ability to analyze each of the criteria and sub-criteria that have been determined by the school. In this case, students who violate school rules will be punished and given sanctions so as to provide an output value of priority intensity which results in a system that provides an assessment of violations against students. The method used in building this decision support system is by combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) method. Weighting criteria using the AHP method and for ranking using the SMARTER method. The system created can be used to assist in processing data on violations of school rules. With this decision support system, it is hoped that policy makers will have no difficulty in determining what types of actions and sanctions will be given to students who violate school rules.

Abstract

Surface tension is an important physicochemical property that plays a major role in determining the interfacial behavior of a liquid in various scientific and industrial applications. Accurate surface tension measurement is required to understand liquid interactions, optimize formulation processes, and predict the stability of dispersed systems such as emulsions. This review article examines and compares several commonly used methods in surface tension measurement, namely the capillary rise method, the Du Noüy ring method, the drop and drop–weight/volume comparison method, the maximum bubble pressure method (MBPM), and micro-droplet measurement using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). Each method is analyzed based on its working principle, level of accuracy, advantages, limitations, and suitability for various types of liquids. The results of the review show that classical methods such as Du Noüy and the stalagmometer remain relevant because they are practical and easy to use, while modern methods such as AFM offer high sensitivity for micro-droplet samples. Overall, selecting the appropriate measurement method must consider sample characteristics, instrument availability, and analytical objectives. This review is expected to serve as a comprehensive reference for researchers, students, and industry practitioners in determining the most suitable technique for surface tension measurement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap kompor gas LPG yang memiliki risiko keselamatan, seperti kebocoran gas dan potensi kebakaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan merealisasikan prototipe kompor listrik berbasis mikrokontroler ESP32S yang dilengkapi dengan fitur pengaturan suhu dan waktu otomatis untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan. Sistem dirancang menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan pendekatan prototyping. Pengukuran suhu dilakukan menggunakan sensor thermocouple tipe K yang terintegrasi dengan modul MAX6675 dan dikalibrasi menggunakan regresi polinomial untuk meningkatkan akurasi pembacaan. Sistem kendali dapat dioperasikan secara manual melalui perangkat maupun secara jarak jauh melalui Telegram Bot berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Pada mode always on, sistem mempertahankan suhu berdasarkan nilai setpoint. Sementara itu, pada mode timer, sistem akan memutus suplai daya ketika salah satu kondisi terpenuhi, yaitu suhu telah mencapai nilai target atau durasi waktu yang ditetapkan telah berakhir. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengendalikan pemanasan elemen sesuai parameter yang ditentukan, meskipun masih terjadi overshoot akibat inersia panas. Integrasi IoT menunjukkan kinerja yang responsif dan aman dalam memberikan informasi status serta kendali jarak jauh. Secara keseluruhan, prototipe ini dapat menjadi alternatif perangkat memasak yang lebih aman dan modern dibandingkan kompor konvensional.

Abstract

Hypertension is a degenerative disease that increasing in its prevalence. Hypertension requires a long enough time to its treatment, even if there are no symptoms the patients should continue taking medication. So, patients need to obey to take medication. Adherence to taking medication correlated with self-efficacy and family support. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and family support in hypertension treatment adherence of the elderly at Widasari Health Center, Indramayu Regency. The research design is a cross-sectional study. The sample of this research was 78 elderly. The data analysis used univariate to explain independent variables such as self-efficacy and family support, the dependent variable is hypertension treatment adherence, while the bivariate was used to determine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. Dependent variable using the chi-square statistical test. The result of this research showed that 61.5% of the elderly had high self-efficacy criteria, 71.8% of the elderly received their family support, and 60.3% of the elderly obey to hypertension treatment adherence. The chi-square statistical test showed that there was a relationship between self-efficacy and family support with hypertension treatment adherence and also there is a relationship between self-efficacy and the level of adherence to taking medication in people with hypertension. It is recommended to increase the elderly self-efficacy by being able to communicate with fellow elderly who are undergoing hypertension treatment and now have reduced symptoms due to treatment adherence. Nurses should be able to provide health promotion about the importance of self-efficacy and family support in increasing compliance for the elderly undergoing hypertension treatment.

Abstract

The production effectiveness of agro-industrial MSMEs in remote frontier regions is severely hampered by geographic isolation and lack of basic infrastructure. This study examines the unique case of Luci Snack in North Kalimantan, operating without state electricity or land access. The research aims to analyze how the interaction between Factor Conditions (river logistics and technology) and Demand Conditions influences Production Effectiveness. Employing an embedded single-case study design, data were collected via in-depth interviews with the owner and village officials, participant observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014) interactive model. Findings reveal a paradox: (1) Production effectiveness is not interpreted conventionally as speed or volume, but redefined as an absolute commitment to quality consistency; (2) Limitations in manual technology and isolated logistics are capitalized upon as a "traditional" Unique Selling Point; (3) This superior quality generates a loyal demand pattern that tolerates production speed inefficiencies. The implication is that sustainability for remote MSMEs depends on transforming infrastructure limitations into premium product differentiation rather than volume-based competition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the pedagogical paradigms in two Arabic textbooks, namely Kunuz Ta’līm al-Lugah al-'Arabiyyah volume 1 and Al Arabiyyah Baina Yadaik volume 1, to understand the relationships among learning approaches, material design, activities, and evaluation systems. The difference between structural and communicative approaches is seen as a reflection of educational ideologies that shape the learning experience and the direction of language competence development. This study uses a qualitative method with a comparative content analysis approach. Data were obtained through documentation of learning objectives, material preparation, activities, and assessment systems. Data analysis uses the Philipp Mayring model through the stages of determining analysis units, compiling operational definitions, coding, categorization, and presenting data systematically. The results of this study show that Kunuz Ta’līm al-Lugah al-'Arabiyyah applies a structural approach that emphasizes grammatical mastery, mechanistic exercises, and precision-based evaluation. In contrast, Al Arabiyyah Baina Yadaik uses a communicative approach that emphasizes language use in social contexts through interactive activities, skill integration, and fluency-based assessments. This difference is consistent across aspects of the roles of teachers and students, the organization of materials, and the learning media. The study concludes that the two textbooks reflect harmony between the pedagogical paradigm and its implementation, and complement each other in developing linguistic and communicative competencies.
