Abstract

This research aims to improve the numeracy skills of mathematics problem-solving of grade IV students of SDN Tanetea by using problem-solving learning model on square, rectangular and triangular flat building materials. The subjects of this study are grade IV students of SD N Tanetea, Gowa Regency for the 2023/2024 school year, totaling 23 students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research that is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle is carried out 2 times. The data collection was carried out by tests, observation sheets of teachers and students as the level of implementation and achievement in using the problem-solving learning model. The results of problem-solving skills can be seen from the results of the pre-test, cycle I and cycle II. In the pre-test, the average score of the success indicator was 42.86 with the percentage of learning completeness with total score 4%, it was lack. In the first cycle, there was an increase with an average score of 71.15 with a percentage of learning completion with total score 65% and in the second cycle there was an increase with an average score 79.57 with a percentage of learning completion with a total success score of 87%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the problem-solving learning model can improve problem-solving numeracy skills in grade IV students of SD Negeri Tanetea, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to find out: (1) the implementation process of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project with the introduction of banana dampo entrepreneurs, (2) the obstacles that arise in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project with the introduction of banana dampo entrepreneurs, and (3) the values that are grown/arisen in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project with the introduction of banana dampo entrepreneurs. The type of research conducted is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research and data analysis conducted show that the implementation of P5 with the introduction of banana dampo entrepreneurs has been carried out starting from the introduction, contextual, action as well as reflection and follow-up stages. The obstacles faced by teachers in P5 can be overcome by inviting students to carry out entrepreneurial activities in a simpler way. Through the introduction of Dampo Pisang entrepreneurship in P5, students can foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of banana dampo processing through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) on the creativity of fourth grade students of SD Integral Al-Bayan Hidayatullah Makassar. Creativity is an important aspect of student development, which can be developed through project-based learning activities. Banana dampo processing as a form of project in P5 activities was chosen because of its relevance to local wisdom and its ability to involve various aspects of students' skills, such as cooperation, innovation, and motor skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research with a one-group pretest posttest design using the subject, namely class IVB as many as 21 students as an experimental class. Data was collected through observation, creativity test instruments (pretest and posttest), and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis consisting of normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis tests using independent sample t-tests to see a significant influence between banana dampo processing activities and the level of student creativity. The results of this study show that banana dampo processing activities in P5 activities have a significant influence on increasing the creativity of grade IVB students of SD Integral Al-Bayan Hidayatullah. Students involved in this project show better creative thinking skills, especially in terms of idea development, problem-solving, and product innovation.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan  untuk fokus pada Pelatihan Pengembangan Teknologi Baru dalam Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran melalui Aplikasi Learning Management System (LMS) bagi Mahasiswa Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Universitas Islam Makassar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Dalam konteks pendidikan yang semakin dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan teknologi, penggunaan LMS menjadi sangat penting untuk mengelola materi, interaksi, serta evaluasi pembelajaran. Meskipun LMS telah diterapkan di berbagai institusi pendidikan, tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi adalah pemahaman dan penguasaan teknologi ini oleh mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memperkenalkan mahasiswa PPG Universitas Islam Makassar pada teknologi-teknologi baru yang relevan dalam konteks pengajaran dan pembelajaran berbasis digital. Pelatihan ini melibatkan berbagai sesi yang mengajarkan penggunaan LMS secara optimal, serta integrasi berbagai aplikasi dan teknologi terbaru yang dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar dan mempermudah proses pengajaran. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan bersifat interaktif, dengan pendekatan langsung kepada mahasiswa melalui praktik penggunaan LMS dan teknologi pendukung lainnya. Dengan pelatihan ini, mahasiswa PPG diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan digital mereka, serta dapat memanfaatkan LMS untuk memperkaya dan meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran di lingkungan sekolah.Pelatihan ini diharapkan tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman teknis mengenai penggunaan LMS, tetapi juga memperkuat pemahaman mahasiswa tentang peran teknologi dalam inovasi pengajaran yang lebih menarik dan efektif. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan profesional mahasiswa PPG Universitas Islam Makassar dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era digital, serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis metakognitif pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui pendampingan guru Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) di SD Inpres Antang 1 Kota Makassar. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya kemampuan metakognitif siswa yang berdampak pada kurangnya kemandirian belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan, dan implementasi model pembelajaran metakognitif secara langsung di kelas. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan model, pelatihan guru, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis metakognitif serta peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam merencanakan, memonitor, dan mengevaluasi proses belajarnya. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan keterlibatan aktif dalam pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran metakognitif efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
