Abstract

Th purpos of this study was to describ th implementation of th curriculum 2013 and to find out th supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing th curriculum. This research is a typ of qualitativ research with a field study approach. Th primary research data ar in th form of observations and interviews whil secondary data comes from various sources of writing/literatur in th form of books, journals, magazines related to research problems. Th data analysis used is descriptiv data analysis becaus it aims to fully describ th phenomenon of th problem being studied. Conclusions ar drawn after verifying th data found in th research field. then checking th validity of th data is don by using tringulation technique. Th results of th study revealed that th implementation of th curriculum 2013 was adjusted to th vision and mission of th Islamic boarding school and carried out with th stages of planning, implementing, evaluating and developing curriculum. Th supporting factors ar support from th leadership of th pesantren and th ustadzah, most of th teachers ar graduates and alumni at this boarding school, adequat facilities and infrastructure. Whil th inhibiting factors includ th lack of teacher motivation, monotonous learning, th dominanc of th lectur method, som teachers ar still in college

Abstract

 This study aims to find out how to overcome the problem of Madrasah Principal Leadership Management and Continuous Professional Development (PKB) in Improving the Quality of Teacher Performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The object of this research is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Annizhomiyyah, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathla'ul Anwar and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Az Zahra, Labuan District, Pendeglang Regency. The results of the management of madrasah leadership in improving the quality of teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Annizhomiyah Jaha Labuan are 1) maximizing the learning process even during the covid-19 pandemic; 2) supervision is still carried out and the ability of all teachers to conduct online learning is mapped; 3) overcome the weaknesses and shortcomings of teachers in the online learning process; 4) most teachers take part in online training and webinars through zoom meetings; and 5) all teachers were PKG conducted and the weaknesses of the PKG results were taken seriously by the teachers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of respondent achievement (TCR) on human resource management (HRM), principal leadership, and education quality as well as, to determine the effect of HRM, and/or principal leadership on improving the quality of education in Modern Islamic Boarding High Schools in Eastern Serang Regency. The method used is a survey method using a quantitative approach. The variables used in the study, namely the independent variables include HRM and principal leadership, and the dependent variable is the quality of education. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics include prerequisite tests in the form of normality tests and linearity tests, then simple regression analysis tests and multiple regression analysis tests. The results showed that 1) TCR on HRM is in the very good category with a value of 86.7%; 2) TCR on the principal's leadership is also in the very good category with a value of 87.2%; 3) Furthermore, TCR on the quality of education is in the very good category with a value of 89.3%; 4) there is a positive influence between HRM and the quality of education, namely by rejecting H0 because the significance value of 0.000 <0.05; 5) as well as there is a positive influence between the principal's leadership and the quality of education, namely by rejecting H0, because the significance value of 0.000 <0.05; 6) and there is a positive influence between HRM and principal leadership on the quality of education, namely by rejecting H0 because the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and and Fhitung 23.548 greater than Ftable 3.32. The influence of HRM and principal leadership on the quality of education is 61.9%.

Abstract

The results of supervision need to be followed up in order to have a real impact on improving the professionalism of teachers. The follow-up was in the form of reinforcement and appreciation; reprimands of an educational nature; and the opportunity to attend further training or upgrades. The utilization of the results of academic supervision feedback concerns two important activities, namely related to coaching and strengthening academic supervision instruments.The results of supervision need to be followed up in order to have a real impact on improving the professionalism of teachers. Abstract

This paper is a type of qualitative research with a library research approach. Collection of literature related to charismatic and visionary leadership. Furthermore, when viewed from the closeness of the content, the literature can be classified into two. First, the primary source (primary source) and the second secondary source (secondary source). Charismatic leadership is a leadership style by highlighting charisma to attract and inspire devotion by others. A visionary leader is a leader who is able to determine where the organization is going and how to achieve it. Thus, visionary leaders must have predictive, anticipatory, systematic, holistic, integrative, and comprehensive thinking skills.

Abstract

Pimpinan tertinggi di sebuah lembaga pendidikan adalah kepala sekolah. Kinerja tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dapat dipengaruhi oleh perilaku kepala sekolah. Karena itu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perlu diperhatikan dan dijadikan kosentrasi khusus. Agar kepala sekolah dapat melaksanakan tugas-tugas dan kewajibannya dengan baik untuk mencapai tujuan sekolah yang telah direncanakan maka peran kepemimpinannya harus diperhatikan. Seeorang kepala sekolah untuk mendukung terhadap kepemimpinannya harus memiliki kepribadian yang baik. Kepala Sekolah merupakan leader didunia guruan yang seyogyanya mempunyai kesiapan dalam menghadapi dan beradaptasi terhadap tantangan-tantangan yang datang dalam situasi apapun. Kepala sekolah juga memiliki pengaruh penting dalam memajukan sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Kehadiran kepala sekolah di sekolah sangat penting sebagai pionir dan motivator sumber daya sekolah, guna membentuk kelompok kerja/kerjasama tim yang mampu berkolaborasi dalam pembangunan sekolah sehingga membawa energi positif dalam suasana kegiatan belajar mengajar. Untuk menunjang keberhasilan suatu lembaga sekolah yang diharapkan, perlunya dipersiapkan kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin yang professional, yang mampu serta mau melaksanakan perencanaan, pengembangan serta mengevaluasi kebijakan dan peraturan yang terjadi. Abstract

This research uses a type of qualitative research with a library research approach by digging up information through the literature regarding leadership and education to answer the focus of the study in this study. This study examines the definition of educational leadership, general principles of educational leadership, general principles of educational leadership, educational leadership requirements, educational leadership skills, and educational leadership measurement instruments. Perinsip is one of the important things that must be owned by a leader. Principles can be a provision so that leadership can run well. Principles of educational leadership. among others: 1) constructive. 2) creative. 3) participatory. 4) Cooperative. 5) delegate. 6) integrative. 7) rational. 8) pragmatic. 9) do not force yourself to carry out activities beyond the capabilities of the madrasa. 10) exemplary. 11) adaptable and flexible.

Abstract

In the process of observing to satisfy human curiosity, it is carried out in certain ways, certain methods, by the process of scientific activities, especially in Islamic education management. Method as a way to observe a process of scientific activity. The method as a way to observe something, the process of scientific activity, must also be in certain ways, which can be justified as a scientific activity. The scientific method is a procedure in obtaining knowledge which is called science. scientific knowledge born of the scientific method in order to become scientific truth. Scientific truth is a clear and definite knowledge of the truth according to scientific norms. Epistemology is a philosophy of science that is reasoning or thought, the scientific method and scientific truth are part of the scope of the philosophy of science in the new theory of Islamic education management

Every human being during life can be sure to experience a lot of changes. Change can be both good and bad, and one of the factors is education. In a social and cultural perspective, education has a prominent role so that it is able to develop individual capacities to become good citizens and, in building society, carry out cultural and social transformation, including norms, habits, and attitudes.
