Abstract

Education with a gender perspective is an effort to equalize women and men in fulfilling their rights, roles, responsibilities and activities in social life. In general, the view of society is that women are under the power of men in social life. The method used in writing this article is qualitative, the author explores in-depth information about education and gender. The approach used is library research or library research. Writing this article aims to explain the concept of education with a gender perspective, the causes of gender inequality and gender equality efforts in the world of education.

Abstract

Di era saat ini pendidikan bukan hanya untuk mengembangkan intelektual tetapi pendidikan juga sebagai salah satu pengembangan akhlak mulia serta bernilai religius, dalam masyarakat maju pengembangan kepribadian manusia bukan hanya terjadi di dalam lembaga pendidikan saja, tetapi dalam keluarga maupun masyarakat. Keberhasilan dalam membentuk anak memiliki nilai religius adalah hal terpenting yang harus dipertimbangkan oleh orang tua sebagai pendidik anak di rumah dan guru sebagai pendidik di sekolah.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kerjasama yang dilakukan antara orang tua dengan guru, dan hambatan-hambatan dalam kerjasama antara orang tua dengan guru serta upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam mengatasi hambatan kerjsama membentuk nilai religius pada anak melalui impementasi kedudukan teori dan analisa filsafat pada manajemen pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan diatas, peneliti menggunakan metode studi atau kajian pustaka. Dengan metode ini dilakukan pengkajian mengenai konsep dan teori yang digunakan berdasarkan literatur yang tersedia. Hasil studi pustaka menyimpulkan (1) Bentuk kerjasama orangtua dengan guru dalam membentuk nilai religius pada anak dapat dilakukan dengan cara melakukan Parenting education, Komunikasi, Volunteer, Keterlibatan orang tua di rumah. (2) Hambatan kerjasama orangtua dengan guru dalam membentuk nilai religius pada anak terjadi karena beberapa hal yaitu : Waktu; Pandangan orang tua tentang guru; Rasa percaya diri orang tua masih rendah; Masih terbatasnya kemampuan dan pemahaman guru dan orang tua tentang kerjasama. (3) Upaya Sekolah dalam mengatasi hambatan kerjasama antara orangtua dengan guru dalam membentukan nilai religius pada anak (Implementasi kedudukan teori dan analisa filsafat pada manajemen pendidikan Islam) berlandaskan pada aspek ontologi, epistemologi dan aksiologi dapat dilakukan dengan analisa teori filsafat yaitu: Memberikan pemahaman kepada guru dan orang tua terkait kerjasama antara guru dan orang tua; Mengikutsertakan orang tua dalam perencanaan program; Metode yang tepat dan sesuai untuk berkomunikasi dengan orang tua.

Abstract

The current phenomenon of national leadership has resulted in a degradation of the quality and alignments of leaders. This can be seen from the rampant radical actions in society that are motivated by religion and culture, rampant corruption, violations of law and human rights, economic policies that do not side with the people, and various other problems that arise. Everything happened due to the leadership crisis and the absence of role models from leaders who live and are based on the values of Pancasila. Leadership must have honesty with oneself (integrity), sincere responsibility (compassion), knowledge (cognizance), courage to act by beliefs (commitment), trust in yourself and others (confidence), and the ability to convince others (communication) in building an organization. Leaders can use their influence because of their personal characteristics, reputation, or charisma to influence the behavior of subordinates in a variety of situations.Leadership based on pancasila values will not be separated from the conceptual building of the five precepts in it. How the first divine precepts are placed as the basis of morality. As a precept that is causa prima (the source of other precepts) then inevitably the leader referred to here is a leader who is Godly, moral and truly carries out his existence in the world to prosper nature and the diverse humans in it.Kyai is a central element in the life of pesantren, not only because Kyai is the main buffer for the continuity of the education system in pesantren, but also because the figure of Kyai is a reflection of the values that live in the student community.

Abstract

Management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a process of cooperation in utilizing all educational infrastructure facilities effectively and efficiently. And this shows that the facilities and infrastructure in schools need to be utilized and managed properly for the benefit of the learning process in educational institutions. Therefore, infrastructure management is very important because without good infrastructure management, an educational institution will not run effectively and efficiently. The problems that will be studied in this study are examining the definition of infrastructure management, the principles of infrastructure management, and the infrastructure management process. The purpose of writing this article is to describe and analyze infrastructure management in improving the quality of educational institutions. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature study approach. In the literature study, the author conducts literature collection activities related to infrastructure management in improving the quality of educational institutions. The final result of this study aims to find out the definition of infrastructure management, the principles of infrastructure management, and the infrastructure management process.

Abstract

This study investigates the positive relationship between educational administrative knowledge, work motivation, and leadership effectiveness among heads of madrasahs. Employing a quantitative correlational survey method, the research targeted 195 heads of MTs. Private in Serang Regency, with a sample size of 30 heads (16% of the population). Instrument reliability was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha values of 0.938 for leadership effectiveness, 0.89 for educational administrative knowledge, and 0.94 for work motivation. Data analysis utilized correlation and regression formulas. The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between educational administrative knowledge (X1) and leadership effectiveness (Y), represented by the regression equation Ŷ = 35.22 + 3X1, with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 at α = 0.05. Additionally, a significant positive relationship was found between work motivation (X2) and leadership effectiveness (Y), described by the regression equation Ŷ = -33.011 + 1.30X2, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 at α = 0.05. Furthermore, the combined analysis showed a significant positive relationship between educational administrative knowledge (X1) and work motivation (X2) with leadership effectiveness (Y), represented by the equation Ŷ = 3.62 + 1.74X1 + 0.58X2, with a correlation coefficient value of Ry12 = 0.984. These results underscore the importance of educational administrative knowledge and work motivation in enhancing leadership effectiveness among madrasah heads, suggesting that targeted professional development in these areas could significantly improve leadership performance in educational institutions.

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan Guru PAUD di lokasi pengabdian masyarakat adalah mengenalkan huruf-huruf hijaiyah di dalam Al-Qur’an agar anak kelak dewasanya dapat membaca Al-Qur’an. Peran guru dalam mengenalkan huruf hijaiyah ini dilakukan setiap hari ketika datang hingga pulang, dengan mengajak anak untuk membaca doa bersama sudah termasuk dalam upaya untuk mengenalkan huruf hijaiyah.Metode pembinaan yang dikembangkan berbentuk pendampingan siswa PAUD dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca, menulis dan menghitung. Kegiatan ini dipandu oleh mahasiswa KUKERTA serta didampingi oleh guru-guru PAUD di lokasi pengabdian. keberadaan guru dan mahasiswa Kukerta mampu bermitra kerja dengan Guru PAUD dalam hal pembinaan kemampuan dasar siswa pada aspek menghitung sederhana. Abstract

Madrasas as Islamic educational institutions have several advantages compared to other types of schools. The advantages possessed by madrasas include: vitality, fighting power, endurance, adaptability and evolution, and diversity. This research uses a quantitative approach by creating and distributing questionnaires. Primary data was obtained directly from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of 100 student representatives, 38 educational staff representatives and 72 teaching staff representatives. Because the data from this research was obtained through distribution of armatures using the Google Form application, the data processing process also uses statistical formula applications that are integrated with existing questionnaires and Google Forms. The research aims to understand the forms of MAN 2 Serang City's excellent service strategy as a madrasa model or as a Boarding School-based madrasa as well as certain factors that support and inhibit the implementation of the excellent service strategy. The results of the research show that Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Serang City acts as a model madrasa based on Islamic boarding schools and is a center for the development of madrasas in the surrounding area. Implementation of quality education services at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Serang City focuses on providing learning needs, one-stop integrated services (PTSP), digital-based services, as well as facilities and infrastructure services.

Kepala madrasah merupakan motor penggerak bagi sumber daya madrasah terutama guru dan karyawan madrasah. Manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberikan kebebasan kepada setiap kepala sekolah (madrasah) untuk menekankan dan mengedepankan kompetensi tertentu sesuai dengan visi, misi sekolah dan daerah masing-masing (unggulan daerah). Abstract

The basic education policy, especially the 9-year compulsory education program, is a government effort to improve the accessibility and quality of education for the entire society. The effort to make it compulsory for children to complete a minimum education for nine years has the primary objective of providing equal opportunities for all children to obtain an adequate basic education, improving access to education, reducing school dropouts, and improving the quality of education. Implementation of this policy is expected to have a good impact on reducing school dropout rates and increasing education participation at the elementary level. However, there are many challenges in ensuring the sustainability of the program, such as adequate infrastructure, the availability of quality educational resources, and meeting the needs of students with diverse educational backgrounds. The method used in this research is library studies, which involves collecting literature, gathering relevant data or information, and studying topics or issues related to the development of the Basic Education Policy, Compulsory Learning 9 Years. Therefore, there is a need for efforts in the evaluation and adaptation of this policy in order to achieve the primary objective of equal and quality basic education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's performance in implementing character and morals education at SMAN 2 Semarang and to determine the implementation of character and morals education at SMAN 2 Semarang. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was carried out at SMAN 2 Semarang. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Teacher Council, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis techniques using the interactive model from Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview process, and documentation is directly analyzed. As a result of the research, it is essential to know how character and ethical education are implemented and how the principal's performance influences the implementation of Islamic character and moral education at SMAN 2 Semarang. The conclusion is that the school principal's performance significantly affects the education of Islamic character and manners. Keywords: Character, Character Education, Principal Performance.
