Abstract

This study aims to advise and foster SMP Plus Bina Insan Kamil students so that they can better understand how Islamic teachings should be used in their everyday lives both at school and outside of school. Duha prayer in congregation, reading Yaasin's letter after performing dhuha prayer, three language speech exercises (Indonesian, English, Arabic), Manaqiban activities, Tilawatil Al-Qur'an, activities Khataman Al-Qur'an, Mabit, and Islamic holiday activities are among the religious activities carried out by the Bina Insan Kamil Junior High School. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The study's data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. While data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are all part of the analysis. According to the findings of this study, the growth of religious activities can generate motivation in terms of behaving or conducting activities in accordance with religious teachings. SMP Plus Bina Insan Kamil's method comprises habituation and demonstration by going through the steps of preparation, implementation, reflection, and evaluation. The existence of a plan for promoting religious activities is to create motivation in behaving according to religious teachings and Islamic religious law, as well as to motivate students to always read the Qur'an with Tajweed guidance in accordance with its norms. This can be demonstrated by observing changes in student attitudes during the learning process in the classroom. Collaboration among teachers, student interest, school norms, and adequate infrastructure are all supportive variables for this activity.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research type methods with a library research approach, namely (library research) or literature studies by exploring information through literature regarding characteristics and transformational leadership to answer the focus of the study in this research. This study examines the definition of transformational leadership, the four dimensions of transformational leadership, the characteristics of transformational leadership and the measurement instruments of transactional and transformational leadership. Leadership is one of the most important things that everyone must have because oneself is actually a leader for our own body, for that leadership is very important. The characteristics of transformational leadership include: 1) Idealized influence (or charismatic influence) 2) Inspirational motivation. 3) Intellectual stimulation. 4) Individualized consideration.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research methods with a type of approach, namely library research or literature studies by exploring information through literature related to William Dunn's version of wisdom in modern Islamic boarding schools to answer the focus of the study on this research. This study examines the definition of education policy analysis, forms of public policy analysis, Dunn's version of the policy analysis theory model, the application of William Dunn's policies in pesantren. Policy is one of the most important things that everyone must have in making decisions. Policy can affect something in determining an action. William Dunn's version of policies includes: 1) problem formulation. 2) forecasting the future of the policy. 3) policy recommendations. 4) determination of policy outcomes 5) evaluation of policy performance

Abstract

This study aims to explain the policy formulation process as it relates to the position of education in the context of the public sector, which must be managed seriously, and the level of urgency for the government in setting program priorities such as development. This study used qualitative research methods with a literature study approach. Several stages of data presentation are applied in this paper, namely data restatement, description to map data patterns, and interpretation to highlight the definite meaning of the policy formulation process in educational institutions, including formulation, agenda setting, and ratification.

Abstract

This research article examines the roles and challenges women face in the leadership of Islamic educational institutions through literature review methods. The literature review method is used to collect data from articles, journals, and books related to women's leadership in the context of Islamic education. The results of the study show that women's leadership in Islamic educational institutions has a significant role in the development of Islamic educational institutions as a whole. Women leaders are able to bring about changes in how institutions are managed, improve the quality of education, and develop innovations in teaching methods. In addition, women's leadership is also able to set an example and motivation for students and staff. However, women's leadership in Islamic educational institutions is still faced with a number of challenges, including gender discrimination, social stereotypes, and traditional roles applied in society. In conclusion, this article shows that women’s leadership has an important role in the development of Islamic educational institutions, but what. However, what needs to be examined is the expertise possessed by the man or woman who wants to be a leader. Of course, a leader must be skilled, competent, and professional or have qualified abilities in the field of leadership and manageria management.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative research type with a library research approach by digging up information through the literature regarding concepts, theories and the political scope of education to answer the focus of the study in this study. This study examines political concepts, political theory, political spheres and educational politics. Education is an effort to develop the human potentials of students, both their physical potential, their creative potential, taste and intention, so that this potential becomes real and can function in their life journey. The basis of education is a universal human ideal. Education aims to prepare a personal balance, unity. organic, harmonious, dynamic. in order to achieve the goals of human life. This can be understood considering that the higher the opportunity for a person or society to get an education, the higher the opportunity for a person or society to read, compare, evaluate, as well as criticize the space of ideals and political reality. Thus, the key to public political education actually lies in the politics of public education. Educational politics are all policies of the government of a country in the field of education in the form of laws or other regulations to organize education in order to achieve the goals of the country. The educational politics (siyâsah atta‘lîm) of a country is largely determined by the ideology (view of life) that the country carries.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out the relationship between principal's leadership and teacher's performance ; (2) relationship between organizational culture and teacher's performance ; (3)and the relationship between principals' leadership and organizational culture simultaneously to the performance of teachers at the Madinatul Hadid Islamic Middle School in Cilegon. This research is quantitative research, collecting data conducted by using questionnaire and documentation. This research was held at Madinatul Hadid Islamic Middle School in Cilegon, with the population of 60 people with a total sample of 40 respondents. The result of this study are: (1) principal's leadership can affect teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.935; (2) Organizational culture can affect teacher's performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.749; (3) The results of the multiple correlation test shows that the principal's leadership and teacher's organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of Madinatul Hadid Islamic Middle School teachers in Cilegon at 34.45%, while the remaining 65.55% is influenced by other factors that need further investigation by anyone who is interested. This study shows that a strong principal’s leadership style and an inherent organizational culture will improve teacher performance in teaching.

Abstract

Kebijakan pendidikan nasional di Indonesia telah menetapkan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan memperluas akses ke pendidikan menengah dan kejuruan. Namun, implementasi kebijakan tersebut menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan kurangnya dukungan dari pihak terkait. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pendidikan menengah dan kejuruan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pendidikan menengah dan kejuruan di Indonesia masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, termasuk kurangnya fasilitas dan infrastruktur, kurangnya dukungan keuangan, dan kurangnya kesesuaian antara kurikulum dan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Selain itu, diperlukan penguatan peran pemerintah dan kerjasama yang erat antara pemerintah, industri, dan institusi pendidikan untuk memperbaiki implementasi kebijakan pendidikan menengah dan kejuruan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Politik secara umum merupakan tahapan untuk membentuk atau membangun posisi kekuasaan dalam masyarakat yang berguna sebagai pengambil keputusan terkait dengan kondisi masyarakat. Ruang lingkup politik dan negara secara singkat adalah segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan kekuasaan, pemerintahan, proses pemerintahan dan bentuk organisasi pemerintahan, lembaga/institusi, tujuan negara atau pemerintahannya. Hubungan antara pendidikan dan politik sangat erat bahkan selalu berkaitan sehingga dengan situasi ini kita dapat melihat bahwa politik negara memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam menentukan arah perkembangan pendidikan di suatu negara. Tidak berlebihan jika banyak ahli berpendapat bahwa pendidikan merupakan salah satu upaya atau sarana untuk mempertahankan kekuasaan negara. Sistem pendidikan di Indonesia yang berbasis sistem pendidikan nasional memiliki kesenjangan antara cita-cita dan kenyataan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari berbagai faktor seperti kelemahan di sektor manajemen, rendahnya dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat, lemahnya efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran, rendahnya sumber daya pendidikan, dan akhirnya lemahnya standar evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis literatur mengenai model kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam pengelolaan pondok pesantren. Yaitu untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang model kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam pengelolaan pondok pesantren, serta memberikan saran dan implikasi praktis bagi pengurus pondok pesantren dalam mengimplementasikan model kepemimpinan partisipatif yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis literatur dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai literatur terkait kepemimpinan partisipatif, manajemen pondok pesantren, dan hubungan antara keduanya. Sumber-sumber literatur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain adalah jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen resmi yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Temuan dari analisis literatur menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan partisipatif dapat memberikan manfaat bagi manajemen pondok pesantren, seperti meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterlibatan santri dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta meningkatkan kepuasan dan motivasi santri. Namun, terdapat juga beberapa tantangan dan kendala dalam menerapkan model kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam pengelolaan pondok pesantren, seperti perbedaan pandangan antara pengurus dan santri, serta keterbatasan sumber daya dan waktu. Dalam rangka mengatasi tantangan ini, artikel ini memberikan saran dan implikasi praktis bagi pengurus pondok pesantren dalam mengimplementasikan model kepemimpinan partisipatif yang efektif.
