The consequences of the main tasks and functions of the provincial National Narcotics Agency (NNA) in the program of prevention, eradication, abuse, and illicit narcotics (P4GN) require the availability of reliable human resources who enjoy their work and are therefore closely tied to their work. Employees who have a sense of attachment to their work enable the implementation of their main duties, both as a team and individually. A solid team certainly consists of individuals who like their work and who have engagement with their work. This study was conducted to analyze the role of intrinsic motivation in mediating the effect of occupational self-efficacy on National Narcotics Agency (NNA) Officers' work engagement in Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan). The research population was equal to its sample size, including 61 NNA employees, whereas the sample size was taken using a total sampling technique. Data was collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. Data was analyzed with path analysis techniques using SPSS version 26. The findings show that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on intrinsic motivation and work engagement. Intrinsic motivation significantly affects employees’ work engagement. Intrinsic motivation significantly and partially mediates the influence of occupational self-efficacy on NNA employee’s work engagement.

Anak usia sekolah adalah anak - anak yang berusia 7 - 12 tahun. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi kesehatan mental anak, termasuk faktor eksternal dan internal.Tujuan: mengetahui hubungan perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah.Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional pada 65 responden. Teknik sampling probability sampling.Instrumen penelitian ini mengguakan kuesioner, analisa yang digunakan dengan uji chie -square.Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah (nilai p 0,001 < 0,005).Kesimpulan:.Jumlah Responden penelitian sebanyak 65 orang siswa SDN Karangwuni dengan usia 7-8 tahun sebanyak 21 orang (32,3%), usia 9-10 tahun sebanyak 24 orang (37.0%)., usia 11-12 tahun sebanyak 20 orang (30,7%)2. perkembangan sosial dengan ketegori cukup sebanyak 37 responden (56.9%) dan kategori baik sebanyak 28 responden (43.1%)3. Untuk kesehatan mental menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan mental dengan kategori normal sebanyak 42 responden (64.5%) dan kategori tidak normal sebanyak 23 responden (35.4%). Maka terdapat hubungan antara perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah menggunakan Uji Chi-square dengan didapatkan bahwa nilai p- value 0.01.

. Religious value is a cultural value that is passed from generation to generation to form a national character value. Religious values as a cultural value can not only be seen in religious rituals, but can also be seen in campursari song. This research is conducted to find out the meaning and symbolic on tembang campursari. This research using a qualitative descriptive approach with Roland Barthes semiotic perspective. Data is collected by using documentation collection techniques on the song Campursari entitled Kelayung Layung by Deny Caknan. The results of the analysis indicate that (1) in the meaning of the denotations, connotations, and myths contained in the song Campursari Kelayung Layung has the meaning that humans as God’s creatures cry a lot for fear of death. In fact, as a human being, we must be aware that death will definitely come, but we never know when death will come.; (2) The symbolic meaning of the song Kelayung Layung has a meaning about the symbol of death. Humans die have no meaning anymore, both rank, degree, and wealth. Implication of this research shows that humans have to be aware about death.

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the steps, constraints, and results of the principal's strategy in developing the professional competence of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudhatul Mujawwidin Rimbo Bujang Tebo Jambi. This type of research is field research through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The strategic steps the head of the madrasa implements are formal and non-formal strategies. The formal strategy includes teachers in IHT activities, courses, training, MGMPs, seminars, and the head of the madrasa supervises the teachers. Non-formal strategies encourage teachers to develop their competencies independently by going online, discussing, motivating, and applying discipline. The inhibiting factors are lack of literacy, lack of creativity, lack of information technology use, and minimal teacher research. The development model used is implementing In-House Training (IHT). The impact or results of the strategies implemented by the head of the madrasa in this study indicate that teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities are increasing professionally, the discipline of madrasa residents is increasing, and teachers are motivated in educating students, and students are increasingly enthusiastic in learning so that their achievements also increase. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah, kendala, dan hasil strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesional guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudhatul Mujawwidin Rimbo Bujang Tebo Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Langkah strategis yang dilakukan kepala madrasah adalah strategi formal dan nonformal. Strategi formal meliputi guru dalam kegiatan IHT, kursus, pelatihan, MGMP, seminar, dan kepala madrasah mengawasi guru. Strategi nonformal mendorong guru untuk mengembangkan kompetensinya secara mandiri dengan cara daring, berdiskusi, memotivasi, dan menerapkan disiplin. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya literasi, kurangnya kreativitas, kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan minimnya riset guru. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah menerapkan In-House Training (IHT). Dampak atau hasil dari strategi yang diterapkan kepala madrasah dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya semakin meningkat secara profesional, kedisiplinan warga madrasah semakin meningkat, dan guru termotivasi dalam mendidik siswa, serta siswa semakin semangat dalam belajar sehingga prestasinya juga meningkat.

This study aims to identify and evaluate employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable and performance allowance (X) as the independent variable at the Banjarmasin State Polytechnic. Employee performance is influenced by work engagement (Z) as an intervening variable. The research employs a quantitative approach, with a sample of 94 employees from Poliban, selected through random sampling. The sample size was determined using Slovin's formula. A Likert scale, ranging from 1 to 5, was used to measure the variables in this study. Path analysis and multiple linear regression were applied to examine the relationships between variables X, Z, and Y. Data were processed using SPSS 25. The study findings reveal four key results: (1) work engagement has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance; (2) performance allowance has a positive and significant direct effect on work engagement; (3) work engagement positively and significantly mediates the relationship between performance allowance and employee performance; (4) work engagement plays a key role in enhancing employee performance through its mediating effect.

Pertumbuhan pesat sector e-commerce di Indonesia telah menciptakan persaingan yang dinamis, namun juga memunculkan praktik yang merugikan pelaku usaha kecil. Salah satu praktik yang mencemaskan adalah predatory pricing, yakni strategi menjual barang dibawah biaya produksi untuk mengeliminasi pesaing dan menguasai pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai bentuk praktik predatory pricing yang dilakukan oleh platform e-commerce besar di Indonesia dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap UMKM serta efektivitas regulasi persaingan usaha yang berlaku. Mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif melalui studi kasus dan analisis dokumen. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi diskon ekstrem, cashback besar-besaran dan subsidi ongkir yang dilakukan secara sistematis memiliki ciri-iri predatory pricing. Praktek ini berdampak pada melemahnya daya saing UMKM dan ketergantungan pada platform besar. Penegakan hukum oleh KPPU masih terbatas karena kesulitan pembuktian secara ekonomi dan hukum. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kerangka regulasi digital dan kapasitas pengawasan oleh otoritas persaingan.

The purpose of this study is to determine how the social behavior of the Margoagung Village Community, especially Ngino Hamlet, in preserving local wisdom inherited from the ancestors of Mbah Bregas, especially in building community harmony. This field research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. This research was conducted by taking a case study in Ngino Hamlet, Margoagung Village, Seyegan Sub-district, Sleman Regency from June to July 2025. The informants of this study were the leaders, committees, traditional figures and all parties involved and witnessed directly the Merti activities of Margoagung Village. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through four stages, namely: data documentation, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The study findings show that the entire series of Merti activities of Mbah Bregas Village, Margoagung Village build community harmony through participation, cooperation and mutual cooperation without distinguishing religion, ethnicity, race, social strata and profession.

Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg in two measurements with an interval of five minutes in moderate rest. Hypertensive disease can attack at any age, including the elderly. The sweet carambola (Averrhoa Carambola linn) is one of the traditional antihypertensive drugs, because it contains high potassium which is useful as a diuretic, maintaining the stability of the body electrolyte through the sodium potassium pump, reducing the amount of water and salt in the body and loosening the blood vessels, this condition helps the pressure drop blood. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving sweet starfruit juice to blood pressure in the elderly in the village of Lemah Putih Kec. Brati Kab. Grobogan. This research design is quasi experiment design with the randomized pre-test post-test control group design. The sample size is 30 respondents. The results showed that based on statistic t dependent test showed p value of intervention group at blood pressure of systole sebebsar 0.03, and diastole was 0.014 (p 0,05) hence Ho was rejected which mean in intervention group there was influence of sweet starfruit juice to elderly blood pressure with hypertension. While p value of control group at systole blood pressure was 0.786, and diastole was 0.953 (p 0,05) so Ho was received which mean in the control group there was no effect of star fruit juice to blood pressure lansia with hypertension.
