Abstract

Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kerja (P4TK) merupakan tempat untuk pengembangan kualitas tenaga pendidik dimana menjadikan perpustakaan sebagai pusat mencari referensi untuk menggali pengetahuan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pencarian buku di perpustakaan berupa website perpustakaan membuat pencarian buku lebih mudah dan efisien. Namun, pada situs website perpustakaan sudah jarang terpakai dan ketertarikan pengguna dalam menggunakan website sangat minim, pengguna masih kesulitaan dan bingung mengakses website tersebut karena belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Belum dilakukannya evaluasi terhadap tampilan juga menjadi aspek kurangnya minat pengguna untuk mengakses website tersebut. Maka dari itu penelitian ini akan lebih mengevaluasi tampilan website berdasarkan evaluasi berdasarkan user usability dari pengguna dengan menerapkan WEBUSE untuk menemukan apa yang dubutuhkan pengguna dan menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) untuk menerapkan perancangan ulang desain yang akan dianalisa dan akan dibuat sebagai rekomendasi tampilan prototype design dari website perpustakaan P4TK PKn dan IPS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari kendala yang terjadi dalam pendataan yang sering terbengkalai dalam waktu yang lama. Jika data gudep tersebut tidak segera diperbaiki dua sampai tiga tahun mendatang dan hal ini terus berlanjut maka akan menyebabkan data gudep tersebut hilang dan akan menimbulkan permasalahan baru. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi masalah kearsipan tersebutLDocument Management System (DMS) adalah solusi alternatif untuk mengubah bentuk dokumen-dokumen dalam fisik kertas dengan harapan meminimalisir penggunaan kertas atau menjadi bentuk digital sehingga prosesddistribusi dari dokumen yang ada di Kwarcab Kota Malang menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah untuk diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DMS sangat efisien untuk diterapkan dalam kelola data gudep di tingkat Gerakan Pramuka Kwartir Cabang Kota Malang Sehingga diharapkan fitur ini memberi kemudahan dalam monitoring arsip dari data gudep serta dapat memberikan solusi tentang sebuah kearsipan yang baik. Sehingga dengan sistem ini akan membantu dalam kelola arsip yang mudah diakses dan dimonitoring dari setiap data yang masuk.

Abstract

Inventory is an activity or act of physically counting and classifying goods, and assessing their suitability for the purpose based on the condition of an item. In addition, this activity records incoming or outgoing goods, then records the history of the existence of the goods before and after being sent, who is responsible for taking or moving them and how the state of the Prototype Process used in this study with reference to the system design process to be developed can be defined. as a working model or working model of software fundamentals or developing software for the purpose of testing product concepts or workflows. The product is in accordance with what was stated by Roger S. Pressman. Prototyping is an iterative process of system development in which the results of observable requirements are transformed into a working system that is continuously improved through collaboration between users and analysts. Based on the performance results of developing an asset management information system, it shows that the prototype method has been successfully implemented as evidenced by the results of two application tests, namely black box testing and UAT testing. Updating new data streams with more systematic and informed goals, it is expected that all asset data are recorded accurately, data processing is fast and centrally managed, data management is more efficient and effective, and reporting systems can be implemented at any time if needed.

Abstract

The Housing and Settlements Office of Balikpapan City needs information system support. Information systems needed to help reduce document management problems. More efficient document management is the main facility or feature of the application. So that users can take advantage of the system easily and very transparently. This study aims to develop an online registration information system (IMB) for building permit services and billing services for the City Hall of Balikpapan. The system development method is the prototype method. The prototype method is an excellent method in the system development process because it overcomes misunderstandings. User requirements analysis arises when the user cannot clearly define his needs. the application of this prototype method has produced 9 kinds of features at the needs analysis stage. The combination of the features for searching for housing locations and viewing housing data features is made into 1 interface design because of the close cohesion of these features. All of these interface designs have been successfully implemented using the PHP programming language and mysql database. The results of black box testing show that all features are running well.

Abstract

STIE YPPI Rembang School of Economics is one of the high schools located in the Rembang area, Central Java. At the present time, with the resources owned by the STIE YPPI Rembang, data management is still managed manually and has not been integrated with one another. Therefore, it is necessary to research the development of information systems that are integrated with each other in order to produce an enterprise architecture blueprint. Research conducted at the Rembang School of Economics uses the Enterprise Architecture Planning methodology. The results of the research conducted at the STIE Rembang is a blueprint or enterprise architecture which is a strategic plan for the information system of the STIE YPPI Rembang. This enterprise architecture can later be used as the foundation for the STIE YPPI Rembang in making a policy and creating an academic information system that is connected to one another. From the identification of the enterprise, it produces 12 business process models 42 entities, and 12 candidate applications.

Abstract

Business process is an activity that aims to improve the relationship between business processes in an organization and technical. PT Cahaya Mega Grup Tour Travel has processes to manage and support the goals, vision and mission of the organization in providing services to bookings made by consumers. However, in some services such as plane tickets, travel cars, and tours, there are still manual and time-consuming processes so that there are some business processes whose effectiveness and efficiency are still lacking. So it is necessary to reanalyze business processes that have been running in depth and radical changes must be made. With a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach to reengineering and using throughput efficiency tests in calculating efficiency in business processes, and using the standards of the American Society of Machanical Engineers (ASME) in conducting business process analysis. In the initial research at PT Cahaya Mega Grup Tour Travel, it was found that 4 legacy business processes that have been running, this legacy business process has a throughput efficiency of 72%, 69%, 47%, 100% then a business process reengineering is carried out which results in a recommended business process with a throughput efficiency test value of 100%, 100%, 100%, 100% of course with an increase in time in each business process. And from the results of the business process recommendations, it produced a prototype as a reference for making the website of PT Cahaya Mega Grup Tour Travel.

Abstract

Plant cultivation without soil media (hydroponics) is a method of planting using water-based planting media that is nutritious, thus having the advantage of maintaining cleanliness because it does not use soil media. Usually, soil serves as a provider of nutrients (nutrients) and support, but in hydroponics, the role of soil as a provider of nutrients is obtained from the AB mix nutrient solution and other planting media such as rockwool or cocopeat (coconut fiber processing) as support. Vegetable farmers often use this method to produce products with guaranteed quantity and quality, especially vegetables that are safe for consumption because they do not use pesticides. However, hydroponic farmers face the main problem of lack of access to buyers, so they have to sell their products at a low price to intermediaries or traders. Another problem is that many farmers do not have their own transportation vehicles, so they have to spend extra money to rent vehicles. To overcome these problems, a hydroponic application design is needed which aims to facilitate communication between farmers and buyers and enable farmers to sell their harvest at a more reasonable price without the interference of intermediaries or traders. This application is also equipped with a transporter feature whose cost will be charged to the buyer. This application is created using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method and tested using the Blackbox Testing method and a sample questionnaire of 5 users. The results of this research show that this hydroponic application can facilitate communication between farmers and buyers and help farmers sell their harvest at a reasonable price.

Abstract

Tujuan: tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem yang mampu mengelompokan data penduduk berdasarkan jenis zona dan mengetahui hasil target vaksinasi yang menjadi prioritas berdasarkan zona. Tujuan utama pemberian vaksin COVID-19 adalah membantu tubuh untuk mengembangkan kekebalan terhadap virus penyebab COVID-19 tanpa harus terserang penyakit terlebih dahulu. Metode: Dalam melakukan penelitian, agar penelitian tersebut dapat berjalan dengan lancar diperlukan tahapan-tahapan yang perlu dilalui oleh peniliti. Urutan tahapan yang dimaksud adalah studi literatur, analisis masalah, perancangan sistem, analisa dan pembahasan dan yang terakhir kesimpulan dan saran. Sistem informasi geografis merupakan sistem yang terdiri dari software dan hardware komputer, data spasial yang bergeoreferensi yang digunakan untuk memperoleh, menyimpan, mengolah dan menampilkan informasi. Dalam perhitungannya perangkat lunak yang rencananya akan dibangun oleh peneliti akan menggunakan algoritma K-means. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada sistem informasi geografis yang sudah dirancang pada penelitian ini dapat menampilkan jumlah data penduduk pada suatu daerah yang mendapatkan dampak dari COVID-19 terbanyak. Dengan begitu sistem ini sangat membantu petugas vaksinasi dalam menentukan prioritas daerah mana yang harus dilakukan kegiatan vaksinasi untuk mengurangi penyebaran virus tersebut. Kesimpulan: Temuan dari penelitian ini menyarankan pada sistem informasi geografis yang sudah dirancang pada penelitian ini dapat menampilkan jumlah data penduduk pada suatu daerah yang mendapatkan dampak dari covid-19 terbanyak

Abstract

Muhammadiyah memang sudah banyak menggunakan teknologi modern, termasuk media sosial, untuk melakukan komunikasi dan menyampaikan informasi dakwah, namun intensitas dan kapasitasnya masih terbilang rendah dibandingkan dengan komunitas yang harus dijangkau. Pemuda Muhammadiyah sebagai penerus gerakan Muhammadiyah tentu harus merumuskan dan segera mengeksekusi langkah-langkah konkrit dalam mendigitalisasi program dakwahnya. Platform digital http://dakwah.pwpmjatim.id adalah salah satu upaya Pemuda Muhammadiyah Jawa Timur bersama dengan Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dalam membangun ekosistem digital dakwah yang simpel dan mudah.  Fitur web disusun sebaran fasilitas layanan ibadah dan kanal media sosial masjid binaan Muhammadiyah Jawa Timur. Pin titik lokasi tunggal (berwarna biru putih merah), akan menunjukkan menu tautan media sosial instagram, facebook dan youtube sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan pengguna untuk lebih jauh menikmati layanan online masjid. Namun fitur ini masih terus dikembangkan karena mayoritas masjid belum memiliki kanal media sosial. Platform ini dibangun untuk membantu Muhammadiyah di Jawa Timur menampilkan peta lokasi, fasilitas, layanan dan kanal-kanal media sosial masjid dalam binaannya. Kedepan, platform ini dapat diintegrasikan dengan berbagai platform digital dalam binaan Muhammadiyah sehingga manfaatnya dapat lebih luas meliputi bidang pendidikan, sosial, budaya dan tentunya bidang dakwah Muhammadiyah. Platform ini juga direncanakan akan diperluas hingga dapat memetakan masjid binaan Muhammadiyah dalam skala nasional bahkan internasional.

Abstract

Errors often occur during the requirements elicitation stage, causing failure of the software development process as a whole, so that the built system cannot be used optimally; these data are obtained from survey data from several large companies involved in technology development. To overcome this problem, this study tries to apply the elicitation requirements using the KAOS method in the case study of the SMM reseller ordering system to obtain system requirements that are in accordance with the goals and objectives of each existing stakeholder. Based on the elicitation of system requirements, functional requirements are generated that include automatic orders, automatic payments, manage product sales, manage orders, manage payment methods, manage problem orders, manage customer data, manage company information, automatic email notifications, and sales statistics information. The results of this study are a table of functional requirements that have been declared valid and in accordance with the goals and requirements of each stakeholder after evaluating and validating the results for each stakeholder involved.
