Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) di KB/TK Cita Sakinah menghadapi beberapa tantangan, salah satunya adalah keterbatasan dalam pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif, serta belum adanya website sebagai media informasi bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada para guru dalam pemanfaatan media digital, khususnya Alat kakas desain, untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran dan materi visual pendukung kegiatan sekolah. Selain itu, tim pengabdi juga melakukan penggalian kebutuhan untuk pengembangan website company profile sebagai sarana komunikasi dan informasi kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan interaktif dengan praktik langsung serta diskusi kelompok untuk menggali kebutuhan website. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan menarik, serta dapat membuat materi promosi yang lebih efektif, hal ini juga dibuktikan dengan hasil pengukuran pemahaman penggunaan alat kakas desain meningkat sebesar 40% dari 60% menjadi 100%. Selain itu, dokumen kebutuhan untuk website telah berhasil disusun, sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan website yang akan meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi sekolah kepada orang tua dan masyarakat luas. Pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan memperkuat komunikasi antara sekolah dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Defects in the requirements specification can have severe consequences throughout the software development life cycle. Some of these can result in poor product quality due to incorrect or missing quality characteristics, such as the design of the user interface. The goal of this study is to detecting defect requirements in animation-based reading learning using perspective-based reading. But often the design is not in line with the specifications of the requirements of users and developers when developing this application. Therefore we use a user persona approach to find out what needs are needed in animation learning and Perspective Based Reading (PBR) for verification or validation effective from the development of this learning application user interface, from the results of this study a total of 1 defect was obtained for the UI development of animation-based reading learning, and from the user's perspective there were no defects, and it is hoped that from this research to improve develop learning applications that are more interactive and in accordance with the requirements of stakeholders.

Abstract

CV. Pustaka Grafika is a book printing company that serves both individual and educational institution orders. The company's supervision and production processes are currently conducted manually. This often results in unavoidable waiting times for each team. This research aims to enhance operational efficiency at CV. Pustaka Grafika by applying the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodology. The pre-existing business processes were analyzed for their efficiency through a throughput efficiency test. A recommended business process was then developed based on the previous process and subjected to a throughput efficiency test. This BPR research resulted in a throughput efficiency of 93.9%, compared to the previous 49.46%. The recommended business process demonstrated a 44.44% improvement over the initial process. By leveraging advancements in technology and information, a website can be utilized to support the digitalization and automation of the recommended business processes at CV. Pustaka Grafika. This study is limited to UI/UX design recommendations using Figma and a limited evaluation of the design's performance, excluding technical implementation or extensive user testing.

Abstract

The internship registration process at the Malang City Religious Court is still conducted manually, resulting in various administrative problems such as long processing times, risk of data input errors, and inefficient communication flows. These issues conflict with the principles of modern public service, which emphasize efficiency, transparency, and technology-based accessibility. This study aims to optimize the internship registration process by applying the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach, which involves fundamentally redesigning business processes to achieve significant improvements in performance. The approach is supported by ESIA (Eliminate, Simplify, Integrate, Automate), a technique focused on eliminating non-value-added activities, simplifying procedures, integrating fragmented processes, and implementing digital automation. This research employs a qualitative case study method involving field observations and in-depth interviews with administrative staff. The current workflow is modeled using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), and process performance is measured using throughput efficiency the ratio of value-added activity time to total process duration. The results reveal that the initial manual process, consisting of 38 activities with a total time of 209 minutes, was successfully transformed into a streamlined digital process with only 12 steps and a total duration of 168 seconds. Throughput efficiency increased significantly from 52.15% to 100%. In conclusion, the digitization of the internship registration process using BPR and ESIA has significantly enhanced administrative efficiency. This study contributes a replicable digital system model suitable for non-litigation public services in religious courts and enriches the BPR literature by introducing its application in public sector services rooted in religious legal institutions.

Abstract

This study applies Business Process Reengineering (BPR) combined with digital document management to improve the efficiency of public information dispute resolution at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Batu City, Indonesia. It identifies key inefficiencies in manual workflows, such as document sorting, verification, and archiving, which slow service delivery and reduce accuracy. By redesigning processes to eliminate non-value-adding steps and integrating automation via a web-based dashboard for real-time monitoring, the study achieves significant operational improvements. Using ASME-standard process mapping and throughput efficiency testing—a rigorous quantitative approach rarely employed in public sector BPR evaluations—the research measures process performance objectively. Results show throughput efficiency increased from 37.32% to 69.43%, with substantial reductions in processing time, enhanced document accessibility, and strengthened information security. Automated workflows reduce human error and improve traceability in dispute handling. The novelty of this study lies in its methodological integration of engineering standards with public administration reform and its practical application of digital BPR in a complex, bureaucratic Indonesian government context. This provides robust empirical evidence on how digital transformation synergized with BPR can enhance transparency, responsiveness, and service quality in public dispute management. The findings offer valuable insights for governmental institutions aiming to modernize administrative procedures, improve accountability, and align operational performance with citizen expectations in the digital era.

Abstract

Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) membutuhkan pendekatan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhannya. Pemantauan perkembangan ABK secara berkala menjadi hal penting, khususnya bagi wali murid untuk mengetahui kemajuan belajar anak. Namun, pencatatan perkembangan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, seperti yang terjadi di SDIT Insan Permata, mengakibatkan kendala dalam efisiensi dan aksesibilitas informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang purwarupa aplikasi laporan perkembangan ABK menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang terdiri dari lima tahapan: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) yang melibatkan lima orang responden dari wali murid. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar 75, yang menandakan bahwa aplikasi memiliki tingkat kegunaan yang baik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Design Thinking efektif dalam menggali kebutuhan pengguna dan menghasilkan rancangan aplikasi yang relevan. Hasil ini penting sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem digital yang dapat membantu sekolah dan orang tua dalam memantau perkembangan ABK secara lebih sistematis dan terintegrasi
