Abstract

Perkembangan dalam dunia teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi mampu memberikan efektifitas serta interaktifitas dalam keberlangsungan kehidupan manusia. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah media pembelajaran ‘Aku Bisa Membaca’ di TPQ Nurul Huda, sebagai salah suatu software yang mampu memberikan efektifitas serta interaktifitas santri paud dalam memahami huruf. Software ini mengikuti perkembangan dalam dunia teknologi pendidikan, santri dapat belajar kapan saja dan dimana saja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu, metode pendataan yang terdiri dari, studi kepustakaan, observasi dan metode pendekatan yang terdiri dari, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pemograman, uji coba dan implentasi. Abstract

Sistem pendidikan pada TPQ tidak seperti pada model sekolah formal dimana seluruh santri diwajibkan memulai dan menyelesaikan suatu modul belajar bersama-sama. Beberapa permasalahan yang mendasar yang di hadapi masing-masing mitra diantaranya aspek motivasi santri dan fasilitas pendukung pembelajaran dimana hampir seluruh santri di tempat mitra hanya melakukan pembelajaran ketika berada pada TPQ. Harapan mitra yang kami ajak kerjasama yaitu adanya model pembelajaran alternatif selain belajar penuh di TPQ yaitu sistem pembelajaran yang dapat diakses di mana kapan saja. Maka dari itu, salah satu luaran yang kami hasilkan dari pengabdian ini adalah aplikasi pembelajaran tilawati yang diambil dari ekstraksi buku tilawati berdasarkan dari rekaman salah satu ustadz TPQ Tilawati. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah memberikan pelatihan pembelajaran berupa aplikasi Tilawati sebagai sarana pembelajaran mandiri yang tidak memerlukan bimbingan secara langsung bagi santri. Hal ini dapat menghemat waktu para pengajar pada satu anak di kelas, yang juga memberikan kesiapan lebih bagi santri saat melakukan tes bacaan ke pengajar. Diharapkan dengan adanya model pembelajaran alternatif dapat mendorong semangat santri untuk belajar yang telah menurun akibat pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

The Mulyoagung Village Office is a community service office in Mulyoagung Village. One of the services offered at the Mulyoagung village office is a system for making ID cards at the village office using the SiPeduli Desa website, but after analyzing the percentage of throughput efficiency obtained is still 30.85%. There are several processes that require a long waiting time and also manual processing processes so that this condition is still less efficient. Therefore, changes in business processes need to be made to improve the old system that is currently running into a more optimal system. This significant change in business processes is called Business Process Reengineering. The concept of reengineering was born to solve the shortcomings of the old system or legacy system in a business process. Completion of a business process with Business Process Reengineering is done by eliminating processes that do not provide added value and changing manual processes into automated processes by utilizing information technology. The results of this study are business process designs that increase throughput efficiency from 30.85% in the previous process to 89.61% in processes that have been carried out by Business Process Reengineering. The application of Business Process Reengineering can help provide the design of a new business recommendation model that is obtained after an analysis of old business processes and analysis of redesign alternatives is carried out. Business Process Reengineering is also able to improve old processes both in terms of service and speed.

Abstract

This study proposed a prototype of personal knowledge management system on higher education. Personal knowledge management system is a method that used by person to manage his own knowledge. The knowledge will be classified and stored  in the databases system and retrieved when needed. This study is focused for the students who take courses during undergraduate program period. All academics activities will be recorded in the system and published as portfolio on the end of study as a complementary document along certificate and transcript. This prototype offers the students to manage their knowledge from their projects, prototypes, patents, researches, seminars and work experiences.

Abstract

Ngaji.AI is a mobile-based application that makes it possible to learn the recite very flexibly, wherever and whenever we can use it to learn the recite. This application is supported by artificial intelligence (AI) which provides direct and accurate assessments of how to recite Al-Quran verses properly and correctly and this application has been released on the Google Playstore platform and has been downloaded by more than 5 thousand. The Ngaji.AI application is faced with a crucial challenge, after direct observation of children and through the results of previous user input on Playstore, most of the input from users states that it needs to improve the User Interface (UI) design to make it easier to operate for children. The application of the Design Thinking method is an approach that prioritizes creativity and deep understanding of users and the problems they face and is indeed suitable for developing UI/UX of an application. Testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) in the first test before the redesign got an average score of 50.25 and after the redesign got a significant score of 83.75. This reflects a significant increase in the level of satisfaction and ease for children in learning to recite the recite on the Ngaji.AI application.

Abstract

The improvement of operational efficiency in the room rental industry has become a primary focus for stakeholders. This article introduces a study proposing the implementation of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in the room rental administration system in the city of Malang. The main objective of this research is to identify, analyze, and redesign existing business processes to enhance efficiency in room rental services and management. The methodology involves observation, business process analysis, and the application of BPR principles to adjust the administration system. This study highlights the need for innovation in information technology to support sustainable business process transformation. The results indicate that the implementation of BPR in the room rental administration system can lead to a significant improvement in operational efficiency, accelerating services by 65.397%, as evidenced by the Throughput Efficiency test. This is a notable increase from the previous 26.903% before BPR to 92.30% after BPR. The implications of these findings provide a foundation for further development in integrating the latest technology within the context of the room rental industry.

Abstract

As a healthcare institution, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang General Hospital is in need of improvement in operational efficiency, easy access to information, and good service to patients and prospective patients. The General Hospital of Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang still has an inefficient process for registering patients, as the registration machine provided by the hospital is limited and can only be used by patients who come to the hospital. This causes long queues when a large number of patients register. Another problem is that some of the information related to the reservation process is only available directly at the hospital, which causes potential patients to return on another day when the clinic or department they want to go to is not available. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is one of the solutions that can be done on the problems encountered in patient reservations at UMM Hospital. In conducting BPR, business processes can be eliminated or optimized to improve the efficiency of the process. This research conducts BPR using ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standards and throughput efficiency tests as a tool to measure the efficiency of new and old business processes. In this study, the throughput efficiency results of the initial business process in the patient reservation process of the General Hospital of Muhammadiyah University of Malang amounted to 49.09% and increased to 97.38% in the recommended business process after business process reengineering. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed to find out the problems that may occur in the results of the recommended business process. The final result of this research is a solution in the form of a mobile application interface design that has been adapted to the needs based on the recommended business process.

Abstract

Di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju, para wirausaha kini dapat lebih meningkatkan efektivitas pekerjaan mereka. Serta penyelarasan kinerja internal dalam usaha mereka dengan memakai sistem informasi monitoring penjualan untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap penjualan dari tiap outletnya. Salah Satu usaha di bidang Food and Beverages atau FnB yang mengembangkan sistem informasi baru yakni usaha FnB Dava Kebab. Sistem tersebut berjalan pada sebuah website dan memiliki kegunaan untuk membantu memonitoring penjualan dan barang masuk pada tiap outletnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sistem informasi monitoring dava kebab menggunakan white box testing dengan teknik basis path. Mempergunakan metode white box agar menentukan apakah input dan output memenuhi persyaratan yang diperlukan; sementara basis path testing, tidak mustahil jika perancangan test case untuk mengevaluasi kompleksitas logika dari prosedur rancangan serta memakai evaluasi ini sebagai acuan untuk menentukan kumpulan dasar jalur skenario eksekusi. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa fitur login memiliki empat jalur independen, sedangkan fitur pelaporan penjualan memiliki tiga jalur independen. Setiap jalur independen yang diuji menghasilkan skenario yang sesuai dengan harapan, di mana tidak didapatkan adanya kesalahan atau bug pada sistem. Oleh sebab itulah, mampu disimpulkan jika pengujian sistem informasi monitoring dava kebab menggunakan white box testing dengan teknik basis path telah memberikan hasil yang positif dan menunjukkan andalan sistem dalam memenuhi kebutuhan fungsionalnya. Hasil pengujian memiliki kelebihan dikarenakan pada pengujian ini tidak hanya berfokus pada input dan output dari sistem saja, melainkan juga pengujian bagaimana alur program yang ada pada sistem tetapi dalam pengujian juga memiliki kekurangan yakni tidak diujinya lebih jauh terkait penyimpanan sementara atau session yang ada pada sistem tersebut. Hasil pengujian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya kemudian hasil dari pengujian ini juga mampu dipergunakan sebagai acuan saat melakukan perbaikan

Abstract

Kendala utama pegawai BMKG Klimatologi Jawa Timur adalah ketergantungan pada server internal untuk pencocokan data prakiraan cuaca yang seringkali lambat dan overload, sehingga menghambat proses pencatatan manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi mobile Clima App guna mempermudah proses pencocokan data tanpa bergantung pada server internal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan lima tahapan metode Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Tahap pengujian melibatkan 5 orang pegawai sebagai responden dengan menggunakan platform Maze untuk mengukur metrik usability dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk persepsi pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe high-fidelity Clima App. Pengujian usability menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada semua tugas yang diberikan dan skor SUS rata-rata sebesar 83.5 yang masuk dalam kategori "Excellent". Meskipun demikian, teridentifikasi adanya misclick rate yang tinggi (hingga 21.4%) yang menandakan adanya masalah usability minor pada level antarmuka. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan Design Thinking berhasil menghasilkan prototipe tervalidasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan secara efektif menyelesaikan masalah inti ketergantungan server.

Abstract

The widespread development of the digital gaming industry in Indonesia began in 2000. The growth in interest in gaming has led to various objectives and encouraged research into several aspects and concepts of digital games. The aim of this research is to examine how significant the immersive differences are between paper-based game versions and applications/games among participants over 40 years old. The total average immersion obtained from the paper version is 4.43, while the application/game version is 5.85. For the average immersion per scale, the results of testing per scale show that the lowest average for the paper version is found in the Presence scale with 4.15, and the highest in Usability with 4.81. In the application/game version, the lowest average is found in the Focus Of Attention scale with a total of 5.55. The Usability scale scored 6.11, which is the highest result in the application/game version. The Interest scale is a category that has a significant difference between the paper and application/game versions with a margin of 1.6.
