Abstract

Daun kacapiring (Gardenia augusta, Merr) sering digunakan secara tradisional untuk pengobatan diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ekstrak etanol daun kacapiring dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah pada tikus putih jantan galur Wistar dan seberapa besar efek antihiperglikemiknya jika dibandingkan dengan obat antidiabetes glibenklamid. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji toleransi glukosa oral dengan pembebanan glukosa dosis 4,5 g/kgBB. Hewan uji yang digunakan tikus putih jantan galur Wistar umur 2-3 bulan, berat badan 180-250 gram, sebanyak 24 ekor yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 6 ekor tikus. Kelompok I sebagai kelompok kontrol negatif diberi CMC-Na 1%, kelompok II sebagai kelompok kontrol positif diberi glibenklamid dosis 1,35 mg/kgBB, kelompok III dan kelompok IV diberi ekstrak etanol daun kacapiring masing-masing dosis 500 mg/kgBB dan 250 mg/kgBB. Glibenklamid dan ekstrak diberikan secara peroral 60 menit sebelum pemberian glukosa. Pengambilan darah melalui sinus orbitalis secara keseluruhan dilakukan pada menit ke-(-90), (-60), 0, 30, 60, 120, 180, 240, dan 300. Kadar glukosa darah diukur dengan metode enzimatik dengan pereaksi GOD PAP (Glucose Oxidase Phenol 4-Aminoantipirin) yang menghasilkan larutan merah dan absorbansi dibaca dengan spektrofotometer UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang 500 nm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun kacapiring dosis 500 mg/kgBB dan 250 mg/kgBB dapat berefek menurunkan kadar glukosa darah. Ekstrak etanol daun kacapiring dosis 500 mg/kgBB dan 250 mg/kg dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah sebesar 58,97% dan 80,60% disbanding glibenklamid dosis 1,35 mg/kgBB yang dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah sebesar 73,93%.

Abstract

Kunyit putih banyak mengandung zat aktif yang dimanfaatkan sebagai obat tradisional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengisolasi dan menentukan jenis zat aktif dari ekstrak metanol rimpang Kunyit Putih (Curcuma mangga Val) fraksi etil asetat serta menentukan kadar zat aktifnya. Sebanyak 1000 g kunyit putih halus dimaserasi dengan pelarut metanol pada suhu kamar selama 24 jam, disaring dan diulangi sebanyak 7x. Ekstrak metanol tersebut dipekatkan kemudian difraksinasi menggunakan etil asetat. Ekstrak etil asetat kental yang didapat sebanyak 39,05 g dipisahkan dengan Kromatografi Kolom Gravitasi (KKG). Senyawa hasil isolasi menggunakan KKG sebanyak 0,035g. Berdasarkan kesamaan dalam spektra UV-Vis dan GC-MS maka diduga senyawa zat aktif yang ada dalam ekstrak metanol kunyit putih fraksi etil asetat adalah senyawa Labda-8(17),12-dien-15,16-dial dengan kadar sebanyak 0,00149%.

Abstract

Kacapiring leaf (Gardenia augusta Merr.) was often used in traditional drugs fortreatment diabetes mellitus. This research aim to know the antihiperglycemic effectethanolic extract of kacapiring leaf on white rats male strain of Wistar and how muchantihiperglycemic effect compared with glibenklamid. This study used oral glucosetolerance test method with loading glucose 4,5 g/kgW. Tested animal where 24 whitemale rats strain of Wistar age 2-3 months with weight 180-250 gram, devided into 4groups, each groups consist of 6 rats. Group I was as negative control group givenCMC-Na 1%, group II was as positive control group given glibenklamid dose 1,35mg/kgBB, group III and IV where given ethanolic extract of kacapiring leaf dose 500mg/kgBB and 250 mg/kgBB. Glibenklamid and exstract are given orally 60 minutesbefore glucose. Blood was taken from orbitalis sinus at minute (-90), (-60), 0, 30, 60,120, 180, 240, and 300. Blood glucose level was determined with GOD PAP enzymaticmethod, absorbance was observed using spectrophotometer at 500 nm. The result of thestudy was performed by giving ethanolic extract of kacapiring leaf dose 500 mg/kgWand 250 mg/kgW had antihiperglycemic effect. Ethanolic extract of kacapiring leaf dose500 mg/kgW and 250 mg/kgW could reduce blood glucoce level 58,97% and 80,60%compared with glibenklamid dose 1,35 mg/kgW could reduce blood glucoce level73,93%.

Abstract

Curcuma mangga contains a lot of variety of active compound which use as traditional medicines. This research aimed to isolated and determinated the active compound of methanol extract Curcuma mangga rhizomes of ethyl acetate fraction and its rendemen. Amount of 1000 g Curcuma mangga rhizomes was macerated with methanol solvent at room temperature for 24 hours. Remaceration was done seventh times. Methanol extract was fractionated with ethyl acetate. About 39,05 g of concentrated ethyl acetate fraction was then separated by Column Chromatography. According to the similarity of UV-Vis spectra and GC-MS, active compound in methanol extract Curcuma mangga rhizomes ethyl acetate fraction is predicted as Labda-8(17),12-dien-15,16-dial with rendemen amount of 0,00149 %.

Abstract

One of the successful factors of the curriculum 2013 implementation is the availability of appropriate and relevant teaching materials. Teaching materials can be textbooks, interactive videos , virtual labs, maket and so on. Unfortunately, there are still found many materials that are less in accordance with the curriculum of 2013. Therefore it should be developed a more appropriate teaching materials, one of them is a natural sciences module with reflective learning journal. The development of natural sciences modulewas done with research that aims to develop and analyze the effectiveness of natural sciences modulewith reflective learning journals. This research was an R&D research using development research procedure according to Thiagarajanthat known as 4D (define, design, develop and dessiminate). The data collection was done by test and non-test technique. Instrument that used in non test technique are interview guides, product validation sheet, students’ response sheet to the readability of science nature modul with reflective learning journal., meanwhile the instrumen that used in test technique is essay question with reporting-interpretative skills’s indicators. The results showed that the leligibility of the natural sciences module with reflective learning journal was categorized as approriate and effective to improve student’s reporting-interpretative skills.

Tetapi, .~.khir-akhir ini kebiasaan baiktersebut jarang dilakukan lagi.Kunyit mengandung kurkumin, demetoksikurkumin danbisdemetoksikurkumin. Kurkumin dan bisdemetoksikur-kuminterbukti mempllnyai aktivitas sebagai anti-inflamasi, yaitudengan menghambat oedema pada telapak jari kaki tikus yangdisuntik karagenin dan me.nghambat enzim siklooksigenase.?rostaglandin merllpakan senyawa yang dihasilkan dari asamarakidonat dengan adanya enzim siklooksigenase. Prostaglandinmerupakan salah satu penyebab timbulnya rasa nyeri padawaktu menstruasi. Senyawa yang dapat menghambat aktivitassiklooksigenase berar-ti dapat menghambat terbentuknyaprostaglandin yang berarti juga menghambat timbulnya rasanyeri. Deogan demikian, kebiasaan minum kunyit pada waktumenstruasi perlu diteruskan karena dapat untuk menghilangkanrasa nyed pada waktu menstruasi.

Abstract

Masa pandemi Covid-19 pada saat ini sangat bergantung pada Kemajuan teknologi. Pembelajaran secara online menyebabkan suatu masalah kecemasan, ketidaksetaraan antara anak-anak karena akses, beresiko kecanduan internet, tidak memiliki disiplin belajar yang diperlukan dalam pendidikan individu Sehingga pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil belajar dan respon siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan media padlet berbantuan phet simulation. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental desain dengan desain penelitian one group pretest and posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IX. Teknik analysis data menggunakan uji paired sample t test . Hasil uji normalitas pretest dan posttest di peroleh nilai hasil pretest sebesar 0,053 dan hasil postest 0,056. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data terdistribusi normal. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai siginifikansi 2 arah yaitu 0,000<0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar siswa antara tes pretest dan tes posttest setelah menggunkaan media padlet berbantuan phet simulation meningkat adapun respon siswa menyatakan baik terhadap penggunaaan media padlet berbantuan phet simulation ketika pembelajaran online. Jadi penggunaan media padlet berbantuan phet simulation cocok digunakan ketika proses pembelajaran online.

Abstract

The study summarized current studies on student motivation and satisfaction and identify research gaps for proposing studies for the next study. A total of 50 academic research papers on satisfaction and motivation during COVID-19 pandemic learning were published during pandemic era December 2019 to December 2020. There were 45,935 participants on the study with 357 elementary students, 478 middle-high students, 42,151 college students and 2,949 teachers. An important result of this study is a significant change in motivation and satisfaction. From the review, this paper updates a new database, with a wide range of student satisfaction and motivation through online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially to improve student satisfaction and motivation for a successful learning process. Suggests that it can be considered an effective learning method. This study is beneficial for education experts, lecturers, teachers, trainers, and technologists who are interested in assessment, learning, guidance, design, and online-based learning environments during a pandemic or after a pandemic to increase motivation and satisfaction in learning.

Abstract

The objectives  of this  research  are  to  identify  whether  the  bioactivecompound of methanol fraction  extracts of Sargasum sp can be used as anti hepatotoxic and to determine the dose of such compound in order that  it  may  be  used as anti hepatotoxic.  The population  used  in  this research was 2-month male white rats with almost similar weight. 39 rats were  taken for  the samples.  Treating  CCl4  injection carried   out  the bioactive compound activity test and the treatment of these compound extracts was observed by examining the liver cell damage microscopically and analyzing the GPT content. Examination was a/so conducted to the control rats (without CCI4  injection and bioactive compound treatment). From the result of the research it can be concluded that methanol fraction extract of Sargasum sp may be used as anti hepatotoxic. It wasfound  that the bioactive compound activity appeared at the dose of 500 mglkg of weight with 5 times treatments.
