Abstract

Tourist spots in Toyomarto Village, Singosari District, Malang Regency need to be introduced to tourists. One tourism promotion strategy can be implemented by providing directional signage and information boards for these tourist locations. The signage and information boards are designed with high artistic quality and highlight the local characteristics and unique features of the tourist spots. This community service initiative is carried out with three objectives: (1) to document tourist spots, including archaeological sites, natural attractions, and traditional craft villages, as part of landscape planning efforts to integrate information; (2) to design directional signage and informational texts with artistic flair and local characteristics of the tourist spots; (3) to create and install these directional and informational signs in strategic locations within the tourist spot areas. The installation of these directional signs and information boards is expected to support tourism promotion efforts in Toyomarto Village, Singosari District, Malang Regency. This community service activity was carried out in collaboration with the Malang Regency Tourism Office, the Malang Regency Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Office, the Toyomarto Village Government, the Tourism Working Group, and micro-industry stakeholders. The results of the community service initiative indicate that there are seven key locations required for Phase I, specifically in the Pentungan Sari Tourism Area. These signs are focused on the following spots: gate (1 signboard), hall (2 signboards), swimming pool (2 signboards), toilet (1 signboard), café (1 signboard), and therapeutic fish pond (1 signboard).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap strategi eksklusi dan inklusi pemberitaan Timnas Indonesia pada surat kabar Kompas.com serta untuk menganalisis implikasi strategi pemberitaan Timnas Indonesia di Kompas.com terhadap konstruksi identitas sepak bola nasional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa berita yang memuat informasi mengenai timnas Indonesia pada ajang Piala AFC 2024. Sumber datanya merupakan artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan oleh surat kabar daring Kompas.com terkait peristiwa tersebut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dengan cara simak catat. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis isi dengan menggunakan panduan analisis wacana kritis model Theo van Leeuwen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah ditemukan ciri strategi eksklusi meliputi (1) pasivasi, (2) nominalisasi. Adapun ciri strategi inklusi yang ditemukan meliputi: (1) diferensiasi-indeferensiasi, (2) objektivasi-abstraksi, (3) kategorisasi, (4) identifikasi, (5) individualisasi, (6) asosiasi. Dalam implikasinya, pemberitaan Timnas Indonesia di Kompas.com dapat memengaruhi persepsi publik tentang sepak bola nasional dalam beberapa cara yaitu melalui pengaruh terhadap citra timnas Indonesia, pengaruh terhadap harapan, perbedaan antara citra media dan realitas lapangan, respons dan persepsi pembaca, pengaruh terhadap dukungan dan keterlibatan.

Abstract

Pendidikan inovatif berkarakter sebagai pondasi kehidupan diperlukan pengembangan terhadap ilmu pengetahuan dengan isu-isu global. Tujuan kajian dengan model literartue review berupaya menjabarkan efektivitas pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter berbasis pembelajaran inovatif dengan metode Cooperative Learning and Project-Based Learning. Kolaborasi inovasi pembelajaran ini sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat didik dan dunia kerja dalam pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Model pembelajaran kooperatif (Coopertive Learning) merupakan suatu inovasi model pengembangan yang terpadukan serta mengimplementasikan model-model pembelajaran sesuai kurikulum 2013, KKNI, dan KPT. Pembelajaran yang mendorong pembelajar aktif-kreatif, bersadar diri, tanpa harus bergantung kepada pendidik, memperkuat rasa percaya diri, berpola pikir mandiri, serta mampu mendapatkan informasi-informasi pengetahuan multisumber.

Abstract

Sustainable economic development is a process that balances the recovery of economic growth by considering the environmental and social impacts of society in improving the economy. It is one of the practical tools for strategic adaptation to achieve economic and environmental sustainability. This encourages entrepreneurs to create businesses that use skills and initiative to meet needs and bring new ideas. Understanding these opportunities has brought the resulting products to the attention of the market. To support this, a strategy that can be implemented is digital marketing. This is important for business continuity and reaching the community or even getting customers. This research aims to determine and analyze entrepreneurship and digital marketing towards sustainable economic development. Quantitative methods are used, especially questionnaires. The results of a sample of 30 respondents show that entrepreneurship has no effect on sustainable economic development, but is positive and not significant. Meanwhile, digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the planning and organization of soft skills-based superior school programs at SMAN 1 Sidoarjo. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research include principals, teachers, education staff, students, and all those involved in the program. The research instruments are interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings data were analyzed and presented in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results showed that the implementation of a superior school based on soft skills at SMAN 1 Sidoarjo required careful planning and good organization. Planning activities start from equalizing a common determination in running the program, adjusting the program to the school's vision and mission, involving all stakeholders, identifying potentials, identifying soft skills values that will be developed, and socializing to all school members. Meanwhile, organizing activities begin with structuring the main tasks and functions, division of work responsibilities, setting priorities for school readiness, supporting funding sources, financial transparency, and providing facilities and infrastructure that can support the program. The conclusion is that planning and organizing superior schools based on soft skills is absolutely necessary to ensure the implementation of the program. Keywords: Planning, organizing, superior school, soft skills.  Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan dan pengorganisasian program sekolah unggul berbasis soft skills di SMAN 1 Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, siswa, dan semua yang terlibat dalam program. Instrumen penelitian ini ialah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data temuan dianalisis dan dipaparkan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sekolah unggul berbasis soft skills SMAN 1 Sidoarjo diperlukan perencanaan yang matang dan pengorganisasian yang baik. Kegiatan perencanaan dimulai dari menyamakan tekad bersama dalam menjalankan program, menyesuaikan program dengan visi dan misi sekolah, melibatkan seluruh  stakeholder, identifikasi potensi, identifikasi nilai-nilai soft skills yang akan dikembangkan, dan sosialisasi kepada seluruh warga sekolah. Sedangkan kegiatan pengorganisasian diawali dari penataan tupoksi (tugas pokok dan fungsi), pembagian tanggung-jawab kerja, penetapan prioritas kesiapan sekolah, dukungan sumber dana, keterbukaan finansial, dan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang mampu mendukung program. Kesimpulannya adalah perencanaan dan pengorganisasian sekolah unggul berbasis soft skills mutlak diperlukan untuk menjamin terlaksanannya implementasi program.  Kata Kunci: Perencanaan, pengorganisasian, sekolah unggul, soft skills.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program (Makan Bergizi Gratis/MBG) is a strategic government policy aimed at improving community nutritional quality, reducing stunting rates, and expanding access to healthy food for vulnerable groups. As a part of public services, the program must be implemented based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and legal certainty as mandated by the 1945 Constitution, the Food Law, Consumer Protection Law, Public Service Law, and State Finance Law. This study employs a normative juridical method using statutory, conceptual, and analytical approaches to examine the legal framework, potential criminal liabilities, and normative proposals to strengthen the accountability of the MBG program. The findings indicate that, although the MBG program has a strong normative legal foundation, the absence of comprehensive technical regulations still poses risks of overlapping authorities, inconsistent standards, and weak oversight. Furthermore, deviations in program implementation may lead to criminal liabilities, particularly regarding violations of food safety, consumer rights, corruption in procurement processes, abuse of authority, and breaches of public health standards. Therefore, the formulation of specific regulations, enhanced budget transparency, strengthened minimum service standards, and optimized supervisory mechanisms are essential to ensure that the MBG program is implemented safely, effectively, and accountably.

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve students’ ability to appreciate poetry through the use of the Inductive Model. This study applied a modified Research and Development method, and the results were analyzed descriptively. The results reveal that the use of the Inductive Model is able to improve students’ ability in appreciating poetry by implementing eight instructional steps. The numerical improvement can be seen in the students’ average scores in each treatment. In the first treatment, the students’ average score was 60.9; in the second treatment, it increased to 62.4; and in the third treatment, it reached 65.3. Based on the criteria of success, the students’ average scores show a consistent increase from the first to the third treatment, progressing from a fair level to a very good level. Specifically, the first treatment shows an increase from a fair level to an excellent level, the second treatment shows an increase from a good level to a very good level, and the third treatment shows an increase from a very good level to an excellent level.
