Abstract

ABSTRACT            This research was conducted in April 2017 located in Ombilin Singkarak Mareket, Rambatan District, Tanah datar Regency, West Sumatera Province. This study is appropriate for request of Bilih fish and to know the factors – factors that affect the demand of fish Bilih in Ombilin Market. The method used in this study is a survey method, where the determination of respondents to traders and consumers using the method of accidental sampling.            The result of the research shows that the demand of Bilih fish when the Bilih fish production is decreasing and the demand is increasing so the Bilih fish price is increasing due to the decreasing production. With the transition state of fish consumers. Factors – factors that effect demand Bilih fish in Ombilin Singkarak market that is equal to 99,6 %. Of 99,6 % factors that greatly affect the demand of Bilih fish in Ombilin Singkarak Market is the variable price of income (X4) of 0,000 namely Turiak fish (X3) of 0.142, Selera (D1) of 0.431 and time (D2) of 0.204 The effectiveness of Bilih fish demand in Ombilin Market is 99,6 % while the remaining 0,4 % ( 100% - 0,6%) not owned by the linear regression model.Keywords :Factors Affecting Consumer Demand, Bilih Fish, Ombilin Market

Abstract

The research about the business analysis of catfish (Clarias sp) enlargement on fish pond was conducted on January, 2016 in Sub-District of Minas, District of Siak, Riau Province. This study aims to (1) analyzed the business enlargement of fish pond of catfish and (2) the feasibility business of enlargement of fish pond of catfish. The method used is a survey method that includes observation, interviews and documentation.Based on the results of research (1) the average production costs incurred in enlargement business of catfish with an area of 72-220 m2 of Rp 5.687.750, - / harvest up to Rp 16.788.250, - / harvest with total receipts received by Rp 15.912 million, - / harvest up to Rp 36.21 million, - / harvest and great benefits received Rp 8.7 million,-/ harvest up to Rp 21 million, - / harvest and (2) enlargement business of fish pond of catfish in Minas feasible with RCR value> 1, the FRR values> 6.02% and the value of PPC is between 1,94 to 4,67 per period or ± 6 to 14 month. Abstract

This research was carried out on 21 March to 02 April 2016 in The BintanTimur Districts of Bintan Regency of Riau Islands Province. The methods used inthis research is a survey method. Research results show that in district of BintanTimur there are two types of businesses Fishing Traps that is sharing resultssystem and its own proprietary system. Investment on Fishing Traps systems forgreater results than ownership system of its own. Revenue sharing system fishingtraps larger than reefs bubu business ownership system of its own, for an averagerevenues – fishing traps by sharing results systems is IDR41,151,000 and themedian income for clean business personal property system fishing traps isamounting to IDR5.865.000. In order for the results system fishing traps netincome greater effort but the percentage of smaller divisions. In the businesspersonal property system fishing traps net income of smaller businesses but alarger percentage of the Division.For sustainability efforts fishing traps seen from natural resources andpotential revenues exist, can be said to be business activities can continue itsactivities fishing traps. Abstract

                                         ABSTRACT                This research is about consumer preference to Salai Fish in the city of Pekanbaru Riau Province has been done in February 2018. The purpose of this research was knew consumer preference to Salai Fish purchased by consumer in Pekanbaru City.The research method be used Survey Method by conducting observations directly to the field. The sampling technique be used Accidental technique that has been done in proportion with the number of respondents as many as 60 consumers.               The result of research indicate that attribute that influence to consumer preference of Salai Fish  attribute of price, taste, texture, quality and size of fish / tail (kg). Price with a score of 104, taste with a score 152, texture with a score 161, quality with a score 166 and size of fish / tail (kg) with score 183. Consumer preferences for the Salai Fish fall on the price attribute, because the scores on the low price attribute and the lowest score were the consumer preference.  Keywords: Preferences, Consumers, Salai Fish, Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT Fish seed are the main production input for fish cultivation business. This research aimed to find out the trends in the development offish seed demand Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) having a size of 3-5 cm and to find out the factors affecting the demand of fish seed themselves (Oreochromis niloticus). The research was conducted in February until March 2019 at UPT Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) in Koto Baru Sub-District, Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatera Province. The method used was the survey method. The population in this study were that consumers made a demand for fish seed having been provided by UPT Balai Benih Ikan (BBI). Sampling conducted was by accidental sampling. The number of respondents was 35 individu. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was SPSS 20.0 with the linear multiple regression statistical analysis. The results of this study showed that the trend of the development of demand for  Tilapia fish seed (Oreochromis niloticus) having a measure 3-5 cm in 5 periods (2019-2023) was getting a decrease in demand. The demand conditions were influenced by the fish seed price factor (X1), transportation costs (X2) and fish seed size (X3). The coefficient of determination (r2) showed the effect of independent variables simultaneously at 40.2%. Consecutively the factors greatly affecting the demand were transportation costs (X2) of 0.001, seed prices (X1) of 0.002, and fish seed size (X3) of 0.003. Keywords: Fish seed, Development, Demand, and Dharmasraya.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on February 2020 which took place in Kalangan Village, Pandan Sub-District, Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra Province.. The aim of this research was calculating the amount of fishermen household income obtained from fishing and alternative businesses and calculating the contribution of alternative businesses and analyzing the influence of the socio-economic characteristics of fishermen in Kalangan Village on the contribution of fishermen household alternative businesses..This study used a survey method, namely direct observation of objects in the field and data collection and the sampling method was random sample samplingFrom the results of the research conducted, the total household income in fisheries was IDR 3,002,200 while the total household income outside fisheries is IDR 1,757,633, The contribution that was contributed from non-fishery business was, 37% while from fishery business was 63% and it shows that the factors (variables) that influence the contribution of fishermen household are age and working hours, while education, experience work, the number of dependents has no influence on the contribution of fishermen household income.Keywords: Contribution, Alternative Income, Fishermen

Abstract

This research was conducted at Marjoly Beach and Resort, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. This study aims to describe the accommodation and entertainment as well as the socio-economic characteristics of visitors to Marjoly Beach and Resort, to analyze the factors that influence tourist visits to Marjoly Beach and Resort, to analyze the amount of economic value obtained by Marjoly Beach and Resort by accidental sampling with a total of 30 respondents. . The data needed in this research include primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression and from consumer surplus using the travel cost method. Respondents are determined using the travel cost method approach by estimating the economic value seen from the consumer surplus. The results showed that the total travel costs incurred by all visitors as respondents were around Rp. 38,035,000. Factors that influence tourist visits to Marjoly Beach and Resort are travel costs, income and age. The consumer surplus value obtained from the travel cost method is Rp. 50,276,669.60/ person per year or Rp. 17,955,953.4/ person per visit, then the total economic value obtained from assuming a surplus of tourism consumers in Marjoly Beach and Resort is Rp. 2,295,129,967.25.

Abstract

This research was conducted in November 2019 in Padang Mutung Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research aimed to analyze total investment, receipts, profit, and the feasibility of an enlargement business of Catfish in Padang Mutung Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The method used is a survey method, determining the respondents using the census method. The results showed the average investment on a small scale is IDR. 210,793,000, on a medium scale is IDR. 270,026,250, on a large scale is IDR. 772,559,000. The average receipts on a small scale is IDR. 213,000,000 with the profit is IDR. 46,820,925, on a medium scale is IDR. 270,000,000 with the profit is IDR. 62,248,187, on a large scale is IDR. 892,500,000 with the profit is IDR. 139,979,375. This catfish enlargement business is feasible to be continued, based on RCR>1, FRR>bank interest rates and PPC value ranging from 3.78 to 6.78.

Abstract

This research was conducted on June 2009, located in Estuary Kampar Rivers, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. It was aimed to understand study andanalyze the characteristics of the sediment and the possible applicability in the Kampar River Estuary. Results of laboratory analysis of sediment samples obtainedgrain size distribution of five types of sediment texture, namely: sand, sand silt,sandy silt, silt, and sandy mud. Heavy mineral analysis of heavy minerals obtained 9,3 light mineral, and clay minerals. Heavy minerals obtained in the form of magnetite,kasiterit, zircon, tourmalin, pyrite, amfibole, ilmenite markasit, and pyroxene,whereas for minor minerals, namely quartz, muscovite, and biotite. Chemicalanalysis of sediment samples obtained rare earth elements, such as tantalum, ytrium,zirconium, and content kasiterit associated with other minerals.Key words : Sediment, Sand, Bono

Abstract

This research was conducted on March 6 – April 23, 2020 at the Sangkumpal Bonang Market, Padangsidimpuan City, North Sumatra Province. This study aims to determine the number of cobs perchased by household consumers (kg/month) and to analyze the factors that influence the demand for cobs in Sangkumpal Bonang Market, Padangsidimpuan City. The method used is a survey metheod. The technique of determining respondents using purposive sampling with a number of respondents 60 people. The results showed that the total tuna fish purchased by household consumers was 8 kg or with a percentage of 42% as many as 28 respondents, so that the average tuna consumption in 1-30 days was 0.3 kg and the factors that influence for tuna are the variable tuna price, the variable number of family members and income, while the variables that do not affect the tuna demand are the chicken substitution price in the Sangkumpal Bonang Market, Padangsidimpuan City.
