Abstract

The quality of the planting media affects the quality of oil palm plant growth because in the mini tan media there are important nutrients that support plant growth. One of the planting media that contains good nutrients for oil palm seedlings is rice husk charcoal with top soil soil. This planting medium is an effective alternative at a low price and easy for smallholder oil palm farmers to use in plantation areas for oil palm seedlings. The low literacy of smallholder oil palm farmers in the plantation area makes these service partners not aware of several alternatives in cultivation due to the low level of access to information about cultivation with various alternatives provided by nature. This service activity aims to provide education and increase partner literacy in the use of rice husk and top soil planting media as planting media for easy and inexpensive oil palm seedlings to support plant quality. Partners are very happy and give a positive response with active discussions in the entire empowerment process from introduction, education to assistance in trials of making the planting media

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between parents interaction and student self-regulated learning in MAS Babusslam  of South Tapanuli District. This research is a quantitative research with a population of 295 students of MAS Babusslam  of South Tapanuli District. By using the total sampling technique obtained a sample of 170 people. Data collection techniques used three scales, consisting of a scale of parents interaction, peer interaction, moral development. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed a significant positive correlation with parents interaction with self-regulated learning r_xy = 0.513 with p = 0.000, coefficient r^2= 0.263. This shows that self-regulated learning is shaped by parents interaction with a contribution of 26.3%. There is a significant positive correlation between peer interaction and moral development, where the coefficient of r_xy = 0.521 with p = 0.000, r^2 = 0.271. This shows that self-regulated learning is formed by peer interaction with a contribution of 27.1%. In addition, based on the results of data analysis, there was a significant relationship between parents interaction and peer interaction with self-regulated learning, where the coefficient of r_xy = 0.724 with p = 0.000 means p <0.050. The determinant coefficient (r^2) of the relationship between parents interaction, peer interaction and the dependent variable of self-regulated learning is r^2 = 0.524. This shows that self-regulated learning is formed by parents interaction and peer interaction with a contribution of 52.4%.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the relationship between religiosity and peer interaction with the moral High School Students Tarbiyah Islamiah Hamparan Perak. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis analysis techniques. The population of this research is 140 students. The sampling technique used is purpsosive sampling, by taking a sample of 5% of the population so that the sample is 110 students and 30 students are experimental. This study uses three scales, namely the scale of religiosity, the scale of peer interaction and the scale of moral development. This study concludes (1) The existence of a positive and significant correlation between religiosity and moral development with (rx1y) of 0.541 means that it shows that religiosity contributes to moral development by 54.1%. (2) The existence of a positive and significant relationship between peer interaction and moral development with (rx1y) of 0.533 means that it shows a contribution to moral development of 54.1%. (3) There is a positive relationship between religiosity and peer interaction on moral development with a linear estimation regression equation model Y=77.762+0.216X1+0.340X2, which means that when these two variables are combined, they both contribute and significantly influence moral development

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between parental support and self-concept on self-confidence. The research method is quantitative descriptive correlative type. The research population is the XII grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Habinsaran. The sampling technique used is the Proportional Random Sampling technique with the number of selected samples as many as 57 people. The results obtained indicate that (1) there is a significant relationship between parental support and student self-confidence as indicated by the coefficient rx1y = 0.352 and p = 0.001, namely p < 0.05; (2) there is a significant relationship between students' self-concept and students' self-confidence, which is indicated by the coefficient rx2y = 0.177 and p = 0.008, namely p<0.05; (3) there is a significant relationship between parental support and students' self-concept with students' self-confidence as indicated by the coefficient F = 4.311 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.371 while R2 = 0.138 with p < 0.05 and Std. Error of the Estimate 12.25409 so that the conclusion produces a significant positive relationship between the three variables analyzed).

Abstract

This article aims to examine the relationship between religiosity and parental interaction with the moral development of students at State Senior High School 20 Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach with the analysis technique of Multiple Regression Analysis. Obtaining sampling using random sampling obtained a sample of 186 people. Data collection techniques used three scales, namely the scale of religiosity, parental interaction, and moral development. This study concludes that (1) there is a significant positive correlation between religiosity and moral development where r_xy= 0.590 with p = 0.000, the coefficient r^2=0.348, which means that religiosity contributes 34.8% to form moral development. (2) there is a significant positive correlation between parental interaction and moral development where r_xy = 0.731 with p = 0.000 means p < 0.050, the coefficient of determinant (r^2) r^2 = 0.535 which means parent interaction contributes 53.5% to form moral development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of the Internet as a learning medium for Islamic Religious Education at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. The research is descriptive qualitative research using data collection instruments in the form of observation, interview, and documentation. The informants in this study were three Islamic Education teachers, the principal, vice principal, and students in grades X, XI, and XII. Data analysis is done by data reduction, then presenting and finally drawing conclusions from the data that has been obtained. The results showed that the utilization of the internet as a learning medium for Islamic religious education at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang has been going well, this is evidenced by: a). the internet helps facilitate access to Islamic Religious Education subjects, b). The availability of the Internet as a learning resource for Islamic religious education, c). The accuracy of the internet function as a learning resource, and d). The use of the internet can help learning achievement. The supporting factors for the use of the Internet as a learning medium for Islamic Religious Education at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang are: a). Teachers master information technology/computer science, b). Students master the operation of computers, schools provide computer facilities, and also subscribe to internet service providers at PT Telkom, and also provide internet hotspots that can be accessed in classrooms. While the inhibiting factors of using the internet as a learning media for Islamic Religious Education at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang are: a). Computer damage due to virus attacks, b). Internet network links and slow internet access because too many people use it simultaneously.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengumpulkan informasi mengenai hubungan antara matematika dan   filsafat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan studi literatur (library research). Dalam artikel ini ditemukan bahwa matematika dan filsafat mempunyai hubungan yang erat sejak awal, matematika dan filsafat membahas pada akal dan rasional, keduanya dari awal saling mempengaruhi dan mendorong saling berkembang. Matematika dan filsafat ilmu sama–sama membahas mengenai pengetahuan yang didasarkan pada akal dan rasional. Matematika dan filsafat sebagai pengetahuan berjalan bersama baik di awal kelahirannya maupun dalam perkembangan keduanya, meskipun terkadang keduanya tampak lebih baik dari satu sama lain dalam aspek tertentu. Hubungan matematika dengan filsafat ilmu merupakan hubungan yang saling berkesinambungan satu sama lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between discipline and responsibility with student learning independence at An-Nizam Private High School Medan. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 140 students at An-Nizam Private High School Medan. Data collection techniques use three scales, including the scale of discipline, scale of responsibility, scale of learning independence. The results of the study show the first hypothesis that there is a positive correlation between discipline and student learning independence. The second hypothesis is known that there is a positive relationship between responsibility and learning independence seen and the third hypothesis there is a significant relationship between discipline and responsibility and learning independence. It is known from the coefficient Freg = 166.326 with p <0.05, and the correlation coefficient r = 0.880 with p <0.05 and R^2 = 0.774, it is concluded that discipline and responsibility simultaneously affect student learning independence, the contribution of both in raises student learning independence is equal to 77.4%. Based on the research results the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Artikel penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperlihatkan gambaran hasil temuan riset tentang pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap pembentukan karakter anak pada Pesantren Tahfidz Quran Lailatul Qadar. Analisis yang di gunakan pada penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini ialah model sparedley dengan analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, analisis komponen, dan analisis tema yang mengutip data lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Karakter baik yang terbentuk melalui nilai karakter budaya ajwa ialah bijaksana, lembut hati, sabar, keselamatan, kebahagiaan, kesejahteraan, tidak mudah menyesal, mampu mengambil keputusan dengan baik, tidak merasa paling pintar, tidak berbuat curang, kejujuran, keikhlasan, waspada dan sitiqamah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap keseharian anak dalam bertingkah laku merupakan hasil pembentukan karakter yang di berikan oleh orang tua melalui pola asuh. Pola asuh yang di terapkan oleh responden dari latar belakang yang berbeda memberi gambaran bahwa ada yang menginginkan anaknya menjadi orang yang bijaksana dan sabar, menjadi anak yang lembut, waspada, Istiqamah, ada orang tua yang menginginkan anaknya mejadi jujur dalam berkata dan bertindak, ada yang menerapkan pola asuh demokratis, serta ada yang mendidik anak sesuai dengan gendernya.

Abstract

Abstract: Empathy is the ability to understand the problems and feelings of others, to think from other people's points of view, and to be able to appreciate the differences in the feelings of others in response to various problems. The focus of this research lies in how the efforts to instill the values of empathy carried out by the Private Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah-12 Punggulan of Asahan Regency in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods with field studies and literature studies. The results showed that the inculcation of the value of empathy in students was carried out in a motivational and planned way. The efforts made to instill the values of empathy include: First, the cultivation of the value of compassion for the meaning of life; Second, Friday blessings and the spirit of sharing; Third, be wise in using social media; Fourth, economic mapping of students' families as a form of madrasah empathy. The steps taken to make it happen are: First, the role model of the madrasa principal and teachers; Second, always provide motivation to students; Third, supervise students in using social media; Fourth, encourage students to carry out useful activities while studying at home, especially through the midnight prayer program at home only.Abstrak: Empati merupakan suatu kemampuan dalam memahami masalah dan perasaan orang lain, berpikir dengan menggunakan sudut pandang orang lain, serta mampu menghargai perbedaan perasaan orang lain dalam menanggapi  berbagai masalah. Fokus penelitian ini terletak pada bagaimana upaya penanaman nilai-nilai empati yang dilakukan Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Muhammadiyah-12 Punggulan Kabupaten Asahan di tengah kondisi pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai empati pada siswa dilakukan cara memotivasi dan juga terencana. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai empati tersebut antara lain: Pertama, penanaman nilai welas-asih untuk kebermaknaan hidup; Kedua, jum’at berkah dan semangat berbagi; Ketiga, bijak dalam penggunaan media sosial; Keempat, pemetaan ekonomi keluarga siswa sebagai wujud empati madrasah. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan untuk mewujudkannya adalah: Pertama, keteladanan dari kepala madrasah dan para guru; Kedua, senantiasa memberikan motivasi kepada siswa; Ketiga, melakukan pengawasan terhadap siswa dalam menggunakan media sosial; Keempat, mendorong siswa untuk melakukan aktifitas yang bermanfaat selama belajar di rumah khususnya melalui program sholat tahajjud di rumah saja.
