Abstract

The research was developed to produce interactive PBL-based learning video media for the science subject aimed at increasing the learning motivation of fourth-grade elementary school students. The main problem is the low learning motivation of students and the suboptimal use of innovative learning media. The development was carried out using the ADDIE model. The research subjects included media experts, material experts, teachers, and fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Penarukan. The assessment results showed that the media had a very high level of feasibility, with validation of 98% from media experts and 96% from material experts. In terms of practicality, the media also received very good responses, namely 97% from teachers and 98% from students. In addition, the results of the effectiveness test showed a significant increase in learning motivation with a Sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on these findings, the developed media can be declared feasible, practical, and effective for use in the learning process. Penelitian dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan media video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis PBL pada mata pelajaran IPAS yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Permasalahan utama yang adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian meliputi ahli media, ahli materi, guru, serta siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Penarukan. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa media memiliki tingkat kelayakan yang sangat tinggi, dengan validasi sebesar 98% dari ahli media dan 96% dari ahli materi. Dari sisi kepraktisan, media juga memperoleh respon sangat baik, yaitu 97% dari guru dan 98% dari siswa. Selain itu, hasil uji efektivitas memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar yang signifikan dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, media yang dikembangkan dapat dinyatakan layak, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to examine how a Tri Hita Karana-based Morning Assembly program functions as a holistic character education practice in early childhood education. Methodology: A qualitative case study was conducted in an early childhood education institution in Bali, implementing a Tri Hita Karana-based Morning Assembly program. Participants were selected using purposive sampling and included teachers directly involved in Morning Assembly, along with the school principal as a supporting informant. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, participant observation, document analysis, and reflective field notes. Data were analyzed using reflexive thematic analysis to identify patterns across implementation structure, teacher mediation, internalization processes, and ecosystem reinforcement. Main Findings: The findings reveal that Morning Assembly operates through a structured three-phase sequence—pre-activity, core activity, and closing reflection—systematically embedding spiritual, social, and ecological values into daily routines. Teachers play a central mediating role by embodying and interpreting Tri Hita Karana values in relational practice. Character internalization occurs through repeated exposure, emotional engagement, reflective facilitation, and consistent reinforcement within a culturally coherent ecosystem. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study proposes a Holistic Character Education Model grounded in Tri Hita Karana, demonstrating how local philosophical wisdom can be operationalized into a structured pedagogical system in early childhood education. Unlike character education approaches that emphasize discrete moral instruction, the model conceptualizes character formation as a cyclical, ecosystem-based process that integrates spirituality, social harmony, and ecological responsibility into daily lived experience.

Abstract

Guru masih kesulitan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran daring dengan optimal.  Selain itu teman lainnya juga menyatakan bahwa masih banyak siswa yang kurang tertarik dan kurang termotivasi dalam belajar daring. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengembangkan LKPD elektronik Flip Book berbasis Pendekatan saintifik tema 7 Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian yaitu 2 ahli materi, 1 ahli media pembelajaran, dan 1 ahli desain pembelajaran.  Subjek uji coba yaitu 1 orang guru wali kelas dan 3 siswa (uji perorangan), dan 9 siswa (kelompok kecil) kelas IV.  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitan pengembangan ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi kualitatif, dan tes. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu pedoman wawancara, rating scale, dan tes. Teknik menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu validitas isi materi memperoleh skor sebesar 0,93 (tinggi), ahli desain pembelajaran 93% (sangat baik), ahli media pembelajaran 91% (sangat baik). Hasil uji kelompok kecil yaitu 98, 6 (sangat baik) dan uji kelompok kecil yaitu 97,5% (sangat baik). Hasil analisis data, nilai signifikansi 2 arah (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga terdapat perbedaan skor yang berarti antara kelompok kelas pre-test dan pos-test. Maka terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yang signifikan siswa kelas IV SD setelah belajar  menggunakan bahan ajar E-LKPD flip book berbasis pendekatan saintifik. E-LKPD flip book berbasis pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar muatan IPA pada siswa SD.

Abstract

Banyak sekali kekurangan yang terjadi ketika kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Kendala dalam pembelajaran seperti kegiatan pembelajaran hanya terbatas menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp Group dan Google Meet yang membuat siswa bosan dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan E-book berbasis PBL pada materi bangun ruang muatan matematika kelas IV sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yaitu pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE.  Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 1 ahli media pembelajaran, 1 ahli desain pembelajaran, dan 1 ahli materi. Subjek uji coba yaitu 1 guru dan siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Metode yang digunakan mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, pencatatan dokumen, dan tes. Instrument yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, deskriptif kuanlitatitif, statistik deskriptif dan, statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian yaitu penilaian dari ahli isi pembelajaran yaitu 93,75 (sangat baik), ahli desain pembelajaran yaitu 98,21% (sangat baik), ahli media pembelajaran yaitu 92,31% (sangat baik). Hasil uji perorangan dari siswa yaitu 98,3% (sangat baik). Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil 99,4% (sangat baik). Hasil uji coba lapangan mendapatkan persentase 97,5% (sangat baik). Hasil uji efektifitas yaitu pengujian efektifitas direksional bernilai 1,729 sehingga didapat thitung > ttabel. Disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan e-book berbasis PBL materi bangun ruang muatan matematika efektif diterapkan pada pembelajaran matematika di kelas VI sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The decline in the Pancasila character values of elementary school students and the less optimal use of local Indonesian culture in learning activities. This study aims to produce application learning media based on local culture to strengthen the character profile of Pancasila students in fourth-grade elementary school students. This development research uses the ADDIE development model. The subjects in this study were two subject matter experts, two learning design experts, two learning media experts, a practitioner, and students divided into three individual test persons and nine small group test persons. Data collection techniques are descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the application learning media developed was declared valid based on the expert review of the subject matter score of 98.33%, the learning design expert's 98.75%, and the expert review of the learning media 95%. As for the level of practicality of the media based on the results of practitioners' responses of 99% (very practical category), student responses in the individual test obtained a score of 100% (very practical category). The results of student responses in the small group test obtained a score of 98.33% (the category very practical). It was concluded that local culture-based application learning media is feasible and practical for the learning process.

Abstract

Third-grade elementary school students often struggle to comprehend the concept of complete metamorphosis, which can trigger cognitive dissonance and hinder the development of complex thinking skills. This study aims to develop an Assemblr Edu-based augmented reality learning media within a metacognitive learning framework to reduce cognitive dissonance and enhance students' complex thinking abilities. The development process follows the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The applied metacognitive strategies encompass planning, monitoring, and evaluating. Data collection methods include questionnaires, essay tests, and interviews with homeroom teachers. Media validity was assessed by four media experts and four subject matter experts, while practicality was evaluated based on responses from 24 third-grade students. The effectiveness of the media was examined using a one-group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 24 students. The data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results indicate that Assemblr Edu demonstrates high validity, with scores of 0.94 from media experts and 0.93 from subject matter experts. The practicality assessment yielded a score of 92.88%, categorizing the media as highly effective and practical. Effectiveness testing revealed a significant impact in reducing cognitive dissonance and improving students' complex thinking skills. Thus, this media is effective as a learning aid in metacognitive instruction at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Learning media plays an important role in enhancing students’ motivation and interest in learning, which can directly impact their understanding. However, many teachers still neglect the use of learning media in English subjects. This often leads to difficulties in English pronunciation and comprehension among students. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of animation video-based learning media using a specific approach. The development research employed the ADDIE model, which consists of five main stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were 26 fifth-grade students. Data collection methods and instruments used questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the developed product had high validity, with an average score of 0.86 for the media aspect and 0.9 for the material aspect, indicating that the product is highly feasible for use. The practicality of the media, based on students’ responses, obtained an average score of 90.8%, which falls into the very good category. The results of the correlated t-test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.001 or p < 0.05, thus it can be concluded that the animation video media is effective in improving pronunciation and comprehension of fifth-grade elementary school students. The implication of this research is that it can serve as a reference and reading material for teachers or readers in implementing enjoyable learning through the use of animation video media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media RITATOON berbahasa Bali berbasis pendekatan proses guna meningkatkan keterampilan menulis aksara Bali pada siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menulis aksara Bali serta kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas ahli materi, ahli media, praktisi pembelajaran, dan siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Ritatoon berbahasa Bali berbasis pendekatan proses memperoleh kategori sangat valid berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media, serta mendapatkan respons sangat baik dari guru dan siswa. Selain itu, penggunaan media ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis aksara Bali siswa kelas V yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan hasil belajar setelah implementasi media dalam pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media Ritatoon berbahasa Bali berbasis pendekatan proses dapat dijadikan alternatif media pembelajaran inovatif untuk mendukung pelestarian budaya daerah, khususnya aksara Bali, sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa melalui pembelajaran yang aktif, menarik, dan bermakna di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya antusiasme siswa dalam Pelajaran IPAS terutama materi harmoni dalam ekosistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video animasi berbasis model pembelajaran STAD guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket validitas/kepraktisan, lembar observasi motivasi, dan wawancara, dianalisis dengan persentase, konversi skala, dan paired sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan multimedia valid (skor pakar 4,80), praktis (95% guru, 96% siswa. Nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) pada uji-t satu sampel memperoleh skor 0,000 sehingga Video Animasi Berbasis Model Pembelajaran STAD Pada Materi Harmoni Dalam Ekosistem efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD. Abstract

This study was motivated by the low numeracy skills of students in elementary school, as well as the use of evaluation instruments that was not yet optimal. This research aims to analyze the validity and practicality of evaluation instruments using a goal free evaluation approach.  The research uses a 4D model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). This study takes the subject of evaluation instruments, while the object is the validity of basic education content, evaluation content, teacher and student responses. Data collection methods are quantitative observation and questionnaires. Instruments for collecting data are observation guidelines, rating scale sheets, interview guidelines, and questionnaires. The results of the research show that: (1) the validity results of basic education experts obtained a validity index of 1 with high content qualifications, (2) the validity results of evaluation experts obtained a validity index of 0.96667 with high content qualifications, (3) the achievement level of teachers' responses to the instrument was 90% and 100% with very good qualifications, (4), the achievement level of student responses to the instrument was 90.77% and 96.17% with very good qualifications, so that the evaluation instrument using the goal free evaluation approach is effective in improving Numeracy ability of fourth grade elementary school students. The implication of this research is that the instrument helps evaluate student numeracy objectively, improve learning and educational decision making.
