Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis platform Kitabisa.com sebagai praktik crowdfunding di Indonesia dan mengetahui bagaimana dampaknya bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Kitabisa.com, sebagai salah satu platform crowdfunding terbesar di Indonesia, memberikan ruang bagi individu dan organisasi untuk menggalang dana bagi berbagai kebutuhan, mulai dari bantuan medis, pendidikan, hingga proyek sosial. Kitabisa.com sebagai Platform crowdfunding telah berkembang pesat di Indonesia, menjadi wadah bagi masyarakat untuk menggalang dana dan berdonasi untuk berbagai tujuan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kitabisa.com telah memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat karena mampu menggerakkan solidaritas sosial, mempercepat proses penggalangan dana, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana publik. Adanya pltform Kitabisa.com ini dapat meningkatkan akses pendanaan bagi individu dan organisasi yang membutuhkan bantuan dan dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan donasi karena masyarakat dapat melakukannya dengan mudah tanpa terhalang jarak dan waktu. Namun perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mengatasi beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi platform ini agar dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas dan optimal bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

This research explores the adaptation of MSMEs in Indonesia to digital marketing and its impact on the local economy. Through desk research methods, various literature, data, and previous studies were analyzed to understand the level of digital technology adoption, challenges faced, and adaptation strategies successfully implemented by MSMEs in different local economic contexts. The results show that most MSMEs have adopted digital technologies for marketing activities, with social media, websites and marketplaces being the main platforms. Digitalization is proven to increase MSMEs' market access and income, and contribute positively to local economic growth. However, challenges such as lack of digital skills, consumer trust, and access to capital remain significant obstacles. Successful MSMEs tend to be proactive in learning and adapting, and building consumer trust through good customer service. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of contextualized and inclusive digital marketing theory, and offers practical guidance for MSMEs and policymakers to support sustainable digital transformation in Indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRACTEndophytic fungi from the Insulin plant (Smallanthus sonchifolius (Poepp. & Endl.) H. Robb) produce secondary metabolites that can be used as drugs such as anticancer, antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of endophytic fungi extract from Insulin leaves (S. sonchifolius) against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The study was conducted starting with the production of endophytic fungi, maceration and testing of antibacterial activity against bacteria E. coli and S. aureus using well diffusion. Endophytic fungal extract at concentrations of 100 and 50 µg/well. Showedhas strong antibacterial activities against both tested bacteria. The inhibition zone diameter for E coli was 12.87 and 10.37 mm respectively, whereas  for S. aureus  13 and 10.12 mm respectively. However, at a concentration of 25 µg/well, it had moderate antibacterial activity against S. aureus with an inhibition zone diameter of 8.12 mm and not active in inhibiting the growth of bacteria E. coli. Tetracycline positive control has a strong zone of inhibition against bacteria E. coli with an inhibition zone diameter of 15.75 mm and a very strong inhibition zone against bacteria S. aureus with an inhibition zone diameter of 21.5 mm while the ethyl acetate negative control did not have an inhibition zone against bacteria E. coli and S. aureus. Keywords: Insulin leaf (Smallanthus sonchifolius), Endophytic Fungus, antibacterial  ABSTRAKJamur endofit dari tanaman Insulin (Smallanthus sonchifolius (Poepp. & Endl.) H. Robb) menghasilkan metabolit sekunder yang dapat digunakan sebagai obat seperti antikanker, antivirus, antifungi dan antibakteri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak jamur endofit dari daun Insulin (S. sonchifolius) terhadap bakteri Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus. Penelitian dilakukan diawali dengan produksi jamur endofit, maserasi dan uji aktivitas antibakteri dengan menggunakan metode sumuran. Ekstrak jamur endofit pada konsentrasi 100 dan 50 µg/well. memiliki aktivitas antibakteri kuat baik terhadap bakteri E. coli dengan diameter zona hambat masing-masing sebesar 12,87 dan 10,37 mm dan sebesar 13 dan 10,12 mm terhadap bakteri S. aureus. Namun pada konsentrasi 25 µg/well memiliki aktivitas antibakteri sedang terhadap bakteri S. aureus dengan nilai diameter zona hambat sebesar 8,12mm dan sebaliknya tidak aktif menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri E. coli.Kontrol positif tetrasiklin memiliki aktivitas hambat yang kuat terhadap bakteri E. coli dengan diameter zona hambat sebesar 15,75 mm dan sebesar 21,5 mm terhadap bakteri S. aureus sedangkan kontrol negatif etil asetat tidak memiliki zona hambat terhadap bakteri E. coli maupun S. aureus. Kata kunci: Daun Insulin (Smallanthus sonchifolius), Jamur Endofit, Antibakteri

Abstract

In Indonesia, currently they are still fighting the Corona / Covid 19 Virus, as well as in other countries. The number of cases affected by patients continues to grow. In several reports reported recovery, but not a few who died. Information dissemination aims to change people's attitudes, beliefs and behavior through providing information and raising awareness that a problem that arises can be overcome, especially in terms of preventing the transmission of Covid 19 through the selection and use of good and correct masks.Providing correct knowledge to the public can be done in various ways, one of which is by directly socializing the knowledge that will be given. This community service activity is carried out by extension methods, distributing information brochures, distributing masks and directly teaching the community how to use masks and choosing the right and good masks.After health education was carried out, the community understood and wanted to choose masks and use masks correctly. The public also understands the importance of taking preventive measures so as not to be infected or exposed to the Covid 19 virus.Health education activities should be carried out routinely by health workers in order to improve public health by changing people's life habits to be clean and healthy ones

Abstract

The rise of the spread of covid-19 in the world, including Indonesia, especially in Pematang Lumut Village, Tangung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi Province, worries all parties. Corona virus is a pandemic disease in 2019, where one of the handling and prevention can be done by complying with health protocols. Community service activities were carried out in November-December 2020 with a discussion method and conveying material and pictorial posters related to the corana virus sent via Whatsapp Group. In this pictorial poster there are 4 things, namely (1) Education about Covid-19, (2) Good and Correct Hand Washing Methods, (3) Social Distancing, (4) How to Use Masks. This community service activity begins with a pre-test and ends with a post-test online survey regarding the level of compliance with health protocols during the new normal. This Community Service (PKM) aims to be used as a source of knowledge for the people of Pematang Lumut Village, Betara District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, and can help pay more attention to and comply with health protocols in undergoing New Normal. The results of this activity which were evaluated both through Google Form and the question and answer via Whatsapp Group, were that the average community was satisfied and experienced an increase in understanding of COVID-19 prevention by complying with health protocols.

Abstract

The main factor that most influences the normal development of children under five is the intake of food in good quantity and quality. This is very beneficial for the process of growth and development as well as maintaining health in the prevention of several diseases or health problems. Healthy food should be given by the mother to the children for whom she is responsible. Important knowledge about healthy food and its benefits must be clearly known and understood by parents, especially mothers. However, currently there is a lot of information that can provide knowledge about the importance of nutrition that can be accepted and can even be sought by parents who come from social media. Parents who have good knowledge will be able to provide good food to their children.Baiturrahim Kindergarten (TK) is one of the kindergartens that has been around for a long time, since its establishment in 1992 Baiturrahim Kindergarten always has around 50 students every year, so this community service activity is directed to be carried out at Baiturrahim Kindergarten . It is estimated that the implementation time for all activity processes will be completed in a period of 6 months starting from September 2019 to February 2020

Abstract

Case management ini one of the methods to deal with the problems that occur in the elderly. PSTW Budi Luhur jambi is a social body that cares about the elderly problem by providing health service facilities.This research is a qualitative approach. The technique used by the researcher to select the informant is purposive sampling technique, where the informant is chosen based on certain consideration and considered as the right person in giving yhe information according to the need of the informant.The result of case management reseach that is applied in PSTW Budi Luhur Jambi is very diverse starting from health problems, social problems and spirituality of  elderly people. The activities undertaken with group guidance, conseling conducted by competent and counseling  can be done by students who do clinical practice in PSTW Budi Luhur jambi with guidance officer lecturer supervisor. The case management phase ini PSTW Budi Luhur Jambi on the elderly problem start from assesment, implementation, controling, advication and termination

Abstract

Children's food consumption is usually influenced by how conditions are in their household, mothers have an important role in teaching, selecting and even modeling the food and snacks they consume. The research objective was to find out how the influence of health education with emotional demonstration techniques on the knowledge and attitudes of mothers in providing healthy snacks to children at Baiturrahim Kindergarten Jambi.This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study was 23 mothers whose children attended TK Baiturrahim and the sample technique chosen was total sampling.Maternal knowledge before the intervention was good 16 people (68.7%), poor 7 people (31.3%) and after the intervention was good 21 people (91.3%), less good 2 people (8.7%) ). As for the attitude variable, it was found that 19 people were good (80.7%), 4 people were not good (19.3%) and after the intervention was good 21 people (90.7), 2 people poor (9.3) . The results of the bivariate analysis showed that health education with emotional demonstration techniques had a significant effect on maternal knowledge with a value of P = 0.000, and for attitudes also showed significant results with a value of P = 0.032.Health education with emotional demonstration techniques needs to be introduced to the community, and regular planning needs to be made by involving all related parties so that they can work together to achieve the goals of a smart and healthy society

Abstract

Concentration of learning is an effort to focus the mind or attention to a subject that is being studied and to memorize the Al-quran by setting aside other things that have nothing to do with what is being studied. There are some students who are easy to accept the lessons / memorize al-quran, and otherwise, there are several students too who have difficulty. Ash-Shidiqi Integrated Islamic Junior High School is a school that refers to the education office curriculum and the Indonesian Integrated Islamic School Curriculum with the flagship program Quantum Tahfizh, but in practice many students find it difficult to concentrate on memorizing Al-Qur'an. The results of interviews with students Ash-Shidiqi Integrated Islamic Junior High School, it is difficult to focus on their concentration in memorizing  Al-qur'an because the school environment is not conductive, this is beside the according with the observations of researchers that many students are looking for a place to be alone in memorizing Al-qur 'an and sometimes students was found  themselves to covering their heads with a bag to concentrate on memorizing. This type of research is quasi experimental (pseudo experiment). This study design had a control group, but it was not selected by randomly. In this study the researchers used two groups, namely the treatment group who were given brain exercise with a frequency of 6 times a week, light intensity, with duration of 1 exercise. The results showed that in the pre-test and post-test intervention groups there was p = 0.008 or p <0.05. It means that there are significant differences in the ability to memorize before and after being given brain exercise. Whereas in the control group p = 0.063 or p> 0.05 that means there is no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results because they are not given brain exercise. This research is expected to make a good contribution to Ash-Shidiqi Integrated Islamic Junior High School in implementing the Quantum Tahfizh Program and will provide input in preparing the SMP-IT school program based on tahfizh al-quran

Abstract

Plantar fasciitis is a heel pain syndrome where there is inflammation or irritation of the plantar fascia, with small tears in the area that attaches to the heel bone that is characterized by pain in the morning when you get up to stand and when you first step. Pain will recur in the afternoon or before bedtime when after doing various excessive and continuous activities. This study aims to determine the management of physiotherapy in bilateral plantar fasciitis using phonophoresis and foot core strengthening modalities in reducing pain, increasing muscle strength, and increasing functional activity. The method used is a case study method with one respondent, conducted in July 2022 with therapy four times a week. The measuring instrument used in this case study is pain with VAS, muscle strength with MMT, and functional activity with the jette scale. The results after being given four treatments of therapy, it was found that there was a reduction in pain, no increase in muscle strength, and an increase in functional activity. The conclusion of this study is that phonophoresis and foot core strengthening can reduce pain, there is no increase in muscle strength and increase in functional activity.
