Abstract

This research discusses the motives and impacts of the murder of a money-making shaman in Banjarnegara using sociological analysis. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature review. This case was analyzed using Sutherland's Differential Association theory. The results of the research show that the murder case of a money-making shaman in Banjarnegara is an action that can be studied by the techniques and methods of criminal acts. Also, before the criminal act occurs, there is a process of interpreting the profits and losses by the perpetrator.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan kontribusi komite sekolah meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di era merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 12 Rambutan . Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan kajian pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa di era merdeka belajar, komite sekolah memiliki peran mengontrol sekolah menjalankan Asesmen Kompetensi dan pelaksanaan Peraturan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) Zonasi, membenahi sarana dan prasarana, menjalin hubungan antara sekolah dengan masyarakat, serta mendorong untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya sekolah.. Peran komite Sekolah berdampak terhadap upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SD Negeri 12 Rambutan di era merdeka.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejarah muncul aliran Khawarij dan aliran Murji’ah serta pokok ajaran dari kedua aliran tersebut. Tulisan ini merupakan pemelitian pustaka. Selanjutnya hasil dari penelusuran menunjukkan bahwa munculnya khawarij disebabkan adanya fanatisme kesukuan, factor ekonomi, semangat keagamaan. Sedangkan aliran Murji’ah muncul disebabkan dengan tiga teori : Yang pertama, untuk menyatukan umat Islam. Yang Kedua, untuk menaggulangi perpecahan umat. Yang Ketiga, adanya perseturuan Ali dan Mu’awiyah sehingga dilakukan tahkim. Pemahaman yang telah dikembangkan oleh khawarij dapat di golongkan kepada tiga kategori yakni politik, teologi dan sosial. Selanjutnya pemahaman murji’ah dapat di implementasikan dalam banyak hal baik itu dibidang politik maupun dibidang teologis. Dalam hal politik, pemahaman murji’ah selalu netral yang di pragakan dalam diam. Sedangkan dalam bidang teologis, yang di ekspresikan dalam menghadapi persoalan-persoalan yang muncul terkait dengan iman, kufur, dosa besar dan ringan. Implikasi dari pemahaman terkait dengan Khawarij dan Mur’jiah adalah agar kaum muslimin mengetahui awal muncul dan pokok ajaran kedua aliran tersebut.

Abstract

This research explores the promotional strategy for the PruCinta Sharia life insurance product through social media, with a focus on the implementation of Islamic principles in marketing practices at PT. Prudential Prufure Team BJ8 in Banjarmasin. The study is motivated by the central role of ethical strategy in Sharia-compliant insurance, emphasizing the prohibition of dishonest practices such as fraud, deceit, and exploitation. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews with nine informants and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the promotional strategy is carefully designed and centers on leveraging social media to maximize outreach and engagement. Instagram emerged as the most effective platform due to its visual appeal and ability to connect directly with potential clients. The strategy aligns with Islamic ethical standards, emphasizing transparency, honesty, and fairness in the communication of product benefits. The use of social media not only enhances visibility but also fosters trust and relatability among target audiences. The study concludes that ethically grounded and strategically executed social media promotion is key to advancing the reach and credibility of Sharia life insurance products like PruCinta.

Abstract

This study looks at how da'wah management plays a role in running the Qur'an memorization curriculum at SDIT Islamiyah Proyek Desa Belinteng. The tahfizh program isn't just seen as a way to pass on religious knowledge it's also viewed as a da'wah tool and a means of building religious character in students from an early age. The study aims to explore how management functions including planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating are applied in running the tahfizh program at the school. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and document review. The key informants were the school principal and the tahfizh teachers. The findings show that the tahfizh program has been managed in a fairly structured way, covering memorization target-setting, clear division of responsibilities, regular memorization sessions, and periodic progress assessments. Beyond improving students' memorization skills, the program also helps instill discipline, good manners, and a love for the Qur'an. That said, the program still faces some challenges, mainly students' lack of focus and limited muroja'ah practice at home.

Abstract

The shift from manual and informal bookkeeping practices to technology-supported structured financial management in small and medium enterprises within the framework of the evolution of culinary MSME accounting practices by considering the typical socio-cultural context. The study aims to explore the transformation of accounting practices in culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar, Indonesia, through the metaphor "From Traditional Kitchens to Digital Restaurants." Using a mixed methods approach, this study integrates Pierre Bourdieu's theory of social practice to analyze the shift from informal manual bookkeeping to digital accounting systems sociologically, taking into account how habitus, capital, and social structure influence accounting adoption. The survey of 3,950 culinary MSMEs was complemented by qualitative interviews with 95 business owners. The findings highlight significant gaps in accounting practices, which are influenced by digital access, cultural capital, and social habits. Digital adoption improves financial reporting and profitability but remains uneven due to social and educational constraints. The study recommends targeted digital literacy programs and policy incentives to bridge the gap.

Abstract

This study examines the management of productive zakat conducted by the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Medan City in empowering the economic conditions of mustahik (zakat beneficiaries). The study aims to analyze the management process of productive zakat and its impact on improving the economic independence of mustahik. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving purposively selected informants, including Ayub Siregar as the Head of Distribution and Utilization Division of BAZNAS Medan City, as well as productive zakat beneficiaries, namely Erwin, Bukhori, and Alam Sari. The findings reveal that BAZNAS Medan City manages productive zakat through beneficiary data collection and field surveys, distribution of business assistance in the form of carts and business equipment, as well as periodic supervision and evaluation of mustahik businesses. The productive zakat program has positively contributed to increasing income, supporting small business development, and improving the economic independence of mustahik. However, several challenges remain, including limited business experience, low entrepreneurial capacity, and the need for continuous business mentoring to ensure business sustainability among beneficiaries.

Abstract

Caring for and organizing bodies for Muslims is fardhu kifayah. If there is someone or several groups of people who have carried out the obligation, then the obligation of others to carry it out has fallen. There are four obligations of Muslims after the death of a person, namely bathing, shrouding, praying and burying. Organizing the bodies was carried out at the Nurul Hayat Mosque in Safaere Hamlet, Puncak Village, South Sinjai District, this activity was carried out in order to improve the skills of the community in taking care of the corpse properly and correctly in accordance with the teachings of Islamic law, so that one day they are needed to be ready.

Abstract

The use of slang is a common phenomenon that occurs on campus. According to the perspective of Islamic communication, the use of slang must be in accordance with the principles of Islamic communication, namely qaulan sadida, qaulan baligha, qaulan maysura, qaulan layyina, qaulan karima, and qaulan Ma'rufa. This research aims to analyze the form of slang communication of Generation Z students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication of UIN Sumatra Utara in the perspective of Islamic Communication. This research uses a qualitative method with a symbolic interaction approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results showed that there are many forms of slang communication of Generation Z students in the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication of UIN Sumatra Utara and not all of them have negative connotations. Students use slang as a means of self-expression and social interaction, especially in informal situations, in formal communication, they prefer to use formal language. From the perspective of Islamic communication, slang can be incompatible with the principles of Islamic communication if used in the wrong context and place. Slang can also be utilized as a da'wah communication strategy that is more inclusive and easily accepted by Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication styles of caregivers in instilling Islamic communication values in foster children at the Amaliyah orphanage. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and in-depth interviews with caregivers as research informants. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the communication styles used by caregivers in instilling Islamic communication values include asertif and persuasive communication styles. The inculcation of Islamic communication values is carried out through giving advice, role modeling, habituation, and direct interpersonal communication in daily activities. The Islamic communication values instilled include qaulan sadida, qaulan ma’rufa, qaulan layyina, and qaulan karima. In the process, supporting factors in instilling Islamic communication values include a religious environment, emotional closeness between caregivers and foster children, and routine coaching activities. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors generally arise due to differences in each child’s character and diverse backgrounds. This study concludes that communication style plays an important role in instilling Islamic communication values in foster children. With the appropriate application of communication styles, the guidance process can run effectively and have a positive impact on the development of morals and communication attitudes of foster children.
