Abstract

Sistem informasi didefinisikan sebagai serangkaian komponen yang saling berhubungan yang mengumpulkan atau mendapatkan, memproses, menyimpan, dan mendistribusikan informasi yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan di dalam sebuah organisasi. Oleh karena itu pada perancangan ini dilakukan menggunakan website untuk memudahkan dalam mengelola data penjualan di Toko XYZ Motor yang sebelumnya saat mengelola data tersebut masih secara manual. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan Model Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak dengan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. Tahapan model Waterfall sendiri yaitu, analisis, desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini, dapat dibuat kesimpulan bahwa dengan adanya perancangan sistem informasi penjualan ini, proses penjualan dapat menjadi lebih mudah dan hasilnya akurat mengenai data penjualan dan juga dengan cara menerapkan sistem informasi penjualan yang dapat digunakan di perusahaan manapun, karena web yang dirancang memiliki sistem yang kompleks dan tetap memiliki sistem keamanan berupa data login yang hanya diketahui oleh pihak admin pada Toko XYZ Motor dengan tampilan data penjualan hal itu dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan Penjualan pada Toko XYZ Motor. Kata Kunci: Perancangan Sistem, Sistem Informasi, Penjualan,  E- Commerce, Web.

Abstract

The Information System Study Program at UNIVERSITAS XXX is a new major and the graduation of students is still few. Based on data obtained from graduates of the 2018/2019 academic year, 41 students graduated, including 26 students who experienced delays in taking their studies. The need for a system that can predict student graduation in order to major in Information Systems can produce more student graduations than ever before. Data mining using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method is one of the methods that utilizes probability calculations and statistics to predict future probabilities based on previous experience. Naïve Bayes is able to be applied in predicting graduation by utilizing previous student graduation data, The attributes used are Gender, Age, SKS, GPA, and Student Status. The results of research testing using RapidMiner 9.8 with 100 training data and 60 testing data, result accuracy 90%, recall 93.94%, and precision 88.57%. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pola kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan Bank X. Metode ServQual adalah alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara persepsi dan harapan pelanggan tentang kualitas layanan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 57 nasabah Bank X. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis gap ServQual dan analisis kinerja penting (IPA). Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan Bank X belum sepenuhnya memenuhi harapan klien. Kemampuan karyawan untuk memberikan layanan dengan cepat dan tepat serta ketersediaan fasilitas fisik yang memadai adalah beberapa aspek layanan yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas perbaikan, menurut analisis IPA. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen Bank X harus melakukan peningkatan kualitas layanan sesuai dengan aspek yang paling penting untuk perbaikan agar klien lebih puas.

Abstract

Dalam bekerja, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam biasanya menawarkan jasa untuk mempermudah pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup anggotanya dan menjamin kesejahteraan mereka. Koperasi ini didirikan untuk menghindari anggotanya dari rentenir dan sebagai pilihan untuk peminjaman uang atau kredit. Koperasi simpan pinjam semakin diminati oleh pencari kredit atau nasabah saat ini. Akibatnya, banyak Koperasi Simpan Pinjam yang memberikan kredit atau pinjaman kepada anggota mereka tanpa jaminan, meskipun prinsip perbankan menyatakan bahwa setiap pemberian kredit harus disertai dengan jaminan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu Yayasan XYZ merancang sistem informasi koperasi dengan cara yang lebih mudah, cepat, dan terstruktur sehingga menghemat banyak tenaga dan waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Analisis, desain, negosiasi, pengujian, dan penyerahan sistem kepada pengguna atau pengguna adalah tahapan dari metodologi penelitian ini. agar kebutuhan Yayasan XYZ dapat ditetapkan berdasarkan kebutuhan semua pihak yang terlibat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas daya listrik di Wisma Nusantara Internasional dengan fokus pada penerapan capacitor bank untuk memperbaiki faktor daya. Kualitas daya listrik yang buruk dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah operasional dan peningkatan biaya energi. Studi ini mengevaluasi parameter kualitas daya, termasuk faktor daya, harmonisa, dan fluktuasi tegangan sebelum dan sesudah pemasangan capacitor bank. Metode penelitian melibatkan pengukuran parameter listrik menggunakan alat ukur daya dan analisis data yang dikumpulkan selama periode tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasangan capacitor bank secara signifikan meningkatkan faktor daya dari rata-rata 0,75 menjadi 0,95, mengurangi arus reaktif, dan menurunkan kerugian daya dalam sistem distribusi listrik di gedung tersebut. Selain itu, terdapat pengurangan harmonisa arus pada level yang sesuai dengan standar IEEE 519, serta stabilisasi tegangan yang lebih baik. Penerapan capacitor bank juga berdampak positif pada pengurangan biaya energi listrik dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional peralatan listrik.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di SMK Al-Mujahirin Depok yang dilaksanakan pada bulan desember dengan judul implementasi desain UI/UX menggunakan aplikasi figma untuk SMK Al-Mujahirin dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa dan siswi SMK Al-Mujahirin mengenai desain UI/UX. Kegiatan juga dilakukan karena belum adanya mata pelajaran mengenai desain menggunakan aplikasi figma menggunakan metode design thiking. Materi yang diberikan adalah pemahaman dasar mengenai Metode Desain Thinking, pengenalan UI/UX dan cara menggunakan aplikasi figma untuk membuat desain tampilan. Terdapat 5 (lima) tahapan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, serta evaluasi dan keberlanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan tim pada SMK Al-Mujahirin Depok berjalan dengan baik serta memberikan dampak yang komprehensif dan multi dimensi. Siswa/i tidak hanya diajarkan cara menggunakan figma, tetapi juga memahami dasar desain UI/UX yang terdiri dari usability, accessibility, pentingnya user centered design dan metodologi berfikir (design thinking) yang menjadi fondasi dalam proses desain UI/UX yang baik, sehingga solusi yang diberikan bersifat fundamental dan berkelanjutan. Peserta juga kini memiliki kemampuan teknis untuk membuat wireframe, mockup, dan prototype interaktif menggunakan Figma.   The Community Service (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) activity at SMK Al-Mujahirin Depok, conducted in December under the title "Implementation of UI/UX Design Using the Figma Application for SMK Al-Mujahirin," was carried out with the aim of providing students with knowledge about UI/UX design. The activity was also conducted due to the absence of a subject focusing on design using the Figma application with the design thinking method. The materials provided included a basic understanding of the Design Thinking Method, an introduction to UI/UX, and how to use the Figma application to create design layouts. There were five stages in the implementation of the community service activity: socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, as well as evaluation and sustainability. The community service activities carried out by the team at SMK Al-Mujahirin Depok proceeded smoothly and had a comprehensive and multidimensional impact. Students were not only taught how to use Figma but also understood the fundamentals of UI/UX design, including usability, accessibility, the importance of user-centered design, and the thinking methodology (design thinking) that forms the foundation of a good UI/UX design process. As a result, the solutions provided are fundamental and sustainable. Participants also now possess the technical skills to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

Abstract

With a population that is almost dominated by middle-class society economy, it is important for every individual to begin drafting the future as early as possible. The first step that must be done is to adjust costs and increase revenue. On this issue, technology and information can take a role in providing convenience for human needs. With the existence of an application that provides information about the financial arrangements, it is expected that application can be of financial assistance in order to improve people's lifestyles. To the authors conducted a descriptive study related to these problems and their solutions. Research conducted aims to design and implement systems Personal Finance applications using android base. Research Personal Finance app is intended to generate an application program that can simplify the financial arrangements related to budgeting, record keeping money in and out so it can be a personal financial condition in a report which is also the output of the application. Selection android as the application base is so that applications can be more mobile as the rapid use of smartphones, especially smartphone with android operating system

Abstract

Utilization of cryptography as the encryption and decryption can be used to secure messages or the data that is important and valuable. A message can be encrypted or into ciphertext using a key and can be safely exchanged without having to worry about the confidentiality of the contents of the message. Decryption key will be to process the encrypted message into plaintext or the original message. XOR operation algorithm is computationally easy to use, but the process XOR algorithm is weak and not strong. To cover up weaknesses reviews these use RC4 algorithm (Rivers Code 4), because RC4 algorithm process is fast and strong . The results of this application in the form of a software is Able to encrypt and decrypt the message form and to generate a unique security key based encrypted message, and provide an accurate report on the presence or absence of changes to the contents of the message, The implementation of the RC4 encryption and decryption process on the website based smartphone helps users in maintaining the security and confidentiality of information storage that is sent and received. The results of this study so that the user can secure messages to be sent to the recipient.

Abstract

Abstract: Vehicle  maintenance  is a  very  important  sector  in  terms  of  economy  and  safety,  a good understanding of vehicle maintenance is very important  from the owner of the vehicle it self or from the company. Maintenance for the vehicle is considered as part structure of the activity in a series of improvements, as well as a planned activity to prevent potential errors resulting in damage. Schedule preventive maintenance is one of the methods that are used for vehicle maintenance scheduling. SPM is widely used because  it  can  determine  component  reliability  item,  so  as  to  reduce  the  cost  of repairs,  but  this  method  has  the  disadvantage  that  reparations  are  made  to  the  unit item could potentially breakdown, as well as the application of SPM only on certain types  of  vehicles.  To  solve  this  problem  it  is  proposed  the  one  application  of  a method,  algorithm  K-Means  Clustering  is  one  of  the  methods  to  be  applied  in  the schedule vehicle maintenance services, K-Means algorithm is widely used because it is  easy  and  simple.  From  the  models  created  will  then  be  tested  using  Confucion Matrix to determine how the level of accuracy, and describes the results of a positive predictive accuracy results are correct, the positive predictions were wrong, negative predictions  are  true,  and  false  negative  predictions.  From  these  experiments  showed that  the  application  of  K-Means  Clustering  algorithms  in  the  vehicle's  maintenance schedule capable of generating predictive value and accuracy that is optimal by 70%.

Abstract

The library is part of the learning resources that must be possessed by every field of education including universities. Because with the existence of a library it is expected that students can more easily find information or knowledge through a library. With the development of technology makes people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. One of them is to simplify activities in the library into a system that can help the process of activities at the university. By utilizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, libraries can cut time. So that it can accelerate and simplify existing activities. In this study applying a web-based information system and utilizing RFID technology as a tool to facilitate students and library officers. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome the various needs of students to search for books and conduct loans and make it easier for officers to circulate books and make reports. From the results of the research that has been done, the writer poured the results of the research into the Application of RFID Technology Information System as Electronic Access at the Aerospace University Marshal Suryadarma Library.Keywords: RFID, Library, Information System
