Abstract

Good financial literacy is important for students to ward off negative consumer behavior. Knowledge of financial literacy makes students able to manage the influence of peers to make wise financial decisions. This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and peer conformity on student consumption. The research method used was a survey. The population is 128 Economic Education students at Dayanu Ikhsanuddin University, with engineering stratified random sampling 58 respondents were selected as samples. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data was tested using linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show 1) the influence of financial literacy on student consumptive behavior is 0.055, meaning that financial literacy has a 5.5% influence on student consumptive behavior and the rest is influenced by other factors, 2) the influence of peer conformity on student consumptive behavior is 0.235, meaning that peer conformity Peers have a 23.5% influence on students' consumptive behavior. 3) The value of the closeness of the relationship between the financial literacy variable and the peer conformity variable is 0.351, meaning that the two variables have a positive linear relationship. 4) the relationship between the two variables is significant, 0.007 <0.05, so it can be said that the variables financial literacy and peer conformity are lowly correlated, 5) the influence of financial literacy and peer conformity on student consumptive behavior is 0.240, meaning that financial literacy and peer conformity have an effect of 24% on student consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Rambai laut (Sonneratia caseolaris L. Engl) is one of the typical plants of Borneo that the leaves are empirically used by the community as a medicinal plant. Compounds from plants can be obtained by extraction. The yield rendement on the extraction process can be influenced by several factors, one of which is the method of extraction. This study aims to determine the effect of extraction methods and the amount of yield produced on rambai laut extracts. The research design is experimental with descriptive analysis. Rambai laut which has become powder then in extraction by using maseration method, infundation method, reflux method and soxhletasi method. The result of rendement is then analyzed using statistic. Soxhletasi method yield average value of rendemen that is equal to 28,38%, reflux equal to 25,57%, maseration equal to 21,28% and infundasi with average value of rendemen that is equal to 17,20%. The soxhletation method yields the highest average yield value and infundation with the lowest average yield value. The result of staitistic test shows that the extraction method has an effect on each rendement with p value = 0,024 <α = 0,05. Keywords : Sonneratia caseolaris, extraction method, rendement

Abstract

This article contains the Transcendental Model of Contextual Theology in the Ma'pakande Tomate ritual in Toraja society. Transcendental is understood as the belief that a person has, he realizes that there is a power outside himself that benefits him. The Toraja tribe has a belief called Aluk Todolo, they believe that To Membali Puang or To Dolo must be worshiped and glorified because in the future he will become one of the third persons next to Puang Matua and Deata-deata. The purpose of this writing is to see how the transcendental model of contextual theology is present in the Ma'Pakande Tomate ritual in the context of Toraja society.

Abstract

To increase rice production in Tanah Laut Regency, one of the programs implemented by the Tanah Laut Regency Government is the development of swamp irrigation areas in Sabuhur Village. Sabuhur Village has a large swamp area, which has great potential to be developed as agricultural land. However, the success of this development is highly dependent on the suitability of the soil for use as agricultural land. Therefore, testing the physical and chemical characteristics of the soil is a crucial first step to identify the potential and constraints that may occur. The method used is field sampling and laboratory testing. Based on the test results, it can be seen that the characteristics of the physical and chemical properties of the soil at the research location. In terms of soil physical properties at the location, it can be known that soil permeability ranges from 1.86-3.64 cm/h (silty clay), bulk density ranges from 1.01-1.46 g/cm3 (most have exceeded critical values for agriculture), particle density ranges from 1.9-2.86 g/cm3 (mineral soil conditions), porosity ranges from 38.83%-63.31% (silty clay), and aggregate stability ranges from 14%-62.8%. As for the chemical properties of the soil, the total Fe content ranges between 112.19-507.47 ppm, pyrite content between 0.004-0.053% (small pyrite content), CEC ranges between 16.15-30.81 me/100gr (moderate to high soil clay content), and moisture content ranges between 4.88%-29.03. Therefore, the sampling location is not a swamp area because it is mostly mineral soil with a small moisture content. The observation location is a permanently submerged wetland environment.
