Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian kuantitatif sebab pendekatan yang digunakan untuk usulan penelitian, proses, hipotesis, turun ke lapangan, analisis data, kesimpulan data sampai dengan penulisannya menggunakan aspek pengukuran, perhitungan, rumus dan kepastian data numerik. Subyek penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Aceh Tamiang.Data dianalisa menggunakan rumus regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak diperoleh nilai Fhitung 11,766 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai Ftabel 2,49 dan nilai signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa hasil penelitian menolak H0. Dengan demikian secara serempak Kepemimpinan (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2), dan Motivasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee morale at the North Labuhanbatu Population and Civil Registration Service either partially or simultaneously. This study uses an associative approach, which is research conducted to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population and sample in this study were all permanent employees at the North Labuhanbatu Civil Registration and Population Service, totaling 32 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially job stress had no significant effect on morale. Partially work motivation has a significant effect on morale. Partially the work environment has no significant effect on morale. Simultaneously work stress, work motivation and work environment have a significant influence on employee morale at the North Labuhanbatu Population and Civil Registration Service.

Abstract

Berdasarkan riset awal yang dilakukan tentang kinerja ditemukan adanya permasalahanya sesuai dengan indikator kinerja, antara lain: kuantitas pegawai yang masih dinilai kurang untuk menunjang penyelesaian tugas pekerjaan agar sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan, ditemukan redahnya kualitas kerja yang dihasilkan pegawai yaitu ada beberapa pekerjaan yang dihasilkan masih kurang optimal, rendahnya produktitifitas organisasi inovasi yang terhambat, semangat kerja menurun, yang dalam keseluruhan ini akan menghambat kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Angkasa Pura II (persero) kantor cabang kualanamu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi,disiplin dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kantor Cabang Kualanamu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan langsung dari objeknya. Sedangkan data sekunder merupakan data yang peneliti peroleh dari buku-buku dan sumber data lainya yang berhubungan dengan pembahasan penelitian ini. Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel bebas  terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunujkan bahwa secara parsial dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin, dan kepuasan kerja  mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi,disiplin dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and location) on the marketing performance of the Small and Medium Industries Construction Sector, Medan City Court Construction Workshop during the Covid 19 pandemic. And to analyze the moderating role of government policies to moderate the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and location) on the marketing performance of Small and Medium Industries in the Construction Sector of the Medan City Court Welding Workshop during the Covid 19 pandemic. This type of research is survey research, because it takes a sample from one population. This study uses an explanatory research approach, which aims to explain the causal relationship between the research variables and the testing hypothesis. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence and promotion on job promotion through promotion at PT. Bank Sumut Medan head office. The sample in this study uses the 10% slovin formula for as many as 87 employees, where the population of all employees is 675 employees. The data collection technique in this study used the questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative approach, with SEM-PLS statistical analysis. Data processing in this study using the software program SmartPLS 3.3.3. The results of this study prove that competence directly has a positive but not significant effect on employee promotions, directly work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee promotions, directly work performance has a positive and significant effect on promotions, and direct competence has a positive and significant effect on work performance, directly work experience has a positive and significant effect on work performance, indirectly competence has a positive and significant effect on promotion through work performance, indirectly work experience has a positive and significant effect on promotion through position promotion. This shows that work performance it can affect competence towards promotions and through work performance, it can affect work experience towards promotions in positions PT. Bank Sumut Medan Head Office.

Abstract

The authors aim to research to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions (Nazwa Aneka Kue case study) The method used is an associative and quantitative approach. The population in this study is Nazwa Aneka Kue consumers with an unknown population, and in determining the sample using the formula wibisono the sample size of 100 people is obtained. Data collection techniques used in this study used a questionnaire/questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used Path Analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and f Test), and Determination Coefficient. Data processing in this study uses the IBM SPSS software program (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) version 23. The results of this study indicate that partially product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, prices influence purchasing decisions, and purchasing decisions significantly influence customer satisfaction, product quality, and prices simultaneously and significantly influence customer satisfaction, product quality has a simultaneous and significant influence on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, prices have a simultaneous influence and significant impact on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In this era, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, people are using technology to buy and sell goods or services via the internet to reduce direct contact to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 virus. This phenomenon is known as electronic commerce or e-commerce. The e-commerce phenomenon provides a choice of ways to shop for people without the need to come directly to the store. Shopee is the most popular marketplace for online shopping, followed by Tokopedia, Bukalapak and Lazada. Shopee is the e-commerce site with the most visits in Indonesia during the pandemic, namely in Q3 with an average total visit of 96 million per month. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price, trust, ease of use, and promotion on online shopping decisions at Shopee during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling so that a sample of 98 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The data processing in this study used SPSS 16 software. The results showed that price, trust, application use and promotion partially influenced purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of seniority, work experience, and competence on job promotion in the Airport Maintenance Division of PT. Angkasapura II (persero) International Kualanamu Airport. This research uses a quantitative associative approach. The population in this study was in the Airport Maintenance Division of PT. Angkasapura II (persero) International Kualanamu Airport. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of 57 people. Data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Seniority has a significant positive effect on job promotion with a value of 0.356 and P-Values of 0.000. (2). Work experience has a significant positive effect on job promotion satisfaction with a value of 0.401 and P-values of 0.004. (3). Competence has a significant positive effect on job promotion with a value of 0.295 and P-values of 0.012. (4). Seniority, work experience, and competence simultaneously have a significant positive effect on job promotion

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on the performance of small and medium enterprises mediated by competitive advantage in the construction of a welding workshop at the Medan City Court. This study uses an associative approach. The population of this study was all Small and Medium Industries located on Jalan Medan Kota Court. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated, amounting to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires or questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the alternative method of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that: (1) the influence of entrepreneurship orientation on the performance of SMEs is positive and significant (2) the effect of market orientation on the performance of SMEs is positive and significant. (3) the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage is positive and significant. (4) the influence of market orientation on competitive advantage is positive and significant. (5) the effect of competitive advantage on the performance of SMEs is positive and significant (6) competitive advantage plays a role in mediating entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs (7) Competitive advantage plays a role in mediating the effect of market orientation on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of personal selling and distribution on marketing performance directly or moderated by regulation. The research method used is quantitative which is associative by using primary data, namely interviews, and secondary data, namely sales, distribution, and data sourced from PT. Kimia Farma Trading Medan Branch. The research instrument was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants are determined and determined based on the number needed, but based on consideration of the function and role of information according to the focus of the research problem. So that the informants in the study are 58 people who are managers at PT. Kimia Farma Trading Medan Branch. The results of this study indicate that this study shows that the direct effect of personal selling has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance (Marketing). Furthermore, the distribution has a positive but not significant effect on Marketing Performance (Marketing). Regulation has a negative and insignificant effect on Marketing Performance (Marketing). With the results of the moderating effect analysis, it can be seen that the regulation mediates the influence of personal selling and distribution on Marketing Performance (Marketing), and regulation mediates the influence of personal selling but not moderating distribution on Marketing Performance (Marketing) PT.Kimia Farma Trading Cab. Field.
