Abstract

Di era digitalisasi saat ini ponsel merupakan suatu gawai yang selalu dipakai di kehidupan setiap hari, termasuk ketika menyewa barang. Saat ini terdapat suatu startup peminjaman peralatan penunjang pariwisata di Bali yakni Rentrips.id. Saat ini pengguna dari Rentrips.id kebanyakan menggunakan ponsel saat melakukan peminjaman dibuktikan dengan data survei dari Rentrips.id yang dilakukan kepada 42 responden, didapatkan saat ini 37,2% responden kesulitan dan kebingungan dari 37,2% responden tersebut, sebanyak 68,8% pengguna merupakan pengguna ponsel. Oleh karena itu dilakukan  penelitian dengan harapan dapat menemukan solusi bagi permasalahan dan kesulitan pengguna yang ada. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan perancangan pengalaman pengguna pada Aplikasi Peminjaman Peralatan Penunjang Pariwisata Rentrips.id. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Design Thinking untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada. Metode Design Thinking digunakan karena seluruh sistem dibuat berdasarkan korespondensi antara keinginan, kelayakan teknologi, dan kelangsungan hidup strategi bisnis hal ini cocok dengan studi kasus yang peneliti miliki yaitu Rentrips.id. Pada bagian pengujian dilakukan usability testing, dan user experience. Pada usability testing didapatkan nilai aspek efisiensi sebesar 0,119 goals/detik aspek efektivitas sebesar 96,6%, dan aspek kepuasan pengguna sebesar 87,5 yang masuk ke dalam nilai grade B, peringkat Excellent, dan dalam kategori Acceptable. Untuk hasil dari UEQ didapatkan benchmark aspek daya tarik sebesar 2,38, aspek kejelasan sebesar 2,52, aspek efisiensi sebesar 2,5, aspek ketepatan sebesar 2,4, aspek stimulasi sebesar 2,13, dan aspek kebaruan sebesar 1,33, Kemudian peneliti melakukan perbaikan desain pada beberapa bagian sebagai jawaban dari analisa yang dilakukan berdasarkan seluruh hasil pengujian.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan unit usaha produktif yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia. Namun, perkembangan UMKM cenderung lambat disebabkan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam praktik usahanya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan solusi untuk UMKM Banaboolen di Kota Bekasi, yaitu toko kue dan produk roti, melalui pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis website yang ramah pengguna. Tujuan dari sistem ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan fleksibilitas untuk pemilik usaha dalam menjalankan kegiatan transaksi dan rekapitulasi, memudahkan pelanggan dan calon pembeli untuk melakukan pesanan produk. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan model proses pengembangan waterfall. Hasil elisitasi kebutuhan mendapatkan 25 kebutuhan fungsional dan 1 kebutuhan non fungsional. Pengujian unit dan pengujian validasi dilakukan untuk menguji kebutuhan fungsional sistem dan pengujian compatibility untuk menguji kebutuhan non fungsional sistem. Pengujian unit menggunakan metode white box testing menghasilkan status 100% valid pada enam kasus uji dan pengujian validasi menggunkan metode black box testing menghasilkan status 100% valid pada 35 kasus uji. Sedangkan hasil dari compatibility testing menggunakan aplikasi sortsite memberikan hasil bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik di berbagai aplikasi web browser.

Abstract

Bibit tanaman merupakan produk agrikultur andalan dari Desa Sananrejo sehingga desa ini dikenal sebagai pusat pembibit di wilayah Kecamatan Turen, Kabupaten Malang. Di era digitalisasi penggunaan e-commerce menjadi hal yang tidak bisa dihindari termasuk dalam bidang pertanian. Namun ditemukan permasalahan bawah media online e-commerce saat ini yang masih kurang sesuai dengan konteks produk pertanian salah satunya bibit tanaman. Hal ini menimbulkan ketidak nyaman pembeli dalam membeli produk yang dimaksud. Dari permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan perancangan user experience aplikasi e-commerce bibit tanaman berbasis mobile menggunakan Design Thinking. Dipilihnya metode Design Thinking ini dikarenakan metode ini memiliki fleksibilitas dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Design thinking memiliki lima tahap, yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa high-fifelity prototype yang diuji menggunakan usability testing dan user experience User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Pada pengujian usability diperoleh nilai sebesar 87,5% pada aspek efektivitas, 82,41% pada aspek efisiensi, dan 82,1% aspek kepuasan pengguna.. Dan pada pengujian user experience questionnaire diperoleh hasil excellent pada setiap aspek dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 2,28 poin pada aspek attractiveness, 2,33 poin pada aspek perspicuity, 2,38 poin pada aspek efficiency, 2,04 poin pada aspek dependabililty, 2,46 poin pada aspek stimulation, dan 1,92 poin pada aspek novelty.

Abstract

Many solutions were proposed to help people get their food or recipe ingredients easily without having to go to the market in person. Especially for people who have limited time and energy to go out and buy groceries. However, the existing solutions still lack the intuitiveness for users to get the ingredient information of a food recipe and still can’t facilitate the customers to have an all-in-one solution to get the needed ingredients. This study aims to combine the machine learning modalities and image recognition approach to provide a mobile app that can help people find food recipes intuitively and provide a digital ecosystem that can accommodate collaboration between various business actors including the MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). Instead of users buying items separately, the unique value of the proposed app (BahanbaKu) is that each of the ingredients needed by the user will be delivered in a single package. The preliminary evaluation result reveals that the accuracy of the proposed app is promising to assist people while getting recipe information for a particular food. The proposed app is also considered intuitive to the users with 81.7 SUS score.

Abstract

Indonesian people should actively preserve Indonesian culture. A way to preserve Indonesian culture can be done by using Javanese scripts as a local content subject at elementary to middle school level. In the conventional learning method, almost all teachers teach writing Javanese manuscript with conventional instructional media by using a white board. We proposed a mobile application that can help students to learn how to write Javanese script in attractive way by using their finger. Since this application still in prototype stage, further study and analysis of the usability of this application are necessary to validate the feasibility in real implementation. Usability testing using USE questionnaire had been conducted to find out if application of Javanese script writing can be accepted by users. We give 30 questions about usability to 5 respondents that are familiar with android application. The result show that, the proposed application is acceptable to users in term of Usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning and satisfaction.

Abstract

Recipes are used as a reference in processing cooking ingredients to meet personal nutritional needs, considering the ingredients used to make food sold freely that is not necessarily guaranteed in nutritional quality and safe to consume, especially during the pandemic as it is today. So cooking itself becomes a better alternative for the community. With a large number of food recipe options available for various media, the role of a Decision Support System is needed by people who will get food recipe recommendations. Research related to recipe recommendations that have been done are using SAW only and some add experts as a source of knowledge to provide value on the variable time and complexity of cooking recipes. Therefore, in this study, a comparison between the research of recipe recommendations with SAW only and research that added a subsystem of knowledge management derived from experts to support the decision support system of food recipe recommendations was conducted by using correlation testing. The results is there is a strong correlation between knowledge based SAW and user preference to the value of 0.9774. The result is better than SAW only and user preference with the value of 0.7262.

Abstract

The growth of internet users continues to increase rapidly each year, supported by the growth of accompanying devices. Mobile applications are the main drivers of the increasing number of internet users. In Indonesia, internet users have reached 47% of the total population. Based on this data, around 46% use it to visit online trading sites. The phenomenon of the rise of online buying and selling is certainly very beneficial, especially for the residents of Malang City, where 34% of its population are traders. Supporting applications for conducting trade are essential for both merchants and consumers to facilitate the business process of buying and selling. This research will study the development of a buying and selling application between sellers and consumers, emphasizing ease of use. The development of this application uses the Mobile-D development model as a reference. The Mobile-D method was adopted because offers a development process well-suited for users who are not directly alongside the developers. Additionally, Mobile-D's iterative nature allows it to accommodate changing requirements, making it ideal for gathering needs directly from the application's end users.  Based on the results of the study, user evaluations of the application showed a score more than 70, leading to the conclusion that the developed application is user-friendly and acceptable to users.
