Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in sharia strategic management and its impact on organizational competitive advantage. The research method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through a systematic search of reputable national and international journal articles published between 2022 and 2026, focusing on the themes of AI, strategic management, sharia-based organizations, and competitive advantage. Selected articles were then analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, key concepts, and the relationship between AI capabilities, sharia principles, and strategic management practices. The analysis results were synthesized thematically to formulate research findings and develop a relevant conceptual model. The findings indicate that AI integration can improve the effectiveness of strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, sharia compliance, service innovation, and the organization's ability to respond to the dynamics of the business environment. However, AI implementation needs to be supported by strong sharia governance, ethical data use, and human resource competency development. This research offers a conceptual model of AI-Driven Sharia Strategic Management as an integrative framework that connects AI capabilities, sharia values, and organizational competitive advantage, and provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of sharia strategic management in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational regulatory clarity and transformational leadership in shaping employee work discipline using a logical approach through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Employee work discipline is a fundamental element in maintaining organizational effectiveness, stability, and sustainability. However, in practice, work discipline is often influenced by unclear internal regulations and weak leadership roles in instilling organizational values and norms. The research method involves a systematic review of reputable national and international journal articles as well as academic books relevant to organizational regulation, transformational leadership, and employee work discipline. The SLR process includes identification, selection, quality assessment, and synthesis of the literature based on a rational and systematic logical framework. The findings indicate that organizational regulatory clarity serves as a normative foundation that provides behavioral certainty and enhances employee compliance, while transformational leadership plays a critical role in internalizing disciplinary values through role modeling, motivation, and inspiration. The integration of these two factors is proven to strengthen sustainable employee work discipline. This study concludes that work discipline is shaped not only by formal rules but also by leadership quality that effectively translates regulations into meaningful work behavior.

Abstract

The last few decades of the institutionalization of Islamic finance are notable for the fundamental controversies surrounding its institutionalization. These controversies can be seen rooted in the dual phenomena of the legalistic form taking Islamic finance as a practice and the overwhelming reliance on modern managerial paradigms. There are significant ethical gaps as consequence. The objective of the current research is to aim to help reconstruct the philosophy of Islamic financial management from the perspective of the maqasid al-shariah and, importantly, to treat it as a primary lens and not secondary. The research employs a qualitative conceptual and philosophical approach and attempts to engage the prevailing paradigms and contours of Islamic finance through the lenses of ontology, epistemology and axiology. The research finds that contemporary Islamic financial management suffers from a deficient ontology of profit, epistemology of compliance and an axiology that is instrumentally weak. In light of the above, the research articulates the philosophy of Islamic Finance in the direction of the maqasid and posits that finance as an instrument of maslahah, and so, in that order, integrate revelation, reason, and the socio-economic order, and it is, thereby, just to place the preeminent values of human dignity, justice and the welfare of the greater good (public) in the financing of maslahah. The research articulates a coherently formulated philosophy of Islamic financial management based on the maqasid for the Islamic financial management of practice and for empirical, policy and institutional Islamic finance reform, and so makes a significant theoretical contribution.

Abstract

Healthcare access in Indonesia is challenged by an imbalanced doctor-to-patient ratio and an inefficient system, limiting service availability. Telemedicine offers a solution by improving efficiency, saving time for remote patients, and providing health information. Halodoc, one of Indonesia’s most popular telemedicine applications, actively uses social media to promote its services. Social media marketing (SMM) plays an important role in stimulating the intention to reuse Halodoc. Another key factor is perceived value (PV), which reflects users’ evaluation of the benefits and worth of Halodoc’s services. This study aims to examine the impact of Halodoc’s SMM and PV on the intention to reuse its services, both individually and jointly. A descriptive and verificative quantitative approach was employed, with purposive sampling of 97 respondents who had used Halodoc, lived in Bandung, amd have viewed or followed Halodoc’s social media. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The descriptive analysis showed that SMM, PV, and reuse intention were all rated very positively by respondents. The results indicate that SMM has a significant positive effect on reuse intention. Similarly, PV has a significant positive effect on reuse intention. Furthermore, when SMM and PV are analyzed together, they exert a significant combined influence on the intention to reuse Halodoc. These findings highlight the importance of SMM and PV in strengthening user loyalty toward telemedicine services. Keywords: telemedicine, social media marketing, perceived value,  reuse intention.

Abstract

Service quality is a critical determinant of patient satisfaction, particularly in primary healthcare. This study examines the effects of four service quality dimensions (tangible, responsiveness, assurance, and professionalism) on patient satisfaction at Klinik Pratama Sehat Margasari in Bandung. A quantitative design was employed with purposive sampling of 92 patients who completed a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression to estimate the unique and joint effects of each dimension. Descriptively, tangible, assurance, and professionalism were rated very good, while responsiveness was rated good. Regression results indicate that responsiveness and professionalism significantly increase patient satisfaction, whereas tangible and assurance are not statistically significant. Jointly, the four dimensions have a significant overall effect. These findings suggest that non-physical factors are more decisive for patient satisfaction than physical facilities alone. The study highlights managerial implications for primary healthcare: prioritize service behaviors and professional conduct to raise patient satisfaction in resource-constrained settings.
