Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of social media on the self-confident character of the Generation Z. The object of this research is Generation Z who study at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Kairiyah Kubang Puji and Madrasah Al-Khairiyah Pontang. The total sample was 60 Generation Z, students are studying at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Kairiyah Kubang Puji and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairiyah Pontang. The sample was taken based on Ferdinand's sampling theory. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection method used a questionnaire, which was distributed to 60 Generation Z ,people who study at these two Madrasas. Data were processed using SPSS software version 26. Data analysis used a simple linear regression method. The results of this research show that social media positively and significantly effects formation of the confident character of the generation Z. The influence that social media variables have on the character of the generation Z is 17.9%. while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran lingkungan sosial pesantren dan gaya kepemimpinan kyai dalam membentuk kemandirian santri di Pondok Pesantren Nailul Author. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial pesantren yang terstruktur dan disiplin, melalui kegiatan praktis seperti pengelolaan kantin dan rutinitas harian, efektif dalam membentuk kemandirian santri. Selain itu, gaya kepemimpinan kyai yang menggabungkan pendekatan legal-formal, kharismatik, transformasional, dan demokratis turut memperkuat pembentukan karakter mandiri, dengan menciptakan iklim yang mendukung perkembangan kemandirian santri baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun pengelolaan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa kombinasi antara lingkungan sosial yang disiplin dan gaya kepemimpinan kyai yang kolaboratif dan meneladani sangat berkontribusi dalam membentuk santri yang mandiri, siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan percaya diri dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

The priority objective of this activity is to increase understanding, awareness, and skills for tourism managers, Pokdarwis, and MSME actors regarding digital marketing, product content, and financial reports through optimizing the promotion and marketing of tourism objects. Glempang Village is an educational tourism village with its flagship tourism, namely Keleen Kali which is intended for children aged 5 years to 10 years. In addition, there are also MSME supporting the economy of citizens and natural tourism such as waterfalls. With this potential sources, However, Glempang Village is still not enough to optimize, especially in terms of digitalization and financial management. There are still many human resources that don’t understand about the progress of tourism and MSME so that there is a need for assistance and a digital marketing training, making video and interesting photos, as well as making simple financial reports for MSME actors. Training activities with optimization of tourism villages should be carried out periodically in terms of facilities, promotion, and marketing by maximizing the potential of human resources who are still in the productive age.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh noise dalam proses komunikasi terhadap tingkat pemahaman pesan remaja di Kampung Sambi Growong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 remaja berusia 13–18 tahun. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa noise memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman pesan (nilai p = 0.000 < 0.05) dengan koefisien determinasi R² sebesar 0.56. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa 56% variasi dalam pemahaman pesan disebabkan oleh keberadaan noise dalam komunikasi.

Abstract

The village is one of the jurisdictions of the legal community which has the boundaries of the territory authorized to regulate and administer government affairs. In this case the role of village government is very important because it concerns the service to the community. The maximum productivity of the village apparatus is one of the things that makes the government's goal achievable. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, conducting direct interviews with Kebumen Village officials and the people in that village. Based on research and analysis of performance indicators quality of work and quantity of work of the Kebumen Village Apparatus in carrying out their duties is considered not optimal, especially when there are still violations of work discipline, the violations related to working hours. Some factors inhibiting the performance of village apparatus in the form of a lack of number of village apparatus and a lack of development quality of human resources in Kebumen Village Apparatuses. It is necessary to make efforts to develop human resources for Kebumen Village Apparatuses to improve technical, theoretical and work discipline capabilities to improve apparatus performance Kebumen village.

Abstract

The use of digital technology to collect waqf funds responded to the widespread use of digital technology in daily life. Generation Z and millennials, familiar with digital technology, are targeted for online waqf collection. However, the berkahwakaf.id platform is considered insufficient in fostering waqf intentions among these generations. One theory explaining the determinants of intention is the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). This research aims to determine the effect of waqf literacy and TRA on waqf intentions using berkahwakaf.id. The independent variable TRA includes attitudes and subjective norms, adding waqf literacy as an additional variable. This research is associative quantitative with a non-probability sampling technique, purposive sampling. The population consists of Generation Z and millennials in Serang City, with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained through a Likert scale questionnaire. The findings show that waqf literacy has a positive but not significant influence on waqf intentions, meaning changes in waqf literacy do not significantly affect waqf intentions. Attitude has a positive and significant influence on waqf intentions. So, a more positive attitude towards waqf using money increases the intention to donate. Subjective norms also significantly influence waqf intentions. The greater the external influence, the higher the waqf intention. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a positive and significant impact on waqf intentions via berkahwakaf.id, with an influence size of 51.6%, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by unobserved variables.
