Abstract

The development of sharia banking has caused the banking industry to become increasingly competitive, namely competition between sharia banking and conventional banking or fellow sharia banks to gain respective profits. Currently, the millennial generation is considered as potential consumers for Sharia banking. The millennial generation has the potential to increase economic activity, including the Sharia economy. This research is quantitative with a causal associative approach, and uses a non-probabilistic sampling method. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique uses the PLS application. The results of this study show that Islamic marketing and Islamic business ethics influence millennials’ decisions to become customers of Islamic banks. In contrast, service quality does not affect their decision to choose Islamic banks. This means Islamic banks should focus on strategies related to Islamic marketing and the application of Islamic business ethics to attract millennial customers. On the other hand, improving service quality alone is not enough, so banks need to highlight the unique value of sharia principles in their marketing strategies.

Abstract

Bank Muamalat as a growing Islamic bank, BMI faces challenges in increasing its profitability by as-sessing the effectiveness of equity management and identifying strategies that can improve financial performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Financing, Third Party Funds (DPK), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on Profitability (Return on Equity / ROE) at PT Bank Muamalat Indo-nesia Tbk during the period 2014-2024. The research method used is associative quantitative, with secondary data in the form of quarterly financial reports of Bank Muamalat which are analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression through SPSS software. The results showed that Total Financing has a positive and significant effect on ROE, while DPK and NPF have a negative and significant effect on ROE. Simultaneously, Total Financing, DPK, and NPF have a significant effect on ROE. This finding confirms that an increase in financing can increase profitability, but high credit risk (NPF) and less than optimal DPK management can reduce the return on equity (ROE). Therefore, Bank Muamalat needs to optimize financing strategies, improve the efficiency of DPK management, and strengthen credit risk mitigation to increase profitability and competitiveness in the Islamic banking industry.

Abstract

Objective: This study evaluates internationally accredited study programs through a learning quality audit to ensure the sustainability of educational quality. Method: A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, collecting data through This study employs an audit method using the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, and product). Several stages carried out in the evaluation include Preparing the Evaluation Plan, Verifying Data, Processing and Analyzing Data, Providing Interpretation, and Drawing Conclusions.  Results: The results indicate variations in compliance among study programs, where programs that have been accredited show better performance but still face challenges in curriculum restructuring, academic documentation, and international collaboration. Meanwhile, study programs that are in the process of accreditation have greater weaknesses, particularly related to evidence-based accreditation and follow-up mechanisms. This audit emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement, strengthening internationalization, and systematic documentation. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or commonly called UMKM is one of the driving wheels of the economy in Indonesia, especially in Lumajang district. The increasing number of MSMEs from year to year shows that the majority of people in Lumajang are starting to wish to create their own business. However, the obstacle that is often faced by business actors in Lumajang is their lack of ability to distribute their products. Low knowledge about product displays is a problem and has an impact on low product value and is less desirable. To overcome this, product display training is carried out. The method used is training delivered offline. The result of this activity is an increase in the participants' knowledge and ability to display products. This is known from the responses of the participants to the questionnaire given which showed the results that all participants agreed that the material provided was useful and had an impact on increasing the participants' knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of sharia feature services in the Pospayapplication by users in Surabaya. The sharia feature on Pospay is an innovation of PT Pos Indonesia(Persero) in providing sharia services. The research method used is qualitative based with aphenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews andobservations of active users of sharia features in Surabaya, application informatics technicians, andrepresentatives of the Surabaya Post Office. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model withthe stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results showed that the shariafeatures in Pospay are considered effective in supporting users' sharia needs activities. Users feelhelped because services can be accessed easily, safely, and in accordance with sharia principles. However, there are some weaknesses such as the lack of socialization, limited sharia institutionpartners, technical constraints when the network is unstable. These findings provide a real picture ofthe dynamics of the use of application-based sharia services, especially in the context of digitalplatforms owned by non-bank SOEs which are still rarely studied. Solutions that can be done areincreased promotion, expansion of cooperation with Islamic financial institutions, strengthening thetechnical side of the application. This research is expected to contribute to the development of Islamicfintech in Indonesia.
